I'm going to show you how I book more than five meetings per day that's 25 plus meetings per week for my new coaching business now I'm using this new untapped strategy called inbound Le outbound and the best part you don't need a big social media following to make these strategies work so if you want to blow your calendar up with meetings this video is for you so if you see on my calendar I'm basically having five plus meetings per week for a brand new offer that I just created like literally a couple weeks ago you
know some of these meetings are canceled because these people weren't qualified but the other ones yeah these are all meetings that I took myself so my goal for you is to make your calendar look like this as well and you know there are some gaps here because I like to take Fridays off and not take too many calls that day but I want to show you how you can do this for yourself using this new strategy called inbound let outbound which is extremely powerful in today's market so the first thing we had to cover is
what exactly is inbound L outbound well all it really is is using inbound marketing strategies like let's say creating content videos SEO things of that nature to create some kind of demand and what you're doing is once you create that demand you're following up with Outreach so why this is so powerful is because you're basically targeting people who have become warm from looking at your content and they basically just raised their hand saying hey I'm interested in what you have to offer right and in some cases when you're creating content and people are warm some
of them there's a chance that they're just going to be hot meaning that they are actually ready to buy right then or maybe next week and you got to get on the phone with them in order to sell your products and services right so inbound L outbound is powerful is because number one if you only do cold obviously that does scale you could do it at volume but you have to send so many emails you have to take so many meetings a lot of them are going to be unqualified and the SE cycle is going
to take quite long now if you're just let's say a consultant or coach or you're just starting out a lot of times by just creating content and getting people interested in your products and services you can just go for people who are closer to being warm so that you can get some quick wins Now versus trying to build this entire complex system that might take 6 months to a year to build and literally if you implement these strategies you can literally get your first meeting like tomorrow by creating the right type of content now to
make this strategy work it's actually reaching out to them once they do like your post once they do look at your LinkedIn profile or give you a follow on Instagram whatever platform you choose they are going to work so it's a combination of creating content making the effort to reach out to someone not letting them just come to you okay so it's a combination of both if you're looking to generate more leads using inbound marketing you definitely need to check out hubspot's inbound marketing resource I put a link in the description for those who want

works is I have a brand Patrick ding I use my personal brand to promote my business because right now it's kind of like the rise of the niche Creator I've been doing it for a while I have like hundreds of thousands of followers but I'm seeing other people in the sales Niche and other niches pop out of nowhere and they're able to make a good living being like a solo entrepreneur or a consultant or a coach just off of a couple hundred a couple thousand followers so how it works is you create content on LinkedIn
you create a profile and then what happens is people will naturally engage the algorithms are getting better and better so if you're talking about sales or cold emails or customer success or recruiting the algorithm on LinkedIn will find people to serve your content too and people will like it they'll leave a comment and they'll look at your profile to see like hey this guy or girl makes pretty good content I got to check them out so on the YouTube side once you're creating content what ends up happening is you have different ways to connect so

description so I'm going to give you specific examples of each of every one of these to show you how I'm able to generate five plus meetings every single day right so on LinkedIn right so this is a post I posted a couple weeks ago and it's really good example this was one of my best performing posts as of recently you can see it has 232 likes almost 14,000 Impressions 65 comments now why this post worked really well is number one it was like this inspirational story combined with about how I quit my 9o5 job I
wasn't happy and then I left to travel the world and start my own business a lot of people want that so I knew that if I wrote about that story it would connect me with the right people in my following or newer people right is appealing photo of me in Asia you know just looking like a traveler holding a cup of coffee right there was a clear call to action which we'll talk about in a second so this post itself generated 14 meetings for me just by itself right and I'll show you the strategy there
it's a combination of getting people to comment on the post dming them also dming people that like the post connecting with people that looked at your profile right so let's get into the example so as you can see here I'm on LinkedIn and I'm looking at the post so basically it says I made six figure income at a tech sales job after graduating from University but I wasn't happy so that's basically my hook and then I go into this whole story about how I basically left everything to move to Thailand try to make money online
I was down to my last dollar and then when all hope was lost I realized that if I sold my skills of teaching people how to sell people would pay me money for that and it's a true story I made my first thousand and then I kept going on for there right and so what I'm doing is I'm painting a picture of where people currently are cuz I know a lot of people are not happy with their 9-5 jobs they want to do something of their own but they're not really sure where to start and
