stress anxiety doubt at some point or the other in a person's life they're going to cross their mind Dr Karishma Ahuja Dr Karishma Ahuja an expert trainer of manifestation and Law of Attraction empowering people and helping them turn their dreams into a reality why does everything have to be a struggle that needed to be a question in my life why do I have to work very hard for everything and that kind of was the starting point a lot of them feel manifestation has to be instant which means that the moment they ask for something if
it doesn't happen in a few days or manifestation is not working for them if that why is clear then manifestation becomes easy but the moment I started to stop and being grateful about what I achieved I felt a shift in my life one day you'll have an idea that can be lifechanging I'm going to trust the process I'm going to give it a try then nothing is impossible so as you do this you definitely gain more clarity also what happens is so maybe a good place to start is to understand in your journey how did
manifestation help in your life manifestation helped me understand myself better I did not know what is going on in my own life the reason that I'm experiencing a few challenges like I was suffering in the weight area uh relationships were also a problem I always felt that I had to always work very hard hard to convince someone I also felt lonely at times uh there was no sense of happiness and that was a problem because sometimes you know you have everything around you but you feel something is missing and for me it was that also
I was having a very tough time letting go of what was not working out right especially the past the unpleasant stuff the unpleasant memories experiences situations people and I was struggling in that area because I constantly felt this inner voice telling me he should not have done this she should not have done that and uh one morning when I woke up I realized that you know I don't want to live that way and I remember having a onetoone with God and saying you know if there's something better that I can have in my life if
this can change please let me know what I can do because I don't want to live like that and uh at that time I remember there was this book I always had this book in my home because my grandfather my father have been very good readers Aid readers as I was going to the Bookshelf because I was probably picking up something else in that area suddenly this book fell which was the game of life and how to play it it literally came in my hands and I thought that was an answer because normally I would
not read any book but that day for some reason when that book fell into my hands I just felt a connection I thought let me just start reading it and I picked up the book I read one page I did not stop because you know she's an amazing metaphysician uh one of the earliest ones she's spoken so much about how resentments you know bring you down how guilt can take away all the good from your life and how self love can change everything in your life she's spoken of so many of these things and as
I was reading the book I just kind of felt that you know I want to live this kind of life where you know I'm happy uh I'm grateful uh I have whatever I want in my life I don't have to struggle for everything why does everything have to be a struggle that used to be a question in my life why does everything have to be a struggle for me why do I have to work very hard for everything and that kind of was the starting point and after that there was no looking back so manifestation
has helped me not only raise my quotient of self-esteem uh it has helped me communicate better most importantly it has helped me attract the right relationships in my life it's helping me fall in love with myself accept my body and then work on improving it my health which which was always a challenge for me I always had a childhood where there were a lot of health issues so as I was growing up there was a constant fear relating to health because I've seen those times where I was not keeping well so that used to constantly
be a challenging factor for me I started to eat healthy and that happened uh without force of fear I realized when I started working on myself and started experiencing the power of manifestation I was automatically becoming more responsible so I would go for for walks I would exercise I would eat the right stuff and whatever I would do I would enjoy so eating was not all about guilt I would enjoy what I'm eating I would enjoy my time with my friends all of this which really was not happening including the money and the financial aspect
I attracted the right job I attracted the right partner so a lot of these things fell in place once I committed to working on my energy wow what a transformation right it is I think it's a great starting to yeah you spoke about manifestation maybe a good place for everyone to be on the on the same page let's understand what is not manifestation what is not manifestation manifestation is not always about getting something in your life simply because you attracted to it it's always about giving a thought to why you want something and I I
think this is a missing piece so just because oh I you know I like this I'm going to manifest it so somewhere you have to think about what you want it has to be a big enough purpose for you only then do you gain a vibrational alignment with it so manifestation is not simply about attracting every desire because then you will not attract it because you didn't want it with all your heart so always think of why you want something if that why is clear then manifestation becomes easy manifestation also is not about simply sitting
