this meditation is presented by my peace of mindfulness please enjoy this session in a secluded peaceful location giving yourself the relaxation you deserve welcome and good morning are you ready to have the most incredible day ahead it always is good to start with a meditation this gets your mind clear and set to manifest the perfect day you're in the right place at the right time settle into a meditative position sitting upright head balanced eyes closed breathe in deeply and exhale slowly to Center yourself take another powerful breath in in exhale and just relax the most
incredible day is today speak it as your truth and watch as it manifests as reality [Music] in order to have an incredible day gratitude is an essential ingredient so let's begin by being thankful you will think of 10 things you are grateful for and you will count them on your fingers as you go think of 10 things you are grateful for counting along with them [Music] [Music] was this task easy or difficult for you were you able to think of 10 things you are grateful for quickly or did it take some time remember to be
grateful for even the simple things that you take for granted such as your sight your ability to hear your legs your arms your good health being able to breathe in deeply and fully also be grateful for your home your device your transportation anything material around you you can be grateful for now think of someone that you truly care about someone you're grateful to have in your life [Music] and notice in your chest how your heart center becomes filled with love [Music] say out loud with your lips thank you [Music] paying close attention to how thankfulness
feels in your body any Sensations changes just notice them identify where they are [Music] now with this wonderful feeling use it as fuel to create your day remember that it is incredible so begin to imagine things that you will do today see them as awesome you are filled with excitement for life amazing opportunities come your way and you gladly take them foreign [Music] let's return back to the feeling of gratitude to recharge think of five more things you are grateful for [Music] good now let that gratitude expand in your heart by thinking of someone else
you love and care for and then continue to imagine an incredible day ahead [Music] perhaps something amazing happens to you see it in your mind foreign happened to you today such as receiving a lot of money or some really good news how would you feel would you be grateful how about excited identify all these emotions and let them swim around in your entire body [Music] you are changing the cells in your body by doing this exercise and thus They will receive an incredible day this is the law of the Mind and how life actually works
not many of us know this you use your feelings and thoughts first physical reality changes according to your belief so what do you do to you today have faith that this is going to happen no matter what foreign you are doing so well now it is time to Simply let go of what we have created surrender it to the universe will organize it in a perfect way for you without your need to control [Music] yourself letting go becoming not attached to the outcome free yourself from any pressure and it has to go a certain way
