Video Transcript:
hey what if I told you that the entire way we've been taught to think about God is wrong we've been raised to believe in this neat little box of God is good Satan is evil and that's it but what if I told you that there's a God that exists beyond that Beyond good beyond evil beyond anything the church has ever prepared you for meerus you won't hear about him in your Sunday sermons but abraxus is the key to understanding the real mystery of the Divine in ancient Gnostic texts abraxus represents a force that transcends the
dualities we cling to a light and darkness creation and destruction good and evil and the church they don't want you to know about this they've spent centuries pushing a version of God that fits their narrative a God who rewards punishes and fits into a moral framework they control but abraxus he defies all that abraxus isn't your traditional God he's not a God who can be labeled with good or evil because he is both he unites opposites he's the chaos in order the dark in the light he's the very thing that shakes the foundations of everything
you've been told and that scares the church to its core we've been programmed to see life in dualities Heaven or Hell angel or demon god or Satan but what if those boundaries are a lie what if the real Divine Force doesn't care about those lines the church has taught us to fear the unknown to fear chaos to fear anything that doesn't fit neatly into their story of a benevolent loving God on one side and a monstrous evil Satan on the other but abraxus shows us that Divinity isn't black and white it's everything and nothing at
the same time Gnostic Traditions reveal that the Universe isn't a Battleground between good and evil it's a blend of both abraxus is the battle the unity the Creator and the Destroyer the church has fed us a watered down version of God one that's easy to control one that keeps the faithful obedient but that's not the full picture the truth is there's a deeper Messier more complicated reality behind the Divine and the church has been working over time to make sure you never find out but here's the thing abraxus has always been there lurking in the
background hidden in texts that the church has branded as heretical or dangerous the gnostics the people who revered abraxus were wiped out silenced their teachings buried why because they didn't see the world in black and white they knew the truth God isn't Bound by the moral rules we've been fed a braus isn't about good or evil he about truth and truth is uncomfortable it doesn't fit into the boxes we're used to it asks hard questions it challenges everything you thought you knew the question you have to ask yourself is why has the church kept this
from you why did they strip a braxas from history why does the church need God to fit into their nice controlled Narrative of light versus dark could it be because the moment we embrace the idea that God is beyond our simple definitions the church loses control they don't want you to question they want you to follow but understanding aaxis means breaking free from that narrow world view it's about seeing that Divinity isn't just love and light but also the chaos the mystery the unknown abraxus is an ancient name that comes up in Gnostic texts like
the nag hamedy library and get this is not just some obscure footnote in history abraxus was revered by early gnostics as a God who transcends everything we think we know about creation not only does he embody both good and evil but is also seen as the true creator yeah you heard that right the true creator so where does that leave the god of the Bible here's where it gets even Wilder the church has focused on the god of the Old Testament Yahweh as the ultimate creator of everything but Gnostic teachings introduce a radically different idea
Yahweh The God Who Says I Am the lord and there is none else Isaiah 45:6 may not be the highest Authority in fact he may not even be the Creator God Gnostic texts suggest suggest that Yahweh might actually be a lower flawed deity known as the demage a false god who only thinks is running the show and above him there's a braus think about the implications for a second if Aus is the real Creator one who unites both light and dark creation and destruction what does that say about the God who demands exclusive worship the
God who punishes who demands obedience who thrives on control it paints y way and by extension the church's entire Doctrine in a very different light and let's not forget the serpent in the Garden of Eden the church has long taught that the serpent was Satan a deceiver but what if the gnostics had it right all along they viewed the serpent not as an enemy but as a liberator a being who gave adam an either knowledge of Good and Evil who helped them break free from the false Paradise the demage created Genesis 3:5 gives us a