they're afraid to fail similar to how I was right I'm trying to provide the solution or dream scenario where I'm like okay like if you're getting paid money for your job you probably can take those skills and sell it into the market as your own independent self-employed person meaning you're Your Own Boss right and so I try to inspire them to show them like hey like you actually do have skills that are valuable to the market you just don't know it yet and it's this whole transformational story to get them to feel like oh man
I could do it too so for people that fall under that bucket and have that feeling inside what's going to happen is at the end I had a call to action I said so if you want to join this new way of Entrepreneurship right like an in entrepreneur or make money online kind of vibe comment coach in the comments and let's talk so I'm not even directing them to a website this offer that I just created doesn't even have a website right all it really is is this people go here and then they leave comments
and whatever and then there are people who are interested so they'll comment coach coach coach coach and so what I do is I connect with them so I go in their profile I can send them a connection request meaning I can directly DM them without having to pay money I have emails and stuff like that but if you're doing this at a bigger scale like say in the hundreds you don't need to send them an inail which cost money with sales Navigator and all that stuff you can just connect and send a message right it's
free so you can do it too so basically what happens next I'm just going to cover the person's identity just to keep it Anonymous right they comment coach like I just showed you and then you DM them without using inails because it's free when you're connected right and then you just send them a basic message reminding them about their comment and ask them questions to see if it makes sense to move forward to the next step which is booking a call in the calendar right so I said hey you know this person's name saw your
comment wanted to send you a message and I could do it in different ways too and the person said your content is really inspiring could you kindly explain more about the idea of growing together as you discuss in your post so they're already super warm right and there's different ways I can say say hey I saw your comment curious to know are you here for the content or are you looking to grow your business the person might say oh yeah your content is so inspiring yeah I'm looking to grow my business but I don't know
where to start basically this is a very warm way to start a conversation because it's so warm they're inspired they like you as a human being it's much more easier to understand their pains and then eventually get on the phone with them right there are situations where people like your post right so if we go back to my post here and you click on it you literally can see everybody that liked it what you want to do from here is like for every person that you feel is relevant you know put them on an Excel
sheet and then like connect with all them send them a message and say Hey you know saw you like my post really appreciate it I just curious are you here for the content or are you looking to start your own business simple as that you're basically using the same framework for all these people so after a couple back and forths usually it'll take like two or three messages back and forth I'll be like hey you know it looks like we might be a good fit to work with each other how about you pick a time
on my calendar link and then we can see if it makes sense to work together or it makes sense to talk and usually they'll just book it and that's how I get the meeting so if I'm going just one by one you know everybody that comment coach right there's like maybe like 30 people that comment that's 30 potential meetings now not everyone's going to be qualified right but then out of those 30 like how many are going to be good meetings and that's the game now there are other situations where maybe the person sees your
content and they don't write anything but they connect with you right they follow you or they connect with you or maybe they follow you and you want to connect with them so how it works is like this if they connect with you they send you a connection request you can ask an A or B question how I like to do it is are you here for the content or are you looking for insert your thing which is are you trying to start your own business right for my situation then you have a conversation to see
if it makes sense to send over your calendar link right it's all about the calendar link like hey person name appreciate the connect just curious are you here for the content or looking to grow your business hey Patrick thanks for the message I'm actually here for both I'm passion about creating a high quality content that engage adds value I'm also exploring ways to grow my business in the process we'll love to hear more about what you do and see if there are any synergies so even though my offer doesn't have a website I literally just
create out of 10 air to see if this is something the market would want you can test it really easy by creating content attracting the right people and having conversations with people who already have that problem right so it's a combination of good content attract the right audience combined with Outreach right because if I don't ask them to DM there's no conversation that happens so how do I know they're going to be interested so that's why this one two combo punch is really strong now there are also situations where what ends up happening is people
look at your profile so I just took a screenshot of my profile every 90 days you know I'm getting about 4,000 profile visits from people just find me on YouTube they checked out my LinkedIn or maybe they somehow find me right basically if you have sales Navigator it will show you every single person that viewed and when they viewed if they connected with me I can accept and then have a conversation hey man just saw that you uh send me a connection request really appreciate that just curious are you here for the content or you
know are you looking to grow your business right and I can see on their profile whether or not they're entrepreneur if they started their business yet if they have a 9 to-5 job and they probably want to start their business I can switch up my messaging based on that information some guidelines it's like hey you know appreciate you visiting my profile saw you and then just like look at the profile and write something relevant the more relevant you make it to that person the higher the response rate will be and they'll feel like oh wow
