GM: Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to another episode of The Secret in the Forest, our weekly RPG. Every saturday, me and some friends, we get together to tell a story where I play the storyteller, I play the whole world and the events in this story, and they play the protagonists, they’re the characters and they act in the world that I’m telling them. As always, thank you so much to everyone who does the arts, and let’s see what we're dealing with this week, that is, every week. Hey guys! Luba: Hello! Calango: Hi there, hairy. GM:
How are we? Luba: Hi lil cellbit, hi friends GM: How are we this Saturday? Luba: Better now. GM: Better now. GM: This week was a week that I was highly anticipating. GM: Your camera is pretty today, Calango. I like it purple. Calango: Hey, now it is, now I am… Guaxi: Oh ok, it’s just Calango in the call GM: I’m sorry. It’s just because his camera is always normal and now it’s purple. But everyone is matching so pretty the colors with the characters. It's been my childhood dream since the beginning. How are you guys, everything fine?
How’s your emotional state today? Calango: I spent whole week waiting for this shit! Rakin: To knock that door down. GM: You spend the whole week thinking about... (Gabi: Our emotional state or the characters's?) that door to break it down. Guaxi: I’m already going to roll a D20 here to see my emotional GM: Ok, perfect. This week we don’t have any big announcements to make, I just wanted to thank once again everyone who participates in the community, #OSegredoNaFloresta on Twitter, sending fanarts, making memes. Joui, I mean, Luba? Luba: It got 1st place GM: Really? I didn't
know! GM: Thank you so much! Luba: I saw it and I went "WOW" GM: It was a really good session. It was a rollercoaster of emotions, we went from crying to laughing to fighting to crying to laughing again to investigating. And now here we are. I'm really excited, I spent the whole week waiting for this. It's gonna be really fun. So, anything you want to say before we start? Rakin: Let’s make a bet to see who dies first? GM: Calango, you’re muted I think. Gabi: He’s not GM: Calango? Calango: Me? GM: Hi? Oh no, your
volume is low say something, Calango, say something Calango: Oh, I’m saying right now (GM: Oh no, it’s normal. I’m crazy.) Perfect, so let’s go to the wonderful opening that was updated with some... with one more credit to one more actor that appeared. Rakin: I want to see it GM: And then we jump in the world of The Secret In The Forest. Let's go. Cellbit Presents: [Intro] GM: After saying goodbye to Christopher, you spent the whole day resting and talking in the city of Carpazinha and and eating the famous Leticio’s llonguet. And if… hello? What’s happening?
Luba: I don’t know. Gabi: Who’s doing this? Calango: I’m sorry, I’m sorry- GM: After saying goodbye to Christopher, you spend the whole day resting and talking in Carpazinha and eating the famous Leticio’s llonguet while you rest from the battle. It was an intense battle against a giant spider that had a spiraling symbol on it's back, and unfortunately ended devouring one of your friends. After this long rest you decided to go back to the Ashy Armpit bar, where together with Arthur, who is the son of the leader of the local biker’s gang, you left in search
of Gregório, who’s another gang member who hasn't showned up in like, two days. Making some connections with some documents that you found in the Little Carpa Sanatorium, you went to an address that led to an old house in the forest, where over 100 years ago a terrible tragedy happened and now you’re inside the car in front of this big old wooden house with two floors, with several brands of motorcycles around a fire a little on the side and a big robust double door that leads into the house. It’s about six like… six and half Ce:
So… let’s get in? L: Ehh... J: It's starting to burst… I’m in pain I think L: I think that before we go in, I have to cure the boys before it gets infected. Right? Thiago and Joui? GM: Put yourselves in the right formation that you are, please, inside the car. Gabi: Inside the car? GM: Yeah. Gabi: Ok, I’m always in back. Luba: I’m in the middle. Guaxi: I was driving right? GM: Yes. Calango: I think that Thiago was in the back seat, right? Rakin: No, I think I was in the front with Arthur, I was
driving. I just jumped and he wanted to go in the front. Gabi: Nice... ...Ok, I want to heal Joui right here in the car. I want to get my case that's in the trunk and… GM: Wait, heal the… Do you want to roll Medicine to heal him? Gabi: Yeah. His neck… GM: Joui... you can see that, from yesterday's battle, from the spiders, a big piece of his skin was pulled out, and the flesh is exposed, and probably it's already started to infect. Then you will have difficulty to… you’re gonna have a disadvantage to heal him
since he went so long without treatment. Gabi: Perfect. A: God Joui, it’s really bad, dude! Gabi: And I want to try to heal him in a reduced time. Can I do that? GM: If someone helps you. Gabi: Who has Medicine? And be good, be good in what you’re going to do. Who knows how to heal this thing? J: Guys, it’s not a big deal. L: No, it’s a big deal, it’s all infected! A: I can try to help a little, Liz, but I’m not so good at this. Gabi: Is the disadvantage roll just for me
or is it for both of us? GM: If he’s gonna help you, it’s a normal roll, and you have a disadvantage because the injury is really ugly. GM: Since you’re doing in a reduced time, if you want to do it in a normal time, then you’re neutral, because his advantage cancels Joui’s disadvantage. Gabi: No, I want to do it quickly. (GM: Ok, so it’s disadvantage.) L: Honey, come on, sit back here and let us heal your neck. J: Ok. (A: Let’s go!) L: You'll help me. Let’s see Guaxi: I rolled 23. Ok, mine was Good
GM: Was it a success? Ok. Gabi: Mine was Good. GM: Ok, ok, with the disadvantage? Gabi: With disadvantage GM: So roll a three sided dice and that’s how much you’re going to heal Joui. Calango: Holy shit, good with disadvantage. Gabi: 1! GM: You heal 1 HP and tell me exactly how you heal him. L: I open my case, I get an antibiotic ointment… A: I keep holding the little case like this. L: And I pass it over your wound, Joui. It’s going to burn, I’m sorry. A: You can hold my hand if you want to.
J: Oh, I want to, thanks. L: Yes, strongly hold it because the ointment is strong. A: Ouch! My hand, dude! Luba: I have 70 of Strength ok? A: Ouch! I think I’ll need the ointment too! GM: Just a little technical problem, I'm just going to increase Joui’s voice because it’s low compared to the others. Luba: I tried to talk louder, GM: No, no, It’s low, I’m increasing. Gabi: It’s low to me too GM: Hey, ok. Say something Joui Luba: Hello, sound, test. Hi miss Liz… (GM: It’s better, I think it’s good.) GM: Let me confirm.
Gabi: I'll have to fix it too. GM: Right, and here. I think it’s solved. Right, perfect Luba: Ok. Can you hear me, chat? Gabi: Jesus! A: Look at my hand! GM: It's stuck? Is it stuck like that? Guaxi: Yeah, yeah! GM: I can’t believe it! A: Are you better, Joui? L: Let me put the gauze, wait. Let me put the gauze I’m going to stick adhesive tape too. J: I’m better L: Nice. It’s not going to infect, but it’ll hurt. Do you want pain Medicine too? A: But compared to what it was before, it’s much
better, look at this! J: It’s great. Thank you, miss Liz, thank you, Arthur-kun. Gabi: I spent half an hour doing this right? GM: You spent half an hour treating the wound and now it won't get infected. If you hadn’t done this, by your medical knowledge, which is very high, considering that… one thing I didn’t tell you about, all the characters increased their level, so the abilities, I mean, not all of them but from the last session to now, while while they were resting their level increased, so some abilities that they used, they gained experience in
them and they had the chance to improve them. So some of them are even better in what they were already good at. Luba: I gained ten points in fighting. Guaxi: I play guitar like a master (Gabi: I increased too. I increased my Medicine) [laughs] Calango: Just one thing before we continue, I just want to look in the car, to see if, I don’t know, if there is some coat, or if my father left some coat before... GM: You found your father’s things, yes, and you found his cell phone with a lot of lost calls. Calango:
Right, I want to see who was calling him. GM: From Victor Hott. Ce: Hmm? Victor who? GM: Victor Hott. Ce: There’s not much to do, this place has no signal, but look what I found, guys. In my dad’s cell phone. It has some calls from this Victor here, look. L: But who is Victor Hott? Victor, Victor… Isn't Victor that officer is it? That officer? From.. that police station? T: I don’t remember L: Ye-Yes! It was Victor, wasn’t it? The officer Victor! A: Guys, don’t we have to talk a little… Guaxi: Oh, we’re inside the car?
(Gabi: Inside the car.) GM: You’re inside the car. Guaxi: Oh, so we can say it out loud. GM: The ambient is really dark, it doesn’t have any kind of lighting except the headlight of the car that is lighting the house further ahead. Ce: Turn it off! A: I’m going to turn it off... (L: It’s wasting the car's battery, bro.) ... I didn’t mean to! GM: You turned it off? You’re in the complete darkness. L: I… I turn my flashlight on. Ce: Turn on the little light in the car. A: I’ll turn the li… GM: Ok,
you turn the little light on. L: The light, yeah! GM: You hear sounds coming from the forest, sound of crickets, and some birds by the trees J: Joui doesn’t like insects. A: I don’t like crickets either. L: Oh, but Victor is an officer right? Ce: He is, it’s true. L: The one who attended us? (Ce: If you said so.) T: Can't you call him? Ce: We don't have signal here, we can't call him. L: Oh, Big T! T: Tell me. L: Since I already healed the boy, come here with me and Arthur because we have
to heal you too. You’re all fucked up. T: No, it’s ok, it’s ok. A: Are you sure? L: Are you sure? L: We can do it quickly, your injuries will infect, it’s better not to risk it T: Ahh... ok, let’s go. I don’t know if we have time for this. I mean, bro, look at this.. L: Come on, it'll be fast. Ce: There aren't any coats left here, are there? GM: If you didn’t bring… You’re in the car Most of your things, the bags, are in the hotel, so roll a dice of luck to see
if you forgot a coat here. Calango: Luck... GM: 50% or lower you have it. Calango: Wow, I rolled 10. I swear. GM: Perfect, you have a coat there. GM: You have a coat that you left in the trunk. Ce: Yes! Calango: I put the coat before we keep going, now I have my sweater, and one more coat over all. GM: How is the jacket? A: This guy is too comfortable! GM: What does it look like? Cesar? It’s your jacket, what does it look like? Calango: It's a gray coat, like, looks like Thiago’s hoodie, he has
a gray hoodie right? Calango: A gray sweatshirt with a hood, like this, with a zipper. GM: Perfect. Gabi: I rolled Regular. GM: Arthur? With disadvantage, right? (Gabi: Yes, with disadvantage) GM: Arthur, please Guaxi: Hmm... I failed. GM: Roll one more disadvantage, Liz. Gabi: Oh, Jesus... Regular. GM: Ok, roll a three sided dice to heal him. Guaxi: Uf! Even failing I can do it! Gabi: 1! Sorry! GM: Liz, she is… she is doing things really fast, she's just making sure it won't infect, you feel a little better, it doesn’t hurts so much now when you move,
but it’s not big deal. Guaxi: I get her case Gabi: Sorry. A: This case is so cool, oh my God. L: At least it won’t get infected, everything is ok. Gabi: I put my suitcase back in my backpack, I’ll take it in my backpack T: Thanks for the Merthiolate, Liz. GM: Merthiolate! L: It's stronger, and it doesn’t burn. Ce: Well, is everyone ready? A: Cesar, do you want to tie your hair? Ce: No, it’s fine, I like my hair loose. GM: Green one, don’t forget to take the little hand out of the screen so… thanks
L: I'd like to talk to you before we get out of the car. Ce: Sure (J: Speak, miss Liz.) Guaxi: I’m pretty nervous like, I’m shaking like this. L: I don’t know what will happen there, and I don’t know what are the chances of all ofus getting out alive. But it's really important for me to share what I know so far so we can recap everything and you can give your ideas too. J: Ok. L: Ok? L: Well, why did we come here? Because Team Kelvin is missing right? J and Ce: yes. L: Team Kelvin
is missing because they... ... came here to investigate the suspicious death of Rafael Monte and the disappearance of his wife and daughter, who are Alice and Camila, right? Ce: Yes. J: Yeah. L: Alice and Camila disappeared right after the death of Rafael Monte, which happened near here, right? J: Right. T: Yes. L: This house, that we are in front of, was doctor Virgulino’s old house, and his wife and daughter were locked in the basement going through a series of mental experiments because Virgulino said that they had some kind of mental infection, right? T and J:
Right. J: Probably schizophrenia isn’t it? L: So, when Virgulino was working, but he wasn’t the one who did that, when doctor Virgulino was working with doctor Verruckt, doctor Verruckt induced his victims into schizophrenia to try to cure them later. Why... J: I get confused with all these V names. T: It’s too much V. J: Almost like someone did it on purpose. GM: Consider Verruckt as a german name, like “Verrrruct”, “Verrrrruct”, you know? A: I think it’s “Verrruckt”. GM: Virgulino is a brazilian name and “Verruckt” is a german name. L: Doct Verruckt ranaway from Australia, came
to Brazil, opened the sanatorium... Ce: Austria, wasn't it Austria? GM e L: Austria. L: Sorry. he came from Austria, opened the sanatorium and started to treat people in in an illegal way, because even his nurse his nurse wasn’t a nurse, Luciene. We found out just a little about Abby Verruckt, his mother, and he was… Abby Verruckt was sick, schizophrenic. And he induced schizophrenia in his patients to try to cure them later, I believe he was trying to find some cure to his mother. Doctor Virgulino disagreed with his methods, and quit in 1917. In 1918, doctor
Virgulino was lynched and his house was invaded, which is when they found his wife and daughter in the basement, because they went through these mental experiments in Virgulino’s basement. GM: While Liz talks about it, she gets the documents that you have saved, the newspaper, the letters that you found in the sanatorium, everything supporting what she’s talking about. Guaxi: I’m freaking out, like looking like this. L: What I just said to you is here in the "South’s Newspaper” about “The Hidden Terror in the Forest”. After all of that, his wife and daughter were taken to Verruckt’s
sanatorium, they were hospitalized there, probably until the situation that we found them in, that shape of goo. But there's one thing here, guys, that doesn’t make sense to me. If you stop to think, Virgulino’s wife and daughter were already having some problems, maybe some mental intoxication, even before they went to the sanatorium. We can be 100% sure if they were under esoterrorists influence the moment we enter this house's basement. If the drawings that they made on the walls, on the floor, are the circular drawings, they were already influenced by the esoterrorists before they went to
sanatorium. And if this is true, Rafael Montes’ wife and daughter, who was the guy found dead recently, may be in this house under esoterrorist influence. The blonde woman who lured Team Kelvin at the bar, could be Camila, Montes’ wife, who’s missing, And maybe she’s in this house under esoterrorist influence. Now, Arthur… Help me here. Rodolfo, who is the Hounded’s leader, he was a great partner of your father when you guys created the gang right? A: Yes. They created the gang even before I was born. L: And Rodolfo liked this construction a lot, this one right
here? A: Yeah, that’s what my father said, before we came. He didn’t talk a lot about about this before, but that's what it looks like. L: If everything that I believe is right, Rodolfo is a great esoterrorist, and maybe he and the Hounded lured Camila and Alice here, and killed Rafael Montes… A: Wait, wait, are you saying that Rodolfo and the Hounded might have been involved with those spiders we saw? L: Probably. But it’s not a right theory yet, we’ll discover this now. And I'm saying this to you guys because when we we'll see a
lot of things that can be extremely disturbing. But my point with all of this is: Rafael Montes who was found dead… he was just found dead, like, his car wasn’t even beaten. Gabi: Master, when we got the information, was his car beaten? GM: No. Gabi: or was he just found dead? Ok. L: He was just found dead and his car wasn’t beaten, there was no accident. I believe that when they were passing near the area, his wife and daughter entered some kind of trance and killed Rafael Montes, left the car and went to the forest.