clue for God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened and you will be like God knowing good and evil doesn't sound like a villain anymore does it here's the kicker abraxus as the true force behind everything is the being who allows for that complexity the balance between creation and destruction knowledge and ignorance the gnostics believed that real Enlightenment comes not from blind obedience to Yahweh but from understanding the full spectrum of existence and who offered that understanding the serpent the very being the church has demonized for centuries now what do
we do with this if abraxus is the real hidden Creator then Yahweh is just one small part of the story a part that's been overblown and manipulated by religious authorities to keep people in line the church has spent centuries wiping out Gnostic teachings labeling them as heresy because those teachings would tear down the carefully constructed hierarchy they've built and that's the real fear isn't it the church needs Yahweh to be the all powerful Creator because without him their entire system falls apart if people knew there was a deeper more complex Divine Force like abraxus it
would upend everything it would mean that the God who demands worship sacrifice and obedience might just be a shadow a lower power and the real God the one the church doesn't want you to know about that God is beyond control Beyond manipulation and Beyond beyond the church's reach the church has spent Millennia suppressing these ideas making sure you only hear their version of the story but the cracks are starting to show and abraxus is a name they can't keep hidden forever so now that we've peeled back the layers on abraxis and exposed the complexity of
the Divine let's talk about the demage the one pulling the strings behind the reality we think we know the god the church has you worshiping might not be who you think he is the gnostics warned us about this they described the demage as a false god a being who created the physical world not as a gift but as a trap he's the one who made this flawed material Universe filled with suffering Decay and death and convinced Humanity that it's all there is and the kicker they Associated the demage with none other than Yahweh the god
of the Old Testament that's right the same God who flooded the Earth in Genesis 6:13 wiped out cities in Genesis 19:4 and demanded sacrifice after sacrifice he wasn't the all powerful Creator he claims to be he was a Lesser God trying to keep us in ignorance now why would the demiurge do this the Gnostic view is clear the demage is deeply flawed he believes he's the Supreme Being but in reality he's an arrogant jealous entity who's desperate to keep control in Exodus 34:4 Yahweh says for the Lord whose name is jealous is a jealous God
the gnostics saw this as a sign not of divine greatness but of a deeply insecure Creator desperate to hold onto his power what the Demi Edge doesn't want you to realize is that you're more powerful than you think you see he didn't just create this material world to control you physically but Also spiritually he distracts with Earthly things wealth status fear and Punishment to keep you from seeking higher knowledge the nosis That Could set you free you weren't meant to live and die under the thumb of this jealous God your soul was meant to transcend
to rise above the material and reach for the True Divine beyond the Demi's grasp think back to the story of the Garden of Eden we've been told the serpent was the villain right but look closer at Genesis 3:5 where the serpent tells Eve God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened and you will be like God knowing good and evil in the Gnostic interpretation that wasn't the voice of Satan it was a warning the serpent was offering Humanity the chance to break free from the demio deception the forbidden fruit was
the key to seeing through the illusion to understanding that this world this life is a cage built by a false god now if the demage goal is control how does he maintain it through fear the Old Testament is filled with examples of yahweh's Wrath play floods destruction all designed to make Humanity fear Him and remain obedient this is the essence of the Demi's Power by keeping us terrified of divine punishment he ensures we never question his authority he wants us to believe that the material world he created is all there is that suffering is part
of God's plan and that we're powerless to escape it but what if that's not true the gnostics offered a different path one that the church has buried deep under centuries of Dogma they believed that through nosis through knowledge you could see through the Demi lies and reclaim Your Divine spark this isn't just spiritual Rebellion it's a radical reimagining of reality itself the Demi Edge doesn't want you to know the truth because once you do his grip on your soul loosens you start to see beyond the physical world beyond the cycle of birth and death and
Glimpse the higher unknowable reality that abraxus represents now that we've seen how the demage traps Humanity in the material world here's something that hits even harder the church has actively buried the feminine force behind creation Sophia she's the key to understanding why everything is so broken and no you won't hear about her in your Sunday service because her story has been erased suppressed and distorted by the very institution that wants you to believe creation was perfect it wasn't and sop feia is the proof in Gnostic texts Sophia whose name literally means wisdom isn't just a
