to lift you know that's what I was you know really [ __ ] pissed about so don't um don't let that [ __ ] don't let the fact that you can wake up every [ __ ] morning move your legs jump out of bed do your [ __ ] and have no [ __ ] problems don't just take that for right that there's a lot of people who' be dying to be in your shoes you're young you're 17 18 19 20 bro these are the years where you need to put in the work you need
to grind and you don't need to be focus on everybody else because you staying focus on everybody else you staying focus on the world is giving you a false sense of reality like sometimes you just need to unplug you just need to disappear and you just need to focus on yourself that's something I wish somebody would have told me bro because when I was a kid I was always trying to fit in bro I was always trying to impress other people you know I had to get the new Jays I had to be fresh as
[ __ ] I realized that I was doing all these things for the wrong reason at the end of the day I wish somebody would have just told me that nobody [ __ ] cares everyone has a pretty solid amount of [ __ ] potential gym wise like muscle growth wise you know some people are going to have crazier genetics than others obviously that's a [ __ ] gift but the median you know after a period of time I think anybody can get [ __ ] jacked you know but if half of the people don't
really enjoy working out at all and it's like it's a real chore they don't enjoy it they're [ __ ] like they just they don't I mean some people just don't even see it like they can't really connect with it when they're working out they don't feel like they're going hard and pushing it they feel like oh I'm so sweaty I'm so tired this sucks this hurts I mean some people they just can't connect with the lift man which I mean sucks for them unfortunately but if they were to be able to really enjoy it
I mean it would make sense you know let's think about this scenario if you worked out hard as [ __ ] consistently every week you know maybe you take a rest day or two it's whatever if you do that for 4 years straight and you you know get your diet on a reasonable point to the point where you're making progress and you sleep pretty well well are you going to be jacked I think if you actually pushed it every workout and you did it consistently I think yes I think if you put anybody through serious
workout programs bodybuilding style we're all doing for a few [ __ ] years I think anybody can [ __ ] do it you know but the fact that people don't really enjoy it and it feels like a chore where they're like oh dude that's [ __ ] that's way too much time [ __ ] man I think that's the biggest sort of thing turning people away it's just the fact that it's kind of a [ __ ] long-term commitment this body is great as you are and sharp as you make the Arsenal it can't do
anything if you don't have confidence in yourself We All Fall Down in life the question is who gets back up you go after and you give it all you have if you lose at least you triy man I failed it's 10 times more of a man than someone said what if cuz what if never went to the arena when you guys find a fear that fear will either create you or destroy you I love fear and the reason why behind every fear is the person you want to be fear is self-imposed meaning it doesn't exist
you create it you can destroy it too it's an intangible if you face your fears guys you'll realize it's not that big and once you face it you go my God man I spent all this time running from it it was so small if I just faced it my God that only did I face it I beat it back energy is never lost transferred that negative energy that fear is destroyed it comes back in his confidence you're like what else am I what else am I capable of what else am I hold my back from
that I'm capable of more what am I running from I don't need to what else can I overcome [Music]