at home and expecting things to fall in place for you money will come somebody knock at the door and say hey this is the check I have for you right or hey I was looking for a life partner here I've come to your house this is me manifestation is about being clear about what you want and then uh using all the resources you have to go after it including your higher mental faculties your perception your intuition your will your imagination your creativity all of that has to be used so manifestation is not simply about going
after something or expecting that thing to come to you it's about also taking inspired action the the people that you you've been uh they've been coming to to you what is their uh biggest struggle when it comes to manifestation a lot of them feel manifestation has to be instant which means that the moment they ask for something if it doesn't happen in a few days or manifestation is not working for them uh it takes 9 months for a baby to make its debut on the planet we could have wanted the baby to be out in
a month there's a reason why it takes 9 months so sometimes it's the process that is important and not simply the destination of course you want something you should always assume you already have it that's a good way to work on a goal however having said that that does not mean that just because I don't see the physical evidence of it in a few days it's not working for me so a lot of them come with that challenge that I have been practicing this and I ask them for how long doctor for one week some
of them say doct for two months and I'm like give it some time give yourself 6 months to transform your energy of course most of them will start seeing results in 3 months but you have to understand while they have started these exercises which help them you know impress their subconscious mind with a certain goal okay the energy of what they want there are other challenges for example if they are facing a tough time at work then their energy drops at work so they may meditate for 20 minutes yet the rest of the day what
words are they using how are they feeling so it's only when you feel that more or less your energy you know has come into that right space and Zone that manifestation becomes easy so that is another challenge because they feel that you know we're trying so much we're doing so much but it's not working yet the third thing is a lot of them have a tough time in the Letting Go aspect in manifestation where you know on one hand they have to let go of the past which is also a challenge on the other hand
let go of your attachment to the goal you don't want to want something so much that you fear not having it because if you fear it's not going to come to you now now it comes into the desperation mode and Zone and that itself becomes a problem but I think it it there needs to be a balance there needs to to be a balance but how do you find that balance between you want something but you you need to let go yeah of let say of the outcome for the process to work yeah what shall
we do about that I think you need to make sure that you are mindful in the day so let's say you are at work focus at work you know that's your first primary responsibility if you're talking to someone make sure that you give importance to that person be mindful in the moment because you never know whoever is coming in your life maybe the right person at the right time to be in your life so I may be talking to you but I'm thinking about my goals that's not something I need to do I need to
focus on this conversation right here right now so if you start practicing mindfulness Detachment from your goal becomes easy so let's say you give yourself 1 hour in the morning connect with your goals visualize write down some affirmations uh think about how you're going to be getting there think about how people are supporting you and helping you feel happy about having everything right Journal gratitude practice whatever you want to do give yourself that one hour after that you know focus on getting ready getting dressed uh enjoy your time with your loved ones at home be
in the moment at home as well as outside whenever you have a free time let's say you have lunch time 10 minutes to yourself close your eyes visualize hold on to your goal say your affirmations that's how you bring in Balance sometimes people be thinking of their goals all the time you don't need to do that in fact if you do that the subconscious gets a message that you don't trust it's going to happen for you so you end up overdoing it and that becomes a big problem what you say the most important so you
you're going to have clarity about what you want you're going to do your affirmations right you're going to spend time working on it but the most important is that it's about mindfulness it's about being fully present right and that will lead you to what you want to achieve yes maybe you can give us some examples of um some powerful stories of Transformations from the your clients there are quite a few and they keep happening every day which is why this kind of work is so uh beautiful empowering and inspiring a few of them which uh
had very deep Impressions on not only the people who did them but even on me and the rest of the team uh one of them of course who was struggling to conceive for a long time there was a lady who was having a lot of issues and she was told by her doctor that uh she's not going to be pregnant naturally and she has to go in for these treatments so she did take those treatments and uh it was 6 to 7 months and she came to me and she said Doctor I just want to