So they're also under this esoterrorist effect. A: Bro, what a creepy story, guys, Jesus (GM: A lot what she’s saying is a big surprise for you, Arthur. ) L: And that’s why I wanted to talk to you. GM: You're being fed with a lot of new information Calango: “Arthur, roll Sanity”. A: No! Calango: I’m kidding, I’m kidding. L: So, here’s the thing, guys. I’m sharing all of this because if I die, it was a entity that hates me. So I shared all of this before I die. J: Called Cellbit GM: What the fuck, bro A:
I’ve heard about that guy. Ce: No,it’s ok, it was great to us so that we can organize our ideas, thanks Liz L: Do you have something that you remember? Something we can add, or something you believe that may have happened. J: I think what we can do now is think about how many people we can find downstairs, based on this information. Usually, how many people are are in the Hounded, Arthur? GM: Roll Intelligence, Arthur. Guaxi: I don’t even want to see it, I know I failed. GM: How much did you roll? Guaxi: 93. GM: You know
there are more than six, besides Rodolfo A: I’m almost sure there are more than six, besides Rodolfo. GM: They have more people than the Scoundrel Vultures A: Yeah, they have more people than the Scoundrel Vultures J: Do you think we will fight against monsters and people in there? Like, do you think those people have managed to domesticate those monsters? A: But monsters, what do you mean by that? Like the spiders or something else? J: Maybe a little worse than the spiders L: Worse, Arthur. I think you should start to prepare yourself. T: I think we
should avoid any kind of confrontation there, guys. Because I don’t want to see anyone else getting… L: But there’s one problem: if they really have a relationship with the esoterrorists or if they are esoterrorists, they will use esoterrorist weapons, they will use the creatures, they will use blood zombies and everything they can to attack us. L: I think we... A: Can they control those monsters? L: It’s hard to know, each one of them acts in a different way, and… I have participated in just a few missions. Ce: Yeah, we don’t know a lot about esoterrorist
magic too, anything can show up, unimaginable things. A: Ok, the only thing I need to know is that these esoterrorists are evil. J: Exactly. And you shoot them. A: All right. J: Ok. A: You can count on it, Joui. J: Thank You L: And whatever happens, we'll be with you You don’t have to despair. A: I won’t… J: I’ll protect you, Arthur A: I was desperate before, now I’m more relaxed with you, I’m feeling... I’m very anxious, but I’m afraid too, I don’t really know what I’m feeling J: It’s ok Luba: I caress his shoulder
L: You're not the only one who's anxious, all the mission we go it’s… something A: I’m really scared with what may happen with Gregório, you know… I don’t know J: I guarantee to you we will do everything we can to try to save him. L: What I recommend is that you don't have hope A: Ok L: of finding him, or finding him alive. And especially, if you find him, pay a lot of attention to see if it's really him. A: Ok. GM: Thiago. A: Do we have a plan to enter? GM: You… because you’re in
the dark, you see, coming from the house, on a wall in the side, what looks like a low light that lights up and goes out. But it’s really fast and low. Gabi: Just Thiago saw it? GM: Just Thiago saw it because he’s in front and he rolled a high number T: Oh, guys.. L: Hi. T: There’s a flickering light in the house. Guaxi: I turn the car's light off. GM: You saw it flickering a couple of times, it’s a really low light. You thought that it may be a firefly when she was taking care of
your wounds, but now you’re paying attention and you saw it turning on and off. Rakin: It was turning on and off in some specific rhythm or just… GM: No, it just appears for some seconds and then goes, it’s a very subtle thing, you just saw it because you have an eagle's eyes. Rakin: I get it.. Gabi: Can we see a light pole or electrical wirings going to the house? GM: There’s no electricity, no. Gabi: Nothing? GM: Absolutely nothing. L: If you’re seeing what you said you saw, its probably someone with a candle? A flashlight? I
don’t know. J: What if it’s someone calling for help? With the light? T: Dude, I think… (Ce: I don’t think…) T: ... starting with the idea that there’s only one thing in there, which may be something that’s not hostile to us, which would be Gregório, I would avoid any kind of light, because I doubt very much that if Gregório was kidnapped, he would be able to give any sign of help, you know. Just be careful. Ce: Yeah, and it’s a house in the middle of nowhere Calango: All the windows are locked with… GM: Boards Gabi:
Boarded up Calango: Boards? Ce: Yeah, the house is all closed, I don’t think it'd be someone asking for help. GM: From what you remember because now the light is off and you can't see the house. Guaxi: What time is it? GM: Now it is 7:40 PM , almost 8 PM. L: If Gregório is in there, he’s probably in the basement, where the girls were tied and locked, considering that the basement basement is like a dungeon. So… if we are going to look for Gregório, we should go down first. Ce: Ok, so let’s go? If we
stay here we won’t… L: This is an old house. GM: Very old. L: Maybe the basement has an outside entrance, we should check outside first. A: Do you want me to turn on the car’s headlight then? Or are we going to be sneaky? Ce: We’d better use flashlights L: Flashlights. Guaxi: Okay Guaxi: I open the car’s door and leave. T: Guys, before we leave, be careful please J: Ok, Thiago-Sensei. Thank you. L: Honeys. Gabi: I open the trunk. L: Load your weapons and put new batteries in your flashlights. We are going out. Ce: I don’t
have a flashlight, I’m going to use my cell phone GM: Remember to mark the gun you’re using, to mark the ammunition Rakin: Right. GM: And tell me what guns you're using. Calango: Which what? GM: Which guns each one is taking, Guaxi: Let me say something, Brúlio gave me the gun right? Before I left, I didn’t write down, so… I don’t know, I think I will... Guaxi: I think it was a Magnum wasn’t it? GM: Brúlio took it back in that rage moment. Guaxi: Did he? Guaxi: But he gave it back to me. GM: He gave
it back to you when you were leaving, yes yes. You have a Magnum .44 decorated and customized that gives instead 1 dice of 4, 1 dice of 6, it's a d10 plus a d6 Calango: I can’t select everything that I’m taking, but everything in here is what I’m taking right? I have a knife too. GM: No, what you’re holding in your hand you select, not the rest. Gabi: Ok, what I’m holding in my hand. (Luba: I have a brass knuckles) Rakin: I have all of this in "property". GM: Property is what you have with you,
patrimony is what is in the car, or the rest of the life, what you don’t have right now. What you have fast access to, in your pocket, or in your backpack it’s your property. Rakin:I have a lot of things. I have a night vision glasses, right? GM: If you have it in your backpack, but remember that it is a backpack, and like, you have to load a plausible amount of things, not everything. Rakin: You have a good point. That would be a bit of a cheating backpack. Luba: I have brass knuckle and the Magnum GM:
I’m counting on your good sense of what in the backpack or not, plausibly Rakin: I have a Desert Eagle in my hand. And a swiss army knife, in the pocket. Gabi: I’m taking the Glock in my hand, the flag in a pocket and the knife in the other. GM: You all leave the car and start to get ready in the dark. Your vision has adjusted a bit, and the moonlight enters between some trees, so you’re not in complete darkness, you can see a bit in the dark but you couldn't explore like this. And the trunk
light too, it lights up a little on the inside of the car so you can get ready. (J: I think we will need light.) L: Ok, my sweethearts, I think... ... it's safe to go just with the flashlights J: Ok. T: Let me get my ammunition. Ce: Come on. I also think that with the flashlight is better J: Ok. L: Because if we leave any car light on, when we come back, it may be without battery. J: Yeah, it’s dangerous A: Very clever, it’s true. Going back without the car will be hard too. Luba: Ok,
so I light my cellphone and aim like that on the floor, the lantern behind Calango: I light my cell phone too, I don’t have a lantern Gabi: I go with the little lantern under the pistol, like that Guaxi: Imagine the guy with the cell phone like that GM: You guys are ready and equipped now, wait. Are Joui and Arthur without guns? Guaxi: No, I have a gun Luba: I have a gun Guaxi: but I don’t have its values GM: I'll send you the Magnum’s values GM: 1 to 3 shots per round, it has 6 bullets.
Its defect is 100 and its damage is 1D10 plus 1D6 plus 2 Guaxi: Wow you spoke so fast Luba: I have it here Guaxi: Send me the screenshot Luba: I’m opening the way, I go ahead GM: Ok, Will you go to the house's door or will you look around? J: We’ll look around, right? To see if there's a hatch. GM: You start walking through the dark forest, you pass these bonfire remains with many whisky’s bottles, vodka, glasses broken cups, pornographic magazines, motorcycle pieces, everything. The place is very dirty and stinks a lot, smells like urine.
You walk around this house, and you see many blocked windows and it's it’s really rotten. You walk and as you walk… Everyone roll find Rakin: Normal Calango: Failed Gabi: I rolled Extreme GM: Who has a cell phone and not a lantern has a disadvantage ok? Extreme, Liz? You are walking with the lantern… Your formation again, please. Gabi: I’m on Joui’s side GM: You see a heap of dirt, GM: part of the grass is more… Calango: I’m in the back with Arthur GM: Ok, Liz… GM: Liz, when you're walking with the lantern you see a heap
of dirt, the grass is a little inconsistent in a place, as if that place had been dug in recently. Compared to the rest of the bush, that place is very shallow and deep. L: Guys, stop walking. Are you seeing that heap of dirt? Gabi: I aim the lantern. GM: You see exactly what I described L: Do you see that the dirt is fresh, stirred in this region? GM: There’s grass but it’s much smaller than the rest, which is a big bush L: The grass didn’t grow right in that place there, something… A: Do you think
there’s something down there? Ce: We shouldn't get close. A: Yeah I don’t even wAnaa touch guys Ce: Yeah, and if it’s a mine that explodes when we touch it we’ll only know when we touch GM: It’s big, it's about two meters. Less, one meter and something. Gabi: I want to get down and see if I find any little rock, gravel something GM: There? Or here where you are? Gabi: Under my feet GM: It's just grass, a lot of it. But when you get really close to it, you see that really really close to it, there's
a really low mist. T: Hum, this could be a secret entrance, right? L: Guys… Thiago, come here. Put your hand on the grass too Rakin: I put my hand there L: Doesn't it look like that mist, that same feeling of icy mist, that we saw the other time? T: I think the membrane here is weaker. Whatever is waiting for us inside is not good. L: Ok, there are bottles, there are motorcycle pieces. The Hounded are here. There’s mist, there are esoterrorists or monsters. The two things, or are connected or are fighting among themselves, and it's
the first one probably. T: 99,99%... Ok L: Arthur, you should get ready. I'm not sure if we’ll find your friend alive. A: I already… Just us leaving alive is good enough. Gabi: I want to walk to that part where the grass is lower, slowly, and touching it with my foot to see if something happens. GM: You walk carefully to that area, and you see exactly one area of the grass is more cut and slightly uneven. According to your knowledge this grass shouldn't be like that, someone must have dug in that place for sure a few
months ago. Gabi: When I walk by that region, nothing happens, I don't feel anything abnormal? GM: No, no, it's just like someone dug a small one… Now that you're closer you see what looks like a grave, what could have been a grave by shape L: Guys… J: Does anyone have a shovel? L: I think this is a grave but we have a problem, ‘cause with that mist, that thin veil, if we dig here we can end up finding a Blood Zombie or… A: What's a Blood Zombie? Ce: You'll see, relax. L: Maybe you’ll find out
T: I’ll be honest, I don’t wAnaa dig that, we're here to search for living people not dead ones. Ce: It’s a waste of time. L: But what if the solution for our and Team Kelvin's case is here? Team Kelvin has long since disappeared, what if this is someone from Team Kelvin? We need to know J: I agree A: I think I agree too (Ce: Did we bring a shovel?) T: I'll be honest, guys, I already came here expecting to find everyone dead. Gabi: What are the chances of us having a shovel in the car? GM:
Does anyone have a shovel there? Did someone buy one in the patrimony? Tools? Guaxi: I can use my phone case. Gabi: Does the soil seem to be easy to dig into or do you need to rip out the grass first? GM: You can try Luba: I want to try Gabi: With your hands? GM: Roll a… GM: Actually, what exactly do you want to do? Describe it to me Luba: I want like, as the grass is weak I want to like, press it like sand You know? I want to do that and try to pull to
see if it's deep or shallow GM: So you stick your hand, and roll a Strength to see how deep you stick your hand, please. It’s like, the land will resist and you’ll start to put your fingers. Luba: I rolled Extreme GM: Your finger is going in, it rained yesterday, it’s still a little muddy and you stop when you sink this much of your hand, you’re putting it and pluft, you feel something stopped you. Luba: Does it feel like wood? GM: It’s something hard J: It’s not very deep, I think you can L: Wait J: I
think you can dig with your hand L: Shallow like that? J: I’m feeling here Gabi: Ok, I take a pair of gloves off my briefcase, put them on and help him. GM: You start to pull this mud with your hands, your hands and clothes are dirty and you take a piece of soil and see a rotten board. You start to dig more and more and open, start to see what looks like a big wood box, and you are slowly taking it off and you see it is a wood box almost like an improvised coffin. The
wood is very rotten and soft, almost falling apart and when you are digging, you touch this wood and it breaks and cracks and there’s nothing inside. It’s empty. Calango: Was the mist coming from there? GM: No. J: This is so weird, I got goosebumps GM: You don’t take off all the coffin, but but you could see a little bit, and the coffin is empty. There are just some insects and larvae going inside it. Gabi: I wanna take my dirty gloves off, curl them like a little ball and throw them inside the coffin. GM: Pluft. They
fell and it’s inside. Ce: What if instead of digging to bury, someone dug to dig up something that was already here? T: I think that was it man, did they take Dr Virgulino's body or someone else's? L: That's possible. This coffin looks very old, no wood gets rotten that fast... Maybe? But Virgulino was killed more than 100 years ago, and we even don’t know if he was buried here, the people lynched him and who knows where he ended up. J: Or he found a way to, I don’t know, "become" a zombie and maybe be immortal?
And now he’s still working? L: Maybe he didn’t become a zombie willingly, maybe he was turned into one. And maybe it’s he who keeps the Hounded here Ce: Yeah, guys… J: But who dug him up, then? L: Arthur? A: Hm? L: How long has it been since Rodolfo and your father separated? A: I was born and after some time they separated. L: How old are you? Sorry A: I’m 28. L: Wow, ok T: Hey guys we're in a very wrong high here. Let’s gather information and then we will try to understand ‘cause otherwise we’ll stay
like 30 or 40 minutes here and the Hounded will come, the cops, everybody will come here! J: Ok GM: It’s 8 PM, You have your cellphone in your hands and can see it’s exactly 8 o’clock L: Ok let’s see if we… A: It’s eight PM, my dad said he’ll come at ten remember I told him? But he doesn’t even have the… Oh my God! L: He knows where we are A: He must be so worried. L: I just hope he doesn’t come alone... A: No, I think he’ll bring the gang. ... Let’s continue searching for
a way in. These old houses tend to have a trap door that enters the basement. Ce: Brúlio shouldn't come here, man GM: So you start walking around the back, you see in the back there is an extension of only one floor that has some blocked windows. You don't see any kind of entrance for the subsoil there. Guaxi: I want to say to… I was whispering like that to Cesar A: Hey Cesar Ce: Hey A: That blood zombie thing is just a cool nickname, right? It's not a real zombie Ce: No, it’s really a blood zombie,
I’m sorry I didn’t want to be that guy but but it’s really that, just get ready, ‘cause this will get crazy A: Ok Ce: Ok. Guys, what are we gonna do? GM: Roll a Listen everybody now you’re in the back Gabi: Is there a door in the back? GM: No Calango: Listen, right? GM: Roll a listen everybody, yes Gabi: Oh, listen? GM: Yes, please! Rakin: With disadvantage right? Since I'm deaf in one ear. GM: Yes Calango: I failed again in this shit! Gabi: I got Regular. Luba: I got Good. GM: Ok. Guaxi: Wow I failed
horribly, I’m deaf. Luba: Mine was Good. Rakin: I got Regular. Oh, it was an Extreme but the disadvantage fucked me. GM: Perfect. So you keep listening, crickets and birds in the middle of the forest and insects, the night gets colder and darker. L: Don’t you think this place is kinda quiet for a gang? Like, I don't want to offend your father Arthur, but the bar is so noisy, they are always laughing and toasting and playing songs J: Maybe they are waiting for us. T: Exactly. I think we have two options. Or we get inside this
house quickly and don't be exposed here, because I'm sure there must be some creature that can see in the dark, these crazy zombies there, or we get the car and get us out here. Ce: I agree with Big-T bro (L: Let’s finish going around and see if we.) L: find anything else. GM: What do you do? Sorry. Gabi: Finish going around the house to see if we find something and enter…? GM: Ok so you… Oh I thought you’re already doing that You keep going around the house and really all the wooden planks, some planks are
badly placed like that but it's all dark. You go around and don't see any kind of entrance, just a few windows. T: That door there… (J: All the windows are blocked) GM: There's only one big entrance. (T: That door...) L: Thiago I know that look T: This door is calling me Ce: Don’t you wAnaa try to open it slowly first so it doesn't make any sound? T: No, but yes L: Thiago… GM: So you are facing a large sturdy door that is above steps, and it is kind of on a small wooden balcony. L: Thiago,
no no no Rakin: I want to take a look at the door to see if it's really sturdy GM: You look at it and realize that it isn't that sturdy because it is already very old. A: The foot itches T: I’ll try to open carefully like that. GM: You put your hand on the doorknob, it opens and you notice that it’s unlocked. T: Oh! J: Uh... A: Oh, oh, oh, huh. Horrible, unlocked… I already saw this on film Calango: I take my gun, and I'm like this, aiming with the hand from below and the and
the flashlight with the hand up here like this Thiago: I'm like that too Guaxi: I look at him and do the same GM: Okay. GM: Arthur, mark your gun with ammo there too and everything else for us have. Guaxi: How much ammunition does the Magnum have that you mentioned? (GM: 6.) Guaxi: six? Okay. Rakin: The Desert Eagle has seven right? When it's loaded GM: It's six too, isn’t it? Or seven? Calango: It’s seven, it’s seven. Rakin: Because it’s a comb, right? Calango: It’s a comb, yes. Gabi: I have a Glock. Rakin: Instead of just having
the lantern, I'm recording, okay? With the cell phone. I'm doing both at the same time, so we can see everything that happened there. Gabi: I have a little lantern and gun. L: Joui? J: Hi L: Will you take any gun? J: I’m with my knuckle in hand but I have my Magnum here. L: You want to open the door to us, and we keep aiming? J: If you think I’m gonna be useful in this way, of course. A: Hey Joui, do you have anything besides the knuckle? Besides the Magnum I mean J: No, only the
Magnum, why? Guaxi: I give my switchblade to him. J: Thank you, Arthur, but won’t you need it? A: I have the knuckle, I have a lot of other things here. [SHHH] J: Ok, are you ready? Ce: Yes. Luba: I open the door slowly and coming in and analyzing. GM: Are you opening the two doors together or just one a little bit? Luba: Just... the two together. GM: Ok, you start to push the two together and they creak a lot, make [squeaky door] When you open, what you see is not a nice view. It’s a large,
rotting wooden hall, and the fog is much stronger inside. There's a destroyed piano, paper is thrown everywhere. Please put yourself in the scenario where you are There’s a dining table next to it, it’s a huge hall. There are two stairs that go up to a second floor with a small balcony that surrounds this room, to the left of you two sofas that surround a table. On your right there's a door that's closed and further ahead there are two doors that go to the sides, and a door that is closed behind the stairs. Calango: All the
doors are closed, right? GM: Yes, and it's a very messy place Guaxi: The smell is also bad, right? GM: It smells like rotting wood, mold and piss. Guaxi: Oh, piss no Ce: Is there fog? GM: There’s fog, it's weak. A: Man, that poor piano... L: Guys… GM: The piano is all destroyed, there are some anarchist drawings, there are pentagrams, graffiti Not for anything no, but I think… (GM: There are Carpazinha flyers thrown.) ... I think no one would live in such dirty conditions without being under a bizarre effect. Ce: Nobody human, right? L: Nobody human.
A: That smell is unbearable, I can’t bro. T: It's so bad. L: And a normal person in the middle of so much mold would certainly be very sick. Guaxi: Ok, can we listen to something? GM: Roll a Listen. Guaxi:nim I love to listen. Oh, I’m a failure. Calango: Does everyone roll? GM: If you want to listen to something. Calango: I wAnaa hear something, dude. Guaxi: Wow I just failed. Rakin: I don’t hear anything. Gabi: I just failed man. Calango: Oh bro! Rakin: I got Regular. Luba: I got Regular. Rakin: I just heard half. GM: You
hear the animals outside and you hear the wood in the house creaking a little with your footprints. The hall is quite large, it must be about 15 meters. Luba: I want to go in that room here to see if there’s any track, something. GM: On this little table, next to this abandoned fireplace there are a lot of papers and one thing that stands out is: there are many documents, open wallets, credit cards thrown everywhere, there are many pornographic magazines, torn leather jackets, many drink bottles and broken glasses, crushed plastic ones. You pass by and see
a flyer of Casper’s Diner over there a little bit torn, a pharmacy flyer, a market flyer, many flyers of many places in Carpazinha and cities of the region too There are lots of crumpled papers, there's a lot of things in this place, it's a big mess in this place, on this table. J: Guys, whatever this is, I definitely don't think the esoterrorists are involved or I don't know, I think this was a hiding place for some gang, for criminals, but not just for Hounded. It has credit cards, a lot of things here, or the victims...
