Hello, my love. Welcome to a guided meditation by Lavendaire. Iâm happy you made the choice to meditate and take a step forward towards healing and finding wholeness within.
Letâs get into a comfortable seated position. Close your eyes, and rest your hands on your knees with your palms facing up. Take 3 deep breaths with an open mouth exhale.
(Deep breathe 3x) Now take a moment for gratitude. What are you feeling grateful for today? Take another deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Continue breathing through your nose, and become aware of your body. Where are you holding tension? Breathe in and exhale out the tension in that area, relaxing your body and melting into stillness.
Continue releasing and relaxing the tension in your body for the next few breaths. Now that your body is relaxed, drop your awareness into your heart. Become aware of your heartbeat.
Ask your heartâwhat do you truly want? Healing is a journey of transmuting pain into wisdom. Itâs a journey of acknowledging and moving through your wounds, your pain, your heaviness, your darknessâ learning to release them while recognizing how they shaped you, and what you gained from the experience.
In each life experience, there is a lesson. The more difficult the experience, the deeper the lesson, and the more power it has to change you. Whether that is positive change or negative, that choice is up to you.
You can choose to see your experience with bitter eyes, or you can choose to see it from eyes of love and compassion. You can choose to stay the victim in your story, or you can choose to be the hero. You can also choose to believe that everything happens for a reasonâ and your life experiences are taking you closer to where youâre meant to beâ and who youâre meant to become.
The poet Rumi once wrote: âThe wound is the place where the Light enters you. â âThe wound is the place where the Light enters you. â What a beautiful thought that what you thought was broken, was actually an opportunity, an opening, for light to enter?
Whatever your pain is, wherever your wound is, allow light to enterâ and let that light begin healing and transforming you. Take a deep breath in, and a deep breath out. Imagine a beautiful white light, shining into your heart, and healing all the darkness within.
With each exhale, your heart is getting lighter, and lighter. Exhale out all the tension and the heaviness in your heart. Breathe in light, and exhale any dark, heavy energy youâve been holding onto.
If youâd like, you can form loose fists with your hands, and gently tap your heart and your chest area. Continue deep breathing and exhaling while tapping away the tension. (Breath and tapping chest) While you are breathing and tapping, I will share some affirmationsâ feel free to recite along with me, aloud or in your mind.
I am not my pain. I am not my fear. I choose to forgive.
I forgive myself. Itâs okay to feel. I love myself.
I am strong. I am worthy. I am love.
You can stop tapping, and bring your hands back down to your knees. Feel the energy of love vibrating in your heart. Feel the natural healing that happens when you come back to love.
After all the heaviness is stripped away, you are love. You are light. Reconnect with the truth of who you are.
You are beautiful. You are worthy. You are nature.
The power and life force that created all things in the universe is the same power and life force that runs through you. With this, find a new sense of calm and ease with life. You are exactly where youâre meant to be, and youâre in total alignment with the universe.
Take 3 deep breaths with an open mouth exhale. (Deep breathe 3x) Remember that healing is a journey, so be patient and gentle with yourself. Blink open your eyes, and notice how much lighter you feel.
