yo what is up G's in today's video I'm going to show you exactly step by step how I ordered websites for prospects or potential clients just to win their business and show them that I know exactly what I'm talking about and also just show them opportunities that they might not even know about on the website to help them make money or bring in more business or whatever it is that we need to do to achieve their goals um this is how I do it a lot of my students ask me and they say Hey how
how do I prove to them that they even need a new website this video is going to show you exactly how to do that and it's also going to teach you how to bring value to the customer and it's going to help you understand why they need to pay you because if we can identify the weaknesses we can then identify the opportunities and the the opportunity is why they're paying you so let's just get straight into this who am I my name is Dean I run a niche web design agency we do $50,000 every single
month in cash collected um Plus for the last 6 months the proof is in stripe um I've got the proof right here so gross volume month to date $72,000 cash collected if I look at uh quarter to date this is since the beginning of the year we've done $180,000 cash collected um 150k cash collected in the previous quarter so yeah that's about $50,000 per month plus every single month um I think honestly some sometimes I I sell like more than $100,000 in websites every single month but they're on payment plans so that's why the cash

just an awesome popping Community Guys Without further Ado let's get into this so how to audit a website you need to understand that there are three key factors for a successful website right let's think about it okay traffic because without traffic there is no business right it's like no matter how good the business is if no one's going to the business they can never buy from the business so traffic is super important whether it's payad or organic traffic we have to look at traffic right and then SEC secondly we'll we'll run through each one of
these individually when I do an audit with you because I'm about to do an audit with you too I'm not going to leave you hang um and I've created a nice template for you that you guys can literally download and copy to your own Google Drive um secondly trust because okay let's say you've got the traffic they're coming to the website but they don't trust you okay if they don't trust you they're never going to work with you so you need to win their trust so we've got traffic we've got trust what's next conversion okay
so you've got the traffic you've got the trust they trust you they want to work with you but they can't work with you we need to make it easy frictionless we got to make it easy for them to turn it from a visitor into an actual lead so you know these are the few things that we're going to um audit and then the tools that you need is Loom this is a software that I'm using right now to record this video it records your screen Live While filming you and it uploads the video at the
same time so you'll literally get a link of the video the second that you hit stop and you can send that link in an email or in a message on Facebook or anywhere you want to send it it's fantastic for creating videos really quickly so and then the last thing that you need is a brain because you need to be able to understand traffic trust and conversion you don't need a big brain you just need a small little brain um but you do need a brain okay guys so without further Ado let's actually do an
audit so I've gone ahead and I've created this uh template now obviously you'll just insert the screenshot of the company over there you'll replace the name and then you'll put the address in here and the gmbb link in there and then we're going to do an audit live right now with this template boom so there we go um I've gone ahead and I've literally just Googled plumbing company near me and I've selected the drains surgeon here in Cape Town even though all of my clients are best in America um it really doesn't matter this could
be for any website so what I'm going to do now live with you guys on this video is I'm going to do the actual website order that I would do for the client um in this situation so here we go when you record a loom video generally what happens is it counts down from 3 to 1 so I'm going to do the countdown and then we're just going to shoot it live okay here we go so 3 2 1 hey what's up guys my name is Dean and in this video I want to show you
guys a breakdown of the audit that I did of your website because I think that if you fix a few of these opportunities that I'm about to identify for you you can make a lot more money with your website and right now to be honest with you I don't think you're actually getting a ton of leads through your website and I want to show you exactly why so check this out this is this is how I'm going to udit your website to have a successful online presence you need three things you need traffic trust and
conversion because without traffic no one can do business with you it's the same as opening up a lemonade stand in your house right you put the lemonade stand on the street so that people can walk past and buy lemonade no matter how good your lemonade is if you open up a lemonade stand in your house no one can buy lemonade from you so we need traffic the next thing that we need is trust because we need we we want people to actually believe that you can do what you say you can do so we need
the traffic they need to believe that you're legit and then the last thing that we need is we need conversion conversion is how we actually make the money it's how we turn a visitor into a lead so that they can become a paying customer we to we need to make that a frictionless experience and so what I'm going to do right now live for you guys is I'm going to help you identify um your key areas of improvement give you a rating and and give you a suggestion on how to fix that cool so here
we go this is obviously your website this is your um your presence on Google I'm going to go ahead and just click through to your website right now and boom your website's loaded so the first thing that I'm going to look at is the traffic so I want to understand how much traffic you're getting I'm going to take your domain and I'm going to put this in my tool real quick here we go this is Sam rush so I'm I'm just putting your domain into Sam Rush this is a free tool just so that we
can see how much traffic you're actually getting wow guys you guys are getting a ton of really good traffic when I see this much traffic it makes me very excited because I know that when I look at a company like this I see a lot of opportunity okay because if you're getting that much traffic if I can increase your trust and your conversion rate by 2% if right now let's say it's 4% and I increase it by 2% % that means you're literally going to be getting 50% more business right so this is what I
