so today Corgi lovers I decided to start this episode off differently where normally I would start with the Munchkin Corgi I started with the Corgi attacking the other Corgi that's me yelling at you yeah what you yelling at me don't use that paint that's a bad color the wood floor looks terrible okay alright so today we've got enough money to yet flip another house if I can come here let's go to our browser there's a bunch of houses yep first row not doing second row we already did we did right yeah it's changed a little
bit because we bought off the house for the flood so it's not there anymore well we have hundred thousand dollars so let's use oh well like a hundred thousand just like the last house we bought we only spent like what ten fifteen twenty two bucks I'll actually flip the house like furniture new paint like all look the fixer-upper stuff wasn't that expensive so I feel like we can push our limit here a little bit more okay so let's take a look at the unsatisfying effect oh I like the trees in front of this house woo
for sale a house belonging to the city state to fix up so the thing that's like a foreclosure maybe I don't know I mean it doesn't look as bad as the other houses that we've seen but it looks big but look at this place it's it's nice like to fix up I mean it just looks like with the trash everything inside again clean up the mess and then demolish walls I know look at all those doors there's so many too many doors we need more open spaces we need an open floor design plan here I
want to spend a hundred thousand is there another house that's more expensive what's the next one up from let me check the next one up from this is we can't even afford this no all right so if we buy this house we're gonna be left with like what a little bit less than thirteen thousand yes I don't know the math yeah a little bit less than thirteen okay a little bit less than right so no fancy things okay we're like we are just demolishing walls we're painting we're fixing things up maybe like a kitchen or

it looks kinda like like a hat rack slash potty well it's gone ooh wow there's alright so there's a huge hallway here so like there's the entrance into a huge hallway and then a bathroom on the side there I'm like trying to get like a good bearing here uh so bedroom number one sell everything just like even like everything why keep it what no bed bathroom go the bathroom self in the bathroom also can you go back into the bedroom and sell the chandelier this is a big kitchen ooh that's nice yeah that actually is
kind of nice yeah move it around go back to the other side no the kitchen I mean in the kitchen towards like the countertop huh yeah I was like is this nice can we clean it up I feel like the we should keep this to like it we can find like more countertops like continue that along or even move this countertop to a different part of the kitchen is this even why is there a couch right next to the kitchen what is going like some people like trying to like get my hat like wrap my
head around what's going on here but let's let's go around and keep picking up trash and then we'll start cleaning as we go so got our home office alright everything in here looks bad yeah yes doesn't match that bookshelf doesn't match that thing in the corner yeah this nope nope selling selling so just yeah get rid of everything so alright alright so in here what do you think other good so we sell the couch at the very least yeah the couch because even if we even if we keep the couch so we'd have to move
it to a different spot I think that would be really annoying yeah we want this to be more like a kitchen you know not like a not like a sitting area but there's so okay alright so three rooms left oh boy what was that is that a ladder no okay so this is like a toilet I guess it's like you're like a half bath or it's just like a little room with the potty yeah the party what what okay I feel like I feel like personally we could just combine these rooms yeah yeah this this
doesn't seem necessary so can we remove doors and put walls there instead is that possible yeah that's very possible um is this the master bedroom I think this might be the bastard bedroom okay there's also another small room at the end of the hallway there oh there is like right there like ceiling mini-map it's like it's like wait a minute there is there a door there there's no secret room get the hammer we'll break it down this wall alright there's treasure there is treasure there's like a hundred grand in there yeah alright I thought I
thought you said you ungraded your skills I got muscles I thought you said okay it's working Oh with some Easter Egg well what's their stool oh oh treasure okay Oh get gone get go hey sorry I just really this may be the first time that I've ever done that in a game worm like whose use my my my knowledge to find something a secret what's inside is there anything in there is there's nothing in there can we sell maybe if we sell it let's see how much money we get whoa now that's the true treasure
was the safe itself that's so sweet Oh tell the poster no no wait oh I kind of like the poster yeah let's keep it but if we need money we don't sell it yeah okay so I have an idea mm-hmm so I'm thinking that because we came over the bathrooms we're gonna have to work around them like all of them I would love to remove them and put them in different places but it's impossible yeah you can't sell them no some thinking that this bath no you can't don't yeah because in a normal life when
you want to get rid of a toilet whatever that is you just use a hammer to to pound it into the ground and then you cover it up look it doesn't hurt do experiment okay so this is kind of like the guest bathroom I would say and the room right next to it so you go out here and go to the left this is kind of the guest bedroom so we're gonna leave these two rooms as is so going in to the left here I'm thinking about tearing down the wall in between this space and
