me $44,000 for 3 months and said hey I don't actually have money for ads I was like okay what the hell right so because I had fired that client through Outreach I was like you know what I have VA so I can just do Outreach for you he was like yeah why not it works and he's like hey all the money we're going to get from from Outreach we can invest that in ads right and then I tried acquiring clients on just advertising on a vssl funnel to implement a vssl funnel and man it was
it was like finding an uphill battle and that was in 2020 right fast forward four years today I don't even know how people who offer vs Cell funnels and ads are able to acquire clients unless they're famous right like it's so hard it is so hard it was hard back then I don't even know how people sell growth today right so and then I switched to this model of you know building and releasing um you know did done for your appointment setting that worked but it's because I was charging like 700 bucks 1,000 bucks a
month 1,200 bucks a month so it's like it was so cheap that the risk of not buying the service was being careless so even people who didn't have money would make sense of buying the service but I got to a point where the cost to fulfill was going up and the cost of my in my brain in my stress and the work level I had I was like well I figure out a way to sell something but it's so cheap that it's like that's why everyone is buying it and then I was like you know
what I'm not going to do that let me just figure out a way to just build and release this whole thing into someone's company and that took off okay but now looking back is based on what I'm about to show you guys I believe that in the last year I've talked about build and release but what I'm about to start talking about is Phase number two of seeing what was the second variable that actually skyrocketed our company to you know millions of dollars a a year okay first was changing into a product that is that
can be charged where you have so much margins up front because you're putting so many variables together for one human that you're saving them hours and weeks and months of work you're saving them months and hours of money and you're saving them so much and you just charge once and you you build and release that so that's one you need a really good product so as example so for you Edwin concept number one you need to find something that's so when someone sees it's like holy this must have taken a lot of time to put
together they need to get that feeling and they need to feel like you're saving them time and stress and all that good stuff that's variable number one so for anyone who's about to see what we're about to walk through don't forget that you first need the right thing to sell like that's inevitable but then the second thing is I had to figure out I was leveraging a different funnel from what everybody else was leveraging right I didn't grow to millions of dollars $7 million run rate with ads I didn't generally didn't okay so how did
I do it well today I'm about to walk you guys through we just scaled a client from uh 40K a month to 230k per month in 30 days and it made me realize like holy he also has this type of funnel and then I looked at another client previously that we scaled from something to like 150k a month in 5 months I was like oh this also reminds me of the same funnel right there's always these patterns that you got to recognize so while everyone is telling you guys oh just run a vssl funnel or
just run ads no it is not that simple guys it is not that easy okay so let's get straight into it so the Creator funnel right your first 100K to 500k per month is one leverage sales asset away and by the way you may be here watching this and you're not your goal isn't to make 100 Grand a month your goal isn't to make 500 Grand a month it doesn't matter don't look at this headline and view it from the perspective of he's talking to me I need to make 100 500k a month no what
I'm about actually showing you is how to make anyone 100 to 5 00 Grand a month if they have the right product right so this is not I'm not saying you're going to make 500 Grand a month no no no no I'm showing you how we make people hundreds of thousands of dollars a month and that's kind of like the Insight okay and today we're going to be focusing on you know as you guys know we have this growth Creator thesis build and release and then you know blah blah blah but today we're actually going
to be focusing on the Creator side of things the emphasis on on Creator because I didn't name the program growth Creator like just because there was a reason we offer growth but we also have to be a some form of of creat ERS ourselves okay now why is this important because for those who don't know our first big spike was actually in May of 20202 we had really a hard time to go from to scale past 100K cash collected right we went from well actually from April to may we went from 80k a month to
174k a month right and we went from 100K to 300K a month right like as you see I've never really had growth spurts where it's like I never really grown like 10% every month no it wasn't compounding it was like it just hit it just once you like growth happens all at once right so that's that and then um you know for those when we did a million dollars our first million dollars 90 days we had spent 7K on ads right you know today we're able to do like a quarter million in revenue and 170k
in cash collected in 7 Days uh this was earlier in March but today I'm also going to be talking about you know how this case study right which is you know how did Wyatt join our program you know in December making 2 to 5K per month right and by March he was making 50k a week and by may they had crossed 120k a month and 140k in revenue and how does a 16-year-old go from making 5K per month to buying a a $200,000 car 6 months later like it doesn't make sense so it's like you
got to follow the money somehow right because the money is there but now maybe some of you guys may look at this and be like oh it's a AI trend for sure there's some level of AI Trend here but what about this guy he's not leveraging AI Trend well but we just took him from averaging 3 to five deals a month making around joining 20 to 40K a month right uh to this was July and from August 20th to today which let's say a month we've just had him close 24 clients right like how does
it go how do you go from a 40K a month business to a 200k a month business right none of these clients were scaled because of a direct response funnel by the way it wasn't a vssl funnel it wasn't a social DM funnel Etc yet they're the most profitable and fastest growing companies we've scaled how and why here's where things get interesting grow to loan means nothing what's more important is the efficiency at which we acquired that growth Dylan we just made him an extra 200 Grand in a month and we actually stopped spending in
ads in July August September didn't spend a single penny on ads so how did we get him 24 clients whyatt I'm going to show you guys but also for our own case studies it wasn't heavy expenses like we didn't spend a lot of money on on acquisition right it was just purely almost like it was free money we were printing money right so if you spend 100 Grand to make 300 Grand which is you make you spend a dollar to make $3 it's actually not that impressive as the growth is somewhat expensive and probably not