side character she's a central figure in the cosmic drama Sophia was a Divine emanation of God a powerful spiritual Force but here's the kicker she's the one who accidentally created the demage that's right the flawed jealous creator of the material world we talked about he was born out of Sophia's fall an event that fundamentally shifted the balance of creation Sophia's story is one of tragic wisdom in her desire to know the infinite Divine she acted alone without the guidance of the true God this act led to the creation of the demage a being who embodies
ignorance and arrogance but rather than being seen as a villain Sophia is portrayed as a figure who realizes her mistake and spends the rest of cosmic history trying to correct it here's where it gets really interesting Gnostic texts like the pistus Sophia describe how Sophia after her fall seeks to redeem Humanity by helping them recognize their Divine spark the very thing the Demi Edge wants to keep hidden in a way she's the true savior not the god of the Old Testament not even the Christ figure that's been repr proposed by mainstream Christianity Sophia is the
one trying to wake us up from the dream of material existence from the prison that her creation the demage placed Us in the church has made an effort to marginalize or erase Sophia's role because acknowledging her undermines the entire Narrative of a perfect all powerful male Creator it also disrupts the idea that sin and imperfection came solely from Humanity's Disobedience Sophia's fall suggests that creation itself was flawed from the start the material world born from a mistake is not the paradise the church wants you to believe it is it's broken and the only way out
is through knowledge through nosis specifically the kind of wisdom that Sophia represents and let's not overlook this Sophia's presence reintroduces the feminine Divine into a system that has been relentlessly patriarchal the church erased or minimized any trace of female power because it challenges the male dominated structure they've built over Millennia in mainstream Christianity God is always referred to as male Jesus male the apostles male but Sophia she's the divine feminine the missing half of the story think about proverbs 8: 22-31 where wisdom is personified and says the Lord brought me forth as the first of
his Works before his deeds of old I was formed long ages ago at the very beginning when the world came to be that's Sophia and yet she's been pushed to the margins hidden behind layers of doctrine that tell us creation is perfect and male driven Sophia's role complicates everything if wisdom itself had a hand in creating the world and that creation was flawed then maybe the church's version of God who supposedly made everything perfect and good isn't telling us the whole story maybe the real story is that Sophia the divine feminine has been working behind
the scenes to help Humanity reclaim their lost Divinity to break free from the demage control and to reconnect with the true source of all creation here's the hard truth Sophia's existence challenges the very foundation of the church's teachings on creation sin and Redemption and it's no wonder they don't want you to know about her soop feia reminds us that the Divine isn't just male it's not just about Authority control and obedience the Divine is also wisdom compassion and the Relentless pursuit of redemption even when the Redemption comes from correcting a cosmic mistake how do we
escape this prison of ignorance this is where the concept of salvation takes a sharp turn away from what you've been taught the church says salvation is all about faith faith in God in Christ in the doctrines they've laid out but the gnostics they had a completely different idea and it's one that challenges the entire Foundation of Christianity as we know it for the gnostics Salvation doesn't come from Blind Faith it doesn't come from Simply believing in God or following the rules in fact it doesn't even come from Christ's sacrifice on the cross which is Central
to mainstream Christian doctrine no for the gnostics Salvation is something much deeper it comes through nosis through knowledge and not just any knowledge but a personal mystical understanding of a Divine that breaks through the lies and illusions that have been placed around us now let's be clear this isn't the knowledge the church teaches you this isn't about memorizing scripture or understanding Dogma nosis is about a direct experimental encounter with the divine it's about waking up to the reality that you are more than just a soul trapped in a flawed world you are a piece of
the Divine itself Hidden Away by the demage and nosis is what helps you remember that truth look at the Gospel of Thomas one of the many Gnostic text that was buried for centuries it's nothing like the gospels you'll find in the New Testament Thomas 3 says the kingdom of God is within you and all around you not in mansions of wood and stone split a piece of wood and I am there lift a stone and you will find me what is this saying it's saying the Divine isn't some distant separate force that you reach through
