you are going to grow on social media in 2025 even if you have a very busy life you have a 9 to-5 job maybe you're building a business you just do not have time to post every single day on social media like you're just busy you're a very busy person but that is okay because today we're going to be unpacking your new content calendar of exactly what you were going to post on social media to grow in 2025 today we are going to get detailed unpacking content ideas what you're going to post how long the
videos are going to be carousels versus videos I have one content calendar designed if you have long form content and one designed for short form so we're going to get into it all today because I really want you to feel like you were equipped you're ready you have a plan of how to grow in social media and you don't feel this pressure like you can't grow because you're busy and you don't have all day every day to film and post on social media you do not need to do that for me personally I have always
grown up my social media alongside having a 9 to-5 marketing job or doing part-time marketing consulting or building up my business and so many people I work with oneon-one do the same and they also still grow so today I've designed a weekly framework and the structure and calendar I built out today is really designed for people who have 5 hours a week this will take you 5 hours you can add or take away a little bit too depending on how busy you are I also wanted to say welcome to episode number three of 100K season

your content calendar of what you're actually going to post on on social media in 2025 this is like the final step as a content creator this is the execution if you do not know your mission of what you want to do what you want to be known for if you cannot answer the question if someone were to invite you on a podcast what would you want to be known for what do you want to be introduced as what do you want to be known as an expert in if you don't know a oneliner or like
have a Clear Vision for your brand I have so many videos on that I actually create a playlist below of a ton of videos of how to grow on social media but there are so many methods and approach is to how to approach social media on a weekly basis so today is going to be the busy blooming method and framework for people who are busy AF you're going to maybe recognize this if you follow me on Instagram we're just getting on Instagram a little bit of our busy blooming and this is exactly what we do
and what I do with a lot of content creators I meet with who are extremely busy so the first thing we're going to do is you were going to pick two platforms if I was in 2025 starting from scratch I would pick Instagram and YouTube I really do think that is where social media is going I'm going to do a whole video to end the series next week on the future of social media which I'm so excited for but I would personally pick YouTube and Instagram but regardless pick two social media platforms Tik Tok Pinterest
Instagram YouTube LinkedIn dare I say Snapchat but pick two platforms are going to prioritize if you are very busy you just cannot be on every single platform yes we will talk about reposting and repurposing your content but regardless i' would pick two platforms like to create four in 2025 for this video I'm going to be talk about in stagram and YouTube but this will work for other platforms as well once you have your two platforms you're going to prioritize then you're going to take the weekly theme approach to social media this is a little bit
different than content pillars cuz you're actually going to use your content pillars throughout your weekly theme or not I feel like the weekly theme strategy When approaching your content every single week is the best strategy for people who were very busy because instead of assigning a Content pillar per day being like okay Vlogs are on Mondays green screen guides are on Tuesdays conf tips are on Wednesdays like having a pillar and a topic per day which is a Content filler structure I actually think it's better to have a weekly theme and then you assign a
style per day so we're going to break it down even more but what I want you to do every single week on a Sunday night a Monday morning planning out your content is I want you to pick a weekly theme and what this theme is going to be is a specific problem or question you're going to answer for the week for example your weekly theme could be how to be a content creator when you're really busy or how to deal with meeting anxiety in your corporate job how to feel confident being single during the week
of Valentine's how to achieve your dream body without cutting out sugar under your brand or even under one of your content pillars I want you to think every single week of a specific specific problem or a question that somebody asks you all the time about your content then we're going to take that Weekly theme the problem that you solv the question you're going to answer that week take that problem take the question and base all of your content throughout the week about that topic I feel like this is one of the best Frameworks rather than
having a Content pillars that just last forever because if you're somebody who is very busy social media can feel a lot of push rather than pull and you find yourself not being like I just feel so pulled to like make a vlog today when you are somebody who has a busy schedule but you still do want to grow in social media so having a weekly theme really allows you to meet you where you're at and talk about something that week that you feel more compelled to do rather than force yourself to do content pillar two
which is confidence tips if you don't feel like talking about that that week this theme is also really good because it allows you to flow with this season of content you're in I love trading my content in Seasons every single quarter I've launched a video on this channel about a quarterly strategy of what I'm going to do what we're all going to do on social media that quarter a new season a new era of content I always like to keep my content very fresh and people I work with as well like different focuses different series
different Trends are going on maybe you want to Rebrand or pivot a little bit but this weekly structure really flows with you depending on the era that you're in with or the season that you're in with your content okay so we got our two platforms we're creating on every single week we have our weekly theme then what we're going to do is we are going to create three short form videos and three carousels and I'm going to tell you what to do in each one again give or take you do not have to follow this