give up the thought of having a baby and the first thing I asked her is that why so she said uh you know because doctor this is not working out I'm fed up I'm tired I just want to be accepting of the fact that this is not meant for me I said I have only one question for you do you really want it and that is enough and she said yes that's how we worked on it and uh it was not too long when she gave us the good news just few months into working into
her mind and her energy and she conceived naturally so she stopped all her medication nothing was being done by her except that she started you know to focus on what she wanted which is a baby and she started to be positive in the day she started to be detached from the outcome while she was still working for it so you see we helped her find that balance and I think that is a very important aspect so that was something which was very special for us too because here she had come to me to give up
the idea that she's ever going to be having a baby and she wanted to just say I want to make peace with this idea that it's not worked out for me it's not for me and the word she used was this is not destined for me I've been told by an astrologer you don't have children in your destiny wow and so she said doctor if it's not there why why should I waste my time working I mean am I delusional to work on it and I said no you're not all you need to do is
give it some time let's work on your energy first and that's what she did another time a person came to me a lady came to me saying that uh something similar she said that you know I've been looking to get married for so many years uh I've attracted the wrong people abusive Partners I've had uh you know people not supporting me I've had people who have cheated on me and I've been looking to get married for a long time and she was told something similar she was told that you know uh you probably need to
get married to a older guy who's probably 15 20 years older to you uh who has money and you know who can probably just give you the security that you need because you don't have honestly marriage in your destiny uh you don't have someone who can you know be the kind of person that you want so better you just kind of settle and compromise for someone like this so she said I've been told this so should I just stop seeing guys my age and see older guys because it's not worked out for me and I
said no then do what you want what do you really want and she said Dr I want to attract someone who is loving kind you know who's everything that I've always wanted in her partner I mean she said Doctor I'm 40 but why should I compromise and I want the best for myself and we said that's what you'll work on this was the best because it was 3 weeks and she attracted someone in those three weeks time and she the first time she spoke to me after that person came into her life she said Doctor
when I saw this person for the first time it was almost like I I heard some bells ringing around me I was like this is the guy for me and of course when she spoke to me uh you know they were not in a relationship at that time but she had identified a person who can be her potential partner in a couple of months two to three months they were engaged and that was how quick it worked for her as well so most of the times when they trust the process it works very quickly these
two were of course the ones that uh you know cases where they totally given up and of course there are people in the financial area as well there was a person who had a debt of six GRS and he told me doctor I have a few days to pay this debt and I'll have to sell my house I'll have to do all of this which I don't want to help me and uh that's what we did we worked on forgiveness for him we worked on raising his vibration through simple techniques like uh writing we made
him write a script uh I specifically worked with him on his childhood memories because there were lots of stuff that was going on in his environment in his early childhood and um this person did not have the time 6 days and it's almost like you know that you know in 6 days wow you could have the worst scenario which is sell everything that you have I worked with him every day for those six days he said Doctor I want to see you every day for 6 days please I will not be able to survive and
every day he used to take a session with me every single day in the early morning session because I had sessions in the day and he said Doctor whatever time you can wake up for me please you know let me have a session with you I remember every single day what happened on the fourth day was also significant uh a cousin of his who's not spoken to him for a very long time happened to be in India contacted him and that's when you know he got talking to him and this guy told him that this
is this he said I can pay you 2 crores you know at least pay off your IM iate debt let's work it out don't worry we can do something about it so he said Doctor even though I haven't attracted that money myself there's somebody who's helping me now and this guy has not met me spoken to me for over 10 years he suddenly comes into my life in 4 days so this really shows that you know when you are open to that change and when you are looking for that change from the inside and you're
committed that listen I'm going to trust the process I'm going to give it a try then nothing is impossible but you got to do the work you got to be disciplined you got to not talk about your problems to others you got to not keep discussing the same thing over and over again you got to also catch your negative thought if you start doing these things then sometimes in a few days people see changes well these are really powerful stories I was I'm very impressed with with those stories and there are two things that caught