sustainable I know plenty of online business owners coaches agencies Consultants spending half or onethird of their monthly income on marketing right to generate leads to generate appointments and clients to sustain the same level of Revenue the outcome here's what happens as soon as cost per lead and cost per book call increases by 10 20% their show rate drops the entire business flips on its head and they start losing money and probably their mind these three stories I'm going to be using today growth cost us nothing other than an hour per week to put a few
sales assets together right and the problem is right now that I'd like to show you guys is this lack of understanding of the need of leveraged ways to nurture people in your funnel right the typical funnel right now is lead to a vsl to an application to a sales call to money okay but I actually want to show you guys something and by the way this next point I'm about to cover is I actually want to show you how useless leads are useless just look at this it's pretty insane all right so this is this
is what spending $7,000 a week on ads looks like 785 total leads you know somewhat organic traffic somewhat paid ads traffic paid ad leads okay what is the outcome almost 800 leads 65 sales calls in a week um let's just focus on here 80065 right I have a quick question for you guys and please put it in the chat how many calls do you think were booked when we only spent $1,000 on ads and reduced the total lead flow to 263 so walk into chat comment total calls booked from 700 leads 800 leads is 65
compared to 200 leads how many calls do you think were booked 100 50 20 708 right but quick question the Assumption The Logical assumption would be you spent 17th of the ad spend or on attention you should be getting 17th of the calls booked right well let me show you guys something more calls were booked on 17th the lead flow than we did when we had seven times more lead flow right when I saw this I was like huh how is it possible Right how does it make sense right and we're going to get to
that lesson shortly right how is it possible to spend 17th on marketing and attention but to generate more sales calls and qualified businesses the answer is guys leads is one of the worst metric that you can have in your business the difference between this efficiency of 1K and then 7K on ads in a week is that instead of working with leads we focus on working with engaged leads and educated leads if you are focused on getting new leads every day and only focusing on those new leads your business is going to go you're going to
go bankrupt right and I want to actually explain something a little important the old sales process which is lead to a vsl to a Setter to a closing call to money right is only focused on force and lie it's Brute Force you're trying to brute you're trying to push people into buying your and you guess what you're also using deceptive sales tactics to get the prospect into Desiring Your solution in the most unleveraged way way possible using people why because every new lead that comes in if there's no human to set that lead of course
some people are like oh well I'm going to install some email sequence yeah right who who's going to book a call because you sent them some nurturing email sequence that's stupid right nobody nobody's going to open up after watching a vssl and be like oh wow your next email is so good that I decided to book a call who here has booked a call after having sent being sent an email after opting in who here has ever booked a call I've never personally I'm curious to see these people keep saying oh let me do email
let me do do email email do what right nobody books a call right but check this out the only way you people are making money on top of funnel is when they're like hey I want you to buy and if you don't make money will refund you and we'll also pay you for wasting your time right guys I don't personally know anyone who's not using these deceptive sales tactics on and who's making money at scale on front end the only way that you would be able to make that kind of money on front end is
if your product is so good like it's almost like AI driven if you have ai driven oh my God you're going to cook but if your product isn't Innovative as AI try selling Facebook ad without making promises without over promising the world when you know you can deliver right it's the only way to make this funnel work and I know most people on this call are in competitive market so I'm not necessarily trying to talk about new blue ocean markets right if you're trying to help old people like I don't know like write their will
I don't know maybe can get C per lead which is $2 and book calls $5 for sure but we're not doing that right we're offering and growing companies right so code and media are permission less leverage they're leverage behind the new rich and a lot of people keep talking about this Naval quote Naval this Naval that leverage the four the four forms of Leverage everybody keeps on yapping about this all the time but they never but one of the things I realized is that but how much is your sales funnel actually focused on code and
media why are we all trying to why is the biggest Trends closers and Setters why are humans the biggest Trend I don't understand when Naval in 2018 said just focus on media and code it's literally how the new people are getting rich right and the other problems with a vssl funnel is that nobody watches the vssl truly right it's up and the only people who watch vs Sals are growth marketers who are just trying to funnel hack you who has that happened before right the only people who watch vsls are other marketers please comment I
know Julian You' be funno happing me I know but guys literally like no actual real person who has a problem is going to watch a vssl the only people who watch vsls are curious people and people are just trying to learn right so check this out so now since we know that most people aren't going to convert on a vsl then we have to do what it's up to the setter to the Trier to the closer to educate and close your prospect and the only people buying is because you gave them 20 guarantees that if
they don't succeed you're going to give them their money back but guys look at the impact of this problem when sales call dry out the tendency for a Founder is let's spend more money on ads to catch up on the slow week which creates more leads when you have more leads well you have to figure out way to set those people and convert them on a sales call so guess what you're like hey guys we have too many leads we need need Setters when you incentivize Setters pay them per booked call or pay them per
closed deal they're going to just fill you up with a bunch of calls because their incentive is they're trying to make money they're trying to eat so they're going to just book a call with anybody right and then once they fill up your calendar well your calendar is full of people who don't know you or trust you but since the calendar is full you have no other choice but to hire more closers well the sales team now just got big and now you need managers well now you got even more expenses right before you know