the little hallway there and making this into like a little seating area oh nice so do me to sell this yeah so then all right and then I think you can also sell the dough leave that door there this door goes into a closet we're gonna have to leave that because there's a bathroom on the other side and we can't really move the toilet seat there all right so I'm thinking for this space right here I think we can tear down the wall in between this hallway and the like entrance hallway oh so so this
yeah they look that door and like the little little wall there okay so sell that okay move huh we're leaving the guest bedroom or leaving the guest bathroom the two bathrooms the problem here is at that toilet I think when you put it down it's gonna be facing the door so we remove this door and break down that wall that that toilets gonna be in such an awkward position so I'm not like I think because the game plays it out like that we may have to leave this room as is um let's look when we
come to it let's risk it okay so I'm gonna sell this just right now we can always get it back I'm gonna sell that for right now all right all right now this is where things get a little bit complicated so we have a bedroom at the end of the hallway here I kind of think that's gonna be the master bedroom this one yes so but it's so what I'm thinking is we kind of like expand it towards the hallway a little bit and like that little secret room like that can be a part of
the master bedroom now and we can have the house of my posters okay and so what we're gonna need to do is we're gonna need to break down the wall in between this in the hallway or the bedroom in the hallway and then we're gonna have to extend out the wall a little bit to make like a new entrance oh no let's not do that yet we'll sell the door first okay done okay and now going back to the kitchen so this wall right here like the wall the one you just went through the glass
sliding door look that entire part can be like destroyed so remove so remove that door I think the entire wall here can even be destroyed then make it a little more open okay all right so like basically combining the hallway with like the living space so that it's a little bigger and within that way we can like put it like that the eating table a little more centered in the space and we can even break down the wall in between like the what's it called the door and the bedroom no I think we can break
down the wall between the the eating space and like that I guess that the home office space it's in the corner there oh so it's even yeah I mean like do do you want to keep an old home office so do you want to make it like him like a lounge like we can put the couch in this space yeah with the TV here cuz we're not a place with a TV goes oh wait it's gonna be in the sitting area over there well no I don't think like that sitting here is more like a
living space we're like even like when you walk into someone's house nice fancy houses they sometimes have like like this sitting space that nobody ever uses where you put your knickknacks and stuff okay all right so maybe if we open this we can actually put like a TV here so I'm gonna sell this right here yeah and then we'll just put like a TV here so it'll be like a kitchen slash eating slash TV area alright alright alright let's get started and we're gonna start by cleaning you start well what's the bathroom okay so we
know no we're not gonna demo we need fair where that toilet is facing okay can you make the toilet face a different direction let's find out I feel like this is not gonna work no see it's like the fact that the tile isn't grid and you could see where the hole from the plumbing is it's a little it's not centered on that grid so obviously it's a it's not gonna work but we can't we can still get rid of this I just don't want too many doors I don't think we can get rid of it
I think we're gonna have to keep it yeah and that's fine no no I think I think we're gonna have to do the pot he can face that way nobody wants that but there's no potty in here I know that this is the bathroom okay that's the bathroom and that's the bathroom if you demolish that wall it's just gonna be way too awkward I don't think so all right well you know what this is this is a chance for you to make your decision I'll build it back I promise hello how do you feel how

know who did that but they they need they need to eat all right so we got sitting area we've got closet we've got the bathroom right there with the guest room so the guests can use their bathroom yeah and we got our kitchen area with their seating area we've got our master bedroom and our master bath and we have our uh what's called our TV area yeah okay all right so now what we need to do is we need to mount all the things that need to be Mountain Dew suite we paid first maybe Oh
everything all right so I'm think painting in floor maybe I'm thinking like this room this big massive room has the same floor like throughout all right but you know what I chose the colors in the last one how about you paper colors in this one oh they're gonna be nice and bland we got to make them we got to make them really low tones so that everyone can agree on them okay all right so let's take a look and put our paints down so I pick up my paints now this so these colors are meant
for the general buyer okay these will appease most like you know parents that are trying to like get a house for their kids I guess I don't know were they like bland colors I know our last house was very vibrant and I felt like that was awesome but I feel like we want to make the money here we got appease like the adults yeah no no because they got the money so yeah yeah so most people they love beige so we're just gonna paint this entire big space beige so the entire area is gonna be
