sooo so I thought I'd share something new with you guys I'm trying because it's been well - two weeks since I've done a vlog so usually for outbound calls I used just Skype dial pad so that allows you to do international calls all around the world and then you have a dedicated number and it's just the easiest way to do things as I said to make international calls you can have your blue Yeti you know you can have your professional mic it's it's just the best setup in terms of recording your calls as well when
you're doing like outbound prospecting recently me and the team have actually been trying to zoom like phone calls instead so we're comparing the two so for anyone who's in the agency Incubator within the next few weeks last months I'll be relaying whether zoom came out on top compared to Skype for making outbound prospecting calls but I'm very early stages with this like I mean literally the past few days we've been trying also been trying something called closed comm which will integrate the CRM plus the call function so any calls you make would automatically be assigned
into a user profile there's call functions just [ __ ] so over the next few weeks I'm putting up zoom phone call compared to Skype dial pad so they said agency for instance I'll let you know which one comes out on top and I'm also pitting up-close calm because we've got a bunch of really dope deep your integrations which pulls in information from active campaign that's that anyways we're comparing that to pipe drive to see which one comes out on top so for all you Grady students I will relay once I have a bit more
information so a couple hours later here in the same spot finish up with the morning work blocks and yeah I got my team calling 50 minutes eating the lunch which is a sweet potato soup yeah I'm not gonna lie it's been like three and a half weeks of quarantine now to be honest I've been doing like pretty good in the three and a half weeks the only thing I miss is a cleaner haven't been able to get cleaner in here for like one three and a half weeks and yeah usually with this place you get
one couple time well actually technically every day but couple times a week was our preference so missing that I'm also missing eating out and delivery and this and that because I know I should cook myself some healthy food but I've just been eating out of like ready-made meals I've been trying to eat like as healthy ready-made as I can hence the sweet potatoes whoo but it's hard to eat super healthy when you're eating out of packaging so you're gonna eat this they got my team call and then get on with the rest of day oh

I'll send a follow-up one okay well that was the shortest client call I've ever had in my entire life one of my clients is actually stuck abroad and the internet is super sketchy and it was so in a minute but there's no point but on the flip side that's kind of good because it's four o'clock now and actually just we'll go from like a 25-minute nap a night I never take naps I never take naps I'm a Knopf fan of them I always maybe I'm just a really bad a Napper but I've never had a
nap and woken up feeling more refreshed so um yeah I'm I'm not gonna lie I'm actually kind of happy because this gives me 45 minutes to kind of wake up a little until my proper sales call later so so yeah let's get back to work even though of people since it started [Music] someone like you all right so ladies and gents I have seal claw actually should record it I had a meeting my meeting with my student integration team you guys know temple max Kaden etc etc so you guys probably have spoken to my incredible
team but got my sales call now and I'm really just not in the mood like just today's been a little off so I'm gonna make a quick d Kappa bulletproof coffee Blair's some loud obnoxious music get moving a little and just get myself in the mood honestly like when I brought on the mood for anything work-wise I'm playing some music and some music that can kind of sing along and jam too so I'm not gonna show you guys that but uh I gotta call starting in like three three minutes so I'm gonna put it down
and yeah hopefully it's a quote guys so yeah obviously you've you've met Danny at this point today I was around I mean Danny dan and worked me like three years now so he is the the myth behind oh yeah I mean yeah he's even a little Colombian secret getting a logistics set up to payment and then might as well cuz we're here we might as well just onboard you guys as well and get access to everything etc etc all right so ladies and gentlemen this should be a good lesson for each and every one of
you don't talk with gum in your mouth that's less it's know so I'm all lace in little pieces of the sales call agreed on it it's a ten thousand and by the way this is very different from what we normally do it's a 10,000 pound setup fee within that we're helping build out the new case study funnel outside of that it's a 30 percent return on adspend we worked with the client within their niche for like almost almost a year and we averaged out between 35 and 45 thousand a month return on adspend so with
