we all have things that come against us in life people that don't like us we're dealing with an illness we lost a big client at work it's easy to live worried wondering how it's going to turn out but David said in Psalm 27 in the time of trouble God will hide you he will place You Out Of Reach on a high rock it doesn't say we won't have trouble difficulties may come but the promise God gives us is he's going to hide us you could say he's going to make you invisible to the enemy you

don't know how many times trouble has come but it couldn't find you sickness had your name on it but when it showed up you were invisible that Calamity that accident was sent to take you out but when it arrived you were nowhere to be found you didn't know anything about it you were just going about your day being your best and forces that should have stopped you enemies that should have defeated you trouble that should have caused you great heartache didn't have any effect on you why you were invisible to the enemy that's why we

can live from a place of Peace a place of trust not worried what if my company downsizes they don't need me what if my child gets off course what if I get this virus no turn it around father thank you that I am invisible to the enemy thank you that my children are invisible to the en enemy thank you that my health my finances my marriage my dreams are all invisible to the enemy David knew what it was like to have opposition and people trying to stop him 1st Samuel 23 he was living on the

run from King Saul he had done nothing wrong he was one of Saul's main armor bearers he would play music for Saul when he wasn't feeling well but Saul was jealous he was so obsessed with getting rid of David that's all he could think about and sometimes when you're doing the right thing being good to people the favor on your life will stir up the jealousy in other people David was in the desert hiding in caves doing his best to not get caught Saul had the most skilled soldiers he had groups that were specifically trained

in tracking people like a Navy SEAL Team David was a Shepherd he'd been out taking care of sheep a teenager he didn't have any professional training he was outnumbered they had more equipment more skill it seemed like he would easily be defeated but verse 14 says Saul hunted David day after day but God did not let him be found God knows how to make you invisible to the enemy he knows how to hide you from trouble hide you from an accident hide you from people that are trying to bring you down a friend of mine

was was involved in a situation that was very big in the Press at one point it was the hottest news story around practically every reporter was trying to get to him the Press was very negative toward him he wanted to stay out of it for the first several months he had to travel back and forth to another city the Press would get word when he was going to be at the airport they would all show up he said Joel it was the most amazing thing I would get out of my car all these cameras lined

up on the sidewalk waiting for me I would walk right past them and not one of them recognized me they never got a shot of him one reporter came to his house he answered the door but the reporter didn't even recognize him at his own house he said it was like God made me invisible to the wrong people God knows how to protect you just as he can make blind eyes see he can make see and eyes blind he can make you invisible to people and circumstances that want to harm you David said in Psalm

31 you have not handed me over to the enemy but you have kept me in a safe place we all have things trying to stop our destiny but like with David God has put you in a safe place he's not going to let you be found you may have difficulties now in your health your finances your marriage you could live worried panicked what am I going to do do but when you know you're in a safe place where God has you hidden you can live in peace when Trouble Comes you don't fall apart give up

on your dreams you know God has made you invisible to the enemy Saul was so frustrated he went back home later some of David's own men turned on him they sent Saul the details of where David was hiding they gave him the exact location how to get there what it look like all this inside information and Saul was thrilled he had his men go do surveillance study David's movement find out when he sleeps when he eats where he gets his food he went overboard to make sure this time they would catch David Saul and his

change people's plans how to turn that trouble turn that sickness turn that opposition I can imagine sickness coming and looking for you you it has all the details knows where you live knows where you work where the enemy's done his surveillance when that s sickness knocks on the door you may answer but like my friend you're invisible to the enemy it has to say go sorry we couldn't find them when you know God has you in a safe place invisible to the enemy you can live in peace you're not at risk open game any moment

Something Bad Can Happen God has is you hidden where you cannot be found many things that were sent to stop you trouble Calamity bad breaks they had your name on them they had your address the reason they couldn't stop you is they couldn't find you God had you in a safe place when you make the Lord your God when you stay under the shelter of the most high the scripture says he covers you with his wings he'll hide you from things that should have brought you down see the enemy has schemes and strategies put in

place to try to keep you from your destiny people were set in motion headed your way to cause trouble the problem was they couldn't find you they showed up but you were invisible to the trouble invisible to the sickness invisible to the layoff God protected you and you didn't even know it well Joel it didn't work for me I must not be invisible I got laid off I had an accident I came down with a sickness yes but that sickness couldn't finish you off that accident couldn't take you out that layoff didn't stop your purpose

when trouble came God put you in a safe place that difficulty is not how your story ends God has the final say he's not only going to take care of what's trying to stop you he's going to bring you out better in the Old Testament God sent PL on pharaoh and his people for not letting the Israelites go the final plague was the firstborn of their children were going to be killed God told the Israelites they had to put Blood on the doorpost of their house when the death angel came as long as they had

that blood over their house they were invisible to the enemy there was no harm to their family that night thousands of lives were lost there was great grief and great sorrow what's interesting is none of the Israelites lost their lives yet they were living next door to their oppressors wasn't like they were 100 miles away they were all in the same area what was the difference one had the blood and the other didn't one was under the shelter of the most high covered by his wings the other wasn't when you keep the blood over your

house when you honor God when you stay close to him you have an Advantage he hides you when Trouble Comes he makes you invisible to the enemy when Calamity shows up at your house like with them it passes You by when people want to harm you when sickness when early death comes that may have been sent for you schemes and strategies that have your name on them stay in peace you're covered by the blood you're under the shelter of the most high things that take other people out can't take you out trouble that defeats others

won't stop you sickness that should be the end can't take your life you're in a safe place you don't have to live worried fearing what might happen fearing cancer fearing being laid off Joel with this pandemic I'm worried about my finances what if my business goes down the good news is you have the blood on your doorpost you belong to the most high now get in agreement with him Lord thank you you that my finances are invisible to the enemy thank you that my income my business my property my savings are in a safe place