exact thing if you feel like you need somebody to like be your boss and tell you what to do I will always be your self-appointed boss of content creation and these are your weekly tasks but if you don't want that and you want to be a little more free flowing and adjust this then feel free to do that as well I could either be your coworker or your boss it's really up to you the reason we're doing three short form videos and three carousels throughout the week according to our weekly theme is because when you're
somebody who is very busy you do not have time to film a lot of fresh content and with this strategy you actually only have to film three videos If you are going to be somebody who follows the long form strategy which I'll talk about in a second you actually may not have to film anything besides that one long form video and if you are feeling like you don't want to like set up a camera that week you only have three videos to do you could do voiceovers instead so what this strategy really does is again
it meets you where you're at when you have a busy schedule and again as your boss you do have to do six videos a week those are your weekly tasks but as your fun personality hire coworker I will say do one to three carousels and one to three videos depending on how you're doing that week so this calendar is built out from Monday to Friday system I am somebody who I delete my social media every single Friday coming from somebody who literally lives and breathes content creation on social media it is my full-time job I
still do my social media every single Friday afternoon I really believe that one of the biggest reasons people don't go on social media is of course like mindset mental health burnout which I have a whole video on that episode one but I also do think it's because of what scroll link does to our creativity we are in very creative roles over here as content creators on social and scrolling on social media all weekend let alone all week it really stifles your creativity and you don't give your mind any room to like think you're constantly inundated
with content of what other people are doing and it's actually really really hard to create a unique brand a unique corner of social media because your subconscious is so full of content of what other people are doing that I feel like it's really hard to create unique ideas but I also just feel like it's so draining of your energy notice a lot of the time before you go on social media and then when you exit the app you actually don't feel more energetic you feel more drained and I really believe that one of the best
traits and habits you can get into as a content creator is deleting social media on the weekends unless you're one of those people who cannot go on Instagram and Tik Tok if it's on your phone I one of those people who I will be on Tik Tok if it's not deleted off of my phone so whether you're a short form content creator or you're a long form like you have a YouTube Channel or a podcast and an Instagram I have two content calendars but they actually both follow the same framework so throughout the week regardless
you have three short form videos and three carousels on Monday is going to be your first video the way I would break up the three videos throughout the week is I would do 1 30C 160c and one 6C video the reason I would do that is because videos that are under 60 seconds can be more dispersed across social media like on YouTube shorts and Tik Tok and Pinterest and in stagram yes you can post 990 seconds Plus on Instagram but that being said actually if you post an Instagram real that is over 90 seconds it
doesn't go out to people who don't follow you and yes YouTube shorts is integrating the 3 minute feature but I still do think YouTube shorts the user behavior on it people are wanting and craving more short from content so I think the sweet spot right now in 2025 is a 60-second video a 30second video and a 6sec video I'm going to tell you what I would do in each one so firstly on Monday we're kicking off the week of cont time and what I would do for every single day of the week I would create
a style Playbook or a style template for each day so every single Monday in your 30 second video it's the same style of content again because we're very busy we don't have time to like think all the time of fresh Styles and fresh ideas and fresh ways to film things I would do a lot of testing of different styles at the beginning but eventually when you figure out a certain style whether it's sitting in the car and chatting or having a little microphone or doing a green screen video talking when you're making your coffee but
for every single video and every single Carousel every single day I would have a certain style that you follow that day of the week so I'm going to go into examples cuz I know this could be a little bit jumbled so let's kick it off with Monday so Monday is our 32nd video of the week and you can assign whatever style you want personally I would really cater towards showing your face and talking to the camera as much as possible it's just better for connection people are really craving connection right now on social media so
I would probably pick a style for this little 30second video of having a little microphone and talking to the camera or just sitting in my apartment talking to the camera and for this video on Monday what I would do is I would answer the question or the theme of the week and really address the problem for example let's say your brand on social media is to help women who were in their 40s and in their 50s get fit get their dream body get into fitness for the first time that's your brand and then your theme
for the week your problem your question for the week is going to be how to stay consistent with workouts when you're really busy so for your Monday video for your 30-second video what I would do is really answer the question with a little microphone a little setup that you always do on your Mondays I would have a really good hook I have hooks on our Instagram and for every single video and piece of content Carousel everything you put out I would obviously make it valuable and we chat about valuable content live week of how everybody
says like post valuable content be consistent we know but what I mean by valuable is someone can go through a transformation from that one piece of content so I would take every piece of content and think is this savable is this sharable could somebody take this away and actually like do something with it so for the 30 second video on Monday I would do a video maybe sitting in my apartment or sitting in my car with a little microphone and just saying you don't need to spend hours of the gym every single day to stay
