so what if the Western Roman Empire never fell so obviously there was a split in the Roman Empire back in the 5th Century 405 ad and as you can see literally as the decades went by the Western Roman Empire just completely vanishes basically only the Eastern Roman Empire or essentially Byzantium survived up until the 15th century where they had a very slow and grueling collapse but this world today will completely change everything the Western Roman Empire still exists in 1444 they also don't exist alone because they have a a ton of tributary States and they

still of course own their capital of Rome here's the Empire of Rome which is going to kind of act like not really the Holy Roman Empire but somewhat speaking of which the Holy Roman Empire in this universe is in modern day Russia well and Ukraine uh keev is leading it I like that switch up since this was kind of the thing that came out of the ashes of the Western Roman Empire after they collapsed in this universe because the East collapses uh this is the new I don't know Holy Roman Empire and what came out

of the ashes of Byzantium so there is a country here called banan but uh that's that's not bizantium definitely keep in mind the name for the states or subdivisions a part of the Roman Empire when it was at its height because you're going to see these names pop up a lot or Britannia isn't here that's England but yeah the Latin version of these regions that is all over the place on the map another very interesting thing about this universe is there was no giant rise of Islam Islam is here but it didn't expand out of