I know this couple that owns a business and when the pandemic hit it looked like it would go down they're in the service industry with people not being able to get out and having to stay home all the facts said they would have an off Year many of their competitors were having to lay people off and cut back their operating hours but this couple had a different approach they understood that when Trouble Comes God will hide you that he can make you invisible to what's going on around you invisible to a down economy invisible to

an environment that's his lack and not enough instead of complaining their report was father thank you that even in famine we will have more than enough thank you that the economy is not our source but you are our source I told at the first of the year how we were going to see overflow abundance running over blessings it seemed like an odd time but they dared to believe for an overflow year they said this July in the middle of the pandemic they had their best month ever broke all the records going back over 20 years

they were so excited then August beat July then September beat August they kept increasing defying the odds they can't explain it it doesn't make sense when competitors are going down they're going up how could this be they are invisible to the enemy when you honor God when you keep in first place what limits others won't limit you now you have to give God something to work with you can't go around with the defeated mindset Jo this sounds good but I'm afraid my children are going to get off Court course this sickness runs in my family

I'm afraid I'm going to get it the scripture says what you fear is going to come upon you quit living out of fear and start living out of Faith father thank you that my health is invisible to the enemy that I will run and not be weary that with long life you will satisfy me Lord thank you that my children are invisible to the enemy that they are Mighty in the land that they make great decisions that they will become everything you've created them to be faith and fear have something in common they both ask

us to believe something that we can't see whichever one you get in agreement with is the one that's going to come to pass I'm afraid I'm not going to get well you're using your faith in the wrong direction turn it around Lord thank you that you're restoring health unto me this trouble may have come I'm dealing with this illness but Lord thank you that you are hiding me that you're putting me in a safe place that the number of my days you will fulfill a lot of times we don't realize it but we're using our

faith for the negative we're expecting defeat sickness Trouble on My Father side of the family there's a long history of heart disease and high blood pressure my father struggled with it most of his life I could accept it and think well that's my lot in life but I have a different approach Lord thank you that my health is invisible to the enemy that heart disease cannot find me high blood pressure may knock at my door but it's not going to recognize me this is a new day I'm setting a new standard the enemies we see

today we will see no more don't go through life expecting the worst expecting bad breaks this virus is spreading everywhere I'll probably get it too with all these negative influences my children will probably get off course zip that up you have the blood over your doorpost you belong to the most high God these things may come but they're not going to stay they're going to pass on by why you are invisible to the enemy trouble may have been sent you away but it can't find you sickness may have shown up but it's not permanent God

has you in a safe place nothing can snatch you out of his hands enemies may be looking for you people at work against you your dream seems impossible don't worry God has You Out Of Reach he's not letting you be found when my father went to be with the Lord and I stepped up to Pastor I was very insecure I had never ministered before and thoughts told me that I wasn't qualified and nobody was going to listen every week it was an Act of Faith to get up in front of people by the grace of

God the church begin to grow and people started watching listening in numbers that we had never seen I was amazed at what God was doing but with the new growth the new notoriety there came opposition people that didn't understand us it was something that I had never dealt with this was four or five years in and it seemed like every week there was something new coming against us some group that didn't agree or some person writing an article I was tempted to live worried wondering if we're going to make it I felt like we were

always on the verge of one bad break bringing us down one night I had a dream in this dream I was out running through an open field there were these planes flying very low overhead just 30 or 40 ft off the ground dropping bombs all around me one would hit 20 ft away and I would brace wait for the shrapnel I knew it was the end it would explode make this deafening sound but nothing would harm me I was amazed how I didn't get hurt this happened a half a dozen times every time the bomb

went off it didn't affect me finally I ran to this small house it was like a cabin in the woods and I was so afraid it had two small bedrooms and I hurried to one and shut the door I could hear these soldiers coming their footsteps getting closer and closer and I was holding my breath thinking Lord please let them pass please don't let them find me then my worst fears came true I heard them on the front porch they came in the house looked around the front rooms then they came to my room they

opened the door and I was standing right there my heart sunk I thought okay I'm done they looked right at me for about 10 seconds just a few feet away then they turned around and left in my dream I realized they couldn't see me I was so amazed and so relieved and as they were walking down the street away I woke up I heard God say down in my spirit Joel don't worry about who's coming against you about how big how important how influential I have you hidden in a safe place that's what David said

when Trouble Comes God will hide you I look back over these last 20 years that I've been pastoring there's been a lot of chatter but none of it stopped my destiny most of the people that were so against me aren't even around anymore what you're up against is no match for our God he controls the universe he knows how to hide you yes it may get Rocky from time to time bombs going off all around you so to speak they're not going to harm you enemies knocking at your door debt trouble sickness Calamity stay in

peace you're invisible to the enemy it may show up but it's not going to find you that sickness can't take you out that bad break can't stop your destiny that trouble looks permanent but it's only temporary things are about to change in your favor that's what happened to Peter in Acts chap 12 he was arrested and put in prison for sharing his faith King Herod ordered 16 soldiers to guard him he wanted to make sure he didn't Escape he had him chained between two soldiers in his cell the Night Before Peter was to go on

trial he was asleep in prison the the guard standing outside his cell when an angel appeared he woke Peter up and told him to get dressed they were about to leave and suddenly the chains fell off his feet the angel said come with me the prison doors opened of their own accord they walked past the first set of guards four men nobody saw them the second set nobody saw them the third the fourth they went by 16 soldiers who were diligently watching ordered by the king and yet none of them saw Peter he went to

the home where the Believers were praying for his safety God knows how to make you invisible to your enemies he didn't say we would never have trouble but he did promise when Trouble Comes he will hide you he won't let the circumstances stop your purpose he has angels watching over you right now protecting you guarding you he knows how to open doors that you can't open how to get you out of problems that look impossible how to Blind the eyes of those that are trying to hold you back what you're facing may look permanent like

