What happens to your body if you work out for 24 hours straight? Do you get stronger faster? Do you lose weight or do you gain weight?
Well, today we're going to answer those questions because all of us are working out for the next 24 hours straight. Before we started this challenge, we actually took pictures and weighed everyone so we can see the before and after body transformation. We're also going to be doing extreme challenges every other hour that's either going to end in a reward or a punishment.
[MUSIC] [APPLAUSE] [MUSIC] It's now time for the first challenge. We're going to be doing a 100-meter dash, and the last two people with the slowest times have to run a mile for their punishment. Okay, 3, 2, 1, go.
[MUSIC] Why do we do last two? We should have done the last one so I didn't have to run the miles. Al finished first with 10.
47 seconds. Alex and Cat, you're last, go run your mile. All right, while they're running their mile, we're going to head back to the gym to work out some more.
So, we're on our way to the next location, and as you guys already know, we have to be working out for the entire 24 hours, even when we're in the car. I already feel myself getting more athletic and losing weight. We have an hour before the next challenge, and in the meantime, we're going to get some heavy lifting in.
I wish I was doing that workout. Oh, what the hell? We're 30 minutes in now.
I don't know if I can keep going. You might have to give up here. No, I got you, I got you, I got you, I got you.
Come on, come on, you got it! Just keep going! Does anyone else need help?
Bran, come on. Kayla, let's bang it out. No [MUSIC] No.
Because we're working out for 24 hours straight, we're also going to be eating healthy the whole time. As you guys can see, we have to be doing something physical the entire 24 hours. It is now time for the second challenge.
We are doing a tag team WWE wrestling match. It's going to be Team SmackDown versus Team Raw, and the winning team gets a much-needed massage by a professional masseuse. SmackDown!
[APPLAUSE] Come on! Get it! [APPLAUSE] Come on, come on!
No! [APPLAUSE] No! Come on!
[APPLAUSE] No! Come on! [APPLAUSE] No!
It's Rey Mysterio, not Ric, wrestling with Marwire. And I mean Rain, are you going to be okay? I think I'm going to need that massage.
But for the next challenge, we're really going to step things up. This is probably the hardest workout yet. Oh, my God!
I have to. . .
up 3, 2, 1. . .
Oh, God! 2,500 lb. I call this one the Scissor Kaleb, one scientifically proven to knock people out.
All right, so for the next challenge, we're actually going to be playing an extreme game of hide-and-seek with 10 of you guys for $20,000. So, if you guys want to be in our next two videos, win some money, and hang out with us, then all you have to do is subscribe, then we'll literally fly you out to be in that video. One of us can jump the farthest, $11,000.
Round one is 15 cups. Let's see you, Kaleb, go. Come on, Kaleb!
All right, I'll let you redo it 'cause it's for $1,000. Come on! Wait, this is real money?
Yes, we do everything for real here. Sorry, guys, I'm still getting used to it. Hold on.
All right, there we go. The energy is going to be better if it's real money. Round two is 20 cups.
This one cup costed you $1,000. That's easy. Round three is going to be 30 cups.
It was scientifically calculated. Round four is 40 cups. Did we clear it?
How did you do that? He's got Indian power. No!
Round five is 50 cups. It's not possible. Tanner, if you can clear the 50 cups, then the money is yours.
Wait, hey! What are you doing? I want the money.
Oh, my God! The hospital bills are going to be more than a thousand. Get out.
Woo! I'm pumped! We've been running for 3 miles now.
I've been on this thing for 25 minutes. Woo! I am so out of shape.
We can't rest. We've got to go on to the next one. Those are push-ups, Cat.
That's all I know how to do. I literally can't even feel my right arm. This is like my one thousandth rep here.
I can't stop. I can't swap with me. Al, are you okay?
What? I need some. .
. you know, air refresher. For the next challenge, whoever can do the most pull-ups gets to take a nice warm shower, and whoever does the least pull-ups has to take an ice bath.
All right, go. Let's see how many you can do. Put your chin above the bar.