do all day every day um in terms of traffic it's not looking bad so if we're heading back same Rush stats I'm going to give it a 10 out of 10 you guys are crushing it keep doing what you're doing right so you're probably paying an SEO company to do SEO for you so the next thing that we're going to do is we're going to do an SEO audit on your website let me go ahead and do that real quick boom so here we go this is the SEO order tool it's literally free so anyone
can come on and do this I just put in the address right there and I hit order there we go now it's busy loading there we go it's almost complete it says 99% complete let's have a look this gives me a breakdown on the on page the links the usability performance and social so it's currently rated at a B which means your page could be better and this is the actual granular improvements on the website so it's 100% done let's have a look these are the recommendations these are a few low priority recommendations but in
general your on page SEO looks pretty good you've got an A minus rating so there's a few things H1 header tag usage wow okay you have one you have more than one H1 tag you need to only have one so in terms of you know on page and Technical you know you've got a few things that you know could be fixed up for you to you're already doing really well online if you fix these things up then you're definitely going to do a lot better cuz I mean even with 14,000 monthly visitors that's a lot
of traffic um so all in all this is looking really good there's a few small optimizations to be made with the onpage SEO on your website so I'm going to give you guys an eight out of 10 with that I'd say a few small fixes and just by the looks of it I think you have an SEO team if not you know I just say fix those uh you know recommendations on the SEO audit tool so you can just go to that tool and you know fix those or you know speak to me and I'd
love to help you do that um next thing that we're going to do is we're going to look at your Google my business because especially for a local company such as yours Google my business is one of the most important ways to actually bring in business so the way to check out your Google M business is to type in your company name into go into Google and you've just popped up okay boom so you've popped up over there it shows your images it looks good I like The Branding having The Branding in the images builds
a lot of trust so that's really good I like that um it's online I can see you guys have already you know um claimed this this profile I see that you've got products on here I see you've got a ton of really good reviews I see you're making posts all the time four days ago your social profiles are linked you've got back links your Google my business profile is actually pretty fleshed out and this does happen a lot um so congratulations there we go I'm going to give you guys an actual 10 out of 10
so keep doing what you're doing guys side note real quick this isn't part of the audit but obviously the client that I chose like I literally just typed in plumbing company and so I chose one of the top ones so obviously they're doing really really well um but usually when you're doing orders like this the websites are actually really bad and so you can identify a lot of issues with it um in this case you know it might help you in this video because you can actually see what you should be doing um instead of
you know you won't you won't know what's wrong just by looking at something that's broken if you don't know what the right thing is right so there we go and I'm going to I'm going to get back into the audit in three 2 1 boom so you know looking at the traffic I think your traffic overall rating is pretty good I'm going to give you an overall rating of 8 out of 10 you know what let's do a 9 out of 10 because your traffic is honestly with the amount of traffic you're getting traffic is
not our problem okay boom let's move on to trust so now looking at your website let's head back the first thing that we want to do is you know when people are considering working with a company like yours you know you're obviously a plumbing company is they need to say why why would I work with you compared to anyone else okay so you've got a nice tagline no job too deep too dark or too dirty that's kind of cool I like that our team is well sanitized and takes all the efforts to okay that's cool
but why should I work with you so you know something that a lot of people do is they um they remove the risk of working with you you could you could have something like unsat or satisfaction guarantee or if you're unhappy you don't pay or something like that that kind of gives you a reason to reach out and choose you over anyone else that's something that I could recommend in here or if you have a unique selling proposition that is something that would differentiate you from someone else which would be you know you know whatever
that is whatever you could identify that's you know unique to you guys um that is definitely something I'd put in here so you don't have any of that so I'm literally I'm going to give you a two out of 10 for this suggestion is I'd say add a risk reversal give them a reason to choose you you know so so make yourself unique um and add risk add a guarantee that is something that would help a lot so second thing is reviews and social proof okay straight off the bat there are no reviews at the
top um but I know that if we scroll down we've got some Brands over there and we've got reviews over here okay these these reviews look good from Google I can see they're from Google cuz I know what Google reviews look like but the fact that it doesn't say Google reviews isn't really good because I I I buy stuff the same way other people buy stuff by looking at legitimate reviews we very quickly know when reviews are not legit and so nothing tells me that these reviews are legit I want to be familiar with the
company that the reviews are being placed on I know this is being embedded from Google so just add that Google logo in there to make it look legit and move it all the way to the top of the website because if you use software like hot jar which tracks every single website visitor heat Maps you'll see that you know not a lot of people actually scroll down on the website so you need to have that stuff way at the top of the website so coming back to it I'm going to give you guys for reviews
and social proof I'm going to give you guys a 5 out of 10 can definitely be improved so move to top and make it legit so add the Google logos and whatnot so trust Badges and reputation I know that we already already touched on that a little bit here we go reputation these are the companies that you've worked with so those that's a good reputation trust badges would be these things block drain no that's not trust badges trust badges would be stuff like guarantees certifications there's no trust badges on here but you do have some