Peter you don't see a way out the odds are against you you don't know what God is up to that cancer looks like it's going to keep you defeated God can make you invisible to the cancer invisible to the opposition invisible to what's trying to stop you that's why we don't have to live in PE in in fear yes there are a lot of negative things in the world that could happen accident sicknesses trouble bad breaks we could go around worried stressed but when you know God has you hidden that he's put you in a

safe place that because the blood is over your doorpost because you belong to him he's made you invisible to the enemy he has a hedge of protection that nothing can cross without his permission a thousand may fall at your side 10,000 at your right hand but it's not going to come near you why you're in the shelter of the most high he has you covered he's covered your health covered your marriage covered your children covered your finances covered your dreams 2 Kings chapter 6 the Syrian Army had come against the Israelites they were about to

uh they were every time the syrians were about to make a move God would tell the prophet elij Elisha and he would tell the Israelites that way they always stayed one step ahead of the enemy when the Syrian King found out what Elisha was doing he was Furious he sent a great army with thousands of horses thousands of Chariots to go surround Elisha's City and capture him when Elisha saw them coming he had no chance in the natural it was him versus tens of thousands of soldiers he could have panicked got depressed but he understood

this principle that God can make you invisible to the enemy that plans that were sent to stop you strategies designed to keep you from your destiny cannot stand against our God he knows how to put you in a safe place how to hide you from trouble it may come but if you'll stay in faith it's not going to turn out the way it looks it looks like that sickness is permanent looks like your child won't fulfill his Destiny looks like that will limit your future but don't judge your situation too soon wait till you see

what God is about to do Elisha prayed something interesting he didn't say Lord Deliver Me Lord stop this Army Lord protect me from these people he said Lord please make them blind he was saying Lord Make Me invisible to the enemy what a powerful prayer we should pray that every day Lord make my family invisible to the enemy make my finances my health my dreams invisible to the enemy the verse goes on to say and the Lord did what Elisha asked when you ask God to make you invisible he's going to do what you ask

don't go to God complaining telling him everything that's wrong God these people aren't Fair I've got this problem at work my child won't do what's right try a different approach father thank you that I am invisible isible to the enemy thank you that you have hidden me that I'm in a safe place the Syrian Captain knocked on the door and said we are here to see Elisha Elisha looked surprised said sir you come to the wrong house Elisha doesn't live here great man of God lying you know the syrians you know the syrians did their

research they tracked Elisha made sure this was his address confirmed he was home had people that could identify him despite all that the captain was confused he said where is he Elisha said he's in another city follow me and I'll take you there Elisha LED them to the city of Samaria to the Israelites Camp then he prayed that God would open their eyes they suddenly realized it was Elisha all along and they were captured by the Israelites how many times has trouble knocked at your door so to speak but when you answered the enemy didn't

recognize you you the trouble had your name on it the sickness was your address are you sure this is not you but God Made You invisible to the enemy he's been protecting you your whole life there are things he's kept you from that you know nothing about schemes and strategies that were meant to stop you but they couldn't find you and yes in those difficult times it wasn't easy but God hid you without him watching over you you wouldn't have made it through the sickness through the divorce through the trouble he doesn't stop everything but

he promised when Trouble Comes he will hide you instead of living worried fearful expecting the worst have a new perspective because the blood is over your doorpost because you belong to the most high you have an advantage God has made you invisible to the enemy every morning dare to declare it father thank you that my family is invisible to the enemy thank you that You' covered my children covered my health covered my finances that you have me hidden in a safe place if you'll do this I believe and declare like with David when Trouble Comes

God is not going to let you be found like with Peter doors are going to open you can't open problems that look permanent are about to turn around God is going to protect you heal you favor you promote you take you to the fullness of your destiny in Jesus name we all have things that we're believing for dreams to come to pass problems to turn around we have the promise in our heart but nothing is happening we prayed we believed but we don't see any signs of things improving it's easy to get discouraged and think

it's never going to work out but most of the time God doesn't do things instantly there will be a waiting period thoughts will tell you it's too late if it was going to happen it would have happened by now but just because you don't see anything doesn't mean that God is not working as you keep believing keep praising keep doing the right thing you're going to see things begin to change many times the miracle is in the process it happens when you keep being obedient don't be frustrated because you're not seeing immediate results what you're

believing for is still on the way in Luke 17 there were 10 lepers sitting by the side of the road as Jesus came passing through on his way to Jerusalem they begin to shout Jesus have mercy on us and heal us Jesus could have gone over and healed them right there he could have spoken to them and cause that leprosy to suddenly disappear but he did something interesting he said go show yourselves to the priest well leprosy was contagious they were forbidden to be around people they had to live in colonies isolated from society Jesus

asked them to do something that didn't make sense something out of the ordinary they could have thought once I'm Healed once I see my skin clear up then I'll go see the priest but faith says you have to believe it before you see it you have to act like it's on the way when you don't see any sign of it these lepers started walking toward the priest it could have been several miles maybe taken them most of the day I can hear people saying why are you going to the priest you're not well you look

just the same the first couple of hours they looked at their skin didn't see anything different thought said you might as well turn around go back home you're just wasting your time but these lepers just kept on walking no sign of things improving no changes in their skin but hour after hour they kept walking I can imagine at one point one of them looked at their skin and thought it looks like it's getting better another begin to move his hand my fingers are starting to function another my skin is starting to clear up the scripture

says as they went they were healed if they would have stayed where they were waited for things to change they would have never seen the miracle the healing was in The Obedience in the going by the time they got to the priest they were all perfectly well God has put promises in your heart he's told you that he's restoring health back into you that you're going to lend and not borrow that as for you in your house you will serve the Lord but maybe like these lepers nothing looks any different the medical report hasn't changed