faith it's already inside you you don't need the church you don't need rituals and you definitely don't need to fear punishment from the demage you just need to know and that's what nosis is about knowing who you really are and where you really come from this is why the gnostics were so dangerous to the early church they didn't rely on priests Bishops or any of the religious hierarchy to achieve salvation they believed you could reach it on your own through your own Spiritual Awakening that's a radical idea it strips away the church's power because if
everyone has the ability to connect with the Divine directly why would they need the church the gnostics understood that faith alone wasn't enough Faith as the church defines it keeps you dependent on external authorities it's designed to make you compliant to keep you within the bounds of what they call truth but nosis nosis is dangerous it's disruptive it means you don't just believe in the Divine you experience it and that changes everything even the New Testament hints at this though it's often glossed over take Luke 17:21 where Jesus says the kingdom of God is within
you that sounds an awful lot like gnostic ISM doesn't it and yet the church doesn't teach it that way they want you to focus on the external on Heaven as some far off place you might get to if you follow the rules but the gnostics were saying something else entirely salvation is here and now and it's within you once you embrace nosis you realize that you don't need to be saved her in the way the church tells you you don't need someone to die for your sins or an institution to tell you how to live
what you need is to wake up to the truth that the world around you is a creation of a false god and that you are more than a porn in his game you are Divine you are Eternal and the only thing standing between you and your true nature is the illusion the demage has built this is why the church had to silence the gnostics it's not just about heresy it's about control nosis empowers individuals whereas Faith as taught by the church keeps people dependent the Gnostic path is about liberation not obedience it's about discovering the
truth for yourself not having it handed to you by someone in a position of authority how far did the church go to suppress this knowledge what were they really afraid of let's take a step back and look at the early days of Christianity it wasn't the unified organized religion we think of today it was chaotic competing ideas about God Jesus salvation everyone had a different interpretation and right in the middle of that chaos you had the gnostics they were teaching that salvation didn't come from Faith or obedience to a religious institution but from Secret Knowledge
from an Inner Awakening that message threatened the very Foundation of what would become the church the church needed control and the best way to do that establish a clear Doctrine and suppress anything that didn't fit that's exactly what happened at the Council of Nikia in 325 ad this wasn't just some innocent Gathering of Believers it was a political move to standardize Christianity the gnostics and their radical teachings they were systematically pushed out their texts were banned their communities were persecuted and their ideas were branded as heresy but the question remains why was the church so
terrified of gnosticism it's simple power the gnostics didn't need an institution they didn't need priests Bishops or a religious hierarchy if people believed that they could achieve salvation through personal Enlightenment the church's role as the gatekeeper to God became irrelevant gnosticism decentralized power and that was a direct threat to the very existence of the church and it wasn't just about control over people's Souls it was about control over knowledge itself the church took drastic measures to bury the Gnostic texts labeling them as dangerous and corrupt but these weren't just random documents they were key texts
like the Gospel of Thomas the gospel of Phillip and The Gospel of Mary these writings offered a completely different take on Jesus and his teachings one that the church couldn't afford to let people hear for example in the Gospel of Thomas Jesus says whoever finds the interpretation of these sayings will not experience death that's not the Jesus you hear about in the New Testament this is a Jesus who isn't offering himself as a sacrifice for sin but as a teacher of secret wisdom the gnostics didn't see Jesus as the savior in the traditional sense they
saw him as a guide someone who helps people unlock the Divine spark within themselves far from the obedient submissive role that the church promoted the church's war on gnosticism was about more than just heresy it was about consolidating power they needed to control the narrative to be The Gatekeepers of God's truth because that gave them authority over everything over governments over societies over people's lives the Gnostic idea that you didn't need the church that salvation was within you was revolutionary it threatened to undermine centuries of religious control and they didn't just silence gnosticism with words