my attention one was people that that they have given up for some reason in uh and the second you spoke a lot about the moment they trusted the process so I think now if we are entering more about like how can we use manifestation like how can we trust that process trusting the process has to start with first giving these practices some time which means that you should be willing to give at least that 30 minutes to 1 hour of that time without expecting any result you give it that time simply telling yourself okay this
is the work that I'm going to be doing on myself and I'm going to go with the flow also trusting the process is about trusting your own self so when someone comes to me typically what I help them understand is why they can change their circumstance es why are we saying this is not just philosophy this is physics understanding of how energies and vibrations work sometimes help people trust the process so when I tell them that before you see something there could be multiple possibilities of it but the moment You observe it in a certain
way you control the state of matter when they start getting that information and I encourage them to read a few things that I have personally written some of course good ones written by others as well when they start reading this information along with doing their practices slowly it gets into their mind and their mindset begins to change so this information understanding of how energy works this becomes a very important step because without this it would just be motivation which which will not last too long so what we are talking about is understanding of the subject
called quantum physics quantum mechanics of course you don't have to really go into too many details uh but a bit of it as to how today's scientists are talking about the Observer the universe and the observer effect right there is a universe because there's an observer and of course I often quote the double slit experiment I often talk of that experiment where experiment done by the scientist Thomas Young in the 1800s and today scientists are continuing to talk about this experiment uh simply how you know when they started to measure light and they had an
observer or a measuring device uh light behaved like a particle oh but when there was no Observer there was no measuring device uh it was behaving like a wave so before something happens it can be like a wave it can go anywhere so you can attract that job you cannot Attract it but if you think about it as if you're attracting it you will end up controlling that experience in your favor so when they get this information and they continue to read about it they continue to understand the signs behind the rituals that I'm giving
them then it becomes spiritual always understand why you're doing something so even when I give them a practice like gratitude I always explain to them how it can help them that allows them to trust the process for me gratitude was a was huge I think before I used to be always chasing goals yeah and that was was good because I achieved many things but it looked like when I was achieving something I was already into the the the next one but the moment I started to stop and being grateful about what I achieved there were
I I felt a shift in my life I felt a shift so that's why I resonate a lot what what you are saying yeah gratitude also on a challenge let's say you're having a tough time with something yeah at that moment what is the good that is coming out of the situation that allows you to release the resistance from the situation so sometimes some people come and say doctor I hate my job now problem is they hate where they existing currently are right in their existing job that that's the problem if you hate it then
that hate energy does not allow you to attract the right job for you now so that becomes important and when they realize that if they can find something maybe this job uh is giving them some money that allowed them to pay off some bills this month or the previous month maybe this uh job is close to their house so travel time is less like that little little things if they can pull out every day but challenge is everyday pull out something new if you pull out something new there'll be a day when you probably won't
find anything that's when your subconscious is made to think okay that's when it goes deeper yeah so actually if you want to practice gratitude you should practice it even on a challenge because then you release resistance from The Challenge and then you will not hate the job anymore now okay if I want to start manifestation tell me what are the steps that I have to take in order to go in that Journey the first thing is identify what is it that can make you fulfilled or happy okay so you need to have a direction yes
where do you want to go whether it's a money goal relationship goal Health goal or a spiritual goal uh identify clearly what you want because that direction keeps you disciplined and discipline in life is very important if you don't have discipline uh you end up in a lot of confusion because you are here there everywhere but the moment I know I have to head there then I know that oh I'm off track right now and I can get on track again so be clear about what you want and sit with yourself to do that don't
be in a hurry to do that sit with yourself in fact every day if you can spend few minutes over the course of one week to 10 days and then make a final list of your goals that's really the right way to do it instead of rushing up and saying I know I want this sometimes you don't know what you want may not be what you really want from within and maybe that's not your calling so identify the why behind your goal that is always the first step because then the goal becomes clear and once