your child's still off course business hasn't improved you could get discouraged think it's never going to happen no just keep walking keep being obedient keep praising keep thanking that's when the miracle is going to take place you can't go by what you see or by what you don't see go by what God promised you Joel I still have these symptoms Keep On Walking my business is still slow Keep On Walking these people at work are still not treating me right keep on walking God sees your obedience he sees you believing when you could be discouraged

he hears you praising when you could be complaining he sees you stretching when you could be shrinking back and I believe for many of you you're about to walk into your healing walk into your freedom walk into a great spouse walk into abundance as you keep walking you're going to see God show out in your life many of the Miracles Jesus performed required an act of obedience his first miracle turning water into wine he told the staff at the wedding to go fill up these large pots with water they had to do something that didn't

make sense they could have said Jesus we need wine not water what good is this going to do the obedience is what brought the miracle without them filling the water pots there would be no wine is God asking you to do something that doesn't make sense to step out in faith when you don't have the experience to forgive that person that Did You Wrong to pray for others that need healing when you're still not feeling well is he asking you to bring him Five Loaves and two fish when you need to feed thousands it's not

so much what you're doing it's The Obedience when you prove to God that you're going to do the right thing even when it's hard even when it doesn't make sense then you're going to see God do awesome things in your life in the Old Testament there was a widow her husband had died and left her in great debt she finally ran out of funds now the creditors were coming to take her two sons as payment the prophet Elisha showed up and asked her what she had in her house she said I don't have anything except

a small jar of oil he told her to go out and borrow as many empty containers as she could find that didn't make sense what good was it going to do to borrow empty containers she could have said Elisha I need full containers I need provision I need funds what God asks us to do doesn't always make sense his ways are not our ways many times it's simply a test if you'll obey the miracle will follow don't talk yourself out of what you know God is telling you to do sometimes it seems ordinary you're asking

God to promote you he's saying get to work on time produce more than you have to you're asking God for healing he said eat healthier exercise get more sleep you're believing for your child to get on course God is saying help that neighbor's child invest into that young man it doesn't have to make sense that's what faith is all about this Widow went out and borrowed all these empty containers I can see her knocking on door after door the neighbors thinking what does she need my container for she doesn't have any food no reason for

it but Faith makes room for provision you can't wait till it happens you have to make room for it when you don't see any sign of it you have to talk like it's on the way plan like it's on the way think like it's on the way after working all day she came back to her house now she had a couple dozen empty containers Elisha told her to pour the little oil that she had into one of the empty containers she could have said Elisha that doesn't make sense what good is that going to do

to just transfer the oil from one container to the other but instead of talking herself out of it she poured that little bit of oil and kept pouring and pouring and pouring she couldn't believe it she filled up the first empty container then another and another the oil never ran out until all the containers were full she sold the oil not only had enough to pay the creditors but she had plenty left over to live off of but but none of this would have happened if she had not been willing to do something that didn't

make sense are you missing your Miracle because you're reasoning everything out you're looking at it all in the natural God is Supernatural he'll ask you to do things that you may not understand after Moses died God raised up Joshua to lead the Israelites the earlier generation never made it end to the promised land because they complained and doubted they wandered in the desert for 40 years now the children of that generation had grown up Joshua was their new leader they were headed to the promised land but they had to cross the Jordan River there were

no bridges in that day the problem was it was the rainy season and the Jordan was in flood stage it was over 10050 ft wide with violent currents rushing down from the melting snow Joshua was familiar with this type of scene as a young man he was there when Moses held up his staff and the Red Sea parted he had seen God make a way when these two million people came to the Jordan River and saw how swollen it was and how strong the currents were they didn't want to have anything to do with it

I can imagine Joshua did like his mentor Moses he held up his rod and said Lord please let these Waters part everyone was watching with great anticipation but nothing happened Joshua thought God this is my first test to show these people that you're really with me don't leave me hanging here God promised Joshua as I was with Moses I will be with you he didn't say I'm going to do for you everything I did for Moses God does things different ways you have a unique anointing there's a distinct calling on your life you don't have

to copy someone else try to be what they are prove your worth prove that you measure up walk in your own anointing walk in your own calling the Jordan River didn't part Joshua had to make a decision are we going to turn around and go back wander more in the desert or are we going to keep walking Joshua's attitude was we've come too far to stop now God you wouldn't have promised us this land if you weren't going to give us the victory instead of turning back Joshua put the priest out in front he told

all the people let's keep walking I can hear them say excuse me Joshua do you not see there's a violent raging River a few hundred feet in front of us there's nowhere to go Joshua acted like he didn't hear them his instructions will keep on walking there will always be people that try to convince you to turn back your dream is too big the opposition too strong nothing's working out just accept it you have to do like Joshua and have a madeup mind I'm going to keep walking I'm going to become all I was created

to be the priest got right up to the water it was due or die now or never but the water still didn't part they looked back at Joshua one last time thinking surely he's going to retreat now surely he'll come to his senses Joshua answered with three simple words Keep On Walking the scripture says when the priest got in the water when their feet got wet suddenly the waters begin to push back all two million people went through on dry ground miracles happen when there's obedience God doesn't give us all the details he doesn't show

you how it's going to work out may not happen like you've seen happen with your family there may not be any sign of things changing like Joshua every circumstance may say it's not going to turn around go back no use believing for your dreams it's too late you'll never get well it would have happened by now don't believe those lies keep walking God is not moved by what's not moving he's not intimidated by Waters that aren't parting by how big the obstacle is by how possible it looks in fact many times God will wait on

purpose till the river is in flood stage he'll wait till the experts say there's no way the odds are against you so when he turns it around everyone will know it was his favor his power his goodness in your life you may have situations you don't see how it can work out in your health your finances your relationships you're tempted to quit believing if Josh were we're here today he would tell you keep walking you're on the verge of a miracle those waters are about to open up now you may have to get your feet