it your business is losing money your cost to acquire clients has doubled your cash conversion cycle is as long as as hell right your return on ad spend is guys here's the most important thing and the worst you don't even know where the true problem stems from this is what most people growing companies online are dealing with they win and then they try to scale every metric in their business shuts down everyone every metric from C per lead to C per booked call to cost per show to close deals every metric goes down and to
try to fix these metrics they hire more people when you hire more people not only do you have to now focus on metrics you also have to hire manage the new people so now you only you now you had one problem now you have two problems s now you're distracted and now you're like holy I have way too many problems I don't even know what's going on in this business and that's how most people never really last more than 2 three years okay let's keep going I got more cooking to do luckily you're about to
be saved I know some of you guys are growing companies so you and your clients of course and know the answer to the problems but please save the following pain Point points as your oneone wallpaper screen saver I don't know and if you can name your kids after these Concepts please do so I might have to add them for my kids okay so check this out the most important thing guys in any business right forget leads forget calls book forget like let's delete all this nonsense markety like marketing like Focus like fantasies that we have
on calls per booked and closed deals blah blah blah no what really matters in a business is hey what is your return on investment on your time and on your money on your resources on your team that's one the second thing is Cash conversion cycle if you want to avoid creating wealth in 100 years when you can't 100 years from now when you can't even enjoy living like guys I think in my opinion I don't really to be honest I don't think I even need more than 5K a month when I'm 90 years old what
am I going to spend I'm probably not going to drive the Porsche I'm probably not going to be able to to go eat a bagel every day I'm if I eat a bagel I'm going to die the same day right so the point of creating wealth is create it while you can still enjoy it and create and compound it enough so you can leave it to the next Generation there's no point in taking 50 100 years to create wealth so the goal isn't in who can book me the most calls the goal isn't in what
is the next thing to sell no no no no no what we need to focus on is we need to focus on first principle stuff which is what can give me the greatest return on my time on my money and on my team's time and what can give me the fastest cash conversion cycle okay so return in investment we're going to look at it really simple $1 invested in ads how much do you get back do you get back $3 or do you get $10 or do you get $1,000 back if you can do this
you can print forever the only fans owner business is making $30 million per employee right the the value contribute like in a business the way you look at the health of a business you look at the the team like you look at the efficiency of the business you look at how many employees they have and what's the cash like you take the cash per year you divide it by employees and that gives you like health of the business right I think right now only fans the platform is generating $30 million per employee that they have
in a typical healthy business service business is like $400,000 per employee per year for you to feel like you're you're in a good spot they're making $30 million per employee so that means that their machine is so efficient that they're literally it's not even printing money anymore it's what you call they invented the print the printing press that's what they did like to be honest they're not they invented the word printing $30 million per employee that means that for each employees that is insane but that you can only do so based on your how efficient
Your solution is it's not because you're a marketer or you're you get a nice little funnel no you're not going to do that right the one person making $10 will experience Freedom exponentially faster than the one who gets $3 back you literally experience three times more value for each dollar invested right now this one is even more important I believe in my opinion which is Cash conversion cycle how long does it actually take you to to turn that $2 $1 into $3 or $10 right does it take you 120 days for your leads to turn
into clients or does it take you you know some people might even take them 12 months right or does it take 7 14 days the founder who can have a 7-Day lead to conversion time will be able to afford a peaceful future and a safer future compared to the one who has to wait 120 days or 12 months wants to convert the lead into a client therefore guys I know some of you guys are growth marketers growth operators or maybe you're like Alex you're helping lawyers right Alex you're selling content and ads okay please never
ever sell leads or appointments go to the client and say hey my job really is to make sure that every dollar you put in marketing or acquisition and attention gets you $10 back but and even a deeper level at a deeper level I actually want you to get your $10 instead of waiting six months I want you to get it next week that's why you're buying my growth Services you're not just buying leads like a typical lead gen agency who don't even know nothing about growing companies they've literally never grown companies other than launch a
campaign on ads and set up the audience and set up the copy from chat GPT and literally plug a go high level snapshot that they got from someone else that they don't know right and they're like oh I just sent leads to your email oh man this is crazy right um so guys what we're we're giving people the most amount of money based on what they invest their time and their money and we're giving it to to them sooner we're like investors we're great Capital allocators right this is the truth and today I want to
guys show you guys one thing that is going to drive this point even further home and please watch this okay cuz this is going to be even more insight okay so I have this thing to show you guys real quick real quick so you guys check this out someone goes through paid ads someone goes through a lead someone sets maybe they watch a little vsl right let me show you guys this let's say someone doesn't watch a vsl the value of this call that shows up can you guys see it look at this number can
you guys see the number what does it say comment in the chat what's the value per closing call that shows up $100 okay so that means that you know you book a call maybe you close so let's say you you you book 10 calls and maybe you collect $1,000 or you take 10 calls and you collect $1,000 well that means that every call closing call that showed up was worth a hundred bucks okay do you guys want to see what happens when someone is somewhat familiar somewhat educated the impact of that on the cost on
the value let me show you guys the value per each closing call that shows up goes from $100 to$ 339 this is a 3X 3 to 4X actually getting someone to consume even something a little something educational to get them just somewhat familiar 3 to five 4X as your current closing call Value right do you guys want to see what's the value who want to predict the value of someone who's truly educated what is the value per closing call that shows up comment in the chat comment in the chat I want to show you guys

