Foreign, by entering into whatever position feels best to you right now, lovingly close your eyes. Begin to let your awareness start to drift until it centers more presently with the breath. This may mean you begin to filter thoughts out, and as they cycle in and out of your experience, you stay connected to the awareness of your breath, just letting the thoughts drift away as you breathe.
Invite each sip of air to feel so rich and satisfying to you, experimenting with how breathing feels best to you personally right now. Letting the air be all you need, if only for this moment, and feeling so thankful that it is indeed the only thing you need in this moment but is infinitely available to you right here and now. It couldn’t possibly run out.
Feel how thankful you are for that. If there are any muscles you are using right now that you do not need, invite those to let go and relax. Scan your awareness from the top of your head all the way down to the soles of your feet, moving at your own pace, releasing and relaxing any muscles that you are free to do so with.
Now, whatever is going on in the world around you need not enter into your experience. In fact, anything that is happening within you right now that is a reaction to something that is not yours is invited to return to sender. Let it be that simple, not needing to make a big deal of it, and then relax into the feeling of anything that isn’t yours leaving.
Let it be that simple, dear love, as you relax into you—the totality of you—here and now, letting that be enough for you. Ask yourself, "Who am I when I let go of everything that isn’t me? " Letting the answer just be there with you as an energy, you may also receive thoughts or images, but you do not need to trust and know the answer is deep within already.
Tune into a sense of perhaps happiness or gratitude. Find that good feeling within you right now. See where it lives within your body, tune into it so deeply and so dearly, and say to it, "Thank you, thank you for existing.
You are enough for me right now. This good feeling within me is enough. " Invite yourself to relax into this.
You let you be miraculous as you relax into that truth. You are a miracle; you are miraculous—not needing external evidence of this but accepting the internal truth. Feel it as enough in your body even more.
Continue to stay present with your breath, body, and the beautiful feelings within, letting your miraculous nature, when you accept it in a very grounded way, be enough for you. Why seek anything more right now, if only for this moment? [Music] Stay with this feeling as long as you wish, taking your time to come out of this practice by moving as your body feels called and very, very slowly opening your eyes.
Let your transition to the world around you be as smooth, slow, and still as it can be, trusting yourself and being your own guide as you transition back to the world around you.