the church used violence and fear to wipe out Gnostic communities the cathers in southern France were a perfect example of this they were a gnostic group who flourished in the 12th and 13th centuries believing in The Duality of the spiritual and material worlds much like the ancient gnostics and how did the church deal with them with the alagan Crusade the pope launched a military campaign against the cathers massacring tens of thousands all because they believed in a different understanding of God one that didn't require the church this war wasn't just a battle of ideas it
was a battle for control over reality Itself by eliminating Gnostic teachings the church ensured that their version of Christianity was the only one that survived the suppression was so complete that for centuries the Gnostic texts were lost it wasn't until the discovery of the nag hamedy library in 1945 that we even got a glimpse of what had been erased and what we found there a treasure Trove of spiritual wisdom that challenges everything the church has taught us so what were they afraid of they were afraid of losing power they were Afra afraid of people waking
up to the fact that they didn't need the church to access the Divine they were afraid that people might start to see through the lies the control the manipulation gnosticism wasn't just a spiritual threat it was a political one and the church made sure that it was Stamped Out erased from history now that we've uncovered the church's war on gnosticism it's time to ask one of the most important questions of all who was Jesus really because the version of Jesus the church has given us isn't the whole story if you followed everything up to this
point you already know the church has been shaping narratives for centuries but this one hits the hardest because it's about the very figure who defines Christianity itself the church teaches that Jesus came to Die For Humanity sins that through his death and Resurrection we are saved it's a simple straightforward story but when you dig into the Gnostic texts a much more complex and frankly mind-blowing picture of Jesus Jesus emerges in the Gnostic tradition Jesus isn't just the son of the Demi's creation or a sacrifice sent by the god of the Old Testament he's a Divine
being sent from the true unknowable God the one that the demage can't even comprehend his purpose wasn't to atone for sin it was to wake people up from the illusion of the material world he didn't come to save you from some original sin that concept by the way isn't even in the Gnostic world view no Jesus came to open your eyes to the truth to show you that the real God is beyond this world and the only way to reach him is through knowledge not Blind Faith look at the Gospel of Judas one of the
Gnostic texts that turned the church's version of the story upside down in it Jesus tells Judas you will sacrifice the man who clothes me what does that mean it's a complete departure from The Narrative we've been taught it suggests that the flesh the physical body is just a temporary shell what really matters is the spirit within in Gnostic thought Jesus didn't fear death because death in this material world is just a doorway to the higher Realms and here's where it gets even more interesting the Gnostic Christ doesn't demand worship he offers knowledge he's more like
a guide than a savior he shows the way but the journey is yours to take the church's version of Jesus puts him on a pedestal someone you need to worship follow and Obey but the Jesus he's telling you that the power isn't in him alone it's in you you have the Divine spark within you the same Essence that he has and it's up to you to awaken it this is why the gnostics saw Jesus as the ultimate Liberator not because he was the Lamb of God but because he revealed the truth the truth about the
false nature of this world and the true hidden God Beyond it now let's tie all of this together from the Demi Edge's deception to Sophia's Redemption from the church's suppression of nosis to the hidden nature of Salvation it all comes back to one core truth the Divine is not what we've been led to believe the church has given us a version of God and Christ that's convenient for maintaining control but the gnostics offer us a way out a path that goes beyond faith and into knowledge a path where you are the key to your own
salvation Jesus in the Gnostic sense wasn't here to save you from some external judgment he was here to show you how to save yourself and that's what the church never wanted you to know because if you realize that you don't need an institution to access God the entire system falls apart thank you for sticking with me through this journey if you found this video Eye openening be sure to like comment and subscribe I'd love to hear your thoughts on these topics so drop a comment below and as always God bless us all [Music]
