a little bit more red cuz you're kind of a minority so they they the media opens up for a minority like but what pushed bill over the edge was when Brian's humble bragging started affecting his co-host I couldn't I can't slip a punch well but I I box and the reason he always says why are you boxing why are you sparring I'm so bad but I I do it I was trying to get to the point I I do it because what you look I'm afraid at I'm afraid of it and I'm not sure can

I talk to the professional fighter not the comedian the ego he just jumps in like I must be talking to welcome I'm talking about being bad at I'm talking about I'm not good at it and that's why it puts me in that bill took the spotlight I was clearly talking to the professional and when Brian was talking about his wife Bill immediately took the opportunity to land in another roast except for you were just complaining about the [ __ ] bread how there's no we're in this beach house there's no there's not enough bathrooms in

the house you just you complain about [ __ ] everything and you let it be known you've got to let everybody know I'm I'm not like that I'm I'm always I say that all the time dis I say all the time can you imagine living with Brian I'm a disaster dude you know what's funny 90% of the time you talk to Brian he sounds like a fighter selling an upcoming pay-per-view and all he's doing is talking about himself yeah it's like there's no other fighter that he's talking about he's just talking about how awesome he

is it's like listen but I hate myself at the same Ali without Frasier just like okay going who you fighting who you competing no I'm just talking about how awesome I am and the punches just kept coming in I I'm sorry that I don't know you well enough but I I want to take our friendship to the next level and I want to start today so if you give me one the great things about when you get in your 40s is you notice deer clear this where you just like I I this is just going

to be this is going to be at least eight hours a week on the cell phone of not getting that I need exactly you don't need new friends in your 40s like John St you need actually get rid of about four or five 100% And just like how Brian kept talking over his co-host Ethan Klein had the same issue and got what was coming for it in September 2018 bill came to Ethan Klein's H3 podcast and Ethan's nervousness was visible right from the start to whatever ComicCon of podcasting would you be nervous yes nervous talking

[ __ ] lunatic but things didn't stop there as bill went Full Throttle with his insults somebody gets in my face that might cause me to get more lunatic I eat a little bit of protein you had to beat the out of people for like three decades before you could like chill smoke a little weed put on your Little Rascal's hat and just F chill out and Bill even roasted Joe on his Alpha masculinity but this guy is the most testosterone Phil dude I've ever met he's like every guy I met in Boston [ __

] welded together he's crazy and while Joe didn't go too personal with his question the same cannot be said for this next interviewer in January 2018 bill was being interviewed by Tom sigura and his wife when the discussion shifted to mental health a therapy went to therapy you went but you stopped going well after a while it's just like well you know I've told all the bad stories and I'm always going to have problems this is just becoming like this you know lifelong car payment now to have to come over here be like well this

happened my garage door was locked and I just I just felt like a after a while like when are you going to just you know get off this [ __ ] couch here and go live your life and stop having to talk to this [ __ ] person yeah you're full of anger but when Tom's wife Christina started acting like a therap therapist Bill quickly put her in her place cuz you flog yourself for for being vulnerable would you stop it like you have some sort of psychology degree 10 years in therapy so what I've

watched football for 40 years I shouldn't be somebody's coach I agree yeah I'm not your therapist then you're going to like superimpose your [ __ ] issues of the psychos in your life on to me it's like [ __ ] alcoholics they they just always like oh yeah yeah you're drinking you must be like me the whole world cuz they're addicts they so F self- involved the whole world has to be like them and to ensure the lesson sticks Bill gave the couple a taste of their own medicine I don't think it's the funniest you

really like it I think it shows a lack of empathy for others because I know that that man's hurt I I have a harder time laughing you know what I mean and I think that that's your husband's identity and that's his safety blanket so he stays in there cuz he feels safe who's therapizing now I mean therapizing therapist is azing what's my safe space suspect that my husband is a I've heard I've heard about this yeah no I know and i' I actually agree yeah and I've been trying to prove this on this show for

a long he just like you know there's like Bud and there's Bud Light there's like psycho and psycho light like he just he's not the uh the high calorie one that can't get married and have kids that's right yes but if you if his thoughts were a movie yep yeah definitely nc7 yep he's a functioning psychopath throughout the podcast Bill took every opportunity he could to continue the joke I hate when people hate their spouses you can always I I [ __ ] about her on stage but I I love her I do no but