A: The Hounded are criminals, they kill people and steal their things. They are totally stupid. Ce: Hey, Liz! L: Hi. J: But this place looks like it... ... hasn't been used in a long time Ce: What was the name of the wife and… GM: What makes you jump to that conclusiom Joui? The flyers don’t look so old Luba: The condition of the house. GM: The house is old but these flyers and... ... papers are of many different moments Luba: Relatively new? GM: Yeah. J: I thought it was older GM: No, they’re not from 100 years
ago. L: Cesar? Ce: Me. L: The daughter is Alicia, she was 18 and Camila was 35. Alicia and Camila Montes. Calango: I wanna search in the middle of these documents for something about them. GM: Roll a Find, please. Calango: Wow! I got Regular. GM: You find two documents together about them, but together in the middle of this mess you find something else that catches your attention there in the middle. You find this. Guaxi: He found a giant mutant rat. GM: It's a page ripped off of something like a diary. Ce: Guys I found a thing
here, come here, come here, come here It looks like a page in a diary, it's handwritten here let me read. GM: It looks very old and wrinkled Calango: Old? Ok. Ce: “We found a beautiful view on top of a hill! We managed to see some caves in th distance, Aninha has incredible natural talent! The way she uses colors is really unique! Aninha is excited to see the caves closer, I think her idea is to hide Virgulino's gift paintings inside and make a surprise!” L: Guys, Ana Vitória is the name of Virgulino’s daughter T: So this
must be the wife's diary L: And Lurdete was the wife Calango: Ok I want to look on the back GM: It’s just a paper with that on it. GM: You can even turn the paper, look, you only see things backwards T: I wAnaa search more papers here to see if there’s something more GM: You see that Cesar was very methodical maybe due to his programmer's instincts he separated the documents and papers and that's what he found, everything is well organized with surprising speed. L: Wait Cesar, did you find anything about Alicia and Camila? Ce: No,
I mean yes. What did I find about them? GM: I'll leave it here, you can leave the papers here to not cover the scene Calango: What did I find about them? GM: Their identity documents. You see a brown-haired woman who seems to have 30 or so years with short brown hair, and a little girl with long brown hair too. L: If their identity documents are here, so was my theory right. We won't find anything good here. I don't know why they are using them but don't expect good things. T: I can say that Team Kelvin,
the last place they came was here, so Ce: I didn't find... sorry to interrupt, you can finish T: No problem Ce: I didn't find anything about Team Kelvin in the documents, right? GM: No Gabi: Master, that spider that we fought the other time, that big spider had human arms and legs, right? GM: They looked human, yes. L: Guys did you ever think that maybe Team Kelvin had been killed a long time ago and maybe they were embedded in the body of that big spider that we faced? I mean, they looked like human pieces, and in
fact Team Kelvin disappeared. If they used human bodies to make that creature there is a possibility T: I think its a possibility, if that doctor Verruckt some how found a way to be alive, and he resurrect making a necromance experiment, and all of this is happend. This is a possibility. L: Hmm, You wasn't with us Thiago, but in the sanatorium we went to a room with a body really destroyed. And the bones were all broken, and it was a huge creature we never had saw a creature that gaves shock [POW] And by the documents- (GM:
You hear a knock coming from somewhere in the house) GM: In the other side of the room L: I'll be faster L: By the documents we found here, he was Dr. Verruckt Guaxi: I run to behind the sofa Calango: It was from here? GM: You don't know, you weren't paying attention, just heard a loud noise coming to the other side of the room Calango: Holy shit A: Guys I think there is something! T: Guys hide yourself, hide yourself! GM: Wasn't a strong knock like a... [POW] ike was the punch of the guy from sanatorium Was
just a knock seemed to be something wooden. Gabi: What a great comparation, I go to behind of the sofa with Arthur. T: I stay in the corner aiming over. Calango: I stay here behind the piano aiming... (Luba: I lowered) ... and looking some where. Gabi: I'm with- A: [whispering] Cesar!!! Luba: I want to give a Listen. Ce: I think nothing its going to happen. GM: Okay. You... Give me a Find everybody now, since you all are looking to there. Gabi: I'm with the pistol up, on the sofa. Rakin: Find? Luba: Ah, no, it's a Find?
GM: It's a Find, a Find. Rakin: Normal success. Guaxi: It's to roll a Find, right? GM: Yes. Calango: I passed Regular, I passed Regular by one. Gabi: I... I passed Good. GM: Okay. GM: Only Liz passed Good? Guaxi: It's obvious, I'm just failing today... GM: You go down the flashlights, so, I presume to not... Or were you pointing out? L: Uhum GM: When you down the flashlight and see coming to a crack from the door underneath behind that stair one little light. rising and turning off. A light kind of reddish, orange. (Rakin: Only Liz saw
it?) GM: Yes, only Liz saw it. Gabi: Going up stairs or behind? (GM: No, under the stairs, behind the stairs) GM: This part with the red carpet, but in the upstairs. Gabi: Ok. Guaxi: Ah, got it. L: Eh... Guys! [Whisper] Shhh! Hey! T: Hey? [Whispering] L: Look to the right side of the ladder in that door! [Whispering] (GM: There is nothing left.) GM: There is nothing left. A: See what? Guaxi: We saw? GM: No. Ce: I'm not seeing, I think I can't see. T: I'm not seeing shit! L: One light blinked, there! One light blinked
there, I'm sure! T: This shit is a bait, certain, this fucking light! A: Lets throw a rock there?! T: Don't throw a rock in the light! L: I will go ahead, I will go ahead. A: No, are you crazy? L: Come. J: Ms. Liz, no. Let me go ahead. Ce: Speak quietly A: Look all these smashed paper, lets smash and throw the paper! T: No, stop throwing things in the light! (J: Liz-senpai...) J: I don't accept other thing! (L: Okay, wait, wait.) J: Liz-senpai, I will go ahead, crouched, you aim! L: No! Wait Joui! J:
Hi? L: Athur's idea to do one huge paper ball and throw isn't bad. Put these scores together in the floor! J: In which universe it isn't bad? T: Why are you going to throw the paper in the light? GM: You are kind of distant to be whispering. (Gabi: I start to take some papers) GM: The distance between Liz and Thiago, for example, it's almost ten meters. Gabi: I lower myself, I'm not listening to them. I start to gather papers. And I start to crumple it closer to my body, in the coat GM: Okay, you start
to make a huge ball of wrinkled paper. You got a paper ball, with like an avocado size. L: Hey, Joui! (GM: Massive.) L: Joui, come with me. Calango: Just a doubt, the... (GM: You're all here behind? Ok.) Calango: I'm going to stay behind. Just one doubt... GM: Ok, don't forget to take the hand after moving. Calango: ... An old aspect, like the page from the diary? GM: What? What have an old aspect? Calango: The pages from the score on the floor, all papers on the floor. GM: Oh, no it doesn't have scores on the floor,
only papers and flyers thrown. Only garbage. Calango: No so old like the diary? GM: Definitely not. The diary is the oldest hing you found. Calango: Right. GM: You go following, so... You came to... L: Thiago! GM: Thiago come following behind you... Rakin: I looked the place around! L: Ok, silence and come slowly. A: Okay! Calango: Passing closer to the table I don't see anything from the diary? Gabi: I want to lean against this wall… (GM: No. Wait, what are you looking for? In this table here.) Calango: Yes, in this table. GM: In this table have
lot of papers, but... You can roll a Find. Ce: Guys, wait! Guaxi: Can I give a Find here, in the table I'm in? GM: You can. Guaxi: Yay! Calango: I passed... Regular. GM: You passed Regular? You see a thing that is impossible to ignore, Cesar, a remarkable thing. GM: You find, this... That is loading... This. GM: A kind of scientific study. (Ce: Oh no, man...) Luba: It’s not loading for me, I’m nervous! I saw it on the stream! Guaxi: Get nervous bro. Gabi: Really, get nervous. You should get nervous. J: Ew, I don’t like spiders!
T: Me neither. A: Neither do I. Ce: Guys, wait- Luba: Everyone here is arachnophobic, don’t forget this. J: Ew! Ce: This was… (A: That’s it, that’s it!) Ce: Subject... Ce: Second experiment, project... HC? (T: What's that?) L: Wow, did they need to draw it this hairy? There was no need. Ew! (A: Thiago, you were inside this, look.) GM: And besides that, you also find- T: Was I inside of this? A: You were! GM: A notebook with several erasures, (T: Oh fuck.) GM: and it looks way more recent than that other one. Not a notebook, I’m
sorry, a ripped page of a notebook. Calango: Right. Ce: Guys wait, don’t go to the light, wait. I found another thing here, a notebook page. GM: You see Cesar then, with two papers [paper sound] making noise, like this. He’s trying to read and place his cellphone. Gabi: Ok, I’m against the wall, close. I’m just looking from far. Ce: Can I read it? A: You can read it. L: Ok, so wait a bit because I'll get closer to hear you. Ce: Eh... (L: Speak.) Ce: “Initiation - October 7, 2019. I start here my personal journal related
to the HC project, headed by me, Dr. Erick Jour, based on the archaeological findings of Dr. Eva van Gloss." Ce: There's a hand in front of me. A: Take your hand off! GM: Orange. It’s Thiago. T: Ops. I was seeing, I was seeing the thing. GM: Thiago was like, trying to read too, super curious, he put his hand, then you push his hand off the paper. He was pointing to read, like this. Ce: Thiago, calm down, Thiago. T: My bad. It’s because you were saying I was inside this spider, then that's fucked up. (A: And
you were, look, right in here) L: Hey, wait a minute. (T: No, not this place!) L: Aren't Dr. Erick Jour and Eva Van Gloss the esoterrorist’s papers we found there? Ce: Yes, yes, they are, who made experiments with animals. L: So, wait- GM: The papers are all in the car, those you had. You didn’t bring them, didn't you? Gabi: No. L: So wait! Ehh… we already know who's helping the Hounded do the experiments. Ce: Yeah, apparently everyone is involved, everything is in the same place. (A: Guys… Guys, who is Erick?) Ce: Let me continue. Ce:
“Complementary Team”, then there’s a lot of scribbled stuff there, it looks like someone erased something, I don’t know. (L: Names?) Ce: Yes, names, look: “Dr.”, then already… A: Let me see, let me see! Guaxi: Then I put my face like this, next to Cesar's. Ce: Arthur, wait man! There's only one name that's not scratched, guys, that’s “Dr. Valter Luz, 42”. 42 was his age, maybe? L: Probably? Ce: Ok, further down there's: “We found the operational base for the HC project. The historical events, the local legend, the social isolation determine” And they scribbled everything again, the
rest. Then further down: “The local criminal data also indicates poor government efficiency, which gives us a comfortable space to” and scribbles again. Further down: “The next days will be for installation and” scribble “ so we will start" scribble. “This is the beginning of the future”. What we had to know it’s scribbled. L: Project… HC project? HC project… A: HC... L: Huh, have we… have we already seen this somewhere? I can’t remember… T: In the spider, it's here: Second experiment, project HC. L: Wait, go back! Go back to the spider! A: It’s true! HC project here,
look. L: HC project is the spider… Wait, but why is the spider “Second Experiment ”? Who was the “First Experiment”? T: I don’t want to meet the First Experiment, no. Ce: What if the First Experiment is… oh, there’s no way we can know. L: First Experiment can be here. (Ce: What if it's one of the people-) A: Guys, and the light? Ce: Let’s go, let’s go. Calango: I put the documents back, like... GM: You can put them aside, then. Calango: Ok, I put in my pocket like this, I fold them and put in the pocket
of my sweater. A: We came here, 3 papers, great, let’s go back. Guaxi: Then I turn back like this, to go out through the door. Gabi: I put the papers in the corner here, guys. GM: You all were together here in the table, just to remember. Gabi: Yes. T: Guys… I think we can… L: Ok, I will… T: Guys, I think there may be more information here. Rakin: I go to the bookcase. GM: Right, you go to the bookcase, and you see a lot of books... uh... A lot of old medicine books, psychology. But they
are all too old and dusty. And kinda falling. And it's a wooden bookcase. (Rakin: So I will...) GM: And it’s almost without books, these books aren't all there, there’s a lot less. Rakin: Fair. Is there anything out of place? Anything that shouldn't be there? GM: Roll for Find. Rakin: Ok, let me roll Find here… Ok, success. GM: You… see that there are some scratches on the floor near the bookcase. T: Guys, come here! L: Thiago! Wait! T: Come on! A: Thiago, you're too close to the stairs! T: It’s because there is something here! A: Something
might come down! T: Bro- L: Thiago! A: Ok, dude! L: Come back! T: What's up? L: Come back here! T: Wait. [Laughs] GM: You can just leave the character where you are for God’s sake! I don’t know where you are anymore. You came from here, you from here, ok, ok. J: What are we doing? L: Thiago! Whichever door it is that's emitting light, it has a direct view of the bookcase. Let’s throw something inside of this room to see what happens? Before interacting with the shelf. Ce: Yeah, let’s see the door first, then we see
what's on the shelf Thiago found. T: Okay. It has scratches on the floor, next to the shelf. We can move it, there can be something behind it. L: Thiago, you are hoarse? T: It’s because I’m speaking low. A: I think he's in shock ‘cause he was in the spider. GM: Take your hand off, green, please. T: Damn, I was inside of the spider, bro. GM: Green! The hand! Guaxi: It’s Liz, I think. GM: Liz, Liz, Liz. The hand. Gabi: Oh, wait, oh, sorry. Gabi: Ok, I go near the door here. (GM: Okay.) Gabi: But I
keep leaning against the wall, I'm not seeing inside the room. (GM: Okay.) GM: No, you- No, the door is closed. Gabi: The door is closed? GM: Yes, it’s a closed wooden door. Calango: This ladder here, it has a… It is like, goes... down… GM: No, you can pass under it. Calango: No, like… if I go up the stairs, do I have a view of the door downstairs? GM: Hmm… Yes. Calango: So I'm going to run like this, like trot, to not make much noise, I want to climb here and stay here like this. A: Cesar!
T: You’re kidding, dude? Get down here! Get down! Ce: I can- I have a good view from here. (T: Get down! Fucking get down!) J: We don’t know what can be up there! (T: Fucking "good view"!) L: Joui! A: There's us. GM: When you start to climb, it makes [creak, creak] in each of the steps, they're really rotten, like that. And when you do that, you hear... (J: Nobody move!) you hear coming from the door [zombie moaning] J: KUSO! [laughs] A: Who kuso what? J: Miss Liz, prepare your gun. I’ll open the door. L: Ok,
ok. Wait! T: No! Stop! L: Joui! Wait! J: Oh, sorry, Thiago-Sensei. T: I’ll go too. I have a gun too. GM: Are you going to climb the stairs too? Rakin: No, I’m going beside the stairs. (Calango: I’ve got my gun on the handrail.) GM: Ok, you're under it. GM: But you’re a bit down, because the ladder's over your head. (Rakin: I’m aimed.) GM: What? Guaxi: I ask like this: A: Joui! J: No! Don’t make any sound now. GM: [zombie moaning] (A: Sorry!) L: Joui! J: Hey. Gabi: I give him the paper ball. L: Open the
door and throw it in there. GM: The handle is on your side. (L: Even if it's a zombie...) Gabi: The handle is on my side? GM: Liz, yeah. J: Liz-Senpai, switch places with me! L: Let’s switch places. [laughs] A: Cesar, what’s going on? GM: The hands, don’t forget the hands... (L: Open the door...) GM: Arthur… Arthur, take your hand off. (L: ...and throw the ball in there...) Guaxi: Oh, I’m sorry. (L: ...because... then... ) J: And then I close the door? L: No, leave it open. But whatever's in there, maybe it gets distracted by the
sound of the little ball, and gives us all time to aim and shoot. T: What's up with the ball, man? J: I don’t know either! L: Leave the ball! Go, Joui. J: Christ- Ok. Gabi: I stand here with the gun and the flashlight. Luba: Ok, I put my hand in the handle… GM: You try to open it... [lock sound] GM: It’s locked. Ce: Ahh, dude. J: KUSO! A: Thiago… L: Thiago! T: What? GM: When you do that, you hear [zombie moaning] from behind the door. T: He didn’t like the ball. GM: And your hear a
[puff puff] Gabi: From the door too? (GM: From inside.) A: Cesar and I, we can’t hear anything? (J: Someone inside needs help.) GM: No. J: There's someone in there that needs help. L: Thiago, you’ll have to kick this door. T: No! No I won’t! GM: This sound later wasn’t from the door itself. It was from the floor, inside the door. GM: Inside of… inside of the wall. Inside the room! T: Is it locked? J: Ok, if Thiago-Sensei won’t kick it, I will. T: No, stop! L: Kick and throw the little ball. T: Alright, it’s a
good idea. GM: A Strength, please. (A: … go throw the little ball.) Luba: Can I roll? Luba: Is it Strength? GM: Strength. Calango: Wow... A: What are they going to do, Cesar? Luba: It was Good. (Ce: I don't know.) GM: How do you kick it? Luba: I was going to say a flying kick, but no. I’ll just kick normally. GM: You get ready, and with your athletic body you [pow] kick loudly, and the door [door violently opening] opens. And you see inside the bathroom a lot of blood, and first thing, Liz, you see, inside the
bathtub, what looks like a body all covered in blood, completely covered in meat, and you recognize, inside this bathtub, there's a dead blood zombie. (GM: Let me put it here...) Gabi: Wait, dead? Rakin: Wait, is the dead blood zombie alive because it’s a zombie, or it is dead dead? GM: It’s immobile and completely destroyed, like, inside of the bathtub. And when you kick, Joui, you hear a [someone being beaten] and it's full of blood inside the bathroom. (A: Get the ball!) L: Joui, do not enter! J: Oh, sorry, Liz-Senpai! GM: You feel the door slammed
on something and stopped in the way. J: There's someone behind this door! There's someone behind this door, I know there is. L: We’re going in together, I’ll go with the gun pointed and you move the door, ok? T: Ok. J: Ok. I think there's someone fallen back here. T: Calm down, Joui, wait! GM: You see then a hand covered in blood holding the door and pulling it back, and you see revealed, in front of you, an eyepatch, a face covered in blood, [muffled sound] A: Gregório! GM: ...and with a gag on his mouth. A: Gregório!