consistent it actually is possible to be really consistent at the gym and in that video I'd give a couple tips on how they can do that so kicking off the week addressing the problem the question right up front with a bunch of tips in a 30second chatting video for your three carousels or your three videos you can do whatever style whatever type of content you want I'm just going to give a few content ideas cuz I feel like it's helpful thought starters but you don't have to do it that way you could always do like
an outfit video or get ready with me or get dressed with me a vlog with a voice over but we're regardless I would do a 30second video and whatever style you choose on Monday that directly addresses the problem and the question of the week then on Tuesday I would do your first Carousel of the week and I would do something that's quantifiable of five ways or 10 ways or three ways to X so for example five workouts that take less than 30 minutes and in a second I'm going to go through best practices of like
how to make all this content the most efficient way before a Carey I always think it's good to show your face as much as possible if you have to choose a stock image I would recommend dupe photos or like a Pinterest looking free stock image website but overall i' would really try to use pictures of you so people feel connected to you I feel like social media people really want connection they don't want it to feel like anybody could post that again as we say all the time on this channel everything you post try to
think could anybody else say this or create this content in this way could anybody say what I'm saying in this video in this piece of content or is it really really unique to you so I would always try to put a picture of you at least for the first slider somewhat throughout the content or at least have photos that you took to try to create it more of a personal touch and connection with your content okay moving along Wednesday middle of the week I would do your 60c video so this is a little bit more
of a deep dive for this video again I'd pick a specific style talking to the camera sitting in your car sitting in your apartment sitting with your coffee or you could do a voiceover with some beam roll if you like typing with captions or something but for this video I would do 60 seconds so a little bit longer and you could do like a weekly schedule of workouts if you only have 30 minutes a day but I would do some sort of guide whether it's going through six remind are six things you've learned how to
stop getting stressed in meetings at work in 60 seconds six tips of how to stop getting stress in meetings but I would do a 60c video for your Wednesday then moving on to Thursday we're almost done with content for the week I would do another Carousel that is a reminder an encouragement or like a sharable meme relatable thought my favorite way personally to do these which I'm sure you've seen on The Busy bling Instagram is through threads screenshots a little tip is I actually make these in Instagram stories so I post them on threads I
screenshot it and then in the stories on Instagram I upload a photo of me or a busy blinging photo I layer as a sticker the thread and then I just download it and save it and discard the story but for your Thursday Carousel I would do some sort of reminder or encouragement or like savable relatable thing just to break up the content a little bit so it's not always like tips and guides and chatting something I will say which I'm sure you already know but if you're posting carels on Instagram make sure to add music
and always add a carousel like if you're going to do a reminder photo just add a second slide like do a different background photo or something because a second you add a Carousel and then you add music you're getting your content in the reals feed and the reals feed on Instagram actually is a separate algorithm than stories in your feed the reals feed is actually designed for people who don't follow you it's the best way to get discovered and have new people follow you on Instagram so always make sure to add music and just add
a second photo but on Thursday I would do some sort of encouragement reminder or relatable thought or like funny kind of meme thought as well you can also do this in like a Notes app screenshot as well well for example this is a reminder that working out consistently doesn't mean spending 3 hours in the gym every single day this is a reminder that 90% of people have meeting anxiety you're not alone you got this those are not the best examples but you get what I'm saying okay so we got two videos two carousels on our
feed for your Friday video I would do the 6sec video so you got 30 60 now we got six and I would do a text on screen real for this whether that's like again this is your reminder that blank or POV you realize you can get your dream body without working ever single day but on your Friday I would do a video with text all over the screen and pick probably a trending sound if you can't find trending sounds on Instagram go to your professional dashboard and find them in there or just scroll on Instagram
and save some but on Friday I would do a simple text on screen over b-roll video okay so we got Monday to Friday content locked in we're good then for your sixth video your last Carousel I would schedule this to go out on the weekend you can actually schedule all your content in each app personally I feel like it's always best to schedule your content like in the act ual app but you always can use other platforms like re is a really great one you can use code busy blooming but for the schedule of Carousel
that goes out in the weekend I would post a carousel that's about your brand that's not actually about your weekly theme so what I mean by this is rather than talking about the weekly theme again I would always wrap up the week of content on the weekend with a carousel that's just about you as a brand so for example you could do a carousel in our example of the fitness brand all about reasons why being in your 40s and 50s is the best time to get into fitness or I could do a carousel over the
weekend how creating content is that deep or how to embrace the cringe or how to grow as a content creator in 2025 but I would do some sort of Outreach Carousel over the weekend that is designed for people who do not already follow you this easily could also be content that you've already posted in the past maybe one of your most viral videos you make into a carousel for example I get asked all the time about brand deal rates and brand deal Outreach and just general tips on how to grow so I could do a
carousel just about brand deal tips because that's good Outreach content that reaches people who usually don't follow me so don't be Be Afraid over your weekend Carousel to post content that you've already said or a problem you've already addressed content you've already created you can recreate so that is the first content calendar for short form content of what I would do if I was really busy to post every single day be consistent in your posting schedule and yes you don't post on Sundays but that's okay Sunday's a rest day so that schedule is definitely designed
