against the door praying that it would hold minutes felt like hours as I waited listening to the sounds of the Intruder moving closer finally I heard the sound of sirens outside the footsteps stopped and I heard the front door slam the police arrived and searched the house they found the front door broken and signs that someone had been inside but the man man was gone they told me I was Brave and