Guaxi: I run down the stairs. L: Wait! T: What happened to you, bro? Ce: He's dying… GM: He's… now you see Gregório completely, there are bite marks all over his body, he's... very bloody, a good part of the blood may not be his, but he’s really hurt. And he has something covering his mouth. and he is dragging himself, like trying to get up. L: Thiago, holds Arthur there outside. (Ce: Ok, I go down.) Rakin: I try to hold Arthur. A: Gregório! Guaxi: I'm trying to, like, get in. Gabi: I get in, I want to stop
in front of Gregório, is he sitting on the floor? GM: He's trying to get up, but he has his chest facing the floor, like this. He saw you guys and he’s like [muffled speaking] Gabi: Ok. L: Ehh… Gregório? Gregório: [trying to speak with the gag] J: He's got that thing in his mouth. L: Gregório, are you ok? Are you in conscious? Gregório: [trying to say with the gag] Ce: Take that off his mouth! L: Wait! We are here to rescue you, we came with, with… L: Are you in good conscience? Do like yes or no
with the head. Ok Guaxi: I’m crying, like this… Rakin: I'm holding this guy. Gabi: Ok, I put my arms on the back... GM: When you’re going to do that, you see there's a little lock in what's holding his mouth. It has like.. You know those balls? Sexual thing. It’s what's in his mouth, and there's a lock behind it. Gabi: Ok. GM: You try to take it off, and it’s really strong. Gregório: [gagged speaking] Gabi: ...My break-in kit, does it only work with doors, or does it work with locks too? GM: You have scissors, and it’s
like leather. L: Oh, ok. GM: It's a leather strap. L: I take my knife, from my pocket, and start trying to cut the leather, like this. GM: Ok, you can do it, and when you cut it he: Gregório: Ahh, damn it! A: Gregório! Guaxi: I want to try, like, push Thiago to get to Gregório. Gregório: What are you doing here? I thought I was already dead. L: Gregório! Speak low. Eh... we don’t know what’s going on here yet, but are you ok? Gregório: [cough] GM: He spits a bit of blood. Gregório: I’m not fine, what
the fuck... They... Someone... (A: Gregório!) GM: He points, shaking, to the zombie in the bathtub. Gregório: I don’t… I’m having to… they've been making me… fight things for two days. Gabi: He… how hurt does he seem to be? GM: Very. Very. Gabi: Very hurt? GM: Very, very. He's fucked up. Gabi: Can I give him First Aid? (Ce: First Aid, yeah, nice.) GM: You can try. Gabi: I can? Ok. Guaxi: I have First Aid too, can I do it? Or not? GM: Ahn, she is already doing it. (Gabi: Would we heal him more?) GM: No. It’s
just one person. Guaxi: Ok. Gabi: Wait, how much is my First Aid? It’s a lot. Oh, I got Extreme in First Aid. GM: Ok, so you heal him while you talk. But he's really fucked up, like, bleeding a lot, he’s all busted, bites, black eye... Rakin: Does he look like he's already going to die, or…? GM: What? No, it doesn’t look like... I mean, he’d probably die if you hadn’t come and started taking care of him now, but he’s like, very weak and almost passing out. He was passed out but the kick, or maybe another
thing, made him wake up. And you see in his hand a little lighter. T: Dude, I think we need to take him to the town, he needs to be treated now. Ce: Won't Brúlio come here to meet us? T: I don’t think so. Ce: He will come at ten, won’t he? Gregório: What are you doing here? A: Gregório! Guaxi: I want to pass through everyone here and go in front of him. Gregório: Arthur! A: Gregório, man! Gregório: It’s here, Arthur. It’s here where they bring… A: I’m so happy that you’re fine! (Gregório: It’s here where
they bring us.) It’s here where they bring us. GM: He spits a bit of blood. L: Gregório... How many people have you seen here? Gregório: It’s the Hounded, all of them. They make… they make bets. L: They bet like… put you and the zombie here, and they bet who will survive? Gregório: Yes. L: But… do they control these animals, these creatures? Gregório: I don’t know, I don’t know… I just woke up here and I hear them laughing. L: And where does the sound come from? Gregório: What? From out the door! (L: Their... sounds...) Ce: From
here where we are, yeah. L: But… Do you hear sounds coming from above too? Gregório: Sounds... I don’t remember, I can’t, I don’t know what’s happening. T: Guys, he's almost dying, bro, let’s... interrogate him later, so he can... (L: No, wait, wait-) be treated in a hospital. L: I healed him. Ok, it’s… Gregório: How did you find it here, Arthur? We'd never found this place, I don’t even know where I am. They caught me after we beat them up. This is what they do to get revenge on us. I never imagined it! A: We wouldn’t
leave you behind. Gregório: What are those things? GM: And he looks and points. Gregório: What is this? GM: Oh, Arthur, make a Sanity test, please, ‘cause it’s the first time you see a blood zombie. Guaxi: Alright. Gabi: At least you saw one dead! You don’t want to see one alive, no. Guaxi: Sanity test is the… here. I got 29. GM: Did you pass? Guaxi: My Sanity is 48. Well… GM: You… you… that thing isn’t moving, it looks just like a body that was completely “skinned off”, and it has a mouth full of teeth, it’s terrible,
but you already expected terrible things, because they were preparing you for this moment. You’re just scared, but it didn’t affect you the way that could have affected you. What shocked you the most was seeing Gregório the way he is. Ce: Ok, I agree to take him back to the bar. L: You... guys, if we leave here now, they will know we invaded. and they'll be much more prepared when we come back. Ce: But we can’t leave Gregório here. (T: If we leave him here he'll die! ) T: He will die, the guy is completely fucked
up, look at him, he's... Gregório: What are you doing here? (sb ...dropping dead!) L: What if Arthur takes his motorcycle and takes Gregório to the bar? How long does it take to go and come back, Arthur? GM: About 40 minutes. A: Around... 40 minutes. Ce: Wow, 40 minutes it’s too much time. Luba: What time is it, Master? GM: 8 PM. 8:10 PM. J: It'll still take a long time for Brúlio to arrive. Ce: Yeah, but we don’t even know if he will too, right? We don’t know when the signal stopped working, when… Gregório: What are
you doing here? A: Gregório, can you drive a motorcycle? Gregório: I just want to rest a bit, Arthur. (A: So, no...) T: Let him stay in the car, then, guys. (L: You...) A: It’s true, we need to let him rest. T: Let’s leave him in the car. GM: Liz is done staunching the bleeding, he's not bleeding anymore. You treated him very well, stopped what was bleeding, you stabilized him. Gabi: Nice. Guaxi: I hold him, then. A: Come here, bro. Guaxi: Then I… Gregório: Ouch, fuck, it hurts, Arthur, wait. A: Oh, so come slowly then. L:
Gregório... A: Weren’t you the alpha type? Gregório: Wait, wait. Gregório: See if you can find my eye. A: Alright, hang in there, I’ll look for it. GM: Roll for Search there. Guaxi: Oh, wow! GM: Finding, I’m sorry. Guaxi: I got 6. (Gabi: He had a glass eye, remember?) GM: You see, more to the corner of the bathroom, near the bathtub of blood, what looks like a marble, white, dropped there. All bloody. A: I found it! Here. GM: He looks at it, like. (T: Don’t put this shit in your head, bro!) Gregório: Holy shit, I need
a new eye. You can have this one. A: Ok! Guaxi: I drop it on the floor, like this. Gregório: Damn Arthur, it was a gift! Fuck it…take me away. (A: Ew. It’s so gross, Gregório, my God.) Gregório: I just want to leave here! Gregório: I can’t stand this place anymore. GM: You dropped the eye on the floor and broke it. A: Ok. Ce: Let’s take him to the car. L: Gregório, you will stay in the… in our car until Brúlio arrives, he may arrive in, like, two hours. Gregório: Brúlio... L: Don't- GM: He passes out.
L: Fuck... Guaxi: I hold him, like this. L: Someone will have to help Arthur, he's too short bro. GM: Roll a Strength test... (A: I'm short!) GM: No, with two persons you can, you don't need a Strength test. You carry him outside, you go dragging Gregório. He is a big guy, bigger than you two, but he’s not that heavy, not like Brúlio. He’s like Thiago's size. Rakin: What was his reaction when we told him about Brúlio? Like, before he fainted. GM: No, he just like “Ahn, uhn…”, he was already fainting, you said Brúlio, he just
repeated “Brúlio” and passed out. Guaxi: Have we put him in the car already or…? (Calango: While they drag the…) GM: You start to take him outside. GM: Who's taking him outside and who's staying inside? Guaxi: Me and Joui. Rakin, Gabi e Calango: I stay inside. GM: Ok. You start to take him. Who's taking him outside mutes, the rest stays with me. Luba: Oh, nous... Gabi: Ok. GM: You see them carrying Gregório outside. Calango: Guaxinim isn’t muted, he’s hearing everything. Dumb! GM: Who? Ok. Gabi: Ok, ready. GM: So Liz and Cesar stayed inside right? Gabi: Liz,
Cesar, and Thiago. (Calango: And Thiago right?) Gabi: Thiago, are you still here? Rakin: I am. GM: Ok, ok. Cesar went far away and you stayed in the bathroom. What is Cesar doing back there? Calango: I came here, look. GM: Ok. Rakin: It's just me and Liz? Gabi: I want to go to the blood zombie. GM: Ok, you go to the blood zombie, so, wait, let’s go slowly. First Liz and Thiago that are closer, then Cesar. You go to the blood zombie then... T: Liz... L: What, Thiago? T: I have a question for you. L: Say
it. T: Brúlio said he founded his group with the boy who's part of the Hounded, right? L: Yes... They were friends at the time, from what he said. T: Either this guy had a drastic personality change and ended up turning into a whole different person, or... maybe Brúlio already knew it from the beginning that this guy was a bad person? And maybe could Brúlio be involved in this? L: Well, Brúlio’s story seemed a bit strange to me too, but he said that he and this guy Rodolfo were close friends, they lived together because Brúlio lost
his family, and everything else. And... Rodolfo already liked this place when they were friends, but Brúlio didn’t like it, so he didn’t come here with Rodolfo. But the part that caught my attention was that Rodolfo got extremely aggressive with Brúlio when Arthur was born. Which doesn't make sense, what would be the reason? Maybe Rodolfo got soft-hearted, maybe Rodolfo had something to get attached to... sorry, Brúlio had something to get attached to, and Rodolfo didn’t like it. I don't really know but the story seems a bit strange for me too. T: We have to be careful,
Liz. GM: Cesar, meanwhile... (T: We have to be very careful.) GM: ...you get to the bookcase, and you see that on this little bookcase there aren't many things, but there's a very old black and white photo, of a man with two women, an older one, and one that seems a little girl of 14, 13 years. Calango: Ok, I... GM: You don’t recognize neither of them. Calango: I don’t recognize, but I presume in my head that's probably Virgulino with his wife and daughter. Ehh… Does it have drawers? Is this a desk? GM: It’s a desk. Calango:
I want to open the drawers and look for keys, any keys. GM: You start to open the drawers, and all of them have old clothes, ripped, or eaten by moths, nothing interesting. And you open, and actually, [dust sound] some dust comes up, it seems like no one's opened this drawer in years. Many years. Ce: [cough] GM: And the smell of mold is... Ugh, the smell of mold is really strong. Calango: Wow. Ok, it's... Calango: It’s fine, I’ll go back there. (L: How's the situation here with the blood zombie, is it still moving?) GM: People who
were muted can unmute. Joui! Arthur! Luba: Hey, hey, hey. GM: You can come back. Gabi: Arthur? GM: You come back then, you put Gregório inside the car, he's already fainted but you hear an “uhh”, he just says some random things, he’s dreaming, sleeping. A: I knew you were going to be fine. Guaxi: Then I just close the door, like this. J: I’m happy that he's fine, Arthur. A: Thank you for helping me bring him here. J: Uh, you’re welcome. (A: I think we better go back.) GM: So you, now, enter again, and see Cesar looking
at a picture frame that's on the bookcase, and... and Thiago and Liz are inside of the bathroom. Guaxi: I go to Cesar. Luba: Me too. Calango: When they arrive I say: Ce: Guys, you… sorry, did you leave him on the driver's seat? J: No, we put him in the back seats. Ce: Oh, I thought that if anything happened he could honk. A: I don’t think he will wake up anyways. (Ce: Oh, ok.) J: I think he'll stay unconscious for the next… J: Couple hours. (A: 40 years.) Ce: Everything went fine there, right? A: What are
you doing here? Ce: I was looking for some keys because we may need to open some doors without kicking them, but I ended up finding this photo here, look. A: Where is Thiago? Where's- Guaxi: Oh no, I want to see the picture first. Ce: I point to the picture of a man who, like, looks around 40, 50 years old maybe? GM: Yeah, you see him pointing to a black and white picture of a man in his 40s, 50s besides a woman a little younger than him, and a little kid between both. It’s a very old
picture. J: Do you think it’s Virgulino’s family? Ce: Yes I think, this is his house, right? Then maybe, probably- the probability of being him in that picture is very high. Ok, let’s find Thiago and Liz, they're still in the bathroom with that creature, and we don’t know if it’s really “dead”. A: I think it’s best for us not to stay far from each other. Ce: Yeah, let’s go. A: Let's go. Gabi: Okay. Calango: Wow, it was fast. L: Thiago. T: Hi. L: You had called me. T: Uh? Yes. L: And what were you gonna say,
dammit? T: If… our friend there, Gregório, in 2 days… in this short time, actually, already ended up like that, I think we can be 99.999999% sure Team Kelvin is already down the drain. L: I think… Gabi: [laughing] Sorry. L: Yeah... I think not only Team Kelvin. L: Actually, Team Kelvin (GM: Hand.) could be very useful for them because... (GM: Hand.) Gabi: Oh, sorry. L: Team Kelvin would... have a function. Team Kelvin would be useful. I see no reason for them to kill Team Kelvin. T: But… maybe in the time that has passed, I don’t see
why would they still be alive. Unless they betrayed the Ordo Veritatis and became esoterrorists. I think these are the only two options. Either now they're evil, or they got killed. GM: So you see, coming from behind you, the trio that was outside. L: Or this blood zombie here in this bathtub could be someone from Team Kelvin. T: Could be. L: Uh... hi, guys. Ce, J and A: Hey. T: Heey, bros! Calango: One thing. Can I see if the red blinking light was the ceiling light? GM: There's no ceiling light. J: It was his lighter. Rakin:
I’m on the toilet. (Ce: Oh. Yeah.) GM: He had a lighter in his hand, yes. Ce: Ok. Gabi: Uh, looking at the blood zombie, can I see something, like, in the zombie's body- GM: It’s completely transformed. It’s purely meat and teeth. Gabi: It’s completely dead, there’s no sign of… GM: 0 movement, and blood zombies are always try- You know, by your knowledge, if you were there and it was awake, it would be trying to catch you. Gabi: Okay. Gabi: But it doesn't have any state in which it stays inactive, right? Either it’s dead or it’s
a zombie. GM: You don’t know. A: Is this, Cesar? That- Gabi: Eh... Gabi: I take my little knife from my pocket, and I stick it hard in the skull of this blood zombie. GM: Roll the damage. What's the maximum damage of your knife? Gabi: My knife... (GM: Because it’s Extreme.) Gabi: The maximum damage is... a D4 + Dx, but I don’t have a Dx. GM: Ok, a D4, you stick your knife and pull it out; and it doesn’t move. You- [Slash] and take it back. J: What are you doing? L: I’m not sure how dead
is this thing. So… Gabi: I stab just one more time. L: I’m not sure how dead is this thing. So… Gabi: I stab just one more time. (Gabi: Just to be sure, I go for the eye.) GM: You see Liz, [Slash], and back. (J: Liz-senpai!) GM: She stabbed it twice. [Slash] Gabi: Then I take the knife and go to the sink, I want to clean my knife. GM: You go to the sink and you [Nhec] and nothing comes out. L: Holy shit. A: Oh my God. T: Nobody paid the bill of the abandoned house, dude!
L: Is there water in the bathtub? Or is just the creature? GM: There’s nothing in the bathtub, just the creature's blood. L: Shit. Even if there was dirty water. Ce: Liz, on the desk back there, it has a lot of old clothes in the drawers- A: Wipe it on this cloth here too. L: Wow, you're a genius, my darling. Oh- It can be right here actually, I'll just wipe on the cloth. GM: You wipe it on this cloth already full of blood, you... moderately clean your knife but it's still kind of stained. T: Gross, bro.
A: Already brand new. (L: Eh, okay.) L: I just won’t accidentally pierce anyone with this knife so nobody dies of tetanus. J: Guys, can we leave here? A: Let’s please leave, this bathroom smells worse than the whole house. T: Let’s go to the bookcase there before I forget it, bros, I was already forgetting the bookcase with the scratches on the floor. L: Oh, and what did you say, Cesar? About this… Gabi: I’m going to the bookcase. GM: Okay. Rakin: I’ll go with her. (Ce: There was...) GM: You see then, this picture of... (T: This one.)
this family, of a man and two women. Gabi: How's the physical appearance of the woman and the girl? GM: The picture has really low quality, you can’t even see their faces right, but you can see one of them is blonde, and the little girl is blonde too. Both women are blonde. Gabi: And the… old guy? He... GM: He has black hair, uh… and that's all, you can't see very well, he has no beard. You can't barely see anything. Rakin: While she’s there I'm already trying to push the bookcase, see? A: Wait, do you think the...
