hidden dinosaurs mysterious phones and deep cut wizard lore these are the best kept secrets at Universal's Islands of [Music] Adventure hello manam it's been a while but welcome back to The Secret Series the series where I take you around the theme parts and point out some of the best kept details Secrets Easter eggs that make these parks and these lands truly so immersive today as I said we are at Universal's Island of Adventure home to Jurassic Park the Wizarding World of Harry Potter Seuss Landing and we are going to show you some of the best

teeny tiny details Universal creative has really outdone themselves with some of these so let's get in there I love these videos's Islands of Adventure is their second theme park behind Universal Studios Florida of course their third theme park is opening up next year epic Universe literally so excited about that I think Universal would say their third theme park is volcano Bay but it's a water park Park it's the best water park but I don't think it's quite the same here at Islands of Adventure it opened up in 1999 and it is themed to as you

probably could guess different Islands of Adventure so each of the different lands is a different port where you can have different experiences you start here at Port of Entry and then you work your way to Marvel Superhero Island you go into ton Lagoon Jurassic Park Seuss Landing newest land Wizarding World of Harry Potter and the lost continent and of course a lot of people when they come in the park they immediately run to their favorite attraction whether that be hag's magical creatures motorbike Adventure TM veloc coaster Incredible Hulk coaster but if you run through you're

missing a lot of really cool storytelling here in PT of Entry doesn't have any IP attached to it but when you come in here you're immediately somewhere else it has influences from the Middle East from Africa from Asia from being exotic places around the world and while you could spend forever in here reading the different signage and making sure you listen to different things there's a few specific things I'm going to point out that I think are really fun for starters right here is where you would rent strollers and wheelchairs take a look at this

reli able rentals sign you can see that they have a lot of different options including snowshoes a petty cab a gondola unfortunately a lot of these things are out of service or decommissioned um or have been hired out to someone else oh but big bummer of the time machine stuck in the 6th Century I was going to rent that one today but thank goodness ecvs strollers and wheelchairs do seem to be available I love this right here too it's rocket air mail and this is how your mail is going to be uh delivered and you've

got the whole Contraption right here no birds allowed but it's going to be taken uh through some guy on on a on a very reliable looking Contraption and yes this is a real mailbox you could actually mail things from right here in a different Secrets video I talked about how you can mail things from Wizarding World and it'll have a Hogs me stamp on it which is I think the coolest mail but that one's pretty good too walking through you may notice that uh somebody has escaped up here it says see you and you can

see that a prisoner has very stealthily exited the building I have to wonder if it's it's this guy who's got a wanted poster here you can see that the guards keys are right here and if you stand here long enough you can hear the guards figure out that their prisoner has escaped he's gone the president's gone you don't say well I'll be horn swaggle you'll be more than that if we don't catch that confict in fronto what the heck happen a lot of the details in this land are auditory so if you hear something you

may be able to find what it matches like I just heard some cats looked up well I'll be there's some cats messing with those little birdies this one might be my favorite this green building right here is sumach aari's World of Dance it's a dance studio and the advertisement says from Merlin's Mambo to the stegosaurus stomp discover World of Dance from eleras to zapados Zappa tiato I hope I said that right but Merlin's Mambo and statur stomp are nods to two other lands in the park of course stor stomp nod to Jurassic Park Merlin's Momo

originally a nod to the Lost Continent which is still exists but in a lot less of it its original form and Merlin isn't exactly present anymore however I love that Merlin still works for wising World of Harry Potter because obviously Merlin is one of the most famed wizards of all time and did you know he was a Slytherin so we'll be back at Port of Entry before the end of this video but there is truly so much you could look at and explore you could spend forever just reading all the different signs and listening for