wet may not happen like with Moses where the waters part first you can see your way clearly you know exactly how it's going to work out sometimes God waits to see if you're going to trust him when the waters haven't parted are you going to believe when you don't see any sign of things changing you don't feel like you have the strength the Courage the ability if you'll just keep walking praying expecting doors are going to open that you couldn't open healing that defies the odds freedom from things that have held you back some Jordan

rivers are about to part things you've been standing in faith for for a long time it's about to come to pass it's not going to be ordinary it's going to be the hand of God when God parted the Red Sea for Moses the waters opened before the people went through they could see their way clearly it was a great miracle but that doesn't take as much faith when you know where the funds are coming from the medical reports good your child is excelling those people wandered in the desert for 40 years but when God parted

the Jordan River for Joshua when the people had to get their feet wet and keep walking when it didn't look like it was working that group of people made it into their Promised Land I believe it's significant when you don't see how it can work out but you keep walking you keep believing you keep being good to people that means you're about to enter your Promised Land God is setting you up to go where you've never been to see favor you've never seen now don't complain because the water is not parting that doesn't mean God

is not going to to do it that's a sign that what he's up to is bigger than you've imagined you may be at the Jordan River right now nothing is changing God is waiting to see are you going to turn around and go back Joel I prayed I believe but my dreams didn't come to pass these people at work stopped me I couldn't break the addiction the waters didn't part you're right where Joshua was didn't work the first time the obstacle looks impassible the river is swollen the problem bigger than it's ever been that's a

test you have to get your feet wet if you'll keep walking you're going to see God open up things you never dream would open turn problems around you never dream would turn around that Jordan River is setting you up for your Promised Land David said I was young now I'm old and I've never seen the righteous forsaken he was saying in effect I've never seen seen a Jordan River God won't part I've never seen a sickness that he won't heal I've never seen a dream that he won't bring to pass when we were trying to

acquire the compact Center God gave us favor and the city councils voted for us to have the building it was a year and a half process council members that were against us suddenly changed their mind and the facility was ours like Moses we prayed we believed God parted the Red Sea we were grateful we knew it was the hand of God but a few days later a company filed a lawsuit to try to keep us from moving in they said that we violated the deed restrictions our attorneys told us it could be tied up in

the courts for 10 years was like a roller coaster we went from this great celebration to the reality that it may not ever work out it's times like these where you don't see a way the opposition is bigger and stronger that you you see What You're Made Of it's easy to believe when God Parts Red Seas but what do you do when you come to the Jordan River you prayed you believed but it didn't part you held up your Rod like your Mentor you did what your parents did but nothing happened are you going to

get your feet wet are you going to keep walking even though thoughts tell you it's not going to work out you might as well turn around after all God's been good to you be grateful for what you have don't let the enemy talk you out of your Promised Land God has bigger things in your future he has new Mountains for you to climb keep walking when the waters aren't parting keep walking when you're not being promoted keep walking when your health isn't improving when the pandemic seems like it stopped your dreams the reason you're facing

a Jordan River at flood stage not just a normal River but the obstacle is bigger more stubborn is because your promised land is on the other side you don't come to Jordan rivers rivers you have to get your feet wet if it's just another ordinary Victory something common the Jordan means god is about to thrust you to a new level I woke up many times in the middle of the night when we were in that lawsuit with thoughts telling me you better turn around you've told people that it's your building you're raising funds for it

when you have to give it back you're going to look like a fool nobody's going to listen to you all these voices saying Retreat it didn't part if God was for you you wouldn't have this opposition if it was going to work out you wouldn't have this lawsuit no God being for you doesn't mean you won't have opposition the enemy wouldn't be trying to stop you if you weren't a threat to him he doesn't come against people that don't have great Destinies the reason you're facing big giants is because you're at the Jordan River you're

about to come in to your Promised Land I didn't see how this lawsuit could ever resolve the other side was stubborn but I did what I'm asking us to do I kept on walking when thoughts told me it would never work out this company is bigger stronger more influential father thank you that you're fighting our battles thank you that you being for us is more than the world being against us our attorneys told us the other side would probably pay us a large sum of money for us to go away they threw out numbers that

we could practically build another facility but we didn't want the money we wanted the building this building is one of the main landmarks in the city of Houston 2 million people of year came through it it's on the main freeway has great access we could have thought it's just be safe we may not win let's take the funds and go do something else but God doesn't want you to water down your dream to take less than what you know is in your heart there will always be people trying to convince you to settle just accept

it you'll never get well never break the addiction never get out of this neighborhood no don't water down your dream you may be at the Jordan your feet are wet but nothing is parting it looks like you could drown God has not failed in the past he's not going to start with You Keep On Walking believing praying doing the right things waters are about to part doors are about to open problems are about to turn around instead of you retreating the opposition is going to retreat the waters are going to push back the sickness the

debt the trouble is about to push back God is going to make a way where you don't see a way the scripture tells us to put on the armor of God talks about the helmet of salvation the breastplate of righteousness the belt of Truth the shoes of peace The Shield of Faith what's interesting is there's no armor for your backside there's nothing to cover you from the rear that's because you weren't created to retreat you weren't created to run from opposition you have armor for One Direction to keep moving forward when you stand strong and

fight the good fight of Faith opposition will run from you Psalm 114 says the Red Sea saw the Israelites and hurried out of their way God is going to part some Waters quickly looks like it's going to take a long time to get well long time to accomplish the dream a long time to get out of debt now get ready it's going to happen sooner than you think God is going to cause those Waters that opposition that depression to hurry out of your way one day out of the blue the other side called and said

they wanted to meet we hadn't spoken to them in months everything was at a stalemate they showed up and in that one meeting changed their mind and said we could have the building they not only dropped the lawsuit but they leased us 9,000 covered parking spaces we didn't have to build our own parking structure what happened we came in to our Promised Land I wonder what awaits you if you'll just keep walking well Joel I have some big obstacles can I tell you we serve a big God he flung Stars into space he spoke worlds