(A: ...bookcase is safe, Thiago?) GM: You go to the bookcase? GM: Do you go to the bookcase? Then roll a Strength test. Rakin: The bookcase... Okay. GM: Do you grab the bookcase, do you push it aside, push it back, what do you do? Rakin: I try to push it to the right, here. GM: Ok, you start to push, it’s a pretty rotten bookcase, but it's not that light, you feel it won’t be that easy. Rakin: Roll a Strength test? Guaxi: I’ll help too. (T: Hey Arthur, help me with this thing here, bro) GM: Ok, Strength
test please. A: I'll help, I'll help! GM: I need 2 Regulars or one Good. Guaxi: Ok. It’s Strength, right? Guaxi: Lord, if you exist, probe me. Rakin: I failed. Guaxi: I got 5, 005! GM: Extreme? Guaxi: Extreme. GM: You start to push, Thiago, and you see Arthur and [Creek] pull it to the right, like this. And when you push the bookshelf to the right, you see, revealed behind it, a hidden, wooden door. And it's- L: My god. (Calango: I go to there.) GM: Wait. Calm down, I'm- Guys! (L: Cesar, what are they doing there?) This
door is completely chained. It has at least 3 or 4 chains crossing the door with a big lock on front. T: Fuck, you're really strong, dude. A: Yeah, but it was you that found it. Guaxi: I do like this for him to highfive me. T: Fucking nice. GM: [Pa] L: Cesar, what are they doing there? GM: You look back and the sound [Creek] of the shelf being pushed and you see that he found some kind of door in the wall. A: Liz. (L: I’m going) T: We found the boss’ door. GM: When you do it;
push the shelf, and hear this noise from the door at your side, the left one, and you hear grunts and [TUM] something hit the door. Guaxi: I run and hug Joui. Rakin: I’m aiming at the door, and I retreat bit by bit, like… A: Joui Gabi: I’m aiming too. (J: I heard it too, Arthur-san) Calango: I’ll do that same scheme, I’ll go here, look. A: Joui, I heard it coming from the bathroom I guess. J: What? L: Thiago, do you think this is the entrance to the basement? T: I guess that based on these chains
and that diary we read they might be in there and this be the room they are doing those fucking insane experiments. That they’re doing… L: Ok, gather around, folks. Guaxi: I let go of Joui. GM: [TUM] [Roar] T: We gotta deal with those monsters there. L: My dudes, I think the best way for us to deal with this is the same way as the sanatorium. One room at a time, and we leave this big one to the end, if we kill everything that’s inside here, nothing can get in our backs. Do you agree? Ce: Yes.
T: I guess… I don’t know why... GM: [POW] The door breaks because it was made out of rotten wood, and you see [POW] falling onto you, a blood zombie together with the door. T: Aw man… Ce: Aw, bro… Rakin: I’m pissed off, I unload the gun on the monster’s head. GM: It falls in front of you. Gabi: I was aiming too. GM: And you see a little corridor that leads to a place back there which you can’t see well, and behind it there are another two. They are here, it looks like they're upstairs but they’re
down here. T: Fuck, what an ugly monster. A: Horrifying. GM: Sanity test everyone. Who took the max damage of blood zombies, which is 6, doesn’t need to. Calango: Damn, I took 9 already. Rakin: Damn! I rolled a 1. GM: Ok, you don’t take. Guaxi: The test needs to be below the sanity to succeed, right? GM: Yeah. Gabi: Below? I’m fine too. Luba: Guess it. GM: Did you fail? GM: But how much damage did you take from blood zombies, Luba? Joui. Luba: I’ve seen 30 blood zombies. GM: No, but how much damage did you take from
them on your sheet? Did you write it down? Luba: I didn’t take 6. GM: Paranormal encounter. Didn't you write it down? Luba: Ah, no, I did write it down. GM: Write down how much you took. Luba: Paranormal exposure, right? GM: Yeah. Luba: I got 5 in here. GM: 5, so you took one and you hit the ceiling, you don’t take anymore. You see these three creatures that were attracted by the sound of the shelf. [Roar]One fell and the other is shoring up and coming to you. Everyone roll Initiative, please, Dexterity, and I’ll mark it. Guaxi:
Extreme. Calango: I rolled a Regular. Gabi: Regular. Calango: Aw no, man. I was aiming at them. GM: Ok. First, who rolled Extreme? No one. Who rolled Good? Guaxi: I did. GM: Ok, Arthur is first, who rolled a Regular? Gabi: Me. GM: Ok, who has the highest Dexterity among you? Calango: I think I do. Rakin: Not me. Guaxi: I have 85 of Dexterity. GM: No. Who rolled Normal, tell me your Dexterity points. Calango: It’s Liz. Gabi: 75. GM: 75 then. Rakin: Holy shit. GM: Cesar? Calango: It’s Liz, me, Thiago. GM: Liz, Cesar, Thiago. Now, just Joui
failed? How much Dexterity do you have? Luba: 55. GM: Ok, let’s go. Arthur is first then. A: Ok, I got my gun in my hands, then I aimed and tried to shoot it. Ah, no. I’m behind the guys, there’s that. GM: You can shoot because no one is engaged in physical combat with them. Guaxi: Ok, I’ll try to shoot them. GM: Which one? Guaxi: This first one here. GM: The first that fell? Ok, shoot. Guaxi: Ok. It’s Fire Gun right? GM: Yeah. Guaxi: Ok, I got Regular. 56 and I got 73 in weapons. GM: You
may deal the damage. Guaxi: The Magnum’s damage is how much again, Luba? GM: You gotta write that down. Rakin: It’s a d10 plus a d6, wasn’t it? And 3. GM: It’s a d10 plus a d6 plus a 3 your Magnum, the others are a d4. Guaxi: Ok, mine was… damn! 8, 9, 10… 13. GM: 13? The monster falls on the ground, and when it’s fallen, you shoot it right in the head, in the cranium, and now there’s only two. T: Fuck… J: Arthur-san! L: Fuck... GM: And it’s already still where it fell. (L: OK, Arthur…)
GM: Liz… The shot is really loud and echoes throughout the whole house [PUM]. Now it’s Liz. Gabi: Do I have any advantage because I was aiming at the door since the bang? GM: No. You didn’t expect that. Gabi: I’ll shoot twice this round. GM: You can shoot twice, one penalty to each one. Gabi: Ok. Guaxi: I lost a bullet, right? GM: Right. Gabi: Ok, one shot I rolled a Good. GM: Ok. Gabi: It could have been an Extreme, but it's good because of the penalty, and… the second shot is Normal. GM: Ok, you hit both
shots. Gabi: Did I hit both? GM: Yeah, deal the damage of two Glock shots. Which one did you hit? Left or right? Gabi: I wAnaa hit the left one. GM: Ok, it’s the one who is behind then, he’s a bit behind the other one. Gabi: Ok. No, I wAnaa hit the closest one then. GM: It’s the right one that's coming. Gabi: Ok. And my damage is 2d10, right? GM: You can roll it. Gabi: 1d10 to each shot, 6 and 9. GM: 15. You shoot it on the shoulder and [Blam] it’s arm falls off and he
begins to come nearer, when it does that, you shoot it on the chest and [Blam], opens a hole and it falls on top of the other corpse. A: Damn. GM: And now there’s only one left. L: Nice. GM: Now it’s Cesar. Calango: I was aiming at the handrail, I wAnaa shoot the last one. GM: You can shoot. Calango: With advantage, right? GM: No. Calango: But I was aiming, bro. Gabi: Everyone begging for advantage GM: You didn’t have where to aim. You were just waiting before. Calango: Ah, I failed, man. GM: Ok, you… Guys, don’t forget
to take the bullet out when you shoot. Liz, you got 16. Guaxi: I took 1 out, I took 1 out. Gabi: Ah, ok, I need... GM: You shoot, Cesar, and you see your shot opening a hole on the wall, it passes straight by the zombie that keeps [Roar], and now it’s Thiago. Calango: I can move as a bonus action, can’t I? GM: It’s not a bonus action, you can move, Movement action and combat action. Calango: Ok, I just wanna get up the stairs a bit. GM: You go a little more up. [Tuc Tuc] GM: You
shoot, miss, and get up bit. Now it’s Thiago. Rakin: I’ll shoot the monster twice. GM: Bring it on, two shots with penalty. Rakin: Ok, with penalty, right? GM: Yeah, on both you got a penalty. Guaxi: Damn… Rakin: Damn, one was Extreme and the other Good. Rakin: Damn, I roll a 4 and a… GM: Damn dude. Rakin: And a 33. Guaxi: Damn, will you kill them through the wall? GM: Ok, so you hit both, you can deal the damage from both D-eagle shots. Gabi: Damn, he hit twice with a D-eagle. Damn, you shredded it dude. Rakin:
Damn, the first shot was 12 and the second one 9. 21, It’s Valorant, right? GM: When the monster is coming, it opens its mouth, and you [POW POW], you shot twice exactly at the same spot, and his mouth [Psh] goes flying back and there’s just his jaw now, and he begins to fall slowly. J: Yatta! A: Bro... J: Nice, team! A: Oh my God, that was amazing. Gabi: And Joui just in combat pose the whole round. Guaxi: I’m shaking a bit but I’m pumped up. J: Nice Arthur-san! Your first blood zombie! Ce: Fuck, this was
really cool. A: My first blood zombie… my first blood zombie! But it could be the last... J: We hope so. GM: Now you see this wood and bloody corridor more camly, you see that deep inside there’s a room, a bit more open, with a stair that goes down, but you can’t see well. L: A stair that goes down? GM: No, it’s just a few steps. A: At this door, right? GM: Yeah, this whole area, this part... Guaxi: Yes sir. GM: Do you see this elevated part? That part where the living room ends. A: Do you
wAnaa go there? L: I’m already dirty, I’ll go on top of the corpses. T: Bro... GM: You begin to get in. T: I wAnaa see if the corpses have anything that reminds of Team Kelvin. GM: You see that… L: There are three. GM: All these corpses are full of blood, all red, and you see what looks like human clothes, but it’s already under the skin, you can’t identify what it is. T: We're screwed, fam. A: Anything, Thiago? T: No, I don’t see anything, these corpses are rotten. GM: Everyone roll a Listen, please. Guaxi: Aw no,
here it comes. Gabi: Aw damnit. Guaxi: Bro, I think I’m deaf, not even joking. Calango: Failed. Gabi: Mine was Regular. Guaxi: I failed GM: Ok. You hear coming from inside this room [Roar] But it’s really quiet, and it comes from this part back here. T: Guys… Ce: From inside the chained up door? GM: No, from the chained up door you didn’t hear anything, it’s still. L: It’s this door we came from. L: The paper ball. GM: The chained up door is where the shelf is. L: Take the paper ball we threw at Gregório, someone, go
there. A: I’ll go. J: Are you serious, Liz-senpai? L: I’m serious, if it’s a zombie… (A: It’s to distract.) ... It reacts to a noise and we can bring it here without needing to get in. L: It’s smart. Rakin: I reload my gun while we’re at that idea. GM: Ok. Rakin: The little bullets. GM: You’ll change your entire loader, you’ll throw a loader away. GM: It’s not like video games. Rakin: I wAnaa keep the loader, that I spend to take the bullets out one by one. GM: Ok, so mark that one loader has five bullets.
Rakin: I know, it’s ok. L: Ok. Who is good at throwing here? A: Me! Let Joui. J: You may go, Arhur-san, it’s your first time, I’ll let you. A: Stop! You may throw. J: Ok, I’ll throw it then. L: Ok, throw this ball the deepest you can in the corridor, to… GM: Will you throw the ball? You may throw. J: I’ll throw… I rolled Good! GM: Good? Ok, you throw the ball, it almost gets to the end of the corridor, but it [Tuc Tuc] stops at a step. J: I'm sorry guys. It’s a paper ball,
not that heavy, there's wind, it just falls on the ground. J: Do you want me to throw a book? There’s a shelf besides here! L: It’s not a bad idea. T: I don’t wAnaa make noise… Although we just shot, huh? L: We just shot six times here! J: Please, don’t disagree! I don’t know what to do when you two disagree! T: Throw the book already. L: The book, go! J: Ok! Luba: I take the book and I’ll throw it. Luba: Good! GM: Good? Ok, You throw the book, with more ease, and your book passes, and
you see [Raw]... Passing side to side, a figure. Red. A: What? J: W-w-wait, back up a bit, back up a bit. Rakin: I’m aiming. GM: And you see that it took the book, you didn’t see where the book landed. J: Whatever this is, it’s much faster than a blood zombie. We need to be prepared for it. It passed by really quick! It took the book! L: Wait, it took the book? J: It took the book! Liz-senpai. L: It’s not a blood zombie, a humanoid zombie, or that electric monster GM: Roll a Finding, Joui. And who
was looking at… put yourselves at your spots, please. Where you are, exactly. Luba: I was where I threw it. Gabi: Can I see under the stairs here? GM: Joui, you… You saw that it was red. Calango: I’m still at the stairs. Gabi: Yeah. Rakin: I’m close. GM: Roll a Find to see if you can see exactly what it was. Luba: Mine was good. GM: It’s dark. Gabi: Damn, I failed. Rakin: Can I roll a Find too? Calango, Luba: Mine was Good! GM: It was definitely the same thing you saw at the sanatorium. A bestial zombie.
Calango: That differentiated blood zombie. GM: Quadruped, yeah, stronger. J: Guys, it was that bestial zombie, like the one in the sanatorium. J: The one that jumps. GM: You hear [Roars] coming from the room. Ce: The quadruped, yeah J; That one T: I’ve never seen that! A: Same! I don’t know what A: you’re talking about! L: You’ll not wAnaa see it, if we get in there, we’ll be at a disadvantage because of the space, it has to come out A: I got an idea! Don’t you wAnaa drag the shelf to the door’s front, because the door
fell off for us. We don’t get caught on our backs by this monster, I don’t know, while we scavenge this place? T: Let’s drag the sofa too! A: The sofa too! Gabi: Is this shelf stuck to the wall? Gabi: To mimic a door? GM: No, no. It was put there. GM: It’s just a shelf. Gabi: Ok. A: Do you wAnaa drag it in front of here? T: Let’s drag everything, bro! Ce: I think this monster can take that down. This shelf, if we detain him there, we won’t know what’s inside, I don’t know. A: You
don't… L: I agree with Cesar. I guess we need to to make the monster come out, not detain him in there. A: Ok. T: But how? Will we call it and say: “Come!”? Ce: Let’s throw some books, then we can make a reverse Hänsel und Gretel, we throw the book for him to come to us. L: I got a suggestion, but it’s disgusting. Rakin: Reverse Hänsel und Gretel it’s the bomb. L: These animals are after meat. They always come when they see a human or something like it. What if we cut off, I don't know,
the hand of this blood zombie and toss it in the corridor? A: But do they follow their own species’ meat, like this? L: I don’t know, perhaps… Ce: Perhaps, if it’s human meat... A: Yeah, but it’s rotten human meat. L: It doesn’t hurt to try, it’ll just be disgusting. GM: Little hands, Cesar, little Hands. T: Joui, cut off just a tiny finger. J: What? T: Just kidding! Calango: Ah, sorry! T: Just kidding Joui, just kidding. J: Don’t joke about Thiago-sensei. Gabi: I wAnaa take a pair of disposable gloves L: Someone has a sharp knife? I’ll
hold and someone… Cut off, with force, this. A: My switchblade is with Joui. Luba: Throw this hand here, look! Luba: Sorry, just a joke. J: Ok, er… A: My switchblade is with Joui, you can take it, I don't know if... L: C’mon! C’mon! J: Ok, take it. Let me cut it off. GM: Ok, you cut it off, then, and you see that it’s really easy, it’s a soft meat to cut, there’s no bones [Squish sound], and you have a hand now, really pointy. A: Do ya need a hand? J: Do you want me to throw
it closer? L: Have fun. Calango: I’m aiming, wait. I wanna put my hand not top of the handrail and stay aiming to where he’ll toss the.. Rakin: I’m aiming too. Luba: Wait, let me position myself here. Calango: When he throws it. I’m aiming. Luba: I’ll position myself like this. GM: Exact formation, please. Rakin: I’ll stay with lil’C here. Gabi: I cut the hand off, and I... GM: Ok. Joui, are you looking back? Luba: Yeah, I’m preparing, like, I’ll throw it kinda by my side, y’know? GM: Ok, when you turn, you see coming, behind Arthur, a
guy wearing a jacket, bald, with a knife. Arthur was moving to the side, and you see him coming to attack, with a big knife. Rakin: I aim at him! GM: It’s one of the Hounded that was at the bar that time, the beefy that was stabbed Luba: Only I saw it, only I saw it. GM: So, yeah. He’s getting there with a knife, trying to sneak in, to stab Arthur. He’s bandaged. J: Arthur, duck! GM: He attacks. Arthur, roll a Dodge. Because you were warned. Guaxi: O Lord, thou hast searched me, and known me… 7!
