For I Know The Plans I Have For You (Jeremiah 29 Prayer) | Blessed Morning Prayer To Start Your Day

in your mind's eye I want you to just imagine that you are in a desperate situation and when you're in this situation there's no one around you that has the capacity to help you or to save you now what do you do well I would like to present a few points to you today the first point is that God's plans for us are good Jeremiah 29:1 declares for I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord plans to prosper you and not to harm you plans to give you hope for a future God's

plans for us are not a coincidence nor are they born out of a whim they are rooted in his unchanging love and wisdom imagine a master Craftsman with all the experience in the world this Craftsman meticulously designed is a brilliant work of art and each detail is carefully planned to bring Beauty and purpose that's how God operates God weaves that bad day with that good day he takes that hurt and that memory and he connects it to this lesson and that person hear me when I say that God is fully in control he can take

that situation that looks dim and Bleak in your life that pressure that uncertainty and he can use it to teach you to break down your pride stubbornness so that your character develops into someone who can be productive for his kingdom Isaiah understood this concept of God mixing and weaving all of these experiences we have in life in Isaiah 63 verse 14 The Prophet remembers the people going from Egypt to the promised land he says like cattle that go down to the plain they were given Rest by the spirit of the Lord this is how you

guided your people and make yourself a glorious name you see just as a skilled architect drafts blueprints for a building before you and I were born God intricately designed a plan for our lives a plan that has a purpose my second point is to do with seeking God with all our hearts Jeremiah 29:1 12-13 urges us then you will call on me and come and pray to me and I will listen to you you will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart calling on God requires wholehearted devotion and a

willingness to surrender our plans to his imagine a lost traveler earnestly seeking directions from a reliable guide someone who knows the terrain someone who's traveled that road before and knows its beginning and its end if that was your tour guide then you would certainly trust their wisdom and guidance the same is true for us God knows are beginning and end he knows it all and so when we have a God who invites us he invites us to come and pray to him and he says I will listen he invites us to seek Him and promises

that we will find him just imagine how much a thirsty traveler seeks water in a Barren desert our souls should long for The Living Water found only in communion with God we should call on him now you may be feeling tired and weary from the battles you fought you may feel outnumbered your problems may look like an army marching in your direction when you're in this situation do what blind bartus did in Luke 18: 37-38 where the Bible says they told him that Jesus the Nazarene was going by so he began shouting Jesus Son of

David have mercy on me do what this man did and call out to Jesus ask the Lord to intervene when you feel cornered and your back is against the wall when the enemy looks to have you surrounded then open your Bible to 2 Kings 6 verse 17 and 18 and draw strength from the fact that when Elijah 's servant became fearful because they were surrounded by their enemies here's what the Bible says about Elisha's response and Elisha prayed open his eyes Lord so that he may see then the Lord opened the servant's eyes and he

looked and saw the hills full of horses and Chariots of Fire all around Elijah as the enemy came down toward him Elisha prayed to the Lord strike this army with blindness so he struck them with blindness as Elisha had asked so I encourage you to pray that God would open your eyes so that you would firstly not be afraid and secondly when God opens your eyes and you begin to see the hedge of protection around you and you begin to see the angels that encamp around you you can begin to draw strength from that from

the fact that Jesus Christ is on your side when you feel tired and frustrated call out in prayer call out in Praise seek the Lord there is only but one God who can give you rest only Jesus can lead you beside Still Waters only Jesus Christ can renew your strength so don't be discouraged with what you're facing don't be disheartened at the events of today nor should you be preoccupied and worried about what could come tomorrow instead call unto Jesus Christ today in this moment my heavenly father we trust in you we trust in you

Lord Jesus to sustain and provide for us we trust in you to preserve and protect us to defend us and to Shield us from all evil I pray Lord that in those moments when we are weak strengthen our faith help us holy spirit so that we should not Harden our hearts but help us to believe help us to believe fully and without reservation in all the promises of God father help me to fearlessly believe in in Exodus 14:14 it says the Lord will fight for you and you shall hold your peace God help us to

boldly embrace your word help us to embrace it boldly with no doubt help us to declare and hold on to Isaiah 40: 29-31 he gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak even youths grow tired and weary and young men stumble and fall but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength they will soar on wings like eagles they will run and not grow weary they will walk and not be faint I pray for strong faith God I pray that I may stand up for Jesus Christ and testify of

how he turned my mourning into dancing give me strong faith Lord so that I may stand on your word in a world that is lost in a world that aims to discourage and drain hope as your children we pray for the faith that will enable us to live in The Authority that we have been given in Luke 10: 19 behold I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy and nothing shall by any means hurt you give us the Faith Lord Jesus to Walk In This

Authority as ambassadors of the most high Lord I Thank You for Your unending love you King Jesus are the Wellspring of our hope so even if life disappoints and Friends turn their backs on us God we're grateful that we can always count on you to be our Rock and our refuge John 7:38 says he who believes in me as the scripture has said out of his heart will flow rivers of Living Water father May the rivers of living water flow from every part of our Lives May your living water flow over our hearts and souls

and fill us with Faith Lord I look forward to a future with you I embrace a future that is in your hands one that's filled with love filled with mercy and with goodness as I reach out in prayer and in faith I place my hopes my dreams and plans all in your hands so as long as you are for me Lord Jesus nothing can stand against me I will continue to place my faith in you because you are a god who has held me up every time I didn't have the strength to stand on my

own thank you Father because you are faithful to equip me with all that I need you are faithful to have given me the resources that I need to walk with boldness and Authority in this life your wisdom is unparalleled and your power is unmatched you are a God who provides us with all that we need with more than we need above and beyond all of our expectations whether it is healing restoration protection or peace we look only to you we look only to you Lord Jesus when I'm weak Lord you're strong so I pray that

your Holy Spirit May Empower me may I have an open mind as you reveal Heavenly things to me and guide me to walk in the path of righteousness I invite you Holy Spirit to be my counselor and my friend Set Me Free from my wayward Tendencies and desires as I Look to build a relationship with Jesus Christ free My Mind of everything that seeks to hamper or slow my development as a Believer free my mind from all constraints of stress or depression for I've not been given a spirit of fear but of love and a

sound mind as I embrace your presence and power I ask that my life will reflect my journey with you you are a God who has always been faithful whenever I needed healing I found it in your arms every time that I have felt empty I have found wholeness in your presence and I thank you Lord because even when I have felt lost you have been closer than a brother you have been a lamp to my feet may you give me the strength required for each day May the Holy Spirit lead me into a future that

is rooted in Christ I pray that you would renew repair and revive my heart heart my mind and soul I speak peace into every area where there is unrest I pray for closure in every area that has any voids let nothing of this world unsettle my heart I declare your word over my life and I say greater is he who is in me than he who is in the world I say my God shall supply all my needs I say that nothing is impossible with my God I say that I can do all things through

Christ who strengthens me I thank you for giving me the strength to overcome the devil I thank you for giving me the power to walk in Victory and the power to defeat sin it all comes from you so I bless your holy [Music] name for I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord plans to prosper you and not to harm you plans to give you hope for a future then you will call on me and come and pray to me and I will listen to you you will seek me and find me
