apart I appointed you as a prophet to the Nations Jeremiah's response was I do not know how to speak I am too young but God didn't accept that negative selft talk he said do not say I am too young you must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you God was teaching Jeremiah a crucial lesson about the power of words he was saying don't speak limitation over yourself I've already declared your purpose and ability the same is true for you God has already spoken blessings and purpose over your life your

job is to align your words with his so how do we do this practically how do we start speaking blessings over our lives first we need to fill our minds with God's word Romans 10:17 tells us consequently faith comes from hearing the message and the message is heard through the word about Christ the more we saturate our minds with scripture the more our speech will naturally align with God's truth second we need to be intentional about our selft talk catch yourself when you start to speak negatively replace those words of doubt and fear with words

of Faith and Hope instead of saying I can't do this say I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me third start declaring God's promises over your life find scriptures that speak to your situation and make them personal if you're facing Financial challenges declare my God will meet all my needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus fourth speak blessings over others as you do you'll find that those blessings Boomerang back to you Proverbs 11:25 says a generous person will prosper whoever refreshes others will be refreshed remember this isn't about pretending

problems don't exist it's about choosing to focus on God's power rather than our limitations it's about speaking Faith instead of fear think about David facing Goliath while everyone else was talking about how big Goliath was David was declaring how big his God was he said you come against me with sword and Spear and Javelin but I come against you in the name of the Lord Almighty the god of the armies of Israel whom you have defied David's words were a declaration of faith that shaped the outcome of the battle your words have the same power

they can shape the outcome of your battles now I want to address something important speaking blessings over your life isn't a magic formula it's not about manipulating God or the universe to give you what you want it's about aligning your heart and mind with God's will and his truth Jesus taught us to pray your kingdom come your will be done on Earth as it is in heaven when we speak blessings aligned with God's will we're essentially praying this prayer prayer we're inviting Heaven's reality into our Earthly situations so what areas of your life need Heaven's

reality today is it your health your relationships your career your finances whatever it is start speaking God's truth over that area if it's your health declare he himself bore our sins in his body on the cross so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness by his wounds you have been healed if it's your relationships speak out be completely humble and gentle be patient bearing with one another in love for your career Proclaim whatever you do work at it with all your heart as working for the Lord not for human Masters regarding finances

declare honor the Lord with your wealth with the first fruits of all your crops then your barns will be filled to overflowing and your Vats will Brim over with new wine as you begin this journey of speaking blessings over your life be patient with yourself changing habits of speech and thought takes time but as you persist you'll begin to see transformation your outlook will change your faith will grow and you'll start to see God's promises manifesting in your life remember you are a child of God you have been created in His image you have been

given Authority in Christ your words matter they have power use them wisely use them to build to encourage to bless let's make a commitment today let's commit to being more intentional with our words let's pledge to speak life not death to declare blessings not curses to align our speech with God's promises not our fears are you ready to see your world change through the power of your words are you prepared to partner with God in shaping your reality then let's seal this teaching with a prayer of blessing Heavenly Father we come before you today with

of the spirit be evident in our lives drawing others to you we speak blessings over our minds we have the mind of Christ we take every thought captive to The Obedience of Christ our minds are sound filled with wisdom and discernment from above father we declare blessings over our relationships we are peacemakers quick to forgive slow to anger abounding in love our relationships are marked by mutual respect understanding and Selfless Love we speak blessings over our work our hands are blessed whatever we do prospers we are diligent excellent in all our ways working as unto

the Lord doors of opportunity open before us and we find favor with both God and man Lord we declare Financial blessings we are good stewards of the resources you entrust to us we have more than enough to meet our needs and to be generous to others we lend and do not borrow we are the head and not the tail above and not beneath we speak blessings over our spiritual lives we are hungry for your word and your presence we grow in Grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ our faith is

strengthened daily as we walk closely with you father we declare blessings over our families our households serve the Lord our children are taught by the Lord and great is their peace our marriages reflect the love between Christ and the church we speak blessings over our communities and Nations we are Salt and Light influencing our surroundings For Your Glory we pray for our leaders that they would govern with wisdom and integrity Lord we declare that your kingdom comes and your will is done in our lives as it is in heaven we are ambassadors of Christ ministers

of reconciliation bringing your love and truth to a world in need we speak blessings over our future we have hope and a future in you we forget what is behind and strain toward what is ahead pressing on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called us heavenward in Christ Jesus father we declare that no weapon formed against us shall prosper and every tongue that rises against us in judgment we shall refute this is our heritage as Servants of the lord we speak blessings over our spiritual gifts and callings we are empowered

by your spirit to fulfill the good works you prepared in advance for us to do we bear much fruit fruit that will last Lord Jesus we thank you that you are the word made flesh teach us to use our words as you did to heal to deliver to restore or to bless May our speech always be gracious seasoned with salt so that we may know how to answer everyone holy spirit guide us in our prayers help us to pray in accordance with God's will when we don't know what to pray intercede for us with groans