different Easter eggs I have a dinner reservation in this land in a little bit spoiler alert it's in there cuz there's some cool Easter eggs in the restaurant but for now we're off to Marvel Superhero Island welcome into Marv superhero island with the incredibly loud but incredibly awesome Incredible Hulk coaster right behind me now one thing you need to know about Marvel Superhero island is that this is themed to comic book Marvel this was developed and opened and now Dr Doom superheroes are loud that's what I think we all need to take away from this

video this opened up again 1999 this is prior to when Disney acquired Marvel so a lot of people ask why Marvel is here when Disney owns it it's because because they rented it out first they had the licensing first so then you might ask yourself okay but Disney owns it now how does Universal possibly still have Marvel Superhero Island well it was actually in the contract when Disney bought Marvel there were negotiations that included Universal they came up with the rule that Marvel characters that appear here in Marvel Superhero Island cannot appear in a Disney

park east of the Mississippi and that was part of the negotiations for Disney buying and acquiring Marvel so that means Marvel characters that you can see here you cannot see in Walt Disney World you can however see them in Disneyland cuz again farther away from Universal so you've got some spread out which is why you get Advengers campus out in California Adventure the loophole I guess of that rule is that there are some characters that don't appear in Universal which means Disney can use them in their Parks hence why we get Guardians of the Galaxy

Cosmic rewind over at fot cuz you're not going to find the Guardians anywhere in this park except for maybe merchandise which isn't part of the agreement I'm talking like rides set pieces design Etc but speaking of the Incredible Hulk coaster isn't that amazing that launch is so fun it comes out of nowhere enough to power a a jumbo jet that engine is that launch the cool thing about Hulk is that it is considered an opening day attraction it opened with the park in 1999 however it was refurbished in 2016 but you can see some of

the original track right here right outside the attraction where Hulk is very gently I think picking it up and going to place it down really nicely I definitely don't think he's going to like throw that car or break anything the Marvel Superheroes especially Hulk are always so thoughtful and courteous of their surroundings when doing their superhero doings this is how I know I'm old when I watch Marvel movies I'm often like yeah they're saving the city but at what cost like millions of dollars of Damage Done specifically in Age of Ultron when Hulk is hulked

out and Iron Man's trying to stop him like they're just destroying people's property I hope ton Stark's paying them back now since we are supposed to be in a comic you're going to see things that would be very common in comic book illustrations for example the shops and restaurants don't have official names they just say very basic like arcade Shop store Cafe because that's what you would see if you were looking at a comic book there's also tons of different nods to different characters in the Marvel comic book Universe I pointed this out in a

different video you've got Nelson and Murdoch right there attorneys at law I've pointed out a lot of Easter eggs in here before and I'm trying to do all new fun facts or as many new fun facts as I can and that's why we're headed back towards Dr Doom here you've got a sign for Blaze and catch mechanics opening soon that is an odd to Johnny Blaze and Danny catch two characters that have taken up the mantle of Ghost Rider and it makes sense they'd be good at mechanics cuz you know Ghost Rider rides a sweet

bicycle got to be handy this ride I just noticed this newspaper vending machine what do you even call this newspaper box uh but it's got a Daily Bugle story about Doc O on there okay I may be too far down to Rabbit Hole I should note that I am pretty good with Marvel like the Disney Marvel I love the MCU big fan I did not grow up reading comics so some of these Easter eggs go over my head a little bit so but what I like to do is Google everything every sign that I see

I like to Google and see if it ties into Marvel and that's a fun way to find Easter eggs so I was looking at that Daily Bugle and I noticed that it was written by Dale Mason so I was like oh is that maybe one of Spider-Man's friends from the the Marvel Comics but no I this may be too far when I Googled Dale Mason Marvel Marvel Wikipedia brought up a villain named Sheriff Dale and then they refer to him as the corrupt Sheriff of Mason County Georgia and apparently he gets into some shenanigans a