you have your goals ready uh prioritize them what is the topmost goal for you right now in your life why because the subconscious mind works better with Focus so if you know that one particular goal is very important for you we want to try and give it as much Focus as we can so apart from exercises like affirmations uh and you know positive thinking selft talk if I have a big goal a topmost goal I can create a script for that goal I can visualize that goal more often in the day so that is important
identifying your goals but identifying your topmost goal also becomes very very important and after that of course work on your energy so identify how you are feeling most of the times in the day catch your vibration if you want to manifest something catch how you're feeling most of the times in the day so you should be able to identify whether you are in a positive vibration most of the times or you're flipping from positive to negative and negative to positive and then make sure that you have a list of practices ready to keep yourself in
the right vibration that becomes important so whether it's gratitude whether it's visualization whether it's self-love doing some mirror work doing some inner child work all of this can be identified either by you or by your coach depending depending on what your history is what your belief system is but if you don't work on your beliefs through these exercises uh you will end up again coming back to where you started which is nothing works out for me this is not meant for me right so it's a process that has to begin with identification of your goals
but it's a process that has to continue with you constantly gaining awareness about yourself about your own energy your vibration because only then through understanding through understanding comes what we call as Faith you will only develop faith when you understand yourself better you understand what you're made up of you understand what everything around you is made up of that understanding gives you awareness that awareness allows you to keep going why would a person be disciplined other otherwise a person can only be disciplined when it comes from within that commitment has to come from within that
passion and fire has to be there from within so understanding of laws of Life understanding your own nature that will help you get deeper into the process and once we speak of working on energy and vibrations that does include the Letting Go aspect as well keep working on your past so manifestation has to have that step where constantly looking at letting go of all unpleasant memories from your past as you reach that step automatically you see now you're not in that waiting Zone you're already in the flow even though you know that you have to
reach there you're not in a hurry to reach there that doesn't mean you're not passionate enough to reach there however you're not impatient you know that you have felt so one with it that it's not missing in your life anymore you just know oh this is a this is bound to happen this can happen any moment now that feeling of assurance comes from inside for me I think what was in this process for me the the part that was a bit more challenging first was about having Clarity and the second is about how how do
I do not let my limiting beliefs my blocks get on the way of the process so maybe I would like to spend a bit of uh of this these two um challenges let's start by the clarity what are what are practical exercises to help people to really be clear about what they really really want spending time with yourself we don't spend enough time with ourselves we don't understand what we really need and so for that silent sitting as a practice is very important every day giving some time to yourself to be silent no reading no
listening to music no watching anything nothing there's no activity happening you're just closing your eyes going within and become comfortable first learn how to concentrate just being with yourself so concentration can be learned through either looking at objects or just go within and focus on your breath maybe start counting from 1 to 10 1 to 100 if that helps but the reason why I'm saying this is because you can't go to deeper stages of meditation and Silent sitting if you don't learn how to be comfortable sitting in silence so if you're constantly moving fidgeting if
you're Restless then there's no purpose served while sitting in silence so first uh practice concentration once you concentrate and you ask the question what do I really want what is it that can really make me feel fulfilled from within ask the question and then just get silent just observe there could be some Sensations in the body uh there could be your breath getting slower uh it could be certain movements you feel in different parts of your body there could be an inner voice you hear sometimes there could be images that you see whatever it is
for you maybe it doesn't come immediately for you so continue that question every day also keep a pen and a book ready so this is a very powerful practice where whatever thoughts you get you immediately write them down before you lose them see because we are so filled with so many thoughts of what we have to do next in the day we may sometimes lose out on these ideas so another thing that can really help people is to hold the pen in their non-dominant hand so generally if you use tell me more about that yes