you meant it I [ __ ] saw that bit and you meant it all right don't yell at me so you going put my head through the dresser because I love you remember he loves him so much that he kills them all he's like I was hugging it did you cry when you read it like you finally related to somebody yes I did and before he left Bill dropped one final bombshell on both of them I want to do it I want to deliver it I'm a hot F White crash [ __ ] dump let's

it's a good offer went free he's a hot [ __ ] dumpster yeah he got a lot going on like doesn't he have enough pain in his life he's got to be on this show too and fans were immediately on Bill's side oh God he just smashed her with the yeah I watch football for 40 years I shouldn't be somebody's coach best part is Tom laughing his ass off I agree I come back every few months to hear Bill shut down Christina's unqualified psycho Babble feels good but while Christina was too interested in Bill's past

Jeffrey gurian on the other hand was too disinterested with his lack of preparation on February 12th 2015 bill was being interviewed by Jeffrey at an award show but he didn't think twice before asking offensive questions when did you start shaving your head looks good uh when did I start shaving I shaved it I my first my first special I had it shaved really I didn't when I saw you in New York glad you liked it I see you L on the roof there in the back you'll be right there with me we'll do we'll do

a buddy cop show right two balding old guys exactly going after some hairy criminal but when asked about a role he never played Bill discovered that Jeffrey hadn't done his research and called him out on it your take on entourage is great man not on tourage uh uh would you play the cop want do this over again yeah I do yeah you know on where did you play the cop on the breaking bed breaking bed things I wasn't a cop in Breaking bed I had my head shaved on my first B you didn't do your

research you were so busy worried about this matching this and now look at you c h sweat on your upper lip cuz I'm nervous cuz I'm [ __ ] this up I played a c no I didn't I didn't now you're like [ __ ] with me no play on date night Crawford yeah I wasn't a cop what were you there I was a piece of [ __ ] I was like a con man a con man yeah I was stealing money I stopped to train but I was Unbreaking bad right yeah it was kind

of a big show I'm not totally I understand show remember what I did on I love the80s you don't remember what I did I'm breaking bad you're insulting me and while Jeffrey deserved what was coming for him this next interviewer was roasted for something he had no control over in June 2017 bill came to build series for an interview but he quickly realized something wasn't right well I'm excited to be here these chairs are horrific this is like this is designed for like I don't know what age it's not like 6 to8 like when you're

11 this is like the perfect size it's not quite adult size it's not kids size I already slouch it's going to be a bad interview dude and I'm blaming the chair as if the uncomfortable chair wasn't enough the interviewer made things worse you know obviously you're a writer but you never really written on a sitcom before if you go through your credits you hadn't really been on a show before why' you have to bring that up just right out of the gate he goes negative never really saw you right on anything before bill um there

was all these other nice things on your IMDb page I could have brought up but I noticed this one glaring thing that you've never done and right out of the gate was it cuz I made fun of the the chairs I'm sorry and that was enough ammunition for Bill to start roasting anyone he could get his hands on at some point I was going to make a point here that's why I keep looking at here and I just realize I'm blocking myself out of the camera I love that you have the jib camera for this

like it's an action movie Let's let's let's swoop in at these two guys sitting in these unbelievably small chairs I literally feel like I'm going to fall onto the floor this is insane you really went all out with the audience though they got fulls siiz adult chairs are these like from the 20s before they had like horse tranquilizers in our food when everybody was like 5' one and the same joke continued throughout the interview this is the lowest budget sh you know what it is it's the rent it's the [ __ ] rent you did

all this stuff you should get rid of that camera and get some chairs what what kind of chair would you prefer comfortable adult-sized chair fans of Burr recognized his Mastery of interviews straight away love how the first couple of things he does is call out the interviewer on the chair and questions one of the only Comics that can kill in the most awkward environment a pro while the build series interviewer didn't deserve to be roasted that hard this next interviewer definitely did in May 2017 Bill Burr was attending a Netflix event to promote his show