do either or right and by the way either most marketers do sell either or or most business owners do either or they'll either run payad to book calls or they'll or they'll do organic and be like okay I'll do calls organically right and most marketers sell this they'll sell content or they sell ads right but for us we've realized the following if you can get someone actually I don't know which order I should present this I don't know if I should go um actually before I go over this I'm just going to go straight to
the actual impact of this funnel check this out once someone goes through all of this this is the value of each call that shows up $2.6 th000 2.7k the same lead the same human the same Avatar the same everything the only thing that changed is the degree of Engagement and education now let's say I'm competing with a marketer okay so marketer number one marketer one or business one and then you have me right who's you know little growth Creator who understands the importance of growth but who also understands even more important the impact of being
a Creator or having a creating business on top of funnel okay this guy just runs ads to a lead to a funnel right to a Setter oh okay cool oh this is so nice oh to a closer oh wow this is so beautiful oh you get me calls oh I'm getting so many leads oh my God I got 100 leads today oh I got I got I got 10 calls today oh my God this is so amazing oh wow what an amazing what what an amazing growth marketer oh what an amazing business oh and then
they get to a closer and then oh the closer close one deal oh my God we got a client today oh but but we only cash collected 1K right this is what most people doing in their business it is so bad it is so bad it is so bad right in 2015 this worked this could cook this could cook in 2015 you could do this and make money you could guys you could print you could still do it today if it's in a market where Nobody Does it right but when everybody runs ads when everybody
sets when everybody closes when everybody has a vssl funnel you ain't going to make money even if you do you're going to make a $100 per call or at best $300 per closing call that shows up right or you could just cook and have this create a funnel and have every single person who shows up be worth 2.7k and if you take 10 calls that show up you 10 exit and you make 27k a day right this is what today I want to emphasize all right this is the focus today right now before I go
over this I want to just showcase the impact of of this thing in the actual businesses right guys not familiar there's no point in Booking calls with people who aren't who don't know nothing cuz you're not even going to make any money somewhat familiar willing to implement they're worth three times more the difference between not familiar and someone who's really familiar is worth 27 times more money right so if you are currently growing companies and you just implement this you literally 27x the value of a typical acquisition funnel all you did 20x 27x it's not
run better ads it's not even that it's not set better it's not closed better it's not become a better closer it's literally become better at cooking right and this is what I did right for me to go from 80k a month to 100K a month I didn't spend more money on ads I didn't do nothing I just cooked up a better sales asset a better a better nurturing asset right it happened again 100K to 300K a month same thing and maybe let me show you guys the impact of it on the Consulting on the offer
that we just killed to 200k per month from 40K I'll you guys it's so funny sometimes that like it's actually pretty pretty I'm going to show you guys what we did okay and then you guys will just see it it is one of the craziest thing I've ever seen in my life I don't even know where it's at I think it's going to be here all right cool so like I told you guys Dylan was doing around 40K 45k a month right signing three to five you know three to five clients per month okay and
and he has actually I'll just go through this right now right so the way that it works this this funnel is you're getting traffic from organic it could be long form or short form right or you're getting traffic from Paid ads right or it could be one of them right you don't need to do all of them at once depending on your resources or for your clients you send them to a community you got a centralize attention don't send them to like this place to a vssl and then this here no no no no no
please just centralize everyone in one place Okay the reason why you want one place is because you want to be able to broadcast and re engage people at scale okay and then what you want to do is within that Community you want to have a long form nurturing mechanism like just Banger okay could be many bangers it doesn't have to be just one right and then this is where it becomes important instead of being like Oh I got a lead I'm trying to them on a sales call let me close them which would inevitably just
end you making you you know $100 or $300 per call that that shows up instead you're only optimizing on doing one thing that is creating attention generating sales asset we which are like two steps which are re-engagement mechanism okay you do them maybe once or twice a week once a week better okay what that will do is it will take the leads walk them through this they become nurtured and once you do the re-engagement only the most engaged people are going to raise their hand okay and then you set them or convert them in a
leveraged way Setters aren't necessarily leveraged but you need one Setter in there okay one to many call is good I recommend it could be a webinar it could be a presentation like I'm doing right now or it could could be a sales asset like a banger process selling via Cale another training another you know it doesn't matter we have a bunch of these okay and then you just then let the calls cook right and then you just wait for every call that shows up to be worth three grand three grand three grand three grand instead
of even looking at it oh we're going to need 10 calls to book a client no just think of it as every single call that we successfully get to show is worth three grand to us so we don't even care if each call closes right and you just cook now let me actually show you guys the impact so Dylan previously had a community he had YouTube right he had spent some money on ads before but how come he was only making 40K per month I didn't I didn't I didn't I didn't we didn't spend any
more the money on that so what we did is really simple we just did the third step or the second step which is we focused on creating engaged leads well actually we did more than that I built a new vssl for him but that's another story so we built a new asset I built a new so actually I went through the whole steps right I came into his business and I built a value Banger wrote up a cooking okay and then we re-engaged his list and let me show you guys the impact the first so