if you use the pen generally and you write with your right hand your non-dominant hand Becomes of course your left hand and vice versa why because generally the dominant hand makes you think more logically right because you're using more of it your non-dominant hand becomes something different that your brain is not used to so it takes more notice of what you're doing inan and as you do that it you automatically notice you get more thoughtless now most people who will hold the pen in their non-dominant hand will notice that uh they breath gets slower number
of thoughts reduce and they're able to focus and concentrate more so practice that if you're struggling to come up with any ideas any answers at all just hold the pen in your non-dominant hand just hold and ask the question what is it that I can do that can change my life what is it that I could go after that could improve my life change my life uh something that can make me feel happy from inside joyful and fulfilled from inside ask the question a few times while you hold the pen in your non-dominant hand and
do that every day wow sometimes answers can come very quickly sometimes it could take a while but answers will definitely come in fact what will happen is anytime in the day you may not be holding that pen and doing this practice suddenly a thought may come an idea may come so I always tell all my students and clients ask this question sit with this practice for about 20 minutes every day whatever answers come right then leave it then in the day if if a thought comes make sure you have your book write it down again
next day start the practice at the same time in the morning so as you do this you definitely gain more clarity also what happens is because you're pursuing with a question every day your subconscious begins to feel this is an important question okay so it begins to look to answer it for you yeah so it will want to bring you resources that can help you answer this question that means it can give you the right ideas it can present the right right opportunities it can bring the right people maybe it'll bring the right book before
you maybe it'll bring the right conversation before you so it's going to start cooperating with you to help answer this question for you so pursue the question persist with that question every day until you feel you have gained Clarity what is the most powerful question that we can ask what is it that makes me fulfilled from within because if you look for fulfillment then whatever you do is going to bring you a lot of money it's going to bring you a lot of joy and it's going to bring the right people in your life yeah
so even though the question can differ for different people but if you have a specific question that could also be asked let's say a person is confused between two careers ask that specific question there is no harm in asking a specific question but if you don't have that specific question in mind ask what really can make you fulfilled and happy if you do that then automatically answers will start coming or keep it very simple if you're really serious enough about your purpose ask what is my purpose in life and then see what comes up for
you so I love what you said and really resonated with me um be before I used to have a lot of question I didn't know what I wanted to do um in next and the funny thing is so I spent 10 days with myself I did a retreat Tre for myself and I went in silence and that's where the magic happened I could clearly see so many things that I could not see before because I was able to sit in silence and of course I did a deep work and then after that I kept doing
so that now I do that every day so I do meditation every day because I understood the power of uh concentration and also of just sitting in in silence so really really resonate and I really recommend that to everyone to do that's why silence is considered to be the first step in spiritual discipline yes you have to start with silence no matter what you're seeking in your life you need to get silent the irony is that people think that manifestation is all about doing some activity yes right visualizing writing going after something speaking but the
best practice for manifestation actually is going to silence because you able to correct your energy and vibration yes in those moments so powerful so so good very good so now the second challenge that I was facing and I I believe many people face is about we have certain blocks coming from our like from our childhood some limiting beliefs like how to handle those first identify what they are for you so let's say you're struggling in the money area mhm what are your thoughts about money M how do you feel about money in general identify those
and this is a very important step because sometimes people are not coming face to face with their own thoughts and their feelings so first be honest what are your thoughts and sometimes people come back and say I don't know what my thoughts are about this uh go to your parents what are their thoughts about money chances are you have taken most of their thoughts yeah yeah what was your environment like so if you're struggling currently in any area in your life currently today go back to your past and your childhood what was your childhood like
what was your environment like what were the struggles you experienced what were the struggles of people around you as you were growing up you'll always find a link in a connection so first sit with yourself and this is also a process it's not a one- day exercise spend the next one month every day spending at least 15 20 minutes identifying okay what are my beliefs start with let's say the money area go to relationships go to health go to your body go to the world in general a lot of people have a general belief about