little bit of a tussle with Deadpool so do we think that's a not to him or do we think I'm just down AO one thing I know for sure though if you look up here by the hob goblins you'll notice that he is flying outside of ocor building which is owned by Norman Osborne who I do know who that is the Green Goblin aka William defo in the uh Toby Maguire Spider-Man film so that's a fun one if you're a Marvel comic fan and you're coming here you really should allow yourself like some time to

just wander about and look at all the details and look at all the signs cuz I think you'll be pretty excited now one thing that's really cool about Universal in general is if you see a phone or something that's kind of like a phone play with it so this is the ultranet hold on let me switch my mic here is the ultranet access please push the black button colal super villains the Priceless morance diamond is being held overnight in the brimstone depository and we've discovered it will be under close guard by the hardheaded Iron Man

himself all super villains with the powers and the abilities to defeat this high level of security or anyone with a can opener should go for it that's all so this is the alternate this is for the villains in that last one they were talking about a diamond that you could steal but Iron Man was guarding it what about this one calling all villains thgs and Nells word on the street is that the Avengers are engaged in an outer space battle to save the Earth so it's a freefor all here on Marvel Superhero Island I just

love that there's when you're talking to the villains unfortunately my other favorite phone which I talked about in a different video is behind that Construction Wall at Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man but there's a uh a good guy phone you can listen to as well where Shield is paging for the superheroes and the Avengers to come help you look on the backside of the Captain America Diner right here up in one of the top Windows you may notice the glass has been broken because someone threw mu near through it oh that's again so destructive everywhere they

go but that's all right they're saving the planet but who could have thrown me air I think you and I both know and there he is Thor way through ton Lagoon now passing by what is somehow not the scariest moon in an Orlando theme park and headed to show what I I think is a very cool detail in the popey and blutos queue I'm normally too busy worrying about how wet I'm about to get but I'm not riding it right now I'm just going to walk through find the Easter egg and then safely leave dry

Popeye and bluto's build rat barges are a raft style water ride where you get literally soaking wet like not a little wet drenched soaking wet for that reason I don't ride it that much cuz I don't like getting wet because there's nothing fun about walking around with wet underwear I don't no not for me but there's tons to look at when you walk through this land cuz there's a lot of references and nods to let's be honest kind of outdated cartoons but there's a lot of detail to look for like for example look at bluto's

Cruise activities now Bluto is the antagonist of popey and he's got things like buried treasure Bingo captain gets 99.99% of all winnings poisoned wine tasting human Cannonball anchor toss it sounds like a fun Cruise you've got popey as your sailor of the year and then here you have Popeye's Cruise activities with things like olives hoola dancing class fish stories spinach everything whale watching that seems more fun you've also got the cruise menu with wimpy right here notice you've got spinach for breakfast lots of spinach at lunch and of course spinach for dinner spinach surprise for

dessert and they are what they yams I understand that sayos to be they am what they yams right I read that out loud and it sounded weird in my mouth I love this Cruise contract from Bluto well management is not responsible for a wealth of things including shark attacks broken hearts pirate attacks sunburns implosion falling overboard dead ends bit lips flies in your soup nuclear meltdowns flat feet milkshakes what would be wrong with a milkshake ingrown toenails riots tornadoes blackouts SE sickness hurricanes lost luggage Bru e bruised e bruised egos whale swallowing smoke 2 hours

later all right we have found the complaint office for Help full rope oh no I just l a cannon oh oh I get the joke oh my God we got to get out of here oh my God that's horrible speaking of cannons if you look at bluto's office right here he also has a cannon and he's using a photo of popey for target practice and if you follow the trail you can see that the cannon ball went through several walls and then finally ended up in a telephone pole also he's torturing Popeye's bird who we

saw his cage earlier and that feels rude also he has a photo of the Titanic on his wall so that's nice and first dollar stolen the way that many businesses have a first dollar made on their wall is a stolen A True Villain he's also won an award for brood of the year you know what good for Bluto it is good to excel in your career it's nice you know you don't do it for the awards but it's nice to be recognized for your efforts all right we're getting out of there obviously I'm not riding