You've got to pull it above the bar. Can't do it. All right, we're just going to skip her.
All right, come on. Who's next? Get your weak out of here.
12, 13, not bad. 10. All right, we can stop now.
11. No, no. How many do you think you can do?
Good for like three. Go one. All right, he can stop now.
Come on. I'm not trying to beat Caleb's number. I'm just trying to do more than Tanner.
Let's go! What? Okay, we care.
You only did like seven. Real, I don't care. All right, it's rock-paper-scissors.
Whoever loses that, go. Nice. Back, rock-paper-scissors, shoot.
A few moments later, man, that felt so nice. All right, let's just get this over with. All right, this isn't good.
I feel like I'm going to freeze up. Hold on, hold on. We haven't even added the ice yet.
What ice? Get that away. Hey, hey, hey!
Right now, I'm going to try to do the impossible push-up. Pay close attention, guys. Here we go.
Come on, that is literally impossible. And you guys know what else is impossible? Liking and subscribing at the same time.
Try it, it's literally impossible. Try it. How long do I have to be in here for?
Hey, hey, that's it, that's the [Applause]. Ice out, out. Oh my God, we about it, we go get.
Come on, oh my God! W, I think I'm going to need something to eat before the next challenge. Like I mentioned, we have to be eating healthy.
So, I'm going to go ahead and warm this up. Oh, my food's ready. Oh my gosh, look how good this looks.
I think I burnt it. Wait, that burned. My legs feel like Jell-O.
When can we stop? It's almost been 30 minutes. Man, I feel like Lance Armstrong.
Keep going, I'm try. We decided to switch things up and now we're at the gym working out. It is now time for the next challenge.
We are doing shirts versus skins three on three basketball. Wait, where's your third? Right here.
W, put a shirt on. What? I thought we were skins.
Mark, that's not skin, that's fur. Anyway, the winners of this game get protein bars and energy drinks. Let's go!
S, K, [Music], go like that. D, yeah, I like that. D, yeah, that D was good.
What? How it sucks. Oh my God, oh my God, I'm never passing the cat ever again.
Three, it's all those basketball games at that theme park. Pass the ball. T, pass the ball.
Point, come on. Oh, there come oh, so we get a 2-minute break. But right after that, we're going to start working out again.
And Mark, put your shirt back on. But it's for the fans. If I make this left-hand shot from half-cour, you have to subscribe.
Oh yeah, Al got it. It got blue. It got, okay, that was 1,000.
I literally can't even F my upper body. So I have to work my leg, is that one of the wrestling moves he's practicing on Brian? I hate Brian, come on, come.
All right, let's get out of here. That was pretty [Music], [Applause], disappointing. For this challenge, we are doing a vertical jump test.
Whichever one of us can jump the highest wins $1,000. And this is real money. Caleb, yeah, I know.
I'm used to it by now. Standing reach 7 and a half, D, go 10 6 in. Not bad, that means he has a 36 in vertical.
She's barely jumping her foot off the ground. 10' 8 in, that is a 38 in vertical. 10' 8 in, that's the exact same as Caleb.
38 in. If Alex can jump higher than 10' 8 in, then the money is yours. That's 10' 3 in, so that's 33 in, that's not bad.
But anyways, Caleb and Tanner both tied, which means you guys split $1,000. Oh, this is actually real, guys. We keep hearing random noises, so I'm pretty sure our gym is haunted.
Well, you know how I know this gym isn't haunted? Because everyone in here is extra [Music], schingo. Check it out, Alex.
No, Alex. Hi, sisters. All right, it's time for the next challenge.
For this challenge, whoever can bench the most gets to use this massage gun to relax our muscles for 5 minutes. 45 lbs, go, come on. C, it got it, let's see it.
One rep, come on, come on. Wait, can you do it? Can you do it?
Wait, bring it down, bring it down, no, no, bring it back up, back up. I need you, can't even do one. 225, go, let's go.
295 lb, let go, go, go, go, go, go, go, let's go. Al, come [Music], on, I'm tired. I could have done it.