the world a lot of my clients will come to me with this belief it's a very ruthless world it's a cruel world it's a mean world it's a bad World W now even though they don't have a specific individual belief about let's say health body or relationships but they have this belief about life in general and you see that affects their success yeah in anything that they do yeah so first ask yourself what do I think about life about the world about money about health about my body about relationships about people in general that will
give them an idea the second thing is challenge the belief MH let's say the belief is I have to work very hard for money challenge it is this really true today today given the fact that you know we have so much of exposure to around the world the technology uh am I going to take as much time as people would take earlier to make money today there are lots of Avenues lots of opportunities so like that if you challenge the belief ask yourself does this hold true even today yeah chances are while you're trying to
question that belief your subconscious mind will look to answer it for you and always do it at night ask the question and then sleep at night is this true even today automatically some answers will come to you then but the most important part is the subconscious ious mind will look to answer it for you even as you sleep once this exercise of challenging the belief is done then you should be very clear with this one question now what do I want to condition my subconscious mind with with respect to money with respect to relationships with
respect to love or the world in general make that list the easier way of course would be if you identify your negative beliefs convert each negative state statement into a positive statement and start using it as affirmations in fact this is the right way to form affirmations I always advise my own students to don't go for readymade affirmations uh there are some that you can use but always create your own affirmation by negating your negative belief converting it into a positive one that's how you will reprogram your mind for Success because believes is how we
see the world right and and what I find even my in my experience we don't don't get what we want we got we get what we believe and that's why a lot of people I think struggle because even they want something but they have a a belief that somehow is holding them back right yes that's why words can play a very important role if you want to change your beliefs you have to be mindful of the words you're using yes no reference to the negative belief must come in your words yes so if you trying
to attract more money or attract a life partner then don't talk about how people have cheated you exactly that's it and don't use wrong words that's it for example if you use words like you're crazy you're stupid I hate you first of all the subconscious mind has no humor exactly so even when you say something in a joking way the subconscious is going to take it seriously so it's high time that we give importance to words because words can literally make or break your vibration and if you're working on your belief system which everyone should
no matter at what stage they are in their lives then be mindful of the words and consciously consciously use sweet words pleasant words I've always believed that you can't always oblige sometimes you will have to say no to people as well but you can always speak obligingly and if you speak obligingly it takes care of your vibration and that gives a strong impression to your subconscious mind hey she's not coming from that angry self of hers anymore so it's going to catch what you're currently doing so you can reprogram your mind by your current behavior
and that can start with words yeah and that's why sometimes we focus so much on the negative that's the message that we are giving to the subconscious right and what you're saying is that you know that first it's about focusing on what we really want yes but then it's about repeating so that the subconscious sees that as the the belief what what we really want right that is very very very powerful W this conversation is so good I learned so much we're coming to the end and maybe you can leave like what is the one
message that you want people to get out of this conversation life depends on forgiveness and so today if you're holding on to any grudges resentments even maybe guilt for your own self for something that you have done it's going to block your energy so no matter what you want today understand that the key could be forgiveness it could be letting go and it can start with simply reminding yourself every day that just as physical cleansing of your body is important emotional cleansing is very important spend even few minutes every day thinking of who bothers you
you mhm who's hurt you who's troubling you and bless them bless yourself bless the other person because if you do you'll get more mindful you'll stay in the present moment you'll work on your goals with more passion you'll be inspired from within to pursue your goals Chase your goals and you will win big in life so no matter what has happened remember these three things everyone deserves forgiveness everyone can forgive and everyone should because life depends on it it's forgiveness is such a powerful tool for transformation and it's what you say it's about a lot
of times we have so much going on and we just need to let go yes in fact in manifestation when we spoke of energy and vibrations when you realize that your energy is coming from hatred or anger you got to work on forgiveness which is why he said work on energy and vibrations if you don't work on forgiveness you will keep you know recreating that same past over and over again and that is not something we want because we want to move on in life and so I've seen a link between debt and forgiveness I've