Yes, 007, like the spy! GM: When Joui warns you, you duck and [Slash]. You see a machete passing above you. Hounded: Bastard! GM: and now you look back, and that other guy that was at the bar, is back there, holding a gun aiming at you, like… Rakin: I pull my gun to give a HS. GM: He’s here at the door. Your initiative will be the same, but I’ll roll for them, just so we don't have to do it everytime Calango: Aw man… We’re screwed. GM: It was a surprise, he’ll go first. GM: You dodged the
machete, and he'll try to shoot Liz, that’s at a straight line from him. Rakin: Holy fuck. GM: Ah… he hits you. Luba: … God… GM: Liz, you take… 2 points of damage. The shot hits your shoulder [POW], it’s not from a strong gun. Hounded: Bastards! What are you doing here? (L: My shoulder again! Every fucking time!) Gabi: It’s the second fucking time, I already had a hole here! Fuck! GM: Now it’s… Arthur. Guaxi: Ok, the guy is in front of me, he just attacked. GM: Yeah, you dodged, he got his back turned to you, and
you turn to him. Guaxi: Ok, I wanna punch him on the mouth. GM: You can attack. Guaxi: Ok. I got my gun in my hands- GM: They're both bald, they're both wearing bandages from the fight you had with them the other day at the bar, but but this in front of you got many more bandages, mainly on the neck. Guaxi: The punch I wanna cast is what? Is it Strength, or… GM: It’s Fight, it’s Fight. Yeah. Guaxi: Fight… Damn, I rolled Good, 21. GM: You can deal the damage. Guaxi: The damage is… 1D3. Guaxi: I
rolled… 2. GM: 2 of damage or 2 on the dice? Guaxi: 2 on the dice. GM: Ok, so you dealt 1 of damage. GM: He was a bit hurt, he was still recovering from the battle, but you punch him and he looks at you like; Hounded: Motherfucker! Bastard Scoundrel! GM: Now it’s… GM: Liz. Gabi: My shot wound, did it pass through? GM: Yes, yes. It wasn’t too serious. Gabi: Did it hit the upper part? GM: Yeah. Gabi: So I was with my gun in my hands, I unbalanced a bit because of the shot, but wAnaa
shoot the door guy twice. GM: What’s the D-Eagle distance, please? Gabi: I have a Glock. GM: Ok, what’s the Glock’s distance? Gabi: The distance is 15 meters. GM: Perfect, exactly the distance you’re from him. Gabi: Penalty, right? When it’s 2 shots, two penalty dice. Rakin: Oh, fuck. Gabi: Ok, Regular, first. Damn, I rolled an… was it Extreme? GM: Ok, so you rolled… Gabi: No, I rolled a Good and a Regular. GM: You hit him once. Damage. Gabi: 2D10? GM: Yeah. Gabi: An 8, and… another 8. GM: You hit his forehead, he fell dead on the
ground, and his friend didn’t even see. You just… He shot you, he hit your shoulder, you shot back, and he fell straight at the door. Rakin: Fuck… Diabolical. GM: Now it’s… Cesar. A: Cesar! Calango: There’s this guy left, I’ll shoot him, I’ll shoot him. GM: Ok. Calango: Please, God… A: Don’t kill me! Calango: Damn, it was Regular. GM: You can deal the damage. Luba: It was just a normal shot… Calango: I thought I rolled a Good, it was barely. 1d10, d6 plus 3. It was 6… 9 of damage. GM: 9? You hit right on his
shoulder, the bullet gets in his shoulder Hounded: Ah! Son of a bitch! GM: But he’s still standing. Calango: Mingebag, man. GM: Er… Now it’s Thiago. Rakin: I wAnaa yell! Not yell, but speak. T: Hold this bastard! We gotta interrogate him! GM: Ok, you… Rakin: I wanna run to him and hold him. GM: So you pass behind Cesar. You can move yourself to see where you get. If you want, you can go to him. Rakin: [Tuc tuc] I got here. GM: Ok, Joui hears coming from his back [Heavy steps] and behind him arises that red bestial
creature, and it jumps onto Joui, and attacks him. Luba: But wait, I’m kinda hidden here! GM: Yes, but you were the first it saw. It arrived up and jumped onto the first thing it saw, that was you, just in front of him, and he tried to bite you. Luba: Ah, he made a face… Cellbit made a bad face. GM: You can try to Dodge. Gabi: The Master’s face! Luba: I wAnaa try to Dodge… No, wait! Can’t I fight back? GM: Or Dodge. If you fight back and roll the same as it, it wins, if you
Dodge and roll the same as it, it loses. Luba: No, I wanna Counter-Attack because I got a higher value in Counter-Attack. Guaxi: Joui, we all believe in you, buddy. Luba: 99. Rakin: You’re lying! Gabi: Damn! GM: It falls on top of you, and bites right on the same spot that the spiders did, that you just fixed, it bites a big chunk off. GM: And you take… 8 of damage. Gabi: Damn! Luba: EIGHT?! Guaxi: That’s not possible! Rakin: Joui was fucked by the monster! Gabi: How much HP did you have? GM: You got a major wound
because you just lost more than half your HP in just one hit. Rakin: Fuck… Gabi: Ok… Rakin: Fuck! GM: You just see that creature biting and a chunk of Joui flying, blood splashing on on that chained door. And… Now it’s Joui. Guaxi: Yeah, it’s in your hands. GM: I rolled a 1, I didn’t have a choice! Gabi: Fuck, you rolled a 1?! GM: I rolled a 1. Luba: I wanna kick it! I didn’t fall, right? GM: Attack, attack. Luba: Strength or Attack? GM: Attack, Fighting. Or Strength, if you wanna do a maneuver to get it
off you, it’s Strength. Luba: But what do I gotta do, yeah… GM: Ok, you can try to take it off but I consider the highest, Strength or Fight, to you? Luba: Strength. GM: So roll Strength. Guaxi: Bro, that’s intense, I’m angry. Rakin: Bro… Luba: I failed. Rakin: Oh my god, Joui... GM: You try to take it away from above you and it tries to bite you once again but it can’t. You’re just holding it on top of you. Now it’s the knife guy, that will try to hold Arthur that is running to him now… Sorry,
Thiago, and he’ll try to stab him. With the machete. You can Counter-Attack or Dodge. Rakin: What’s the Counter-Attack and the Dodge values again? GM: It’s written there, the Counter-Attack or Dodge. It’s Fight or Dodge, you choose what you want Rakin: Unless it’s a 1, I’m done. GM: Don’t you have Fight? Rakin: Fight? Let me see if I have. Gabi: It’s Fight. Rakin: Fight? GM: Dodge is half your Dexterity and Fight Rakin: No, I got 25 of Fight. I’ll Dodge anyway! I got 25 in Fight and 25 is half my Dexterity, so... Gabi: Damn! Rakin: Bro,
I rolled a 22. GM: So he tries to stab you, and you “Oops!” and jump to the side, and his machete misses you, and now it’s Arthur. Guaxi: Ok, I’m beside him, I’m with my gun. GM: Ah, no, it’s… No, it’s Arthur, Cesar is after Liz. Guaxi: I… Calango: I didn’t do anything yet. GM: Yes, you did. You shot and got up the stairs. Guaxi: When I see the blood I get scared, I don’t care about this guy besides me and I turn with my Magnum and I aim at the bestial zombie there. GM: Are
you aiming or will you shoot? Guaxi: Shoot. GM: Ok, but you got a penalty because it’s with Joui. Guaxi: Okay. Luba: Don’t miss! Guaqxi: Okay. How does penalty work? I roll twice… Gabi: Roll twice and take the worst value. GM: Roll twice and take the worst value. Guaxi: Ok. 25! GM: Ok. Guaxi: Good, and 17! GM: Nice, you can deal the damage. Guaxi: Ok, er… GM: It’s the Magnum’s damage. It’s 1d10, 1d6 plus 2. Guaxi: Ok. 7… 13, again, and plus 2, 15 then. GM: 15? You shot right on it’s shoulder, the monster’s arm falls
off… you displace the monster’s arm that falls onto the ground, it just has one arm now, and t gets kinda crooked, but it’s holding on, it’s still alive. It’s holding on but he’s really fucked. You ripped one of its arms off. Now it’s… Liz. Gabi: Ok, I wanna turn to the blood zombie too and… Damn, I got a penalty dice on both shots… with Joui now, or don’t I? GM: You already got a penalty, and now with Joui if you wanna shoot twice it’ll be two penalties for each shot. Gabi: Let me see how much
I got. 86? GM: But as you’re really close, literally beside it, you got an advantage for being literally… Gabi: Point blank. GM: Point blank. you gain an advantage, loose a penalty, that evens it, plus one penalty because of Joui, no, sorry. You’re even, so it’s normal. The attack is normal, you can shoot twice and have the normal penalty. Gabi: The monster is really fucked, right? GM: Really fucked. Gabi: Ok, I don’t think it’ll need two damage dice, I’ll just roll once. As I’m point blank, I’ll try to put it the nearest from its head I
can. Guaxi: Go, Liz. Show your power. Gabi: I rolled a really good, no, not really good, I didn’t roll an Extreme, it was Good. And 1d10 of damage. I dealt… 8 of damage. GM: You lean your gun at it’s head, you pull the trigger and it has already fallen like this kinda, at Joui’s head. You shoot it gets in the monster and exits by it's it’s back, the shot, and it falls kinda softly, dead on top of Joui, that is bruised because of the zombie. Now it’s Cesar’s turn Calango: Forget it. For me to get
my gun and take my pepper spray is a round right? GM: It’s an action, yes. Calango: Aw man… Ok, I’ll do that then. GM: You do that and you can still move. Calango: No, I’ll stay put. GM: Perfect. Now it's... Thiago. Rakin: Bro.. what now… should I hold this fucker, man? I think I would have been pissed off, Thiago in that situation would have been pissed off with the stabbing, he'd just dodge, put his hand on the sucker's head and blow it up, bruh. Guaxi: [laughs] Rakin: It’s gonna be blowing him up. GM: Ok, ok,
you have advantage. (Rakin: I'll get Extreme on the dice.) GM: You have an advantage because you’re hand to hand. Rakin: It’s going to be a big shot, bro. Guaxi: Blow it up, Big T! Rakin: I dodge, take the gun, put it to his head and say T: Fuck you. Rakin: And I pull the trigger. GM: Roll the dice with advantage. (Guaxi: "Fuck you!" [laughing]) Rakin: Ok, I got an 8 in a dice. But this one is the best. (GM: Ok.) (Guaxi: He'll take the guy...) GM: Extreme? Is this Extreme? (... and the guy will take
a door.) Rakin: Extreme success. GM: Ok. How do you want to kill him? Rakin: Ah... Gabi: Damn, Thiago! Rakin: Blow up his head, dude. I’m short-fused today. GM: He- You see he goes "motherfucker!" When he says the "-er", you stick the gun inside his mouth and shoot. [POW] You just explode his head, brains fly everywhere, he [POOF] sinks and falls. Guaxi: While this happens I run and try to help Joui take that thing off of him. A: Joui! Gabi: I’ll run to Joui too, I get my backpack and get the first aid kit. Guaxi: Ok,
I put his head over me, like, holding him. I mean, fallen over me. A: Liz, dude, look at this, oh my God! L: Arthur, Arthur, stop the bleeding from his neck, now! Gabi: I take off my coat and throw it on his neck. L: Keep holding, keep holding. A: I'm holding. (Gabi: I get my things-) Rakin: I'll help Joui. Gabi: Can I use Medicine or it has to be First Aid? GM: It’s not First Aid because he’s not dying. It has to be Medicine if you want to. Gabi: Ok. GM: Do you start doing Medicine?
Gabi: I want to do Medicine, but I want to do it in a hurry. L: Hey, Arthur. A: Hey. L: WAnaa give me that help again? A: I can... can you hold here, Cesar? Ce: Alright, alright. Calango: I run down the stairs. Guaxi: I take off my coat like this… (J: Thiago...) ...No, I don't, I don't, I don't. T: Everything's gonna be ok, my dear, it's going to be ok. Relax, breathe, it’s okay. (L: Joui?) GM: You start to tend to Joui's wounds... J: Pay attention to the door, from where he came. GM: When you
say that, you see Gregório being held by two guys, and a bald guy with a shotgun pointed to his head. And it’s here where we're going to pause. (Players: WHAT? FUCK) GM: We'll come back in like five minutes... (Rakin: It’s like Dragon Ball!) GM: ...to see what else is going to happen. Rakin: It’s Dragon Ball, AGH! GM: There's this guy, this guy and this guy. Oh wait, wow what happened! Where's the- Oh, it’s here. These 3 guys are here holding Gregório, and the little bald one with the tattoo is pointing the shotgun to Gregório’s head.
Gabi: Jesus. Ok, it’s... break? 'Cause... GM: We’re going to get a five minutes break, get some water, pee in the bathroom, this guy is dead on the floor. (Gabi: Wow, I'm nervous!) GM: And we’ll be... (Guaxi: Jesus Christ!) GM: ...right back! Luba: Chat, it was a pleasure, it was a pleasure- Guaxi: My uncle, dude! GM: And we're back, we're back. Thank you so much, this week was amazing in fanarts. They nailed it, Jesus Christ! There were such amazing arts here. Thank you for all the effort and affection you guys show this project, this is what
motivates us the most to keep doing it, it's so nice to see the love for this, and how much you like this as much as we do. It's really cool, thank you so much, really! Luba: Wow, dude, I spend more time than I should going through this hashtag. Calango: Wow, me too. Guaxi: A lot! GM: Reminder that if you want to send your art, just post it in your account, on #OSegredoNaFloresta, we're always looking through the hashtag, post your memes, chat with everyone, everybody's chatting there. But now, there’s a guy with a gun to Gregório’s
head, and this guy, Arthur, you recognize him... It's Rodolfo. (Guaxi: Rodolfo!) (Guaxi: I knew it.) GM: The leader of the Hounded. And he's looking at you in disgust. By his side, there are these two big guys, (Gabi: A question, GM-) and they all have that same stamp of that ghostly skull. You killed the two Hounded that you met at the bar. And now you see him angry. Rodolfo: Who are you? GM: And he looks at Arthur, like this. Rodolfo: Oh, little piece of shit! A: Let him go! Rodolfo: What are you doing here? Gabi: Master,
a question. Can we see… can everybody see that scene outside? Of the Hounded pointing the gun at… GM: They are at the door. (Gabi: At the door?) GM: They're inside, like… You looked back, I mean, you were in the middle of the fight, you went to help Joe, you looked back, and saw this scene. Just kinda the silhouettes against the light, from outside. A little fat bald guy with a snake tattoo on the side of his face pointing a shotgun, at Gregório’s head, who's still a bit unconscious, and the other 2 henchmen holding him. Rodolfo:
Who are you? Arthur, what are you doing here? A: Guys, this is Rodolfo... Guaxi: I’m just holding the gun, like- actually, I’m holding Joui, right? Fuck. GM: You're all here with Joui. (Gabi: I turn- wait-) L: Arthur, Arthur... Guys.. Gabi: Everyone here around me, I'm talking to those who can hear me. L: Guys, uh... go help Gregório and I stay here with Joui. J: No, Liz-Senpai, they don’t know that I’m alive. The creature's over me. Nobody took the creature off of me, it's over me, they don’t know I’m here. L: Ok, shhh! Gabi: I put
my hand over Joui’s mouth, I get my coat that’s over there, I, like, wrap it around Joui’s neck, and... L: Shhh! Guaxi: I heard Joui saying that too, right? GM: You’re around him, but you're watching the scene at the door, and he's screaming at you. Guaxi: Ok. A: Leave him alone, Rodolfo! Our friend just died here! Rodolfo: It was you who came after us. A: Ok, let’s take it easy- Rodolfo: You all, drop the guns, or uncle Gregório here is gone, Arthur. [evil laugh] GM: You see that Rodolfo starts to laugh, and his henchmen all
go [evil laughter] Rodolfo: This is being more fun than we expected, huh? I think we'll have fun making them fight. (Rakin: I put my gun away.) (T: Hey, dude-) Rodolfo: Drop your guns now! Calango: I put my gun away. GM: You can uncheck. Gabi: I’m still down, over Joui’s body. I want to get my Glock that was already near and leave it on the ground, as if I had dropped my weapon, but I want- (GM: Ok, so you...) Gabi: But I want to get my Deagle that’s in the holster here on the other side, (...
like, hidden.) GM: Stealth, please. Guaxi: I get my Magnum and then put it down next to Joui's hand. And I say: A: Our friend just died, Rodolfo, calm down. Rodolfo: And you’ll be the next if you don't drop those guns now! A: I just put it down, I just put it down. Gabi: I got a Regular on Stealth. Rodolfo: Hey little girl, drop this shit! L: It’s here, the Glock, on the floor! Rodolfo: The other one! Gabi: Alright, I take my hand off. GM: The big one, with the face tattoo, is saying that to you.