I'm so tired from all these challenges. 295 lb, this is heavy, come on, big boy. I can't do it, I can't do it, I thought the fatter you were, the stronger you were.
No, in that case, you would be the strongest man alive. If he can, LIF this, then he wins this challenge. Come on, too easy, congratulations, Tanner.
I could have done two reps, no way. Oh my wa, wa, what the, it's right time, what, he's just making us look bad. Let's get out of here, [Applause].
Wait, Mark, why are you recording? Where's Sean? Wait, wait, you guys hear that?
It's coming from you, see? Did you hear that? What is that, is that a rat or something?
Oh [Music], God, what are you doing, F, get out of there, what were you doing, Sean? I'm exhausted from shaking up this protein shake, you know, wow, wait, there's nothing in there but milk. Oh, and we don't have milk, we don't talk about that.
It's got to come off, call me Tom Brady, baby, holy oh my God, that's so fun. Oh my God, du, did that looks so quick [Music]. Come on, guys, oh, that is impressive, oh my God, so Caleb is a monster, take it, take it, oh, he got [Music] him, come on, you got [Music] it, oh, come [Music], on, let's go.
Oh my God, my hands are destroyed, well, we get our. 5-minute break. I feel like it's a good thing that we got the 5-minute break, 'cause Alex really needed that extra time to work out.
Yeah, that's true. Our 5 minutes are up, so now we're going to go join them. Yeah, waa, Sean.
Are you working out for Papa? I don't even know what hour we're on. I don't know how much longer I can do this.
It's way past my bedtime. I'm going to pass out. I don't mean to be a snitch, but Cat just fell asleep in that corner.
And we're supposed to be working out for 24 hours straight. What do you think we should do, breaker? [Music] Ass.
What was that? Why'd you wake me up? Get back to work.
All right, so we're now on hour 23 of working out. And for this challenge, we're going to see who can do the most push-ups in 30 seconds. And the rule is, your chest has to hit the toilet paper for it to count as one push-up.
3, 2, 1, go. 10 seconds. I can't, I can't do anymore.
[Music] 278. Before we check how much our speed and strength improved by, we're going to give our bodies 24 hours of rest. And we're going to come back tomorrow, test that, and see how much weight we either gained or lost.
Keep in mind, I was 3. 4, which means you lost 3. 4 lbs after 24 hours of working out, right?
Ooh, 135. 1. That means she lost 2 lbs.
That's not bad. Oh, what? 155.
That means you gained 2. 7 lbs of muscle. Look at those before and after pictures.
Oh, 20. 8 lbs, which means you lost 4. 2 lbs.
That's the most so far. Let's go. All right, Alex, go.
Moment of truth. Oh, oh, not bad. You actually lost weight, 2.
3 lbs. I might not have lost the most weight, but I feel like I got the most back in shape. So let's go test out our speed and strength.
So these were all of our previous times for the 100 m Dash. And now after working out for 24 hours straight, we're going to see how much faster we got. 3, 2, 1, go.
Don't give her a head start. You start on one. 3, 2, 1, go.
[Music] W time, it's a 24-hour [Music] workout. All right, we're going to see how much our strength has improved. 3, 2, 1, go.
I did 33, which means I did 19 more than my last one. I did 26. I actually also did 33.
I did 28, which means I did 8 more than last time. I did 7, so I got 3 more than my last one. You did 2 more 'cause you did 5 last time.
What? Where did you get 3? So now we're going to see how much higher we can jump after the 24 hours of working out.
Guys, we're still 36 in, 36 in to 38 in. That's not bad. Cat was 20 in.
That means her vertical increase from 20 in to 24 in. That's a 4 in increase. Kale was 38 in.
Go. You see his before and after pictures. He definitely gained the most muscle.
And he also went from 38 in to 42 in. Icers is also 38 in. Go.
43 in. That's a 5 in increase. Alex was 33.
[Applause] In. Looks like Alex is the only one that got a little bit fatter. Oh my God, what do I do with this cat?