painted the same color um if we go into the first bedroom or bathroom um for this house I thought more natural tiles and more natural stones would look nice so I picked that for this this bathroom and it's gonna go around the entire place and then the floor is gonna be kind of a similar but darker uh you know stony tile Oh nice for the first bedroom a royal blue for the royal bedroom yeah the real guests and then I think I was thinking carpet for this room but I'm not sure like I don't know
what carpets are available um we can take any quick look and put that down because that won't let you like just place it down yeah yeah might as well let's see what like you know we'll just go with it yeah there we go for the closet that was like just keep the closet white we don't know who cares I don't think there's any painting that needs to be put in here do you think um maybe we'll do something with it but for now it's just a closet okay and then into the master bathroom so for
this one I kind of like the way that they have like tile on one part of the wall but not on the other so what I was thinking was we'll use the tile to kind of cover up the tile that exists already um with a natural stop style again and then we use kind of a color that matches the tile on for the rest of the bathroom I think that's actually really nice then we'll pick the tie a little bit later yep and then for the master bedroom you know I was like what would Jessica
like and I got yeah color I thought you would like and I'll let you pick out the floor oh I know a blonde pickin all right well if you want to do this room first we muzzle start somewhere all right all right let's go ahead and get started there you go and now we're gonna like get a bed bed what kind of bet is this gonna be I think it's gonna be like a single bed okay pick the color you can sometimes um let's go with there you go and then that's not that big of
a pen well not doesn't work right there put it right there put this right about here mm-hmm maybe get like a desk like a nice little desk for right here right about here Oh do you like a chair like maybe something like that blue chair no we're gonna do like um like this this one right here put this here flip it right there and then maybe like a laptop what what I come okay this is not our house okay when when flipping a house you don't just add a computer along with the house I mean
no no no no no okay all right fine but look let's see oh yes yeah like a nice little place I mean I would have picked a different bed but it's nice yeah it's just a nice little place for them to get started and there we go now now we can move on there we go there we go beautiful we Center that light we move that light in front of the table or over the table yeah oh yes please yes please there we go I mean that works okay no one oh we good are we
done no so fun so far one cow sofa cow there we go that way Jason we're trying to scare we're buyers I understand no this is the greatest couch in the world no no no see when they move in it'll be great no one that couch does not exist like I'm very certain that no one in the world has ever bought a couch like that look if every buyer is mad you're helping how mad they are you bought this this cow cows the kitchen it matches the living room very well yeah see I'm done all
right and how about maybe like a TV okay hanging TV there we go oh that's great it's wonderful no yes not lonely calm look at that I love my music place it is the great greatest place but it's not as good as my social place share disaster I mean share discover sharin disaster that is a very good description of every social place alright and then I think okay so let's go through every room because I want to see make sure that everything jives well together okay so got us our second sitting place we have our
closet that we haven't touched that is terrible yeah well we're not or we don't care about that we've got our guest bathroom slash cat room cat room that people do the laundry and go to the bathroom and shower and watch their cat we've got our guest bedroom beautiful I know is a great color I actually we have our ginormous kitchen open kitchen with our six second third first sitting area yes that in our social place so we can watch our awesome master bedroom or bathroom sleep Oh see I really like how this one turned out
because we were able to combine both of those rooms together and also keep like a really nice instead of going with the the different tiles yeah it looks really really nice like this one I'm actually really proud of this one like this one looks really nice the best part for last my beautiful bedroom without a light weight light switch in here hey that's a good question um it's late at night but it's time to sell our house all right let's do it here we go we've worked on this house for one hour 58 minutes and
24 seconds current budgets and let's just start the auction a big bedroom how sweet I don't understand what I need this kitchen door you need a kitchen to eat I'm single I don't need to bed what if you have a friend come over that also wants to stay at your house Wow we need a place for blood please people ready a place for books I want one bedroom not too elegant no trash we what it was that it is that a bad thing did he want trash one bookshelf yeah please yes so we got we
got a total of $50,000 in profit that's pretty good so what are we sitting at now then so we got 50,000 was a week so he bought it for like a hundred we made fifty we had like 20 leftover so we're sitting like 170 yeah I think about okay so we we have like 164 thousand so here's what I'm thinking I'm thinking that we take all the money that we have and the next house we do instead of flipping it for profit we flip it to replace the current house that we have so we can
sell this dumpy place for like five dollars because nobody wants it and we make ourselves a mansion but oh and we leave all the Corgi posters here [Music] you don't know how I should