Rodolfo: Go get those guns from them. GM: So you see this guy, who has a little pistol pointed at you, he walks towards you. He starts to go between you and get them. He takes Arthur’s gun. He takes the Glock and the other one you just dropped on the floor. Luba: I'm pretending I'm dead, ok? GM: Ok. He looks at you. [Spits] Spits over all the creatures' corpses. He takes Cesar’s. Thiago? He comes at you, do you still have the gun in your hand? Rakin: Yeah. But it’s kinda loose. GM: He comes brutally, he looks
at you in disgust, and pulls the gun from your hand. Do you wanna do something? (Rakin: Nah.) GM: He pulls the gun from you- Gabi: Does he have his back to me? GM: Yes. Gabi: Is he close to me? GM: The other two start to walk in your direction, with Gregório. He doesn’t take the gun off of Gregório's head, the other one's dragging him while he has the shotgun stuck to his head. Gabi: I want to use my Taser on the guy that’s on my side. GM: Do you pull out your Taser? Gabi: Uhum. Rakin:
Yikes, Gregório's going down. Calango: Yeah. GM: Just as you make this sudden movement... you hear a click. [BOOM] Gregório’s head blows up in front of you, he falls flat and the other guy shoots at you. Arthur, Sanity. Everyone, Sanity, actually. Gabi: Sorry!!!!!!!! Guaxi: Oh my... Calango: I passed. Guaxi: I failed. Gabi: I failed too. GM: Arthur, you lose 7 points of Sanity, and Liz, you lose... 4 Sanity points. Arthur, you just saw one more member of your entire life, have his brains blown up in front of you. And just as he blows up his head,
he turns to you all. Rodolfo: You’re gonna regret this! GM: And the other two start to shoot. The guy who was taking the guns throws them far away, across the room. Calango: So... Can't I make a Dexterity check to see if I can get them? GM: Ahn... not from where you are. Maybe Thiago can make a Dexterity check to see if he can pull the gun back, because Liz got the Taser while he had his back to him. Rakin: Don’t I have another one? GM: Yes, but you can try to get yours back. He was
getting yours then this happened. Rakin: Oh, I’ll try. GM: Give me a Dexterity test. Rakin: Ok, I need to pass here, and go... ...I failed, man, I’m not that fast. GM: You failed? (Gabi: Ok, the...) Rakin: I failed. GM: He pulls it along, in the same pulling movement he just throws them all aside, all of them fall where these papers here are, below the stairs. And the other guy shoots at Liz, but Liz can make her action with the Taser first. Gabi: Ok, which one shoots at me? GM: The one back here, the other one
was getting the guns. Gabi: Let me see my Taser's range, because a Taser dart is five meters. I’ll try to use the Taser on the tattooed guy that’s close to me. GM: You can shoot. Gabi: I got... I got Extreme. GM: Ok, uh... Gabi: No damage. Oh, it gives a d3 of damage only. GM: You deal him a d3 of damage then. And he [BZZZT] and falls flat on the floor. Gabi: 3 of damage. GM: I’m gonna be nice, as you got Extreme, I’ll say while he was taking it off of you, he was almost
throwing the guns, you shot the Taser and [BZZZT] the guns all fall kind of where this guy's body is. Guaxi: Right. GM: So they're like in front of Thiago. Calango: And this guy had his gun? Just to… GM: He had a gun, yes, but he put it away to get the guns from you. Calango: But can we see it? Like… GM: It's in his holster, in his waist. And now it's the guy who shot Liz... Uh… Liz, do you want to… No, there ain't anything to do, holy shit! You got bad luck. He… WOW! Ok,
he hit you hard, and you took 6 of damage, you got shot in the ribs. Guaxi: Ouch... Gabi: Delicious. Rakin: Our Father, who art in heaven... Guaxi: Protect us here. Rakin: Ow, man… Gabi: I paid for my sins. GM: And now, following the order that was before, it was the Hounded, their turn was blowing Gregório’s head, now it’s Arthur. Guaxi: Ok, can I… Calango: Wasn’t it me after Liz? GM: No. It’s Hounded, Arthur, Liz, Cesar, Thiago, zombies and Joui. Guaxi: Yeah, it was her action. GM: No, but she shot in a surprise and the combat
started after. It wasn’t in combat. (Calango: Oh ok, I get it.) GM: Now it was the Hounded, who shot, now it’s Arthur. Guaxi: Right, I have some shurikens, do you remember, Master? GM: You can get your shurikens. Guaxi: Can I get them? GM: You open your coat and there are the shurikens inside your coat, of easy access. Guaxi: But is it one action to get them, or… GM: One action to get them. (Guaxi: Or can I get and throw them?) Oh, no, so I’ll get my gun. Fuck the shuriken. Rakin: Holy shit, the guy is
bearded Naruto. Guaxi: I'm so good, dude, my Throw is 40, 40 no, 50. GM: You see the Hounded [BZZZT] (Guaxi: I'm gonna get my Glock.) and falling flat on the ground, in front of the other. And [BZZZT] and the guns are all in front of him. Guaxi: Right, if I go get my gun on the floor, it’s one action. GM: It’s one action to get the gun. Guaxi: Uh... Ok, so I’ll get my Magnum on the floor. GM: You get your Magnum on the floor, and do you want… Ok, this was your action, you can
put yourself here. You can get a lot at once and try to throw them- No, I won't give you ideas, you do you. (Guaxi: Ok, I want to…) GM: Next- no, you already did. It's Liz GM: Liz? Gabi: I’m fucked. Ok, I... GM: You have the Taser in hand and you're electrocuting the guy, there's that wire that connects to him. Gabi: I keep electrocuting the guy, and I want to rip off a piece of my shirt, and I want to press it in the place I got shot. GM: Ok, you start to do that. The
next is Cesar. Calango: Uh... Yikes. Can I…? No, I'll... All the guns are here, right? GM: All guns are… no, under- where Arthur is. Calango: Can I… getting the gun is one action, right? GM: Yes. Calango: Ok, no, I’ll run here behind the stairs, can I? (Calango: No, wait, bullshit-) GM: You can. Calango: I'll go straight to get here. GM: Ok. Arthur gets his gun, you go under him and get yours… Or which one? There are all the guns, you can take whichever you want. Calango: I get mine. GM: Ok, you get your gun. Calango:
The first Deagle I see, just like mine GM: After you is Thiago. Rakin:Man, it's me. Dude... Let me see the situation, analyze the quadratic hypotenuse here. Oh, I’m going to get mine back, that’s on the floor, right? Or is it faster to get mine that’s… GM: You’ll have to go around, because… No, you can sneak through the banister and get the thing if you come here to the side. Rakin: Which would be faster? Or there's no difference. I get my hidden gun or get… GM: Definitely your hidden gun. Rakin: But does this change something? GM:
It depends on what you wAnaa do, it’s on you. Rakin: I want to get the gun and shoot, then. GM: You can get and shoot, I let you get it and shoot with a disadvantage if you want to. Rakin: Ah, it will be with the disadvantage then. GM: Ok. Who are you going to shoot? Rakin: If I shoot twice I'll have two disadvantages? GM: Two disadvantages in each one, yes. Rakin: Hell, no then. Ok. (GM: Who are you gonna shoot?) Rakin: Ok, disadvantage, I’m gonna shoot. Rakin: I’m going on who's closer to me, point-blank. GM:
Oh ok, the one who’s still. So you lose the disadvantage. (Rakin: So can I shoot twice with-) Because he's on the floor still. Rakin: so I'll only have one disadvantage, so it's two shots with a disadvantage, so it's just two disadvantages for... a shot? GM: Yeah. No, you lose one disadvantage, so… Rakin: No, wait- GM: No, I- GM: Ok then, fine, fine. I let you shoot twice with one disadvantage each, because he’s laying still on the floor. (Rakin: Nice, dude.) GM: Which gun did you get? Rakin: My Deagle. I have another one, I have two
Deagles. GM: You have two Deagles, ok. Rakin: I have two. Ok. Ok. Regular success in the first shot... And... Wow, I got 1 in one of them, but unfortunately, right, it didn't work... Fifty... Right, I got both shots right. GM: You can roll damage for both. (Rakin: 58 out of 60.) He already was pretty injured ‘cause he already had been shot in his shoulder. No, this was another one, sorry, this was another one, who's dead by the way. (Rakin: Isn't this one?) GM: No, that's a new guy, I got confused. Rakin: Dude, if he's still
alive after two shots of this, then we're fucked up, The guy is made of iron. Hmm... 9. GM: Right. Rakin: And... 11. 20 of damage. GM: [POW POW] (Guaxi: Holy Mary.) You just see your bullet going in and he [POOF] still, on the floor. And the blood flowing underneath him, he’s still, and he's [BZZZT] still kind of being eletrocuted. But he... doesn’t move anymore. And now... Guaxi: So Thiago is closer to this guy here? GM: Uh... Guaxi: Oh, fuck it, stay there in the back. GM: After Thiago is Joui. Luba: Ok, help me understand something
here, I fell when the creature knocked me down, right? Obviously, I fell here, and (GM: Yeah. You're there.) the creature's over me like this? (GM: Over you, exactly.) Luba: So I can see these guys here, uhn? GM: Yes, you can, you see them. Luba: How soft is this creature’s meat? GM: Really soft, like, uh… Think of meat you buy at the butcher’s and you can stick your finger in it, like, it's actual meat, raw meat. Luba: Ok, like ground meat? GM: Not ground, not that soft. Luba: Right, right, ok. Can I, I mean, while all
of this is happening, I have a gun with me. I keep a Magnum here. (GM: Uhum, yes.) Luba: While all of this is happening, can my move be getting this Magnum... GM: And shove it inside it? Luba: Push through it and aim at the guys? (GM: Strength check.) GM: Give me a Strength check, and if you pass I let you aim through the creature. Rakin: Wild. Luba: Yes. It was a Regular. GM: You, then, start to shove- Your gun- you get your gun and start to shove it inside the creature, and you feel it getting
to the other side, and it's going through it, inside it. Luba: Ok. Stealthy, right? Nobody can see me on this side here, on the right side. GM: Uh... Probably not in the middle of this craziness. You can't know. And now... it's them. The guy who shot Liz, he’ll try to shoot her again. Guaxi: Oh my God. Rakin: Miss, daddy, miss! GM: He shoots and [BLAM] misses (Gabi: Can I try to Dodge?) and [BLAM] you see it hitting the wall behind you. Guaxi: Bro, each shot's less one heart. Calango: Each shot's a heart attack, dude. GM:
And you see the short one with the shotgun. He does [CLICK] and aims at the group of gun-wielding people and shoots. Rakin: At the group? You gotta be kidding. Guaxi: We’re fucked up. GM: Roll a Dodge, everybody. Guaxi: You’re talking to Rock Lee here. Calango: Now's the time I get it- Gabi: Me too, or nah? Luba: Not me, right? GM: No. Rakin: I failed. Luba: It’s just the people in there. Calango: I failed too. Guaxi: 32. I have 72 in Dodge, God is the fucking best, I got good. GM: You all get scared... [POW] And
in this rush he aimed a bit lower, all the shots fall in front of the guy's body and don't hit any of you. He goes "Shit!" and starts to put more bullets in his gun. Rakin: Shit's crazy. GM: And now it’s Arthur’s turn. Guaxi: I want to aim my Magnum at this one's head here. GM: Ok. Guaxi: Or this- Yeah, this one here first. Because he shot Liz and I got angry. Wait, I mean. This one shot Gregório, right? It was Rodolfo who shot Gregório. GM: He just blew up Gregório’s head. Guaxi: Ok, so I
want to hit Rodolfo’s belly, I don’t know. GM: Right. Guaxi: I’ll roll here. Guaxi: 004. God is the fucking best! Yep. GM: Extreme? GM: What's the maximum damage of your gun? Guaxi: The maximum damage? I’m with the Magnum, it’s a… d10 plus a d6. GM: You... You... You don't... (Luba: It’s 8, it’s 18.) GM: You said you didn't want to shoot to kill right? Or you did? Guaxi: I want to shoot to kill. GM: You want to kill him? Where? Where are you aiming at? Guaxi: At his chest, his chest. GM: His chest? So you
aim at Rodolfo, you shoot, your shot hit him right in his chest and [BLAM] [BLEUURGF] He vomits a shitton of blood and falls flat on the ground. [groaning sound] You hear him groaning. (Calango: Ah, bro...) GM: Beside him... GM: The guy beside him goes "Rodolfo!" And now it's... Liz. Gabi: Ok, I’m really fucked. GM: And he drops his gun [WAM] and is throwing up on the floor. Gabi: I want to crawl here behind the creatures and stay kind of inside this door, like push the door a bit aside and stay behind it, and... Can I
apply First Aid in myself or something like that? GM: No. Gabi: Ok, so, I just want to lean behind the door, and start tying something to stop the bleeding. And get my Flare Gun, which is the only thing I have. GM: Ok. Uh... Gabi: There ain't nothing else left. GM: Cesar, it’s you. Calango: Uh, just for context, this guy's on the floor. GM: Yes. Calango: This one's got the Shotgun? GM: He's got the little pistol. No, the guy with the Shotgun just dropped it. It's the one with the tattoo. The leader. Calango: Well… ok, I’ll
shoot at the guy with the pistol then. GM: Shoot. Calango: Can I shoot twice? GM: You can shoot twice, with a penalty in each one. Calango: Oh no, I’ll shoot once then. Just one is without penalty, right? GM: Ok, yeah. Calango: It was Good. GM: Damage? (Calango: I thought it was Extreme...) GM: What gun are you using, please? Calango: A Deagle. Sorry, I forgot to check. (GM: Check it there.) Guaxi: Did I check it too? I forgot. I did. Calango: It was... 4... 7 of damage. (GM: You didn't.) GM: 7 of damage? You hit his
arm, he was looking to the side “Rodolfo!" [shot sound] you hit his arm and take out a lot of meat, but he's still standing. Now is Thiago. He’s really scared like “Ahh!” Rakin: Right. I just noticed now that Liz got shot too, I went there to help her and Cesar, fuck the guy. Thiago wouldn't think about the guys and would just help Liz. GM: Ok, so you went after them. Now it's Joui. You were aiming, you have an dice of advantage to shoot. You were aiming at the guy on the right, the bald one, right?
Wait, both are bald. Luba: Yeah, this one here. The non-tattooed one. He dropped the Shotgun, you said? GM: No, the guy who dropped the Shotgun was the one that was holding it, he was the leader. He’s with his gun, scared, looking to the side. Luba: So, this one I want to shoot at his head. GM: You can shoot. Luba: With an advantage because I was aimed? GM: Yes. Luba: Ok, wait, let me see here the numbers. Holy shit, I failed. GM: You failed? Luba: I failed. I can shoot twice… I can shoot up to 3
times! GM: You already did it. GM: Now is the guy who got shot. He goes “Ahh!” and just turns and “Rodolfo, no!” and runs outside through the door. (Calango: Opportunity attack!) Guaxi: He runs away, I can't do anything? GM: And he ran out. There’s no opportunity attack, he’s too far from you. Calango: Cesar’s opportunity attack. GM: He starts to run- (Guaxi: I start to run-) GM: and he turns the door and [TAP TAP] you see him running out. Guaxi: Right, I'll go here... I go to Rodolfo and start to punch him in the face. GM:
You see- he's laying on the ground, (Calango: I'll go after the guy.) he's like [groaning in pain] A: You son of a bitch, you asshole! Guaxi: [PAW] I start to punch his face. (L: I’m at the door.) GM: Roll Fight, to see the damage. Guaxi: Ok. Calango: Will you kill him? Luba: He’s face down, and you're punching his head? Guaxi: No, I pull him up. GM: Ok, you pull him up, ok. Guaxi: 16 in... that, and I have of Fighting... Let me see... 65. GM: Ok, you start to beat him, roll a d3 of damage
please. Calango: He’ll kill that guy. Guaxi: 2. GM: Ok, you start to [POW] smash his face, and he [groans in pain], and you [POW], and you punch him, you punch him non-stop, and you see his skull sinking, (Guaxi: And I'm crying.) GM: And his eye jumps out, just like Gregório’s had, and [punches] you keep on punching and punching and you don't stop, until you look ahead and there isn't anything in his face anymore, it's just a hole. Guaxi: So I just start... I see the hole and I... [crying] I fall to the floor, next to
Gregório's body and start to cry. Cry a lot. Calango: Dude, I want to run after that bald guy. GM: You can run after that bald guy. Calango: Alright, how far I get? GM: When you… you get to the door running, and you hear a big shot [POW] And you see that guy running [falling sound] falls flat on the ground, and you see Brúlio and Murilo, just out of the forest, (Gabi: Thank God!) GM: next to their motorcycles. Br: What's going on? (Gabi: Thank God!) We heard those shots from the bar. A: [crying] Ce: Brúlio... Calango:
Wait, he’s still far, right? GM: He’s far away, he’s screaming from afar. And the guy just fell hard with his shot. He’s got another gun, a gun that’s not his. (Calango: I’ll wait for Brúlio-) Calango: I’ll wait for Brúlio at the door. Gabi: Master, I have a question. Liz was wearing a bulletproof vest under her clothes. GM: You didn't tell me that. (Gabi: It's in her items.) GM: Ok, but then you have to remove from the armor, you have to tell me those things,\so it didn't count. Gabi: It’s because it was there, it was already
there. GM: But you have to tell me those things, as GM I have to know this kind of things. Else it didn’t happen, you can’t just pull this card out of nowhere. Gabi: Okay. Gabi: It’s because I forgot. GM: It's ok, it happens. You forgot to put on the vest before you got in then. Gabi: It was in my backpack, I just didn’t put it on. GM: Exactly, you had the vest in your backpack and forgot to put it on. Gabi: Fine. GM: Brúlio arrives with Murilo, and he arrives scared, like this, running. Br: Cesar,
where is- Where is my son? A: [crying] Calango: I was muted. Ce: Brúlio, calm down, your son is fine. He’s there. But Gregório.... GM: He comes in here with Murilo, who is armed too. You see both motorcycles parked back there, and you see a lot of other motorcycles parked further back. They both arrive, going straight by the bodies and run to you, at the door. Br: Where’s my son, where’s my son, Cesar? Ce: It’s ok Brúlio, your son is here, but Gregório… Br: WHERE? GM: He pushes you, sees Arthur on his knees, and he goes:
Br: Arthur! Son! Are you okay? GM: He comes at Arthur like this. Br: Son, what happened? Is this Rodolfo...? What the hell happened here? GM: He starts to try to understand what’s going on in this place. Br: What is this, what’s happening? A: Gregório, dad... Br: Where is Gregório? GM: He looks to the side… Br: Son, that’s not… son… GM: He recognizes the tattoos Gregório had on his arm. Br: Son... It wasn’t Rodolfo, was he? A: Was, dad... WITH A SHOTGUN! UP CLOSE! Nothing could be done, dad... GM: He gets the gun and starts to
shoot at Rodolfo’s body on the floor. Br: SON. OF. A. BITCH. SON. OF. A. [CLICK, CLICK, CLICK] BITCH. GM: He throws the gun over Rodolfo’s body. Br: [harsh breathing] NO! GM: Murilo goes to Brúlio and holds him. Murilo: Calm down Brúlio, it’s no use, Brúlio! Calango: Ok, I’ll go away slowly, I want to see how's Liz. Can I go? Guaxi: I'll take off my glasses or else they'll fog up. GM: Brúlio only kneels beside Gregório’s body and keeps staring at it, trying to understand what’s going on. Luba: I want to try to push the creature
off of me again. GM: Ok, you get it. Now you have enough time for this. You pull your arm out of it [SPAK], (L: Joui...) and you can stand up. (L: Joui...) Luba: I’ll go to Liz and… (L: Don't move.) J: Liz-Senpai, are you ok? We need to take care of your wounds... L: Joui, don’t move, don’t move, you’ll make yours worse… J: No, I’m fine. I’m fine. Guaxi: I stand up like this, I get kind of a “shock”, then I turn to see how they are, everyone over here. Rakin: I’m trying to stop the
bleeding from both of them, like, holding like this, saying “no, everything's gonna be fine…” (Calango: I wAnaa help, I help.) A: Do you need help? J: Help… Help Liz first T: Joui it'll be fine, everything will be fine guys. We’re here to help ourselves, they're doing their thing, everything will be fine, look at me and don’t sleep, don’t close your eyes and stay with us. J: I’m fine, I’m fine Guaxi: Ok I… I have to… Can I use a first aid kit on him… No… It’s… Medicine, right? GM: The Kit is in the car, did
you bring it? Guaxi: I did, it’s in my backpack L: I have… I have… Guaxi: There’s Liz’s too L: backpack… GM: You’ll do Medicine then, on each other so that will take about an hour. You can… Brúlio is just kneeling like that before Gregório's body. Guaxi: Ok I’ll do Medicine, we're not- GM: Ok Guaxi: leaving anytime soon anyway J: Thiago-sensei we still don't know what's in the end… Of this corridor T: Forget it, it’s fine, nothing’s gonna happen. J: Someone needs to guard it… T: Joui… it's alright. Just focus on breathing, breath and stay calm.
