the fear of losing happiness can also make us less free and creative in how we live the stoic theory is very strict and instead of living in fear and passively taking what happens a pragmatic lifestyle can help stoicism tells us to Face Reality calmly and carefully to see how stoic practices can help us deal with our fears we need to think about what happiness means to us and how we try to find it sen one of the great stoic philosophers once said that we suffer more in our minds than in real life this message tells
