life comes not from the father but from the world the world and its desires pass away but whoever does the will of God lives forever put to death therefore whatever belongs to your Earthly nature sexual immorality impurity lust evil desires and greed which is idolatry do not let sin reign in your mortal body so that you obey its evil desires rather offer yourselves to God as those who have been brought from Death to life and offer every part of yourself to him as an instrument of righteousness walk by the spirit and you will not gratify

the desires of the flesh for the flesh desires what is contrary to the spirit and the spirit what is contrary to the flesh remember no temptation has overtaken you except what is common to Mankind and God is is faithful he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear but when you are tempted he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it