and was approached for an interview what's up Bill how are you bro what's going on dude it's good to meet you man it's nice to be on Fab TV he already's endorsing thanks a lot I don't know what it is is it fabulous it's fabulous like fabulous I love it you're fabulous I'm all right how's your hockey man I'm uh I'm on all right TV usually it quickly became obvious however that the interviewer hadn't done his research f is in the family f is for family F is for family Jesus Christ dude dude low in

the totem P I have problem I have problem and Bill let it slide at first until he found out who the interviewer actually was what's the hardest part about shooting the show wait a minute do you own Fab TV yes how do you know that because you're so freaking dressed down you just had that you just had that Vibe this is how CEO you I knew it I was just like this guy's not by the way I had I had to take my host out cameraman are dressed better than you are I knew it I

was just like this guy's not a reporter didn't even know the name of the show didn't even know the name of the show but while the Fab TV interviewer was easily let off the hook John Lovitz didn't get the same courtesy in February 2024 bill was on the Monday Morning podcast with John and things were off to a rocky start John love it John wake up buddy buddy hey there we go got to get some of this 5H Hour Energy to stay awake for this thing my biggest fear was not learning how to fly it

it was ground school and the te test and cuz you know I did not do well in school so I didn't think uh but I also surpris and later when they are talking about hosting shows and Arenas John's stuck with another jab but then your back's always to somebody it's like ridiculous yeah but it also it makes it way more intimate well what do you do do you draw a little face on the back of your head and get like lips a little mechanical lips and blah blah blah blah so that I hate it I

think it's listen just because idea ever for a St listen just because you're limited as a performer doesn't mean you have to keep attacking my looks but eventually Bill had enough and popped off you went bald I had nothing to do with it let blame somebody else listen if you think your hair system is fooling anybody you've had that [ __ ] receding hairline for 40 years and it hasn't moved you took the back off of your your hair off your back and you stuck it on your head and now you're sitting acting like you're

better than me you're not you're not I am cuz it's becoming another head all right well why don't you vacuum up the room with your nose how about that you son of a [ __ ] yeah why don't you you got a big shark nose do they close the beach when you lay on your back huh you want to go old school here oh you want to go down that town down down that street down down that town huh you want to go down that street all right I'll do that with your fleece Overcoat stop

staring at me like you know how to fight for every offensive joke John threw at Bill Bill threw back a much harsher joke at him you were um Jewish and then you tell everyone you're not so they cuz you're just puss oh come on John is it true that your last dog killed itself cuz it got so sick of the loneliness because of this the fans were at awe at Bill and John's resiliency in this war love itsz needs to be the villain in the next bur movie can you imagine these two bickering back and

forth as two old dads this wasn't a podcast this was a roast battle hands down one of the funniest back and forth in a while and while Bill didn't really mean his jokes for John Lovitz the same can't be said for Kevin Hart in July 2023 Kevin invited Bill Burr on his podcast but it didn't take long for Bill to start exposing his interviewer Kevin Hart was somebody that I thought I was friends with but I realized quickly that he just needed a spot at dangerfields and then he booked a pilot and I don't think

I talked to him again I had like kids and I didn't hear from you this is this is what's mindblowing that people are going to love Bill bur you have your your own name on your [ __ ] sweatshirt well outside of that I mean we know who you are I hand out hoodies to homeless people cuz I care about downtown LA go see juman part9 the studio system has ruined you and no matter how the interview was going Bill didn't miss an opportunity to remind Kevin what a terrible friend he had been bill is

a married man he's a father now congrat that bill by the way two kids I had another one I was going to call you but I knew you wouldn't return the call no I don't think my last movie did well enough to have you send over your little heart of the city fruit basket you piece of sh there was a moment where we were actually going to tour together we were going to Black and White tour because I was almost ready to go to theaters you just starting going to theaters and then a week later

you went to Arenas and that that's when you stopped calling me no that's when it was Kev it only got worse when Bill called out Kevin for what he did at a friend's funeral you bug me at the funeral you bug me I did cuz she showed up you were wearing like a pair of Jordan Ones you look like you going to do a spot at Carolines I'm like that's why I said go Kev this is a funeral man you're dressed like you're GNA go do a spot at stand up New York and you what

you said you go no Bill I'm dressed like the comic who made it he said that at a funeral I was like I know this guy's an I didn't know he's that much of an this just goes to show how brutally honest Bill Burr is no matter who he is talking to