for short for content if you're two platforms like Tik Tok and Instagram or Instagram and Pinterest so moving on into long form content calendar so what I would do is if you were somebody who has a YouTube channel or a podcast and an Instagram or and a Tik Tok if you have a weekly sit down YouTube video or a weekly podcast I would make that the weekly theme throughout your social media we're still going to follow the same structure of a 30 a 60 and a 6sec reel and then three carousels but what I would
do differently if I was a long form content creator trying to promote my long form content on short form is I would first of all check off the long form piece of content of the week done and then on my short form profiles for the three reels I would do a 60 a 30 and a 6C clip of the long firm content but I wouldn't promote the clip I wouldn't be like here's a clip of my podcast hashtag podcast I would promote what I'm actually saying so I would clip a 6-second piece of what I'm
saying a 30 second piece and a 60-second and I would have the question on the front of how to grow on social media or how to be consistent with working out and really try to promote what I'm saying rather than like the podcast and then for my carousels what I would do is I would treat them the same but instead of having just a full Carousel of tips or notep screenshots I would take a screenshot of me filming and I would have have some text alongside of it and I would put that as the second
slide or third slide in my Carousel because then you can still add music again this is for people who are very busy of course if you do have time to create content in addition to your long form content of like sitting in your car with a microphone creating coffee you definitely can't but I'm assuming if you're somebody who has a podcast that takes up a bulk of your time that probably takes up almost all the five hours of your week so this is a really good way to reuse the content you already have had you've
already created actually another way you can do it as well is use the audio as a voice over like if I have a b-roll of me working on my laptop I could use some of this content as a voiceover okay so that is your weekly checklist your weekly content calendar you have a weekly theme three carousels three reels I would recommend posting manually in each app have a little 3 p.m. 5 10 minute event in your calendar where you post your content manually adding captions on the screen manually add in the text manually if you
can so that is the need to have like what you need to do every single week if you do have extra time if you have a little more than 5 hours I'd recommend doing a few things with your time firstly I would repurpose your content if you posted 60c Instagram real I would repost it on YouTube shorts and Pinterest and Tik Tok the best way to do that a quick tip is I would film and edit everything in cap cut which is a free app you can use or film on your camera roll and edit
an iMovie or something so you have the raw file there and then I would add the actual piece of content in each app manually to get the captions and the text on each app if you're adding a lot of text and a lot of pop-ups it's going to take you forever to do in each app I would just add the actual captions in each app so definitely if you have extra time repurpose also I would post on your story if you're very busy but you do have some extra time on your stories on Instagram specifically
I would really focus on creating something that people engage with and adding some sort of Engagement sticker like a poll or question box I would have some sort of tip or something that relates to the weekly theme post your coffee while saying this is your reminder that you can blank or if you're feeling stressed right now throughout the week this is your reminder that or or showing a system that you use or showing the behind the scenes of how you create content having some value in your stories I feel like is a really big difference
between successful creators who are really growing and people who aren't something going to talk about in the next video also if you have extra time you can definitely reach out to Brands email Brands DM them asking for the influencer Partnerships email of course responding to comments responding to DMS engaging with your community those are all bonus checklist things of if you have extra time but if you only have 5 hours a week or less I would post the content in feed and really really prioritize that again as always if you're feeling overwhelmed and burnt out
and like this is not going to happen posting every single day from Monday to Saturday I can maybe do two carousels in one reel then do that again like make this work for you you are in control of your brand your business on social media never feel like you are forcing yourself to a point of burnout to be consistent on social media is always more important in your brand in your energy that is what matters most but I feel like that is a really good framework that I know works for a lot of people people
and for myself as well of how to be consistent in your posting schedule having a specific template style per day that really works for you and having a mix of carousels and a mix of short form video a quick tip for creating carousels is I always create them in Cana or using a Notes app screenshot but canva is a really great way to create carousels and when I'm talking about canva I don't mean just taking like a canva template that looks like a canva template I mean like using canva creating a 4x5 portrait Instagram photo
throwing that in canva adding your own like plain helvetica aerial text and using that is the carousel adding your brand emojis but that can be a really good way to create carousels or just having a picture of you with six ways to stop having meting anxiety in your 20s and then the next slide could be a notes up screenshot that's another really good way to do it also canva does have a notes at screenshot template you can use as well but that is the busy bluing framework to posting on social media and growing on social
media when you're extremely busy again there's a lot of inner deeper foundational work that goes into into this of having your brand your mission your community your vision your emojis your on liners all of that packaged but this is how I would execute all of that on social media if you have about 5 hours per week this was such a fun video I really hope this was helpful and you can take it and actually at least has some thought STS for you of how you can execute your content I will be breaking this out into