this is after so we created the asset first created engaged leads and this was the outcome I posted the asset on the 20th this was the next day the 21st 32k in Revenue 14k cash collected 48 hours later they were already at five clients I just told you guys that he was at five clients a month in 48 hours we had closed more clients than he does usually do in a in a single month okay and you know not enough slots I'll show you guys what the calendar looked like once we did once we focused
on re-engaging uh his his his his actual leads look at this this is what the calendar looks like when you're cooking and by the way guys this is no this is no ads this is no new Setters this is just with the team that he had and we just focused on just re-engaging his current audience and his current group okay and in 13 days they had signed 11 clients which is 107k and probably over 60k in cash collector in like the first 5 weeks right and then 13 days later I did the same thing the
second one re-engagement hey can I get a report on the calls booked he booked 13 calls that day and the following day so this was the fourth 14.5k cash collected right no ads no nothing right and today we've done it maybe two three times two two or three times it's like two times to be honest and this is how we literally took him from from from from literally closing like 40K a month to like just cooking every month right now one thing I want to show you guys is the impact of calls of how this
impacts it right so I want to show you guys something so this was this was July right so you guys can see July and then like let's look at here look at look at I want to show you guys something I showed this to the team the other day and that it was pretty interesting so we posted the thing on the 21st right the vssl posted on YouTube so let's do the 21st and to the 22nd two client four clients five clients in 5 days they had five clients so that's like 50k okay do you
guys want to bet how many clients were closed from the 26th to the 30th who want to guess from here to the third 31st let's say actually from the 26th to the 30 cuz that's when I re-engage the second time who want to guess how many clients were closed so after the first re-engagement and focusing on engaged leads and educated leads how many clients do you think were closed between that time and that time 18 okay let me show you guys this is where this is where the lesson actually hits home this is where it
gets even more important from the 26th to the 3rd only five clients were closed actually let's move this here look at this only one client was closed in the following week that is insane do you guys get this now I have a quick question do you guys think calls weren't being booked during that week no they still had 25 calls right why do you guys think that's the case how do we go from five clients to only one client in a week exactly no no engaged leads but he did have lead he did have leads
cuz he has almost 3,000 5,000 people so going back to the lesson of it doesn't matter if you have leads is how engaged are they engagement is where the money is made engaged and educated is when you cook right and guess what I stepped back in as the rain maker on the 3rd of of September like I said 13 days later 3rd of September let's even do 3rd to the 3rd right third to the third guess what we did today we re-engaged the his audience his list his prospects his lead leads and we did 30k
a day 15K cash collected right and the following day we closed another three oh man this is actually crazy every time I see it look at this boom and then look seven and then guess what let's actually do the same exercise from the 9th to the 13th again not much volume going on right and this is where I got the lesson and this is why I'm talking to you guys today about this we have been lied that all we needed was a vsl to get a lead in to get a call and try to close
them if they don't close oh we just lost money money no no when you get the lead is when the game starts and how you are how good you are from post lead being opted in the game you play post this moment is what dictates how good you become at making money for you and for your clients I can tell you that 99% of everyone on this call wakes up and like oh I need new leads I need new appointments have you guys ever asked yourself can I re-engage the people that have already been into
my Fone you're probably not doing it right and this is and by the way most marketers most growth companies also focus on what on getting people what more leads more appointments right the pitch is always oh a business always needs more leads so that's a like that's how we got trained into becoming agency owners into becoming growth people it was oh a business always needs new leads who has ever told us that no a business doesn't new lead need new leads cuz if they keep focusing on New Leads they will go bankrupt they need so
much energy post the lead opting in that that's the money maker anybody can run ads to get leads it's it's it's the most commoditized ever anybody can edit a piece of cont cont and post it on YouTube what happens post people paying your attention Okay that was Dylan case study you guys wanted me show you guys why it's let me show you guys this is even crazy okay so um tactical Consulting so this was uh data you know uh White we're not working with together anymore like um but you know this was the month where
he hit his first 80k month which was um April right they signed uh oh okay I'm going to hide this a little bit U cuz that cuz it's going to it's going to uh actually I won't hide it I'll just move it till later so so he did 80k a month right and how was he setting the Creator funnel YouTube ads School a VA Pauls and he also had four other Setters right who are reaching out to New Leads okay let me show you guys what happened so he did 80k a month all right and
he got uh I don't know like you know he was the cost per lead was like5 $7 and and we had YouTube going so he was getting like 50 70 New Leads a day in his cool group right and in New Leads and uh look at this so Setter number one con length 10 sets how many closes zero Fernando 10 sets how many deals closed zero belal 14 sets how many calls closed deals Zero 12 sets from Charlie how many closed deals zero why do you guys think that's the case please aha Chris Chan God
damn man I you want you want to you want to join Clan acquisition. or may be hiring do you guys see four Setters four humans grinding every day hustling hey let me let me cook let me hey you want to book on a call blah blah blah this is what happens by the way for all of you guys who are advertisers and growing companies this is what's happening in your client companies you guys are getting them shitty leads and they keep telling you hey man these leads right and they keep going to buy another agency
service they're like hey I don't want more leads I'm tired I'm tired and even what's worse is you become good at at at at deceptive sales tactics where you turn the leads into appointments and they're like hey none of these leads are buying what's going on this is the problem with our industry we're giving people we're giving people it doesn't matter if you can run ads it doesn't matter if you can book calls is can those people convert you guys want to see who brought in 80% of that 80k you guys want to see it