I know I already said that but obviously um I've never liked water rides and now that one literally tried to kill me when I um apparently lit a bomb so you know walking out of here I was passing the gas station and saw $2 tires what a steal and then I saw the condition of some of these tires and I can actually hear the air letting out of some of them so I actually think $2 might be too much we've made it into Jurassic Park you know how I know that that gigantic T-Rex over there

you know how else I know that the ground if you look at the ground in Jurassic Park you're going to see the imprints of a variety of old fossilized leaves I think do Ellie Saddler would be tickled by this let's go get that dyo nope wrong wrong park cool thing about this photo op right here besides you know the giant T-rex photo op is the fact that this vehicle was screen used it's one of the cars that they're going to go on the Jurassic Park tour uh now eventually you do plan to have dinosaurs on

your on your dinosaur tour right hello there's also a screen used Jeep over on the other side of this land with the Spinosaurus from Jurassic Park 3 welcome into Camp Jurassic which you might think is just for children and that's kind of the point but not only is this the home to tear down Flyers the most Elusive and desired attraction in universeal Orlando because there's a highight requirement the other way you have to have a kid with you to ride it so I can never ride it I've read it one time it was awesome but

beyond that you have Cam Jurassic which is this incredible dinosaur themed playground that your kids can run around in and there are bridges and caves to explore like it is so cool in here and I feel like people don't know about this so let's go explor it like we're in a cave it says Echo cave over here all right here we go on our adventure going to find some dinosaurs maybe h how do I get into the cave is this into the cave oh my gosh this doesn't feel like the way to get into a

cave but we're trying oh climbing great all right there was very exciting but it did not get me into a cave so onward we go this doesn't look good constricting at all oh my gosh oh gosh children are coming okay I must go quick before more children come because clearly I they should get the right away all right we're doing it we're doing it we're caving we're caving oh this oh my gosh not graceful enough for this all right now this looks interesting cuz this is very like the kind of structured part of of Jurassic

Park I'm thinking yeah I see the fences oh there's dinosaur noises oh my God it's so cool in here I feel like this in of itself is a secret because no one really knows about this but I'm looking for specific details as well still really want to get in that cave okay let's see maybe I have to slide into the cave no that's not going in there I don't think I'll fit in that slide anyway allow us to keep exploring although my hopes may have been dashed about the cave this seems like a cool cave

though oh oh my God there's so many dinosaur noises in here oh my God it's a hor night's house in here that was genuine genuine [Music] fear y it's Amber like in the movie this is where they get the mosquitoes and then that's what makes the dinosaurs Bingo Dino DNA y'all telling me this not so cool awesome wish would stop doing that look this one actually has a mosquito in it they're going to well some kind of bug cockroach maybe they're going to like that one I'm wondering if it's like triggered by someone somewhere else

not important I got to get out of here look at these giant steps I think I can go up these I mean people smaller than me definitely could but we're going to try it here we go just going [Music] great ow oh my gosh I really don't think this is designed for someone of my size but we're going to keep trying we're doing it we're doing it I'm making it I'm probably so dirty okay we made it super gracefully definitely no issues at all anyway this place is awesome you can hear dinosaurs your kid loves

dinosaurs this is a must or if you're a giant child like I am watch this figured out where the noises are coming from ooh a [Music] cave this one's cool too W this is is awesome whoa oh my gosh this is amazing look at all this water y'all I've been to this park a bajillion times and I have never been in here I've been to the camp Jurassic but I never made it this far and it's incredible so again oh my gosh is something happen the geyser's going off again if you've got little ones who

are into Jurassic Park and dinosaurs this is a must headed to veloca coaster but one thing I love in Universal in general is they often theme the storm drains to wherever you are so we're in Jurassic Park this is of course what the storm drains would look like here made a pit stop in the dino store on my way to velocci coaster cuz I don't think many people realize that this is probably the we weirdest and best souvenir you could get in Universal for a cool 557 or 807 depending on which one you want you

