refine and strengthen us think of those in the Bible who were set apart Moses in the desert Joseph in prison David in the wilderness and even Jesus himself in the wilderness for 40 days each one of them experienced a period of isolation that prepared them for a higher calling they weren't forgotten they were being forged God was using that time to build resilience teach them lessons and draw them closer to him so if you're in a season where you feel separated from others remember that God is likely using this time to prepare you for something

greater worrying is a natural human response but we are called to trust Jesus reminds us in Matthew 6:34 not to worry about tomorrow because tomorrow will take care of itself God has you in his hands chosen one and he knows exactly what you need even when you don't see the full picture when you trust him you allow his peace to replace your worry worry not for God is not abandoning you he's positioning you for a breakthrough so stop worrying and let go of Despair Embrace this period of isolation as a gift a time when God

wrote in two Thessalonians 3:3 that the Lord is trustworthy and the end will set you up and protect you from the evil one Psalm 234 declares even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil for you are with me your rod and your staff they comfort me in this life it's easy to sometimes be discouraged by the darkness around us but even if we undergo spiritual attacks we can rest in the knowledge that God will be with us in every battle he will not abandon us he will

not remove his faithful love from us and he won't leave us defend for ourselves now I do acknowledge that at times we may find ourselves with more questions than answers but let me remind you that we have a savior in Jesus yes we may be attacked by fear but we have a savior in Jesus Christ we may be attacked by feelings of hopelessness and despair but we still have a savior in Jesus Christ 1 John 4:4 reminds us Little Children You are from God and have overcome them for he who is in you is greater

than he who is in the world the way we beat the devil is not by being stronger smarter or faster than him we defeat the Devil by calling upon the name that but he cannot stand the name of Jesus Christ Jesus is the light that drives out the darkness and in the name of Jesus Satan has to flee demons have to tremble and nature has to bow down Christ alone has ultimate authority over all and he has promised to be with us in every [Music] struggle sometimes we can't avoid passing through the waters of life

sometimes we may be surrounded by evil on all sides while we may not be able to change our circumstances if we can only walk by faith and not by sight we will see the hand of God moving and protecting us from harm he has already declared that no weapon formed against us shall stand and if he is for us who can be against us now let us pray heavenly father I thank you for your word that says in Isaiah 43:2 when you pass through the waters I will be with you and through the rivers they

shall not overwhelm you when you walk through the fire you shall not be burned and the flame shall not consume you at times I'm troubled by all all the evil I see in this world this generation can be hostile and show no reverence toward you but I pray that you would keep me pure Lord Keep Me in right standing with you when this world worships itself I will worship you King Jesus I pray that you would instill in me a character that is grieved by sin fill me with the Holy Spirit to such an extent