get creative go find some money right so this is guys this is what I'm this is when I saw this I'm like oh my God oh my God okay we we got to get the people dialed in we got to get the people looking at this cuz this is insane this is insane right so guys all I did to make this client partner from 40K a month to 230k per month was One cooked vsl plus two re-engagement crazy it's sometimes it's even saying it is insane right it's literally one of I mean I'm not saying
that it's easy it's not like you can just have no knowledge and build this no it's like you got to know how to create the right desires you got to know the right Market you got to have a good product right this guy has a great case study right so we're cooking so he's going to kill it right but guys all I did was these two things okay and then Wyatt 16 years old making 5K per month to 140k per month was a simple YouTube to school to a $3 an hour VA to 80k per
month right and I mean we can look at my stats so what do you guys think I did when I was going from 100K 80k to 180k a month 100K to 300K per month uh from from from like a 300K a year business to a million dollars every 90 days all I did was I'll show you guys cuz you guys think this is a joke like this is I'm literally showing you guys what we do not what like I'm trying to sell you guys some no this is literally it it's we figure out a way
to get attention it could be ads it could be whatever but this doesn't matter because this is commoditized it's useless everybody's competing at this level and they're like why am I not making money well because you're only playing the easy game you're playing the easy the the make take a picture spend $50 and get leads who can't to do that everybody can do that right but what most people can't do which is which is which is something you can't automate is come up with bangers create a community and re-engage people with True Value and convert
them in a leveraged way and get them on sales call right that's what we did Dylan Wyatt my case study right everybody's just doing this they're trying to get attention here from top of funnel and they're just trying to go straight to what to this here and this is the money they're making this is why they're broke this is why they're broke okay telling you guys I'm telling you guys the game has changed right now a lot of you guys may be like oh but yeah maybe it works in agency coaching Consulting space are you
sure that is that's the case are you sure can we look at Stats okay let's look at Stats let's pick a guy like Ryan surand okay he just started sirant that.com that he's real estate agency okay they're currently doing let me ask Chad GPT Chad GPT how much is Ryan surand company doing in yearly volume sales let's look at that I'm looking at this um I'm looking at okay so let me show you guys this is the stuff Ryan sirant um as of 2022 the broker has SP surpassed four billion in real estate sales within
just 3 years this company continues to expand rapidly where projects even higher figures as it scales nationally okay cool uh what's an example give me give me an example of another uh real estate agency uh another one anybody has an example of a real estate agency that they want okay perfect Keller Williams I think this is good okay Keller Williams realy uh was founded in 1983 five volume exceeding um how long look at this guys this and and hopefully I'm going to be right if I'm wrong this is going to be this is going to
cook me okay how long did it how long did it take Keller Williams realy to hit 4 billion in annual volume hopefully we can find it okay so guys check this out um reach 4 billion anal sales fairly early in it Global expansion by the early 20s after significant growth since founding K started accelerate rapidly due to its agent Centric model robust um in 2018 K Williams World agents of the us alone closed 4.5 billion in sales the let uh the company likely surpassed 4 billion annual volume within us much earlier across okay what was
what what is sirant realy size team size to make four bill in 4 billion in Revenue right okay so 500 people to do 4 billion okay let's actually do the math I'm going to do the math on my phone so a company one company is doing 500 billion 550 million jeez I can't do I can't do the math a million per person that's uh that's for Keller William yeah is that correct or for Ryan Sant I don't know I you want to you want to answer what's Revenue per agent for uh sirant versus yeah that's
for sirant um so I did four Bill divided by 500 people uh and I got 8 mil per person so that's saying basically each each rotor basically close 8 mil in sales in that one year yeah so yeah just gave you the math okay sorry guys okay guys look at the efficiency one company brings in 8 million per agent another one brings in 2.4 million per agent that means that if Ryan surand had the revenue if sirant if Ryan if Ryan sirant had 190,000 had the same agent team size as Keller if we maintain the
same 8 mil per agent come on GPT do the math quick quick quick quick we need you 1.5 trillion now some of you guys may say how is Ryan suran able to get that much efficiency is it the fact that he's running ads to get relis things is it really the fact not really it's because the customer to the brand is already what engaged and educated while killer Williams I know the realy name but do I even know one person in that business that when I want to buy a list a thing that I'm going
to be like yes guys let me let me give you my $5 million property to list it no you're going to go with who with the people that you like and Trust that you were engaged with and that you were educated by and that's the thing I want you guys to understand it doesn't matter if you're helping local businesses it doesn't matter if you're helping a coach it doesn't matter if you're helping a u a nobody it applies because this is psychology it's not about a funnel okay it applies everywhere quick Mass all right cool
perfect so uh this is what happened right so for us uh I'm not necess going to go into like crazy steps of like implementing this right now because it be a long while I mean it takes a big like you have to understand that this Creator funnel is like multiple funnels in one right like it's not you're not just good at a vssl funnel you're going to need to be good at a vsl funnel you're also going to need to be at organic you're also going to need to be at a lot of different things
right you're going to need to be good at organic you're going to need to be YouTube maybe some show form but you get to pick and choose you're going to need to be on ads right then you generate leads 90% of growth providers focus on on just you useless leads and this and that right pay traffic uh you know for we have a we have a protocol right so I'm not going to go into this right now but I'm just going to show you guys real quick organic traffic um same thing right we have a
a management system for this uh creating engaged leads uh attention generating sales assets um I can I I'll show you guys how this works uh created educated Believers at scale it's kind of like what I did with the 15-minute vssl that I did for Dylan okay um which was kind of like this here and um you know the most important part of the cell off is the offer structure uh we're going to be releasing it to clients um probably by the end of the week I'm going to be giving you guys this new vsl structure