into existence he can get you to where you're supposed to be the medical report says I'm not going to get well God can do what medicine cannot do there's not a Jordan River he can't part that child may be off course making bad choices it looks permanent but that is not his Destiny what God started he's going to finish you can stand in the gap for your children yes they make their own decisions but as parents you have a god-given Authority When you pray when you speak life when you thank God that forces of Darkness

are broken Angels go to work Jordan rivers are pushed back God hears your prayers he sees your faithfulness he sees you believing when you don't see things changing thanking him when you could be complaining your time is coming some waters are about to part you wouldn't be hearing this if God didn't have breakthroughs coming your way and just because your feet are wet just because you don't see anything improving doesn't mean that it's not going to happen God is watching you at the right time things are are going to change the miracle is a process

it takes time but when you come into your moment suddenly things will turn around my challenge is stay in faith until you see the suddenly Keep On Walking the enemy always talks the loudest when you're close to the waters parting tune out all the negative voices and tune in what God promised he has spoken it and he will bring it to pass he wouldn't let you face a Jord River where your promised land is on the other side if that was going to keep you from your purpose the reason you can't see away is because

it's not going to happen naturally God is going to do it supernaturally things that you couldn't make happen don't try to figure it out just keep believing keep expecting keep doing the right thing I believe and declare as you keep on walking like these lepers you're going to see healing favor promotion like Joshua waters are about to part new doors are about to open obstacles are about to come down you're going to make it into your promised land in Jesus name our words are setting the direction for our lives if you want to know what

you're going to be like 5 years from now listen to what you're saying about yourself I'll never get well I'll never break this addiction I'll never meet the right person you are prophesying your future you can't speak defeat and have Victory you can't talk sickness and have health you can't speak lack and struggle and have abundance the scripture says you will eat the fruit of your words pay attention to what you're saying about yourself about your family your finances your health you're going to become what you're continually saying that's why it's so important to get

in a habit of speaking victory over your life all through the day I am blessed I am wrong I am healthy I'm surrounded by favor something good is going to happen to me the fruit of those words are blessings favor abundance and it's not enough to just think it we give life to our faith by speaking it out when you're in tough times you can complain talk about the problem I can't believe this happened or you can say father thank you that you're fighting my battles thank you that what was meant for harm you're turning

to my advantage thank thank you that you always cause me to Triumph that I'm coming out of this better than I was before that's prophesying Victory that's prophesying a breakthrough don't use your words to describe the situation use your words to change the situation well I'll never get out of this problem you're inviting defeat I'm not that talented you're inviting limitations I'll never accomplish my dreams I don't have the connections you're inviting mediocrity you need to send out some new invitations you may be struggling with depression your report should be this is only temporary this

is not who I am I am free I am happy I have a bright future that dream may look too big but I know With God all things are possible new doors are about to open good breaks are looking for me Divine connections the right people are headed my way Paul said in Ephesians let everything you say be good and helpful so that your words will be an encouragement to those that hear them one person that hears your words is you they go out of your mouth and back into your own ears if you hear

them long enough they'll take root in your spirit you believe what you say about yourself more than what anyone else says there's nothing more powerful than you speaking victory over your own life when my father went to be with the Lord and I stepped up to Pastor every thought told me that I couldn't Minister Joel you don't have the experience you're not talented you're not qualified one thing I've learned is to not verbalize the negative don't give those thoughts Life by speaking them out instead of talking about how I felt insecure unqualified intimidated I said

what God said about me I can do all things through Christ I am strong in the Lord I'm equipped empowered anointed people like me people are drawn to me I've been raised up for such a time is this the whole time I was saying that I didn't feel confident I didn't feel qualified I felt just the opposite but as I kept speaking Victory as I kept calling myself who God says I am it took root on the inside over time I started to feel strong confident well able I started to see favor new doors opening

God taking me where I'd never imagined what happened I ate the fruit of my words it may not happen overnight you have to keep speaking Victory keep calling yourself healthy keep declaring your children are Mighty in the land keep declaring your dreams are coming to pass James chapter 3 it compares the tongue to the rudder of a ship verse four says although a ship is large and driven by strong winds it is steered by a small Rudder wherever the pilot wants it to go it's the same way with the tongue even though it's a small

part of the body it's steering your life what you're saying is determining which direction you go the good news is you have control over the rudder you control your tongue are you sending your words out in the direction you want your life to go I don't think I'm going to get well the medical report doesn't doesn't look good that's the wrong direction why don't you say What God Says About You God is restoring health Back Into Me by his stripes I am healed I will live and not die my child's been off course for so

long I don't think he'll ever make good decisions change your Rudder you're headed the wrong direction father thank you that my children are Mighty in the land you said the seed of the righteous my seed is blessed as for me in my house we will serve the Lord well I don't see how I can get ahead Joel nobody in my family has been successful this pandemic is going to put my business under when you talk defeat you're headed toward defeat when you talk failure lack mediocrity you're headed that way well I'm praying that God will

help me he will help you but you control the rudder you're setting the Direction with your words are you in agreement with God he said you're blessed are you saying something else he said you're fearfully and wonderfully made a masterpiece crowned with favor are you calling yourself inferior weak not attractive start declaring what he promised father you said even in famine the righteous will have more than enough you said whatever I put my hands to will prosper and succeed you said because I'm a giver you would open the windows of Heaven pour out blessings that

