In today's video I'm going to teach you 20 feminine hygiene tips for teens or pre-teens. You will learn what are the basic hygiene care that every girl needs to know at this stage of life and also teachings to take into adulthood. Remembering that this content only contains tips and suggestions.
You are free to follow or not the tips in this video. So let's get to the content! Wash your hair daily or every other day.
During adolescence the sebaceous glands become overactive due to hormonal changes, producing more oil than necessary. So oily hair can appear at this stage. There are several types of shampoos and conditioners on the market from which you can choose your favorite.
If your hair is more oily, look for the shampoo specifically for oily hair to use at this stage. When washing use only lukewarm water, never hot and don't rub too hard to avoid generating even more oil, irritating your scalp or even damaging your hair. Also use deodorant in adolescence, it is very common for body perspiration to rise.
Due to the increase in the testosterone hormone, the sweat glands work twice as much, which increases perspiration and consequently skin bacteria and rapid metabolism causing bad odor. So be sure to apply a good deodorant every day on your armpits. There are different types of deodorants , the most common being the antiperspirant type.
You can choose either a scented deodorant that you like, or even without an odor so it doesn't conflict with other scents you want to use. The same goes for foot odor. Use a stage or foot dust before using closed shoes such as sneakers and boots to avoid the bad odor.
Talc , when applied to the feet, can promote a number of important benefits for maintaining foot health. Talc not only helps to control the dreaded foot odor, but also soothes and relieves irritated skin, leaves feet dry and fresh and even prevents skin infections. Another very useful tip to remove bad odor from your feet, it goes very well with your feet in the bath with the help of soap and a sponge or brush.
By washing your feet well, you avoid the appearance of problems such as bad smell and ringworm, so this part of the body should not be neglected when bathing. When washing your feet, pass a sponge lightly between your toes and if necessary you can look for a soap called Soapex that is excellent for fighting and preventing bad foot odor. After showering, don't forget to dry your feet with a towel.

Surely one of the main feminine personal hygiene tips is to take a bath daily with mild soap and warm water.
It may seem like a simple tip , but it goes far beyond being reinforced. Daily baths will remove bacteria and other microorganisms responsible for causing bad odor in your body. In warmer places, you may feel the need to take more than one shower a day.
Adapt according to your region and reality. Always after each shower you change your clothes and underwear, it will help you feel clean and get rid of the bad odor too. Repeating pieces like t-shirts, shorts and others can transfer sweat, bacteria, and bad odors back to your body.
Keep your ears and ears clean. The correct way to clean your ears is to gently wipe them with a clean, soft towel after showering, always where your finger can reach without forcing the ear canal. The cotton swab should only be used to clean the outer ear part.

For those who prefer a hair removal that lasts longer, waxing will probably be the best option. You can bet on either hot or cold wax. The next tip concerns intimate hygiene.
The lack of intimate hygiene or the inadequate performance of it presents several risks to women's health such as infections in addition to coastal and bad smell. But watch out! Intimate hygiene does not mean hygiene and internal.
Cleaning should focus on the external region. There are intimate soaps suitable for this region, but the ideal is always to consult a gynecologist beforehand to understand which products are best for your personal situation. In addition, during your menstrual period we need to have specific care.

Sanitizing your hands will remove dirt and sweat oil from the scaly cells and also reduces the chances of disease infections as well. If you don't have access to soap and water, alcohol gel may be necessary. Take with you a small bottle of alcohol 70 in gel or spray for these situations, but always give preference to cleaning with soap and water as soon as possible.
Don't forget to wash under your nails too. This is a place that tends to accumulate dirt, especially if you have long nails. Side by side with nail hygiene, keeping them always with a proper cut and regular shape will help not only with their cleanliness, but also with their personal image and beauty.
Don't forget to always keep your nails the perfect size to prevent them from getting ingrown, breaking and hurting you, if you like, apply nail polish to make them even more beautiful.