could make your own dinosaur cuz this is real Baltic Amber and as you can see in some of the pieces there are actually insects trapped just like in Jurassic Park so I feel like that's a steal to make your own dinosaur I guess you need like all the you know technology but it's uh it's done by Amber treasures and you can check them online too if you aren't coming into the shop and see what kind of stuff they have but what a cool and unique souvenir moving my way to vosa coaster now but taking a

pause at these two Raptors that welcome you into the attraction the way that they are facing each other is a nod to dueling dragons which was an original Roller Coaster to the park it eventually turned into a Wizarding World themed roller coaster and then it went away and closed to make way for Haggard's magical creatures motorbike Adventure TM but the way that they're facing each other represents what the outside of that attraction used to look like I've even been told by team members that their names are blizz rock and pyck which were the names of

those two dragons which is is even cooler if you went to Halloween hor nights last year because you then know that they did a dueling dragons choose thy fate themed house with blizz Rock and pyck making their great return velocci coaster is absolutely one of my favorite attractions of all time it is such an incredible roller coaster you've got 155 ft top hat right there four inversions 0 to 40 takeoff and and then a 40 to 70 takeoff to get you over that top hat right there it is just amazing y'all we love team members

I just got so much information huge thank you to Jay a team member here at veloca coaster I was asking a bunch of questions to the team members like there were a few details I wanted to point out and I was like can I see that from the express queue or do I need to go in the regular queue and Jay was like I got a few minutes to spare I I come with me and uh give me a tour of a bunch of cool things and let me get video of like the pre-show which

I normally can't because you have to put your phone up so without further Ado I'm going to tell tell you everything Jay just told me now a couple of details I have pointed out before are that when you go through the regular queue you're going to end up in a room where the Raptors are running past you and if you look at kind of the windows right there you're going to see a tray where they're clocking the speed of the dinosaurs they're used to be a speed gun but it's missing I think a guest probably

stole it there's also a cup of water there and that is supposed to be a call back to the first Jurassic Park where the water cup is used by Dr E Malcolm to demonstrate Chaos Theory there's also in the Next Room there's some lockers and you going to see books by the og3 main characters of Jurassic Park Dr Allen Grant Dr Ellie Sadler Dr Ian Malcolm's books are all hiding in there but the detail I wanted to shoot today and that Jay so kindly brought me to is that there is going to be a screen

right after that room with the lockers that's a like cameras of all of the Raptor runs happening right here so that the folks at Jurassic Park can track what's happening there is going to be some footage of a bird that flashes up and most specifically it's an osprey the Osprey is a nod to a very specific bird that when they were building this attraction made her nest at the top of that 155 ft top hat and she had her nest there she was laying eggs there and they were like this bird cannot live here with

a roller coaster so they tried to wrap it in plastic wrap to to get her out of there well she's basically a dinosaur and she clawed through it with her talents eventually they did rehouse her somewhere nearby cuz pictures of her I've seen with someone's like super zoom lens kit has this in the background but they put footage of the bird in the pre-show and they also put a nest with eggs on the ride where like you're going way too fast you'll never see it Jay said um but those are a nod to the real

bird Jay also showed me that when you're exiting the attraction if you look down at the concrete there's claw marks and that's supposed to represent the Dinosaurs the Raptors trying to escape which is very scary Jay also said that when you're doing that 40 to 70 launch if you were to be able to see it which you can cuz you're going too fast there's claw marks with blood splatter on the wall right there there potentially because the original idea was going to be to do the indominous Rex or just because it was the Raptors but

you can't see it unless you get like evor stop right there cuz you're moving too fast also in the pre-show area where you have already gone through the lockers before you load if you look around I'm so glad I finally get to get footage of this to share with everyone there is ACU gear so ACU is the acid containment unit you see them in Jurassic world one when the indominous Rex gets out um and they've got all their guns and their vest and their everything all racked up on the wall with sign out sheets but