I cannot contain when someone asks you how you're doing don't go into all your troubles how bad it is keep your ship going in the right direction I'm strong I'm blessed I'm valuable I'm favored think about a ship it can be carrying very valuable cargo oil minerals equipment but all that valuable cargo is at the mercy of the small ship the the rudder of the ship if the captain didn't steer the ship the proper way if the Rudder wasn't in the right position the ship would never make it to the intended destination the cargo would

all go to waste in the same way you are carrying valuable cargo when God breathed his life into you he put gifts talents potential you have seeds of greatness you are destined to leave your mark to take your family to a new level the question is not are you equipped are you favored do you have what it takes your ship is is fully loaded the question is are you going to keep your rudner going in the right direction are you going to keep speaking Victory abundance favor new levels or are you going to talk like

your average I can't get ahead I never get any good breaks this addictions been in my family line for years you're not being limited by your circumstances you're being limited by your words your Rudder is going in the wrong direction what you speak you're moving toward when you speak Victory you're moving toward Victory when you speak Health you're moving toward Health when you speak abundance overflow more than enough you're moving toward abundance and here's the key you have to speak it before you see it this is what faith is all about the scripture says let

the weak say I am strong you may not feel strong but when you say I'm strong you're moving towards strength you may be fighting in Illness but when you say I am healthy you're moving toward Health perhaps you feel stuck in your career seems like you've reached your limits but when you say new doors are about to open something good is going to happen to me God is taking me from glory to glory you're moving toward new levels favor something that you've never seen are you steering your ship in the direction you want your life

to go is your Rudder your tongue taking you toward blessing increase abundance or are you talking about what's not working out how you don't feel talented how the obstacles are too big that's going to keep you from your destiny in the scripture God told Jeremiah that he was going to become a great prophet and speak to Nations Jeremiah Was Young and afraid he didn't feel qualified he didn't come from an influential family the first thing he said was God I can't speak to Nations I'm too young I wouldn't know what to say God could have

said Jeremiah I understand this seems over your head don't worry I'm going to help you no God said Jeremiah say not that you're too young God told him to zip it up he knew if Jeremiah kept speaking those negative words telling himself that he was too young not qualified didn't have what it takes he would never become who he was created to be your tongue is the rudder for your life it's deter mining the direction next time you're tempted to say something negative about yourself negative about your future your children your finances zip it up

don't steer toward defeat say not you're too young say not you can't get well say not you'll never meet the right person say not you can't accomplish that dream God wouldn't have given it to you if you were not well able verse 9 says God reached out his hands and touch touched Jeremiah's lips and said I have put my words in your mouth God was saying in effect Jeremiah say what I say about you don't say what you feel don't say what the experts say don't say what it looks like start saying what God says

about you God said in Psalms he will Crown the year with a Bountiful Harvest even the hard places will overflow with abundance you can go around saying this is such a tough year I can't wait till it's over or you can say father thank you that even in hard times I will have more than enough thank you that you're an overflow God that you're not limited by my circumstances you're not limited by the economy Lord I Thank you that I am blessed in a down year I am favored in a famine I am prosperous in

a pandemic I overflow with joy overflow with peace overflow with strength that's steering your ship toward increase steering your ship toward over flow I talked to a young lady she was very successful in her career but when the pandemic hit things started to slow down and she was very concerned about how it was going to work out she heard me talking about how this was going to be an overflow year how the economy is not our source but God is our source something came alive on the inside she started saying that phrase all through the

day repeating it under her breath again and again Lord thank you that the economy is not my source but you are my source thank you for an overflow year it looked just the opposite things were going down decreasing yet she was declaring increase declaring favor talking about the greatness of God what was she doing steering her ship in the right direction in difficult times it's easy to talk about the problem complain be negative that's when you have to dig down deep and say no I'm going to keep speaking Victory God you're my provider You're My

Healer I may not see a way but Lord I know you're still on the throne she and her husband decided to start their own business Against All Odds it took off more than they imagined they just closed on their first house their business continues to increase she said in the midst of all this uncertainty with people afraid struggling we've seen favor in ways we've never dreamed that's what the scripture says even in hard times the righteous will have more than enough but I don't think this would have happened if she would have gone around negative

complaining pay attention to which way you're steering your ship what you're constantly talking about you're drawing in when you're always bragging on the greatness of our God talking about what he can do declaring what he promised you're going to draw in favor blessings increase Psalm 35 says let them say continually let the Lord be magnified who takes pleasure in the prosperity of his children it's interesting that they were supposed to continually say this you would think they could say it once or twice that would be enough but there's something powerful when you go through the

day not talking about how big the problem is how your back will probably never stop hurting how you don't see how that child is going to turn around instead you're saying let God be magnified who takes pleasure in prospering me who takes pleasure in healing me who takes pleasure in favoring me are you taking time to declare God's goodness over your life are you speaking victory over your future it's not enough to do it every once in a while it needs to become a habit where all through the day we're declaring that we're blessed we're

strong we're healthy when you wake up in the morning Lord thank you for another beautiful day and father thank you that something good is going to happen to me today thank you that you're surrounding me with favor that blessings are chasing me down that angels are watching over me that you being for me is more than the world being against me that's setting your Rudder in the right direction you can't be silent and reach your potential nothing happens until you speak your words give life to your faith Joshua said this book of the law these

promises shall not depart out of your mouth you shall meditate on them day and night then you will prosper and have good success it doesn't say they shouldn't depart out of your mind if you think positive you'll be fine not depart out of your eyes if you read it enough it says they should not depart out of your mouth if you'll keep speaking what God says about about you then you will have good success Mark 5 there was a lady that had been sick for 12 years she had spent all of her money trying to

get well going to the best doctors but nothing helped one day she heard that Jesus was coming through town the scripture says in the Amplified version she kept saying to herself when I get to Jesus I will be made whole in the midst of the sickness she was prophesying health all through the day not just one time but over and over she kept saying healing is coming restoration is coming a breakthrough is coming she saw Jesus but it was very crowded people were packed all around him she could have been discouraged complained instead she kept

