we're training in the the real side of the gym not hiding in the little little mini gym today here at Carbon so here for the grand opening like I said had some nice breakfast today they didn't have oats where I went so I literally just had fruit and egg whites and eggs so just ready to rock had a little caffeine and we're rolling trying back trying to move through this workout got a little meat and greet afterwards a little rooftop party at the end of the night and get [ __ ] up and wasted and
have so much fun so stay tuned all right I think I'm finally warming up ready to actually do a set oh like we're at a rave might have to bring out the EDM music for the end of this prep could you imagine doing cling routin to that to that yeah or like scrs I've seen it done I my new thing on the road now is I don't do any chest supported bent over crazy [ __ ] because I injured myself 75% of my injuries have been after a flight so my body just doesn't good good
at regulating water and recovering so taking easy to machine just doing what I can training hard not putting my hamstrings at risk I like sub mirrors I'm still a bodybuilder at heart but yeah I just like the natural light no youed to have to take off the plates off a machine I just leave them on in my gym got to be responsible now you polite boy not my gym I love like shooting outside so like I'm a fan of that like everyone [Music] outside I love I want to I like I should miss being outdoors
and I want to be able to play pickle ball without hurting myself want to be athletic yeah you like a back I do yeah I would probably go back and forth depending on how tight I feel but given my shitty Mobility I like it like that s send uh I'll get your add thank you swap it out yeah if you like it we'll get you appreciate it [Music] what's your least favorite movement movement I don't have a least favorite movement it all varies in my body my energy my motivation if I'm like not hurt full
of energy motivated not like pulled in any other directions I do like legs but recently just like life I sometime I get in the gym like [ __ ] having a warm up 45 minutes just to do one top set it's like pain in the ass with a what ugly picture of him you mean and route that is beautiful great depiction of celvin how are you feeling feel good yeah it's like up and down yeah been a slow start it's also weird with my mind's in so many other places trying to like get into this
mode is a little hard but are you going to just have like just a like again this year like you just focus on that kind of like L stuff yeah I already started doing that a lot better this year like I train every day at like 3:00 now so I leave at like 2 or 3 or whenever I need to instead of last year I was like leaving at 5:00 p.m. and going to workout it was just [ __ ] show until like 5 weeks out so been better I feel getting home earli exactly feel
better if I can do everything and be home by like 5:30 way better also kind of feel bad being gone all day coming home at like 8:00 p.m. and they just got to eat and go to bed the baby is just like chaos yeah m [Music] team I kind of drove through [Music] it's different every year typically I don't agree to anything within 6 weeks but if something comes up like for our business that's like super important and crucial and I can get like fly there in out in a day or two days or something
then maybe I'll squeeze it in but it's like a case by case basis you try to make it in quicker the better for sure yeah my workouts just aren't the same on the road so quicker I get home better that makes sense do you have use a lot of the stuff when you're at home um no I only really have one the shoulder press machine the see the plate loaded yeah I'm so good that's my I have a bunch of like random pieces at my gym all right so we just worked out how to shake
some mega fit me said their asparagus was good she wasn't lying it was pretty good I'm also really deprived right now of food so it was good now we're going to do this meat and greet this is literally all I have to do all day so it's been a pretty easy day for me going to meet people I don't know where I'm going or where everyone is but I I'm this going be there at 3:00 3:05 so I got to go CU I'm late for [Music] everything pinch it a [Music] bit sure yeah of course