specifically I want to call your attention to two different ACU members if you're watching the video with own Grady telling Claire what a terrible idea this is when he's in the Raptor pin there are two ACU members that are actually members of Universal's creative team that worked on this attraction you've got art director Gregory Hall and show director Shelby honia I'm sorry if I'm saying your name wrong Shelby you're amazing and even further if you look up in the top corner of the uh screen there is a tracker for the different dinosaurs as well as

the ACU members and their names are on it I just think that is so cool that two of the people that brought this incredible attraction to life get to live on forever inside of it in character with Owen Grady so big big thank you to Jay for showing me around and showing some of those Easter eggs I did ask if Paddock tours are available here which is kind of a secret and of itself at Universal at several of the attractions you can ask team members if they have time for a tour it's a padic tour

here it's a castle tour at Hogwart it's a bank tour at gring gots a headquarters tour at men and black and if they have spare team members if they will actually walk you around and show you some of the little details like Jay just did for me you can do a garage tarot F fast NE Furious so it all comes down to Staffing and if they have availability Jay said that there isn't always that availability here just because it is so popular but if you're into this kind of stuff it never hurts to so thank

you again to Jay you absolutely made my day and let's go to Hogwarts walking out of Jurassic Park and into Hogs me and this other guest walking by me just goes man John Williams is the goat cuz you can hear the beautiful scor of Jurassic Park when you're walking out and then hear it again when you walk into Wizarding World and like could not agree more John Williams what a champion oh I just love this land so much but I'm not actually spending that much time in here because I've done a lot of Secrets of

Wizarding World before in fact I somewhat recently did a over hundred secrets of the W Wizarding World both here in dos meet in Islands of Adventure and dieon Alley across the way at Universal Studios Florida but I do have a couple of new little things to point out first of all if you come into the hog's head to grab yourself a butterbeer or a pint of something when you walk past the stairwell right here it's roped off it's for in guest only but if you listen closely you can hear house elves walking and talking and

cleaning dishes up here one of them just said we have to get this ready for master this ready for master and it made me really sad because the house really are a reflection of uh in justices in society and endangered servitude uh but you know not to get too sad that's a cool Easter egg this is not really an Easter egg but it's just a cool detail in the land is the wanted poster for serus black and you can't really see it very well during the day but at night it looks incredible God these whole

lands are just oh they're just the detail it blows my mind want to point out here outside of Haggard's magical creatures mot bike Adventure TM my favorite attraction on planet Earth you may notice that above the words there is a face right there and that is actually the green man who in folklore and some religions is considered like a spirit of the forest and she who must not be named who wrote Harry Potter has said in an interview that that was one of the characters or Inspirations behind Hagrid so the creative team here at Universal

wanted to honor Hagrid's Origins and so they put the green man right there also really cute detail I noticed in the queue that I hadn't before one of the last times I read the attraction unfortunately I don't have time to ride it right now um cuz I have a dinner reservation and Jurassic took a little longer than I expected um but there are tons of things in here there's tons of cool graffiti there's mermaids there's the hidden golden egg from the tri wizard tournament but in Hagrid's like study I guess if you want to call

it where you can see his giant dragon skin gloves he's got the monster book of monsters there is a crate in there and if you look inside of it there's a teddy bear and my book fans will know that that is how he sent off Norbert the baby dragon that he received in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer Stone they sent it off to Charlie Weasley Ron's brother and he made sure to put inside the crate a teddy bear for Norbert and honestly I love that they put book references into this land obviously Norbert is in

the movies but the whole story of Ron and Harry trying to sneak and give Norbert off to Charlie and his friends that doesn't happen but that's from that scene additionally I've said it before but I I like pointing out that the blast ended scoot that you see on the attraction that's a book only monster too last thing I'm going to point out in Wizarding World cuz again I've done a lot of stuff in this land is if you look up at this clock right here very tippy top you've got this Tower and if uh on