this client we have a 30 percent return on adspend just performance for yes we have that 10 case set up but that's primarily to help just write some of their back-end emails for this case they phone set it all up etc etc really our money is made from that 30 performance fee now obviously if we extrapolate the fact that we did around thirty five to forty five thousand a month for their competitor prior to them then bringing in house I mean at forty five thousand if we're getting roughly a third that's fifteen thousand a month
in billables that said I feel as though this will probably be clocking in anywhere from fifteen to twenty five thousand a month return on adspend q- in info prague business so that's like pure profit and a month so obviously the twelve thirteen thousand dollars up front the ten thousand pounds it's great that's also my team will take care of it but the thing that I'm salivating over a little more is that thirty percent return on adspend as I said this is an entirely brand new course so there's nothing to go off of just based off
of my gut instinct the fact that we were able to produce a set between 35 and 45 return on adspend with majority of that coming in from cold my gut instinct with this client is we'll probably be doing around 20,000 a month on average over a six month slope so thirty percent of that I think this clan will be worth around six thousand pounds a month to us another quick thing is at the end of the call they actually want to have a follow-up call next Tuesday and it was one of those situations guys you
you know me you know I go for the wall call clothes and you know when like this client was excited to move forward like they were sold for me I get a little aggravated cuz I'm like you know why in my mind it's like why wait like you know let's get started now and let's get the ship moving and as I matured as an agency owner I've had to you know look subjectively and remove my ego from a situation and also a part from removing my ego I also knew that I was filming this video
today and it I'm not gonna lie that played into it like I really wanted to show you guys a hit the stripe notification hitting and this and that and that was in the back of my mind which is why like guys I'm doing the vlog but but in general I don't like to vlog my day to day because I there's certain things I find myself doing or more pressure I put on myself like I think you guys have seen me when I was meant to close a 5200 is is that a fifty two or fifty
five hundred pound a month client and I didn't end up closing them and it's just like I don't know I feel as though I might potentially act differently or maybe or I may not think as long-term in terms of sales site when I'm doing the vlog with you guys but as long story short is they want to actually process payment and just have a little little last look at their finances before making that 10k upfront payment and is that I to look at it from a macro view and go look either I can keep pushing
but I'm not going to achieve that goal of them pain so there's no upside there's only downside by the fact that the clam may be like mentally they might be going first of all are you concerned that we're not gonna like you know there's a different balance a shift of balance and power play there so I just kind of let off and but still booked in that 20 minute follow call on Tuesday and quite clearly it turned out to be the right thing because somewhere around 20 30 minutes after our meeting I got this email
that I'll put in right now and blur any sense of information but they literally went ahead and said look we're excited to move forward can we just pay you five K today and five K next week you don't even need to start any of the work for the funnel we just want to do this to show you that we're serious and I was like oh yeah of course so I don't know why I didn't get the notification on my stripe but nonetheless I can go I can still show you via email should never was never
worried but it's the thing is like people like fairy shad okay no how do I discover this and okay if I cover rates is a different thing as they're well either way I'm still gonna throw in a screenshot on top of that plus you guys go up the email to it just in case saying anyways guys so secure 5k today billing them the rest of 5k next week that also means that cured in tan you can get started on the emails as well as the funnel coming from a webinar funnel background that's the primarily what
we do for our clients this case study funnel is more agile it's more lean it's a hell of a lot easier to set up befall enough is gonna get the client much better results in this specific scenario so yeah it is Friday night closing on their client as I said ten thousand up front I think the overall value of them as an agency to me monthly in our Commission's will be around six thousand pounds a month so Pete and I just went to the supermarket I just picked up some terrible food many you guys know
care my programmatic he made me promise that I would binge out and eat a bunch of crappy food today because the past three weeks I've been doing water fasts on the weekend after 24 hour 48 hour water fasts and Kieran's afraid that I'm like repenting my sins or some [ __ ] weird Catholic [ __ ] but anyways I'm gonna go eat some terrible food mentally try to celebrate because this is one of the biggest mistakes I make I never celebrate signing clients I know I should I know I should still have that same excitement