to have a team of like 30 people you're not going to make any money so for me important if you're seeing this build and release what are you going to build and release really simple a YouTube or it could be a social funnel you're going to build and release a school group you're going to build and release ads you're going to place a Setter you're going to build and release a vssl and you're going to build and release a CRM okay and or a funnel what or in the CRM and funnels whatever blah blah blah
here like a vssl a funnel would come here like funnel here okay you charge 15K I think minimum should be 15K I believe if you're going after investors you could probably charge even more 20K 25k 30k plus okay I just put 15K as a as a baseline right and all you need the team in-house you're going to need is really simple you need one media buyer one Setter manager one va8 to build School groups one va8 to build YouTube channels one va8 to implement ghl a team of five people which is probably going to cost
you 10 15 grand a month in payroll you can fulfill on 10 of these builds per month have the media buyer build the the the campaign have the seter manager set up the script for the to the Outreach conversations uh YouTube channel one via can help it you guys will have access to our team to consult you and literally be like your creative director Partners right uh ghl you guys will have rghl snapshot seven figure to essentially Plug and Play into these businesses okay and you just rinse and repeat once you've built and released this
for like 25 people then retain the five on a back end on a leveraged retention offer for successful clients only if you try to give this to broke people you're cooked they're going to they're going to drown you build and release if they have potential hey be like hey by the way we could actually do this done for you just like I'm doing it for our partners I did it for Dylan I could have just been like hey Dylan uh you can just do this by the way no I did it for him I literally
wrote one vsl two engagement post and he made five times the money and we get paid a percentage of 5x. growth and all it cost was writing three two steps I'm like I'm good on that this is amazing and you can do paid ads content ideation and you know topics and just replace Talent almost like just do talent management right but important charge so low that replacing you is irresponsible if your client wanted to go let's say you build and release this on the front end and they want to replace you and they want to
get a media buyer inhouse and they want to get a Content team inhouse and they want to get someone to manage their setting or their sales team well each person here is going to cost 2.5k another one is going to cost them 3K another one is going to cost them 5K so you're literally giving them value for one of the what it would actually cost them if they try to hire internally and all you're doing is just asking hey I just need to 10% 15% if you can push it push it do 20% I don't
like the growth operators who say I'll take 30% 40% of the company's uh cash I'm like are you crazy right so just stack these clients and on the back end the only team you need is a media buyer head of content Talent managers and these three these three decision makers high level Talent will cook and deliver and manage 25 clients per year per month right and if each client is paying you 3K on average that's 75 5K a month plus 10% if they're all averaging 75k per month that's 10% of 7.5k * 25 that's 187k
a month in uh in in in percentage of growth plus the 75k so you're making 260k a month on back end that's just coming in every time every month and then you're still cooking here 150k plus um a month and you're taking home 105k profit because the cost to fulfill this team is going to be nothing right this this is in my opinion how I would do it build and release retain the best clients build and release you can liter go to the clients be like hey would do you want L look at how easy
the pitch is you can show them do you want your calls to be worth $100 or do you want me to build something that turns them into 2.7k per closing call that shows up how easy is it to to pitch this you guys tell me who wouldn't want to pay 15K to get to go from 100 calls dollar value call to 2.7k anybody would want this all right and that is the pitch right does it make sense yes you can do this with AI infrastructure that's the thing like it it works this is the this
is the the the funnel it doesn't matter if you're if you're if you're it does it's irrespective of the niche that's something I want that's why emphasize that it doesn't matter the niche right and the reason why we're we're kind of like moving this route is because what at the end of the day for me when I see opportunities I can't tell cuz one of the biggest bot we have is a lot of people have been like okay but what do I build release what do I build and release and we have really never found
one specific thing that you can really build and release that is truly datadriven that it actually provides efficiency and for the first time this is the first time that we have something that like oh wow we actually believe that we can help our clients who don't necessarily have the kind of like a product and an offer that hits we can give them this and they can hit cook because it's impacting our own business and for the first time we're like wow this is actually really sick and again we can't build and release this thing to
every Niche that exists so we can all it and make millions implementing this efficiency because we know that without an intent nurturing engine you and your clients are cooked okay but here's our value this is how we fulfill for those who've never kind of like seen uh our our kind of like our program okay first things we do is we refine your offer so if you want to kind of like start building and releasing this uh Creator funnel we got to First build the whole thing for you okay and what does it look like we

lead flow okay we already have the lead flow that the ads data on ads and everything like that so you don't have to worry about that we get ads rolling okay this is going to take us three to five days this is going to take us like a week and a half two weeks right to just get leads flowing and appointments flowing in whatever Market you decide to go through and then next thing is place a Setter lock in appointment setting if you don't have the ability to set yourself we're going to come in and
place a set up for you so they can um convert and the next thing is the sales flow deal flow every client we walk them through this we the way that a lot of people don't understand like build and release is you got to be somewhat of an agency fulfillment where you actually keep your clients accountable so we also apply that in our fulfillment we're not just a lot of people have never really seen what our backend looks like they tend to think that like oh I'm just you know being given like a course and

true people are kind of like avelable so it's like I would first figure out where do you want to build a community Do you want to build the community on um on maybe a different platform where they can easily access right is there maybe would you do a Facebook group instead of school uh would you do a WhatsApp group would you do a uh an email list just literally just create the content on there right but I think it's the wrong belief to say that they're busy right all right uh sir did you say you