the 15s an owl is going to pop out for the cuckoo [Music] clock welcome into probably the most colorful land in Islands of Adventure Seuss Landing home of the Grinch things one and two the and hat and many more but none of these things would be possible without the creator of these books Dr Seuss himself who's hiding right here outside of the Mulberry Street store the gentleman on the left with the glasses that is Theodore Seuss Gil the real Dr Seuss one thing I love about SE landing and I know I've told this one before

but it's just so cool how can you not is the fact that everything in the land isn't in straight lines because that's how a Dr Seuss land would be so if you look at the curvature of the buildings it's all curves similar to how Ron Howard did uh hville in Dr Seuss HR sto Christmas the Jim Carrey version but even the trees are crooked and that's because Universal Orlando rescued these trees from South Florida after Hurricane Andrew these are trees that had horrible hurricane damage but they're still alive Universal transplanted them here and now they're

perfect for The Who and the Seuss Landing characters coming around this backside here kind of past the restrooms not a ton of people actually Venture all the way back here I do on my way quickly in the morning to hag but not a ton of people walk back here you can see this though from the high in the sky s trolley train ride but you may not have noticed the Zach's bypass right here if you know the Zach story in Dr Seuss then you know that there was northg goinging Zachs and southg goinging Zachs they

came together and instead of just going around each other they were in a stalemate forever and and here they are and you can actually see their Footprints right here and they actually continue on outside past the building into the rest of the land that would be from northo Zachs this is South goinging Zachs I think and then they stand here forever which you know doesn't seem like the most logical thing to do but that's what they did I love that there's nods to tons of doct su characters not just the most popular ones for example

right here at this snack stand you've got Mr Brown and Mr black from hop on popop sharing a snack fittingly and back behind this door maybe my favorite of the details in this land if you're familiar with Horton you know that he has to sit on a nest to make the egg hatch and it's right back here and it says hello you've got nothing to do and I need a rest would you like to sit on the egg in my Nest so you can help out Horton sit on the egg it's a great photo op

there's also terrible maniacal evil children giggling back here so we got to to go but now we are headed for our final stop on this magical Adventure today confisco grill confisco grill is a sit down restaurant at the front of the park Port of Entry and I've only eaten their food one time I think you can make reservations I wouldn't say they're necessary like they are at more popular spots like Mythos but it's always good to make a reservation if you can and I'm excited to eat here and enjoy some more cool Easter eggs Kisco

Grill's menu is kind of Mediterranean inspired kind of Asian inspired a little bit of everything for appetizers they've got AIT tuna nachos regular nachos lettuce wraps a couple dips they've got several salads uh they have chicken curry ribs pastas pad tie fried rice bowls couple different sandwiches including a bot me and the confisco blta looks amazing as well so kind of a a smish w of things inside here I'm excited I just ordered actually something not listed on the menu there's a passholder special that I'm excited to try but while um I'm waiting on that

let's take a little tour because I think this is maybe the coolest Easter egg I've found all day besides the stuff in Jurassic in the story of Port of Entry this is customs this is where you come in when you enter so of course people have had to check a lot of different things including our travelers from our original lands of Islands of Adventure so if you look around the restaurant you're going to find stuff from all the original lands including starting with s Landing We Got The Lorax up there you've got one of the

fish you've got the cat and hat hat as well as some of the Zachs up here if you look behind the check-in podium it says Customs check and there is a hard hat from Jurassic Park as well as some different rocks those seem like lava to me those seem like they could be volcanic in nature interesting and some eggs interesting also back here The Infinity Gauntlet from Marvel which does seem like something that shouldn't just be floating around willy-nilly you've got a couple things up here that look like they fit into the theming of Lost