this guy actually looked at my profile right now you can automate your responses with AI there's dangers in that in that for link they don't like automation that much so you got to be careful about getting banned for automating there are tools out there so you could definitely use them also you can use AI so AI can do things like hey like look at this person's job and then write a sentence that's relevant to them okay I would say personally if you're starting out you're learning these strategies for the first time you don't need to
automate anything just do it manually because if you if you can't do it manually and you're looking at the person's profile to see where they work and all these things and you created content and they came to you if you can't do it manually you're not going to do it in an automated way right so even if you send a th messages you're still going to fail I would recommend doing it manually 30 messages a day minimum to get this going try to bump it up to 100 and you might say that's a lot well
welcome to sales right okay so now we talked about the whole LinkedIn side of people liking your comments people commenting profile views now we covered the LinkedIn content side of like the likes the comments the profile views and these are literally when you create content it's like thousands of people you can potentially reach out to right most people especially for people starting out you're not even reaching out 2000s you don't need to if you create content and you're targeting the right people and you're solving a very specific problem and your content attracts people who have
that problem your hit rate should be pretty high because you don't need to send tens of thousands of messages because you're attracting them then you're reaching out to get that conversation right for YouTube it's a little bit different but same strategy right so let's get into it for YouTube this is not inbound outbound it's more inbound but it's basically a link in description right so I'll make a video about let's say this one was pretty good the new way to make six figures online so basically what I'm doing now is helping people take their skills
from their everyday job and applying it into entrepreneurship to be their own boss when I make a video like this you know my audience and new audiences who want to figure out like what is he talking about like this sounds kind of interesting they watch the video in the video I say hey you know if you want to learn more about how we might be able to work together book A Time on my calendar so I just literally put my calendar link here and here in the description page at the top as well as the
pinned comments and then I would just get meetings out of that and I've gotten very high quality meetings from this strategy as well so it definitely does work and also when people talk to you on LinkedIn they're going to Google you and check you out on YouTube to see if you have a following and if they see like hey this guy has followers and he makes good videos and they go down the rabbit hole once they get on the phone what ends up happening is they're like oh my God this is kind of like talking
to a celebrity and when you have that kind of power and social proof based on followers it's so much easier to sell your products and services right now you might be thinking oh I don't have a following if you want to use this strategy and you want to build it up you can start from zero you don't need 200,000 followers even if you had 1,000 followers and you had 500 to 1,000 views per video which is very doable for most people then that is enough status you don't have to be famous famous you just need
to be Niche famous okay another strategy that's working extremely well is the YouTube Community page what I'll do is I'll literally take the best performing content on LinkedIn I'll just copy and paste it onto the Community page and then I'll have a call to action that'll be like comment coach you know instead of having a conversation in the DM like LinkedIn because YouTube doesn't allow you to DM people I just put my calendar link there and then I'll just have to manually filter out and cancel meetings that people who aren't a good fit and I'll
take the meetings with people who are a good fit so I'm on my YouTube page right now so basically I copy and pasted the exact same thing right and it works pretty well you know I got 113 likes then I got a lot of comments and how it works is all these people are saying coach and then I can basically just pick out a time here put their name make it a little more personal and then people will literally just book a time to talk on my calendar here so this way you can scoop up
your followers on YouTube in a different way not everyone's going to see every single video so you might as well just use that audience and find different touch points to come in and the Community page is pretty good you know I've been testing out a lot of different ideas right so I've been kind of posting like every week you know writing a story and putting a picture there to see what the best combination is but so far like what's working like pictures and texts work pretty well like I handrew this one is about like how
to find your eeky guy what you love what the world needs and this is stuff I teach right so it's just like putting it into like text form and people are very receptive to that strategy so once somebody clicks on the link whether it's from a LinkedIn message or from the YouTube Community page what ends up happening is they're going to go to my calendar page and what happens is it's just like it's very simple again my offer doesn't have a website right the only website says calendar link right so you don't need a fancy
website or anything to get started you can literally just do the same thing I'm doing right and create content so I'll be like hey it's Patrick go ahead pick a time fill out this form prepare for our Clarity call okay so it's just a conversation to see if it makes sense to work together right and we're going to be discussing where you're currently at where your goals are how we might be able to help you on your journey and that is pretty much it the one thing I added was um Patrick himself will be speaking