would not PID the community for no reason like you have NBL well I have NBL because I can well because I already have other communities right NBL is not a is not a community it's like you like who's going to be able to get people to pay $49 a week to to to join their Community if you can figure that out out then yeah please go create NBL for other people but you're not going to um Grant please you can unmute yourself how's it going Serge how you doing so I just got some clarity on

for yourself but you would but the the offer you would be pushing would be building and releasing this for other creators but you yourself need the same funnel so that you can afford because or else you're just running ads and just being another one of those you know yeah 100% all right I dm'd you I'm ready to move let's cook let's go let's go uh yeah know I mean guys like for me for me when I saw the 100 bucks to 2.7k I'm like what the are people doing booking calls with with nobodies and and
by the way let me let me preface this have you guys seen the trend of everybody wanting to become appointment setting agencies right now since everybody's becoming appointment sitting agencies that means that you just becoming another person who's going to book calls for people isn't how you make money the way you're going to make money is the following you need to find a solution that's infinitely more efficient than what everybody else is offering and that's where you cook okay so I'm G to be I'm personally going to be doing this for more clients like I'm
going to be doing this for every client anybody who hits 30k a month plus I be like hey let's build this thing for you right anybody who's doing less than that I recommend you guys change your Liv by building and releasing this and you guys have access to um to us being able to essentially just facilitate the infrastructure help you guys build the back end and give you guys access to the talent so you guys don't have to waste time on the operation side but um yeah guys any other questions um Germaine said based on
what you've explained about nurturing and educating leads before closing is it safe to say that two weeks is enough for this process or it varies on the niche um actually it's not about time spent in the funnel it's about time spent consuming it's about consumption not time like it's not days right like someone could enter a funnel today and buy today but the the time is okay but can you forced enough consumption in in a short times timeline so that they actually start making money okay okay so they actually make sense of wanting to buy

a paid one for solving their more problems maybe less friction on the first H School community and then scaling it up to the the value like H the value stairs and then going up to the high ticket so I think that no man I don't recommend you do that right now because the the amount of the amount of trust you need to for someone to give you a dollar or $3 is the same as getting them to give you thousands of dollars so you're almost going to now need to Market and sell that three four
four dollar fee to join and you I mean I think from your perspective is you're qualifying people by price and that is true but you you may still get unqualified people now if I was you just to maybe qualify them maybe put a dollar like fee okay something that doesn't that won't re re kind of like really drop the conversion really low but I wouldn't do that for you right now man because it's not about people being unqualified who cares all you care about because we're not setting every lead we're setting engaged people and and
you can just ask one of the questions in school to be what's your current Revenue as an example Alex is going after for lawyers I could be like what's your current revenue and and how long have you been in the space if the person is a new lawyer then maybe don't try to sell them and just only engage with the right people but I wouldn't right now you need names because even the qualified people will become qualified eventually so for anyone's first group Community I don't make it paid okay okay okay that's nice so you
say like have a lot of volume a lot of people there 5,000 maybe because the cost per lead it's like 1.5 maybe to get in we we we have put like 300 Donuts dollars Euros yeah and 400 people in so it's crazy so we are trying to push it and then like make that that you're saying right now like try to only sell to the qualified people what what did you say sorry can you repeat that no yeah that you say like we all we should go all in in the free free community and put
out of people there like a thousand or more and then I try to sell all yeah yeah yeah just try one every week just every week create one Banger asset you know we can help you guys with that because you guys are already in the program um yeah and just let hey who wants to see this and the people who are interested in that asset are probably qualified because we also the way that we do attention gener sales asset is they're they're they they vary right they vary per we're like so as an example I'll
tell you this what I did with Dylan was I created two asset but those two attention Jing sales asset we're going after a different audience right we talked to people who wanted more calls then we talked to people who wanted to be able to fulfill better so the people who raised their hand on the first one was different from the second one so we were able to engage get engaged leads here and set and convert but a week later we were able to also engage and and and convert this new people right so it's like
every week you have an opportunity to set the right Avatar you don't have to be like talking to everyone that's not that's different okay okay I yes message you brother on Discord okay cool love it um wait what is what are the other questions Germaine said on yeah so said yeah research it takes seven hours of conception that's not true that's that's true but then it's also not true because it just depended on the quality of the Insight right so as an example right now we just spent 2 hours together but do you need to

right what would the alternative for the school group be I personally like WhatsApp groups I like Facebook groups I like Discord I don't like Discord much because Discord is not a great appointment setting platform right and I like email right all right cool anyway um does school have less engagement with people not using it after joining yeah some audiences will which is why I would um I would suggest something different depending on your your audience okay um but yeah guys um again so for those so what I'm going to be doing just for those who
end up kind of like wanting to sign up is next week uh we're going to start I'm going to start first by documenting the vssl we built for uh for Dylan then we're going to go into week two which is building the school Community then we we might also start next week also with YouTube because I think uh YouTube would really be good so we're going to build that out so we're g to you as we do it for a client you guys are going to get to Shadow us and then we're going to be