Continent but I think the clearest one for them is that kind of like circular Medallion thing with uh Poseidon's Tri in the middle of it also from Jurassic Park hanging from the ceiling right here a Triceratops skull up here you've got tune paint from tun Lagoon as well as what looks like a rocket that's unsettling I'm going to go out on a limb too and say that the military hat next to the ton paint is from uh Beetle Bailey who's an old cartoon and has a shop over in toon Lagoon also in the Backwater bar

which is connected um you can see another Trident from Poseidon I'm strolling about now while I wait for my food to see if I can find anything from Skull Island or Wizarding World of Harry Potter I don't know that there will be anything from those since those were not original lands but it'd be cool if there are just found a street sign for S Beach which you might think is South Beach like in Miami but it's actually sneech Beach like S Landing finished up my meal at confisco Grill now I'm walking through the shop to

exit as I always do to see you know what what do I need um and isn't an amazing first of well first of all confisco Grill the food was really good I ate quickly and didn't want to film because I was one of the last people in there and even though I had a reservation and the team members were lovely and happy to serve me and get whatever I wanted I still was like you know I don't want to be the last person in there and they want to go home so I want to make

it faster and I don't feel like sitting there and being like here's my food um anyway but I did take I took a quick video of it so I could tell you that it was delightful I get the passholder exclusive sliders with spicy poo cheese and bacon and really good french fries and housemade ranch and really really good um no complaints there I mean I normally am kind of snacking around the parks morning I normally like to eat in like class or uh Wizarding World but delightful so can recommend confisco grill for the food as

well as the really cool faing but now I'm in this big merchandise shop the big one at Port of Entry as you leav in and isn't it just amazing the things that are hiding in plain sight when you're not thinking about the theme like that huge hot air balloon I've never paid attention to that in my whole life and like I I know the theme of this land I've I've paid attention to a lot of the details in the land before but when I'm in the store I'm looking at what Trinkets and knick-knacks I need

not at how awesome it is that there's a hot air balloon in here there's also this very cool sign for travel the world embark on a journey around the Islands of Adventure now remember this is for the original so not Harry Potter but you can explore the Lost Continent witness the fury of Poseidon and follow along in the eighth Voyage of Sinbad which was from the Sinbad stunt show which is no longer there and then it tells you that you can come face to face with Heroes Monsters and magic Heroes would be Marvel monsters would

be Jurassic Park and Magic while it fits for Wizarding World would actually be lost well I guess Heroes could also be T Lagoon you could consider popey a hero I can I consider him a monster for how wet I got on his ride but that's just me look at this dinosaur skeleton right here look at that look at that it's not a mosasaurus cuz the mosasaurus is bigger than that but it's awesome laid down a dinosaur rabbit ho hold trying to figure out what kind of dinosaur this would be for all I know it's a

small Mosasaur but it doesn't look like that I I I'm down a rabbit hole y'all I've been standing here for like 10 minutes small mosasaurus species CID AES were one of the smallest of the mosasaurs small and mediumsized mosasaurs here we go we're we're doing it now maybe one of you knows what kind the plotosaurus I don't know if you know what kind of dinosaur that is let me know last thing I want to point out when exiting the park of course you've got the Islands of Adventure Lighthouse right here I said in a different

Secrets video that this Lighthouse is designed after the Lighthouse of Alexandria which is one of the seven wonders of the world but if you look at night which a lot of people don't think to turn around and look at it it's actually a working Lighthouse and you can see the light up there spinning and and casting out to those Beyond who might be coming to the ports uh at Islands of Adventure not going to lie to you guys in the first take of me talking about the lighthouse I called it one of the eight wonders

of the world but then I remembered there's actually only seven wonders of the ancient world the eighth World wonder of the world is Kim berly lock the 2003 third place finisher on American Idol it's her boo do you guys know what I'm talking about I just found that in the deepest darkest parts of my prak well friends that is a wrap on such a fun day here at Islands of Adventure I had an amazing time and I hope you did too I loved exploring a little bit more at Camp Jurassic I loved getting a closer