good reputation stuff so I'm going to give you guys a five out of 10 for that that looks good I would say add certification or license or license or anything like that the next thing that I rate websites on is personality and face right you know someone's going to do a good job when they put their reputation on the line the way you put your reputation on the line is you put your face on the line so you tie your face to your website if you look at my website you'll see that you know my
my fa is on my website I tell you who I am I show you who I am and I put it all on the line so you know there's none of that we've got a little bit of branding over here so that's nice um that shows me that it's a legit company but other than that it's just stock photog like I want to know who's behind this company why I should work with them where's that story where's that emotional story so honestly personality and face this is a one out of 10 um suggestion I would
say you know introduce the CEO or the owner of the company give me that personality and this ties in perfectly into the like know and trust Factor so whenever you buy whenever someone buys anything from anyone it's because they like know and trust them you're not going to buy something from someone you don't like that you don't know and that you don't trust so how do we get people to like know and trust you we have to introduce them to you you know so what's your story who are you add images of yourself add videos
of yourself that's not in here so like no and Trust Factor I'm going to give you a one out of 10 actually I'll do a two out of 10 because I do kind of know you from The Branding on the on the vehicles so that's a two out of 10 um I would say add videos um and put personal content super important guys TR you know we're we're in a trust recession these days so the the last thing this is an emotional backstory um you know how are we going to differentiate you from other people
we need that emotional backstory where's the abata section where do you come from what's your history why should I choose you over anyone else right um so yeah we're we're completely missing that I'm going to give you a one out of 10 for that um there's no differentiation write a buyer right so introduce me to the company so overall your overall rating overall rating I'm going to give you guys we add all of those up um there's a few fives ones twos I'll give you guys a solid three out of 10 in this there's some
massive improvements that you can make on the trust um so yeah trust is lacking severely um however I do like the The Branding as in everything's red and The Branding is on the truck over there or on the van so I can see that that's uh that's legit at least um cool so moving on conversion the money maker so calls to action you guys actually do really good big phone number right there big phone number right there there's no contact form right be before the page fold but when you scroll down there there are some
things that you do have to click like you know these things so there there's a lot of friction over there but at least there's not that much location address um so conversion call to action I'm going to give you guys a big fat solid 9 out of 10 that's pretty good I would just say uh make the contact form more frictionless so frictionless contact form right and then incentive to take action why should they take action okay well emergency response that's a nice incentive that's a good incentive cool so 24/7 super cool block drain security
cleared experience plumbers complete the form and we'll call you back in 15 minutes wow 24-hour man call center that's a really good incentive guys good stuff so I'm going to give you a nine out of 10 for that um you know something else you could do is you could give them a little reward you'd say you know complete the form for a 10% discount or call us now within the next 10 minutes for 10% discount or call us within this date for 10% discount and then there's they're going to be like wow there's 10% %
discount in in March right now okay let me call it so it's going to have an incentive to give you a call over anyone else mobile responsiveness let's have a look I've got a feeling this is mobile responsive but we never know okay boom it does look really bad uh you know there's the nothing's really grabbing my attention there's no um one call to action I see five random stars like I said I only see Facebook and Google reviews with the review guns and review rating that phone number needs to be clickable it's clickable but
that's not a phone button that's not a call Button okay there's a WhatsApp button we can start WhatsApp um that's not even WhatsApp that's a random other other thing so phone it it's it's mobile compatible but it does not look good I I would say simplify that thing so I'm going to say mobile responsiveness going to give you a two out of 10 I'd say simplify um speed and functionality I think in terms of speed and fun it it's actually pretty quick um you know I would definitely make this whole website simpler um you know
I would do a more streamlined design something like let me show you an example of something that I would do for one of my clients is just like a really simple you know you see what I mean by bringing in trust trust factors badges frictionless form you know this this is how you do it this is how you keep it simple and build trust with people so you know now that you kind of see that that that's how that's how it's done that's pretty much How We Do It um so going back to the speed
and functionality I think that overall it's pretty quick I'm going to give you an eight out of 10 I'd say you could probably just optimize that a little bit um ways to do that is honestly have the whole thing redesigned uh so re redesign the website um guys so that is my audit on your website I would love to show you what your website could look like maxed out if you give me the opportunity to I would love to go ahead and even do it up front for free so I'll get the design made and
if you like it we can work together let me know what you think and let me blow your socks off with this boom okay so that's the end of the audit guys that's what I would do when I ordered this website then you can go ahead and you can send it to the the Prospect and the the lead and that would show them that you really know what you're doing especially if you're willing to kind of like jump in and show them your Sops or if if you created a blueprint like we we've created a
blueprint um within my company for example where you know I've created this wireframe and blueprint to showcase exactly what the strategy is for that particular Niche now I didn't do it in this case because this is for a plumbing company and I do it in a different Niche but if you if you have These Blueprints you you put that in there while you're doing this thing you will freaking crush it for these guys um guys now that's pretty much it if you want this template just um click down below for the template or actually send
