But going back to the issue of the blooming effect, as you can see in this image, when we look at televisions from the front, it is very difficult to observe the blooming effect, however, when we look at a more lateral angle we can see this effect a little. For those who don't know, it is a brightening of light that surrounds brighter objects in dark background scenes and in the case of this image the blooming effect is occurring around the Leaves. However, I would say that in general the two do very well in relation to this issue.

So it should be enough to please most people. But despite both TVs doing well in terms of black level and blooming effect, did one of them manage to be better than the other in these matters? Personally speaking, I found the two to be extremely similar, but seeing it live here you could see that the QNX1D had a black level that was slightly better, so in some scenes this issue gave it a small advantage, almost as if the image was slightly more defined.

But honestly speaking, I should stress a lot about this because the two are really very similar and even if you are a more demanding user, it is very easy to go on the QN85D and change some settings to make the two equal in these matters. Still talking about image quality, what can we say about colors?

In this sense, both are using QLED technology, which is a technology that allows these TVs to deliver a greater number of colors to the screen, thus making the image more beautiful. And really, both televisions do very well in terms of colors and as you can see in these images, the colors of both TVs are very similar and in some scenes you could even feel a slight difference in their saturation, but in general nothing that I I found it very significant. And an important detail that I should mention here is that during the tests I left both televisions in film image mode and I did this because this image mode tries to provide us with color quality and a more natural and general image quality.

However, as I know that some people prefer to use the TV in the standard mode that comes from the factory, I also separated some images showing the difference between standard mode and movie mode. In this first image, for example, we can clearly see the difference.

between these two image modes, notice that in standard mode the colors are much more saturated and exaggerated, so blue is bluer, green is greener and so on. In film mode, the colors follow a more realistic and natural pattern. In this other scene, once again we can see the same thing, notice how we have a much more exaggerated green color when we leave the televisions in standard mode, different from film mode which tries to deliver something more realistic.

And this last image that I separated is also very interesting, so notice that in standard mode we have an image with greater brightness and a more exaggerated white, different from film mode, which once again gives us a more realistic result. And I even understand that some people may prefer the default mode, especially if you are going to use these televisions in a brighter environment because in this type of scenario, having a brighter and more saturated image can really please some people more. Still talking about image quality, it is worth mentioning that both televisions are using the VA type panel.

This means that for you to have maximum image quality, the most recommended thing is that you use these TVs as far forward as possible, you can even use They are from a more lateral angle like in these images, but in this case the colors are already losing a little quality compared to when you are viewing them 100% from the front. What about other features related to image quality, such as upscaling quality and color uniformity? In this sense, I didn't see any difference between them, that is, in terms of image quality, the two are extremely similar.

And before I forget, it's worth mentioning that both TVs support HDR10+ but do not support Dolby Vision. But besides image quality, what can we say about the other features? Is there any relevant difference between them in the other questions?

Continuing with our comparison, what can we say about sound quality? In this sense, once again the two are extremely similar, delivering the same sound power, which in this case is 40 W divided into 2. 2 channels and it is worth saying that both TVs support Dolby Atmos.

Now talking about the operating system, once again I didn't find any relevant difference, the two systems work very well and have support for the main applications on the market, so in this sense I didn't find any difference in favor of one TV or the other. And what to say now in relation to gaming performance, is it that once again the two are basically identical? In general, you can say yes, once again they are practically identical in terms of specifications, for example they are exactly the same.

Both give us a refresh rate of 120 Hz, with four HDMI ports, all 2. 1 and all support VRR and FREESYNC. Furthermore, both have a special Gamer bar that gives us access to some extra functions such as the possibility of changing the image quality much more quickly, it is also possible to see the viewing rate of the TVs in real time and for PC gamers it is possible change the aspect ratio to 21x9 and 32x9 on PC games that are supported.

And it's also worth mentioning that both TVs already provide us with official support for the Xbox application, which for those who don't know is an application that allows us to play Xbox games via the internet without needing the console. physical, so it's like Netflix but instead of watching movies and series we play video games. However, it is worth mentioning that this application is not free so you will need to pay a monthly fee to have access to the full library of games and in addition you will need a controller with Bluetooth support to connect to the TVs.

And to end this part with video games, I strongly recommend that, if possible, when playing, explore the image settings menu as you can greatly improve the original image quality that comes standard on the TV for video games. So, as we have seen so far, the two TVs are indeed extremely similar.

However, now I'm going to mention to you the two biggest differences that I found between them and I honestly don't know if they are very relevant differences or not, but I still think they're worth mentioning here for you. The first difference is in relation to their table support, as you can see in these images, the QNX1D has these side supports made of plastic, unlike the QN85D, which has a central support made of metal, which gives it a more premium look compared to the QNX1D. .

And still talking about the table support, it is worth mentioning that in the case of the QNX1D, if you want, you can adjust the support to place the TV a little higher or a little lower, in our case we are already using it as high as possible and it is also worth mentioning that if you want it is also possible to remove these side supports from the corners and place the two more in the center of the television, something interesting if you want to place this TV on a smaller table. And while I'm still talking about the table support here, it's worth mentioning that if you want, it's also possible to place these televisions on a wall support, however, in this case the support must be purchased separately. And now comes the second big difference between these two televisions which, in the end, I believe will be the decisive factor for you to choose between one or the other television and this special issue is the price.

And regarding this issue of price, if we use as a reference the 55" inch models, which are the units we are testing back here and if we go to the manufacturer's official website, we will see that the two televisions are being sold for almost R$ 6000 and honestly speaking for that price I don't think it's worth buying either of the two televisions, not that they are bad, far from it but for R$ 6000 I think it's a very high price for them.