saying this is my time things are about to change in my favor as she kept speaking it she got closer and closer she finally reached out and touched Jesus robe and instantly she was healed but notice the principle whatever you're constantly saying you're moving toward if you're always saying I'll never get out of debt then you're moving towards struggle and lack if you're saying my marriage is not going to make it we don't get along you're moving toward separation a breakup if you're saying I'll never get well this sickness will be the end of me

you're moving toward defeat and mediocrity but if you'll send your words out in a different direction your life will go in a different direction when you say I am blessed you're moving toward blessing when you say I have the favor of God you're moving toward increase when you say I'm excited about my future something good is going to happen to me you're moving toward New Opportunities Divine connections when you say I'm going to break this addiction I am not going to live Bound by this alcohol this anger this bad habit when you say that you're

moving toward Freedom breakthroughs Victory pay attention to what you're saying your life is going in that direction God gave Abraham the promise that his wife Sarah was going to have a baby the problem was they were both way too old Abraham was 80 Sarah was Barren never able to have children she had already gone through the change of life and sometimes God will give you a promise that seems impossible you're too old too young you don't have the connections medical reports not good you don't have to figure out how it's going to happen just get

in agreement with god father you said that I'm going to have a baby so Lord thank you that my baby is on the way the mistake we make too often is we send our words out in the wrong direction I can't have a baby I can't get well I'll never start my business negative words can stop what God God has for you God told the Israelites that they would live in the promised land the land flowing with milk and honey but negative words kept them from going in the 10 spies said the people are too

big there are giants in the land the opposition didn't defeat them their negative words defeated them they said we're not able we don't have what it takes they became what they said they prophesied their future they turned around and wandered in the desert for over 40 years when God puts something in your heart don't stop talking about how it's not going to happen what you don't have how big the opposition is Abraham had this promise that seemed impossible but God did something interesting he changed his name from Abram to Abraham Abraham means father of many

nations he didn't feel like a father but every time someone said hello Abraham am they were saying hello father of many nations he could have thought they have the wrong person I don't have any children when he met someone new he would say hello I'm Abraham he was saying I'm the father of many nations he said that over and over month after month it begin to get down in his Spirit he had to see himself a new way before that promise could come to pass the way God changed his self-image was through through his words

that's why it's so important all through the day under your breath you need to be saying I'm blessed I'm healthy I'm strong I'm talented I'm successful I'm attractive that's helping to determine how you see yourself God changed Sarah's name to Sarah Sarah means princess she didn't feel like a princes she was Barren women in that day that didn't have children were looked down on she could have felt inferior ashamed but when someone said hello Sarah they were saying hello princes good morning Sarah good morning princes when she told people her name she was saying in

effect I'm chosen I'm favored I'm blessed she said all this while she was still Barren your tongue is the rudder it's deciding which direction your life is going to go every time Abraham and Sarah said their names their rudder was pointed toward the promise they kept declaring it year after year when Sarah was 90 years old she gave birth to a son God did The Impossible what are you saying about your dreams your finances your children I'm too old I've made too many mistakes I don't have the talent that's going to keep you from giving

birth you can't speak defeat and reach your potential why don't you start saying what God says about you he calls you what you are before it happens I don't feel blessed healthy favored that's okay just get in agreement with God he'll make things happen that you couldn't make happen I talked to a young man that came from a small town in Mississippi he got a scholarship to play soccer at a major university but his dream was to play football his junior year he talked to the coaches about it they allowed him to switch from soccer

and he joined the football team he was a kicker he was thrilled to be on the team but the coaches never gave him a chance for 2 years he sat the bench never kicked a single field goal at the end of his last college season there was a scout day where coaches from professional teams would come and look at different players and ask them to work out so they could evaluate them he was hoping he would get some good leads but no one was interested it looked like his football days were over driving home from

college he turned on the radio came across our serus XM channel he hold he heard me talking about how a shift is coming how you're just one phone call away from your destiny and how One Touch of God's favor can catapult you to a new level when he heard that something ignited in his Spirit he knew that was for him he got his phone out and made a three minute video telling everyone that that year he he was going to be in the NFL most people thought he had lost his mind he had never kicked

one field goal no track record and now he was going to play professional football that didn't make sense he let it go in one ear and out the other he started speaking Victory father thank you that opportunity is coming thank you that your favor is causing me to stand out thank you that no good thing will you withhold because I walk uprightly he was setting his Rudder in the right direction prophesying his future 4 hours after he made the video he received a phone call from the kick kicking coach of the Cincinnati Bengals football team

invited him to come try out for the team he couldn't believe it he had never spoken to the coach never met him he went to the rookie Camp Against All Odds he made the team he became the only African-American football kicker in the NFL at that time when you speak victory over your life God will open doors that no person can shut he'll take you where you can't go on your own the dreams he's put in your heart the promises you're standing on it's not enough to just believe them that's important but something happens when

you speak Angels go to work forces of Darkness are broken good breaks come looking for you what you're up against may seem permanent just keep speaking victory when the medical report is not good keep speaking Health when business is slow keep speaking abundance when the addiction seems like it will never change keep speaking Freedom when your family member is off course keep speaking breakthroughs if you'll keep declaring what God promised not Joel I tried this three days and it didn't work I'm talking about a lifestyle where you've developed this habit of speaking Health speaking favor

speaking abundance when you continually do this God said you will have good success friends you're going to eat the fruit of your words make sure you're sending out words that you want to eat if it's not positive hopeful Faith filled zip it up say not you can't get well our God Is A Healer say not you can't accomplish your dream our God is a way maker say not that you'll always struggle our God is a provider now get in agreement with him start sending your words out in the right direction if you'll keep speaking Victory

I believe and declare like this football player good breaks are coming like that woman healing is coming like Abraham promises that look impossible are about to come to pass problems that seem permanent are about to turn around favor is coming breakthroughs Divine connections restoration the fullness of your destiny in Jesus name and if you receive it can you say Amen today fore spee for for for