with you on our special call cuz right now I'm testing the offer to see you know what kind of people are interested in this so I'm going to be on the phone myself and for some people that's a really big draw cuz they're like oh my God like I watch all his videos so it would be nice to have a conversation even if we don't work together right so they pick a time next and this part is pretty important so you want their name their email so when they put these things in they get added
to email list so if you're doing some kind of newsletter you can constantly reach out to these people every so often to provide more value in the form of content or you can remind them like hey you know like you missed the call or whatever and for me you know I'm curious to know if they're looking to quit their 95 job or if they already have a business what country they're based in LinkedIn profile helps a lot I like to look at people's LinkedIn before the call so I have some context of who they are
monthly income is important to see how much money they're making how much can they invest in mentorship because if someone doesn't have money no matter how much they want to work with me it just doesn't make sense to work together on both sides right and so that's why that's this is here it's very important are they the so decision maker if yes if no you know sometimes they have business partners sometimes they talk to their significant other whatever the case is if you are accepted into a new coaching program which is what we're doing when
can you get started so I'm basically getting the budget Authority need and time basically all in this form so that when on the call I'm already well prepared for it it's not like a cold call or anything it's like a very warm call they watched all my content we talked a little bit in the DMS they F out the form and so it's just much more of a smoother process in order to sell somebody to this coaching program when they go through that now I've been doing this strategy specifically for this offer for I would
say the last 3 weeks and I'll give you my Learning lesson so far right so when it comes to optimizing your inbound Le outbound the most important part actually is to learn what content gets the best leads right so what I'll do on the call is I'll say like hey what got you to book the call in the first place and they'll say oh I was watching these videos one of your YouTube videos popped up and then I booked the call I'll be like oh okay like which video was it exactly and then they'll tell
me which one what I find is the people who are the best fit it's the same video that got them in the door so then me as the creator of the content I'm going to think okay I need to make more of this kind of content because those type of people have the need they have the budget the timeline is right they want to do it now they're looking to quit their job and start their own business and I help them with that so I'm just going to keep making these type of content whether it's
a YouTube video or a LinkedIn post or a short form LinkedIn video right and then you just keep optimizing for that and the key is like you're learning what the prospects pains are on the call so it's not like I'm just trying to sell somebody it's like I I really want to understand what their challenges are so that I could build a coaching program specifically for this type of demographic right so I'm almost building the plane while flying it where like I have an idea of what this coaching program is but I want to hear
what problems they have so when I create this curriculum it's specifically for this type of person and so I want them to you're like oh my God like this was made for me when you're testing an offer that's basically what you have to do and then all their pain points you reverse them into content so if somebody says like I'm really struggling because I have a 9o5 job but I want to do my own thing but I'm not sure if I should completely quit and take that jump or if I should do both at the
same time so I can make a short video on how to start a business while keeping your full-time job so you can get a lot of ideas around that and also I would say optimize for Revenue not followers so there are certain pieces of content that I put out that we're like okay I I we know we this gets views but it doesn't really convert them into the leads that convert into sales whereas other videos they might get less views but all the leads are coming from those specific videos right and those people have money
to spend on coaching you have to find a balance between trying to get followers versus trying to generate Revenue I think a combination of both is what I'm testing out that's something to keep in mind now a couple key notes if you are interested in using this strategy the algorithms are getting so good that Niche creators are just blowing up so if you were a cold email lead generation service that specialize in using AI to write these very intricate cold emails that a human can't do at scale they will be a market for you you
might get like 5 to 10,000 followers on LinkedIn but literally you can have a pretty big agency off of that or if you were a content creator or if you're a short form content creator specialized in B2B SAS influencers you can literally be the best at your Niche and find an audience of that right because if you're charging let's say 2 to 5K per client then literally like three clients per month assuming it's a fixed fee a total lifetime value that's 10K a month you only need like three deals at a couple thousand each to
completely change your life you don't need a big following you only need a few customers per month to make it worth wow so this this whole rise of the niche Creator and my prediction is that more and more people are going to leave their 9 to5 jobs and then they're going to figure out how they can be making maybe more money as a niche Creator right because if you're an employee you're technically a entrepreneur just selling your time for another person there's nothing wrong with that right but if you're ready to take the next step
and you want to sell your skills but have the responsibility of generating your leads like we're showing you here then why not right and the thing is you don't need to follow these silly Trends a lot of people are like I don't want to be an influencers because you know I don't want to do dances and all that stuff well the reality is you don't have to the world is so big nowadays that if you just talk about how you're solving your ideal customers problems you can just build a following of thousands of people off
