do to shape our day and align ourselves with God's perfect will we can start our day with praise my brothers and sisters the first moments of the day are like the foundation of a house they set the tone for everything that follows if you start your day with worry stress or hurried thoughts it's as if you are building your day on Shaky Ground but when you begin with praise you lay a firm unshakable foundation rooted in faith peace and divine guidance imagine waking up and instead of reaching for your phone or mentally running through your

to-do list you pause take a deep breath and offer a simple prayer of Thanksgiving thank you Lord for the gift of this new day I praise you for your goodness your mercy and your faithfulness this small Act of Praise might seem insignificant but it carries the power to transform your entire day Psalm 143 verse 8 beautifully captures the essence of starting our day with God cause me to hear your loving kindness in the morning for in you do I trust cause me to know the way in which I should walk for I lift up my

prison they had every reason to be discouraged yet instead of wallowing in their circumstances they chose to sing praises to God Acts 16: 25- 26 tells us but at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God and the prisoners were listening to them suddenly there was a great earthquake so that the foundations of the prison were shaken and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone's chains were loosed their praise didn't just change their perspective it changed their circumstances the power of God was released in response to their praise and what seemed

like an impossible situation was turned around when we start our day with praise we are doing more than just singing a song or saying a prayer we are inviting the same power that shook the foundations of the prison and set Paul and silus free into our own lives we are declared de claring that no matter what challenges the day may bring God is in control Our Praise becomes a weapon against the enemy a shield against the trials of life and a Beacon of Hope that lights our way but how do we make this a reality

in our daily lives it's easy to talk about starting the day with praise but in the midst of busy schedules early alarms and the demands of Life how do we actually do it the key is to make praise a habit a regular part of our morning routine just as you wouldn't start your day without brushing your teeth or having breakfast don't start your day without offering praise to God imagine waking up and before your feet even hit the floor you whisper a prayer of Thanksgiving thank you Lord for waking me up this morning thank you

for the breath in my lungs for the roof over my head for the love of family and friends as you get ready for the day let praise fill your heart play your favorite worship songs as you prepare for work or school let the words of those songs lift your spirit and remind you of God's goodness if you drive to work turn your car into a sanctuary of praise instead of listening to the news or scrolling through social media spend that time worshipping God declaring his promises over your day praise can also take the form of

gratitude keep a journal by your bed and each morning write down three things you are grateful for it doesn't have to be anything Grand maybe it's the warmth of your bed the beauty of the sunrise or the kindness of a friend as you write let your gratitude turn into praise thank you Lord for these blessings I praise you for your goodness in my life this simple Act of recording your blessings not only sets a positive tone for the day but also trains your mind to focus on the good to see God's hand at work in

the little things starting your day with praise is not just about what you say but also about how you think it's about choosing to see the good in every situation to focus on your blessings rather than your challenges it's about spreading light and love just as the dawn spreads light across the sky chasing away the Shadows this mindset transforms how you approach each day it turns turn every moment into an opportunity for growth for love for making a difference when you praise God for the new day you are not just acknowledging his sovereignty you are

complaining choose to give thanks this shift in perspective doesn't just change your attitude it changes your life it turns obstacles into opportunities problems into possibilities and setbacks into setups for God's glory consider the example of King David throughout his life David faced countless challenges he was pursued by Saul betrayed by those was close to him and faced with the weight of his own sins yet in every situation David chose to praise God in Psalm 5:3 David says my voice you shall hear in the morning oh Lord in the morning I will direct it to you

and I will look up David knew the importance of starting his day with praise of lifting his voice to to God first thing in the morning it was this habit of Praise that sustained him through the darkest times of his life even Jesus the son of God prioritized time with the father at the start of his day Mark 1:35 tells us now in the morning having risen a long while before daylight he went out and departed to a solitary place and there he prayed if Jesus needed to start his day with prayer and praise how

much more do we Jesus understood that the strength wisdom and guidance he needed for the day came from his time with the father and just as Jesus sought the father's presence each morning so too should we seek to begin our day in communion with God when you start your day with praise you also prepare yourself for the spiritual battles you may face life is full of challenges difficult situations difficult people and difficult decisions but praise is your weapon against the enemy it is your declaration that no matter what comes your way you are more more

than a conqueror through Christ who strengthens you promise in Romans 8:37 praise reminds you that the battle is not yours but the Lord's in two Chronicles chapter 20 ver 15 it fills your heart with courage your mind with peace and your spirit with strength remember the story of Jehoshaphat in 2 Chronicles 20 when faced with a vast Army Jehoshaphat appointed singers to go ahead of the army and praise the Lord as they began to sing and praise the Lord set ambushes against their enemies and they were defeated without jehoshaphat's Army having to fight that's the

power of praise when you start your day with praise you are not just singing a song you are engaging in spiritual Warfare you are pushing back Darkness Breaking Chains and declaring victory over every challenge that may come your way my brothers and sisters the benefits of starting your day with praise are countless first and foremost it fills your heart with joy when you focus on God's goodness his faithfulness and his love your heart can't help but overflow with joy Nehemiah chter 8:1 declared this Joy becomes your strength enabling you to face the day's challenges with

a positive attitude and a hopeful Spirit praise also brings peace when you start your day by lifting your worries to God and praising him for who he is you experience the peace that surpasses all understanding in Philippians 4:7 this peace guards your heart and mind protecting you from the stresses and anxieties of life no matter what happens throughout the day you can rest in the knowledge that God is in control and that he is working all things together for your good in addition to joy and peace starting your day with praise also renew your strength

Isaiah 40 verse 30 one says but those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength they shall Mount up with wings like eagles they shall run and not be wary they shall walk and not faint when you spend time in Praise you are waiting on the Lord drawing strength from his presence and preparing yourself to soar above the challenges of the day another powerful benefit of starting your day with praise is that it draws you closer to God James 4:8 says draw near to God and He will draw near to you praise is one

power of praising you in advance knowing that our Victory is already secured in Christ Lord we declare that you are bigger than any financial difficulty any relationship challenge any health issue and any fear that may try to overwhelm us you are bigger than our mistakes our failures and our weaknesses your love is greater than any force that comes against us and your grace is more than enough for every need we have today we stand in faith and praise you for the breakthroughs that are coming we praise you for the doors you are opening the Miracles

you are performing and the ways you are making where there seems to be no way we praise you for the healing that is taking place in our bodies the restoration happening in our families and the peace that is filling our hearts even when we can't see the solution we praise you because we know you are in control even when we don't understand the plan we trust that you are working all things together for our good we thank you Lord for your faithfulness you are always with us guiding us and holding us in the palm of