J: Ok. T: Everything is fine man, no worries. T: You’ll be fine, you too. Calango: Now that I saw them Calango: I want to go back to Brúlio GM: Ok, you go to Brúlio, and he’s just standing He looks at Rodolfo's body like this, his life is in front of him… The two extremes... He’s just processing and understanding what is happening. Ce: We tried our best, we got here and Gregório had… Apparently they made some kind of bet, they had him fight some experiments of… We believe they’re esoterrorists also involved with the Hounded, he was
already injured, so we left him resting in the car waiting for you because we couldn’t help… But then those Hounded showed up, which we weren't expecting, at the door with a gun on his head and then… We fought but unfortunately we weren’t able to help Gregório. GM: You see Brúlio, he was just staring, he gets up completely serious with a little bit of blood on his face Br: They’re gonna come, there’s more of them, we better be prepared. Ce: They’re coming? Br: The rest of our gang is also coming, I I heard shots and me
and Murilo came running, but very soon more of the hounded will come, if here is their hiding spot… Go get prepared. GM: He has a completely serious look, it looks like he’s trying to ignore this moment, what's happenig, he doesn’t want.. he wants to focus on what’s coming. Guaxi: Right A: Dad, there are two injured here Br: What house is this? Is there anyone else here? GM: He starts to come in your direction like [Heavy steps] aggressive, like this, he looks to the creatures on the floor… He’s staring at them in shock, he has never
seen this before. L: Mr. Brúlio… Br: what… what… WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS?!?! L: I’m sorry Mr. Brúlio, it’s my fault, I shouldn't have… The Taser… I’m sorry. A: Dad, she was shot in the rib Br: Taser? L: It was my fault. GM: He looks to the Hounded around him Br: How many of them did you kill? Ce: It was… T: It was a few A: Three, if I’m not mistaken… Or four. Ce: Four. A: It was four. Br: There should be at least other four A: Right. Br: If we heard noises from the bar,
they heard it too, they must be coming. What do you guys know about the house? Is there a there a strategic place to stay? Ce: We don’t know, we didn’t see a lot of things in here, actually. We know there are a lot of weird stuff, those horrid monsters coming out of this door L: Arthur… The suitcase… A: Ok ok Guaxi: Can I already grab the suitcase or is it closer like this? L: It’s in my backpack. Guaxi: I pull the suitcase and then I roll Medicine? GM: Roll Medicine, yes Guaxi: Oh, god… GM: With
advantage because of the med kit Guaxi: Right I failed… Gabi: Both of them? Guaxi: No, just… Ah, with advantage GM: With advantage Guaxi: Right, 28 Guaxi: It was Extreme… GM: Was it Extreme or Good? Guaxi: No, it was Good. GM: Right, roll a d3 Guaxi: 4 GM: Ok, then 2. GM: Restore 2 HP, and Joui… Gabi: I wAnaa help Arthur with Joui GM: Right Guaxi: Then are we teamed up? GM: I think Liz has more advantage Guaxi: I got 4 but it's fine then J: I’m fine guys Gabi: I also got extreme GM: You recover
3 HP, Joui, and you guys will spend some time in here, like an hour each, you don’t know if you have the time Ce: Brúlio, are you sure there are more Hounded coming? Do you know Ce: how much time it's gonna take to… Br: If we heard, I have no idea T: Oh Brúlio, inside this house though, there could be other creatures like this here, we have to wait for it to stop, give it a… [Blowing], you know? L: Mr Brúlio... T: It’s fine in here Br: I don’t… Murilo, we can stay at the front
waiting for them while they take a look around the house, I don’t wAnaa deal with this kind of stuff. Ce: Right, oh Brúlio, what can we do? We don’t know how much time we have, we can block all the doors with the furniture that we have in here, so any strange creature can't surprise attack us, we have some tables that we can turn so we have some type of barricade, and this room here also has a second floor, so we can put other people on the top floor to be looking from up there too. Br:
Ok, I agree. L: Mr. Brúlio, before you go… L: I’m sorry about Gregório. It was my fault. L: It was all my fault. GM: He just ignores and they go outside Br: Don't say that name near me. GM: He and Murilo go outside Guaxi: What was the name? I didn’t hear it Guaxi: What did she say? Gabi: I said Gregório Gabi: Wasn’t it Gregório? Guaxi: Yeah, no, it’s right Gabi: I want to put my bulletproof vest GM: Ok Gabi: It was there but I hadn’t put it yet Guaxi: I pull the vest out of the
backpack and put it in her Gabi: Please GM: The vest works as an armor, you have three of armor with the vest, so all the damage you take from gunshots, you won't take three, you have three of armor. Rakin: Dude, that would be really useful Guaxi: My jacket too, right? GM: It gives you one of armor Gabi: This fucking vest was so expensive and I haven’t used it before now, fuck off Guaxi: Let’s share it GM: But the bulletproof vest restrains your movimentation, it makes you heavier so it’s hard to do some activities, you’ll have
a penalty on some Dexterity rolls, you’ll move less, in general. Calango: Right, and Brúlio went to the door, is he there? GM: He’s at the door… He went to the front of the house Calango: Ok I’ll go after him GM: Right, you go after him, and he’s going with Murilo, they’re both silent like this Ce: Brúlio, I know that you need some time to digest what happened here, as soon as you’re ready I’ll be here arranging everything so when the Hounded get here, we don’t want to lose anyone else. Br: Focus on surviving right now.
Br: We have to focus on surviving. Ce: I will be dragging some furniture when you're ready. I think your strength would be of great help to me, ok? Calango: Then I turn around and I wAnaa go back inside GM: Ok. Rakin: I want to be helping Liz and Joui the whole time Guaxi: Oh… I’m “medicating” them here L: Thiago when you were shot in the rib that time... was it like this? T: What do you mean by “like this”? It hurts like hell L: I can’t really breathe T: Breath, relax, everything will be ok, it’s
fine. J: You two will be fine, right? L: How are you? J: I’m fine, I’m just worried about this place, we didn’t see everything, if we… I agree with the idea of making this place safe for us to fight the rest of the Hounded, but we don’t know what’s inside yet, especially this door where you’re at, Liz-senpai. Calango: I want to drag this table, I want to turn it over like this GM: Ok, it’s a pretty big table, roll a strength Guaxi: I can't do anything, almost nothing right? I'm just helping them here. GM: You’re
helping, and if you’re helping them you can’t help him. Calango: I got Regular. GM: You can do it with some difficulty, [Pow] You turn the table like that and… you start dragging it where? Calango: Ah, a little bit forward, like, I wAnaa put it in a line like this GM: ok Calango: Towards the door, to make a protection towards the door GM: Ok, I'm going to mark a place here Rakin: Master just out of curiosity, can the things I have in my belongings and equiPMent be in the car? GM: They may be in the car,
some of them Rakin: So I have a perimeter alarm, right? Players: Hmm... Rakin: It can be extremely useful in this situation. GM: I will define the table you set Gabi: Hackersman technology GM: More or less here where I put this black thing, this is where the table is. And it's really tall, it’s more or less here to protect your chest, I’ll even change the color to make it easier to see. L: Guys… Calango: Sorry I just don't know how much time I have but I'm already at the table, I want to put other furniture here
like, I want to drag the sofas to the doors if I can GM: Ok you are talking and doing these things. It's been about ten minutes since you started healing these wounds, since you're doing it fast and you just got hurt and you're treating it now, I'll let it be a little faster, it’s not like the car wound which was infected. So, Cesar, roll two more Strength tests for me please. Rakin: While he's doing that, I'll put the perimeter alarm on the path towards here. Calango: I have 32 to be Good, if I roll 32
is it Good? GM: Yeah Calango: So I rolled Good Guaxi: You're a beautiful hot dude Calango: And Regular. GM: Ok, you can do it then, you can put two more of these here, let me put it in Ok put them where you want. And that's all what you’ll be able to use for protection, apparently Calango: What? GM: This is all you'll be able to use, I'll change the table's color, it has more protection than the sofas because it's bigger and harder than a sofa Calango: Is there a door downstairs? GM: A closed one, they're all
closed, so it's dark inside Calango: I'm going to put a sofa here GM: Locking the door? Calango: Yes, in front of the door Gabi: Wait… L: Cesar … Gabi: I wAnaa talk to him while he's doing that GM: Ok you can't move but can talk to him L: Cesar... GM: You can't put the sofa over here because of the piano You can't put it past it. Calango: I can't? GM: No, it’s much bigger, you'd have to drag the piano to the side and you wouldn’t be able to do it alone. Calango: Ok. L: Cesar, I
think that if you're going to barricade things for us to lock ourselves in, it would be better to clean the other rooms, right? As soon as we are done taking care of ourselves, we could clean the other rooms that may have much worse creatures. Ce: The problem is that we clean up and end up hurting ourselves more, and have a disadvantage against the Hounded, that is my biggest fear, so I want to lock them up, so we can find these creatures later L: What if these creatures get out? In the middle of the battle. Like
what happened before. Ce: That's why I want to lock the doors so there is no danger of anyone leaving, without at least seeing us before L: I don't know, does anyone have anything to say? Any opinion? A: The only certainty we have is that the Hounded are coming, so if we're going to have to protect ourselves against them and not against the creatures, I don't know if we should look around right now, we should do what Cesar is saying. GM: About 20 minutes have passed. Thiago, you went outside, walked past Brúlio sitting on his bike,
he and Murilo put the bikes, the path is straight and it opens in this clearing, he put right where it opens in so it won't be seen from the road They are waiting like this with guns in hand. How far do you go and set the alarm? Rakin: A little bit after where they are GM: Okay, so you put an alarm, you put a small device that shoots a little laser that's almost imperceptible, you just see the other side like a dot that is marking and when you pass it for you to test you hear
a device in your pocket making [BIP BIP] T: Big Ol' Brúlio, let me show you this, take a look at this, if someone passes through this little laser there, on the floor, this happens. Rakin: Then I put my foot in GM: [BIP BIP] Br: Right, intelligent T: So we can stay there, there's no need to stay here in front, the guys show up, and we're already... Br: We will also keep an eye out T: Ok but what if we stay there to catch them red-handed, unprepared? They won't even notice Br: From inside the house you
say ... T: What? Br: Inside the house or from the side? T: Inside, we're barricading the doors, leaving everything locked... Br: It's a good idea, Murilo, let's go in Murilo: Yes yes, it is a good idea Thiago T: It's ok then Rakin: I'm already configuring the thing. GM: You come back. You see Thiago entering the house with Brúlio and Murilo again, and they look like this at what Cesar is doing, and he… Cesar when you're moving things, Brúlio looks at you and he helps you, he fixes some things very easily, you see that he is
much stronger than you, and he can easily drag the furniture you were dragging earlier. Ce: Right. My idea was to place a sofa here on the right, and this small desk here in front of the piano to stay ... To cover the legs. GM: But the piano is very low, you have to bend down a lot to stay behind, but you can do it, and the piano is closed, it's not open, it's like a table Calango: Fuck so I don't know bro Rakin: I help him too T: Caesar, what are you doing? Need help? Ce:
I'm dragging some furniture to see what we do, to make it easier for us not to take a surprise attack, we don't know what's inside this house yet. T: Let's cover the doors here and stay on watch when the guys show up, we have to be prepared, because if they get here, and we're unprepared they'll attack us and it's over, we take from a side, take from the other, there's no way. Ce: From what I saw, we need to close this door here, behind the piano, there's another door upstairs Calango: Can I see the one
upstairs? GM: Which one are you talking about? Calango: This one here GM: This one is from the corridor that goes backwards, that had zombies coming Calango: But we didn't see what's up there right? GM: That's the one on the right on the map, you haven't seen anything about it Guaxi: Isn't this an entrance? To… GM: This is a kitchen entrance, as you know the floor is the kitchen, the door is half closed. Spoiler, it is the kitchen Ce: Big T, we don't know what's upstairs, I still think it would be a good idea to cover
the stairs so that the only way to get down is to fall T: But what if we go there now, we have Big Ol' Brúlio and the monster next door, we can go there quickly to see if there's anything, clean the space and then go back Ce: We can but the biggest problem is if a four-legged zombie like this one appears and tear someone's rib T: We're prepared, we get there and POW Ce: So let's go Guaxi: I can hear them over there and talk to them here where I am? GM: Yes, it’s a scene
that’s not in rounds A: I think it’s better to reload as well because we spent bullets, and etcetera… T: I already recharged Guaxi: I'm doing it now Rakin: I already got my other weapon too GM: You can mark how many bullets you have Gabi: There's still bullets in my comb, I won't change Calango: I still have 5 bullets Rakin: I took the bullet out of the magazine one by one and put it in the other one and got another weapon L: My dear, we're waiting for the other Hounded to arrive but you need to remember
that who will be caught off guard is us because they know this place like the back of their hand, if there is any kind of entrance they will be able to enter from behind, I don’t think they’ll come through the main door. Maybe through a window or anything else T: The only street I saw that leads here is the one where I put a sensor that goes beeps beep, it'll help us L: The sensor is smart but I don't know ... A: We have to put Joui in a safer place, I think he's really hurt
J: I'm fine, I'm fine, I'm even standing here GM: I marked all dead bodies as transparent so it's easier to understand J: Thanks Arthur-san A: Are you sure? J: I'm fine, let's search the house so that it doesn't happen again T: let's continue now we have two ogres here together let's go see Gabi: We are finished with Medicine, can I move? GM: Medicine still has 10 minutes to go Gabi: Ok A: Wow that ugly bruise Calango: I'll get close to Brúlio GM: Brúlio is just waiting, so he's alert looking at the device Ce: Oh Mr.
Brúlio, we didn't see what's up there, Thiago gave the idea of going there to search. Do you mind going with us? Br: Let's go A: Dad, be careful GM: He's still straight, serious, closed face, does not want to talk Br: Murilo, stay here GM: And he gives the device to Murilo Ce: I don't know who's leading but I'm behind Rakin: I'm going ahead, I'm going ahead GM: So where are you going now, what's the plan? Calango: We will go to the second floor GM: Okay, so you go up and throw the dolls to the right
Calango: Wait, what? GM: The scenario on the right there Gabi: The scenario here GM: You go up the stairs and you get to the second floor it is exactly what you're seeing, it's dirty, a lot of stuff on the floor, broken pots with earth spilling from it, a painting of a beautiful landscape in the forest and graffiti, and it has four closed doors and all the windows are barricaded Calango: Just out of curiosity, I want to see if this painting has any signature GM: You see in the corner signed “Lurdete” Calango: Lurdete... Rakin: She's the
guy's wife, right? T: That lady Lurdete over there, Lil' C, Ana's mother? Luba: And Ana was the daughter? Calango: Yeah, I thought it was, apparently Ana paints like her mother T: Let's go, let's go there quickly Ce: Come on, let's go together T: Come with me, come here Big Ol 'Brúlio GM: Are there only three of you exploring? Calango: Yes, I think so GM: Those who aren't here, mute yourselves, mute us. Guaxi: Ok Gabi: All right GM: Ok. Brúlio is just watching you quietly T: Follow me, I think I saw some paper in the corner,
let's see what is there Calango: Is Brúlio there behind? GM: Brúlio is following you like this, and he's got a gun in his hand T: Come with us Brúlio GM: He has a gun in his hand Br: Isn't it better to... GM: He looks at the door and puts his ear to it Br: What can we find? I've seen too many weirdos today, I've lost too many people today. T: Brúlio, for us to understand better what's happening, we need to search things up here, because some relevant information can tell us what's in this house and
can help us make sure that what happened before doesn't happen again. GM: He opens his revolver, and puts a bullet that was missing and closes it Br: Let's go GM: He unlocks the gun Br: I'll follow you GM: Okay then you follow this corridor and … what are you doing? Rakin: I'm going to this little place with books to see if there is any paper or any information GM: This is just decorative actually Rakin: Is this just decorative? GM: Yeah, it's just scenery Rakin: I was baited! Ce: Let's go to that first door here T:
Let's go here Ce: Big T do you want to do the honors? GM: It's a closed wooden door Rakin: I want to put the ear that works on it first GM: Do you put on and roll a Listen Rakin: Listen, let me see... Oh, it worked. Calango: The ear that's left is good. GM: You put your ear and… silence you only hear the crickets outside Rakin: I open the door, I trust my hearing GM: Do you open it? Rakin: Yeah GM: When you start to open the door, you see an abandoned room full of papers
thrown everywhere and there are several books and drawings lying on a table, in that little bookcase over there. You don't see any creatures. Rakin: I wAnaa roll a Find on those papers, hopefully it'll be good. GM: You see that towards the end of the corridor, there are several cages and various types of dead animals, skeletons inside jugs and boxes all rotting, little animals, squirrels, mice and others that you don't know, you can roll a Science test to see, and every one of them has some kind of black goop on their bodies inside these jugs on
this shelf. Calango: Is it the same goop as spiders? GM: You don't know Rakin: Do I feel like touching it? GM: No Rakin: Then it's good T: Cesar, some kind of experiment was being done here. GM: There's a lot of books and a lot of scattered stuff, pots with dead plants. I made a mistake, the pots with dead plants are behind but there are lots of little animals inside things and on top of the bookshelf next to these little animals are several delicate tools like small pliers, thin scissors, and some scalpels. Rakin: I'll see if
I can find a paper here GM: Where are you looking for? Rakin: What am I looking for? GM: Brúlio is with you back here, he looks at the creatures. Br: What kind of sick person does this? T: The same kind of sick person that makes those monsters that you saw down there Ce: My theory is that this was Virgulino's daughter's room and it was taken by the Hounded and the esoterrorists who did tests on the animals, maybe this black sludge is an attempt to make that goop from the spiders GM: You find, Thiago, in the
middle of those things something that draws a lot of attention: A small black box with a six-letter password to open it. It's in the middle of these experiments, the letters are of that rotating type where each letter has five options of letters. T: Lil 'C I found something that opens with six letters, you know that the one who uses their head here is Liz, I'll take it to her, it'll be a good distraction for her while the medicine works, ok? Ce: Ok, I'll take a look around while you do that. T: Be right back. Rakin:
I'm going downstairs. GM: While you do that, Cesar? Calango: What? GM: While he does that, Cesar? Calango: I want to look for something that has to do with Ana, some painting... GM: You don't see anything that links to that family, but this room doesn't look like it was abandoned more than a hundred years ago, it looks like someone might have used it, the mattress looks like it has a sheet over it that doesn't look that old, it’s not that dusty but you find some other papers on this other table with several drawings of human anatomy,
and several books on human anatomy, muscles, human organs, several books, new books, they're not old. Ce: Can I find anything about Dr. Eric and Dr. Eva? GM: No, you don't find anything about Dr. Eric and Dr. Eva, there are only several books on human anatomy, medicine, muscles, organs, university books. Thiago, you get down there, you see them finishing healing, let me just... unmute them. Gabi: Hello GM: You see Thiago with a small black box in his hand T: So, we went up there, I found a small room with a cage and some dead animals inside,
very macabre stuff like this house L: Wait, what? T: Yeah, there was a little room there with some dead animals. They were carrying out an experiment there with the animals L: Stuffed dead or dead? A: zombie-like dead…? T: Dead, like dead, it's not going to do anything, there were some black goop in it Guaxi: Master, let me understand the Medicine here, did they end up already? GM: No, you are still finishing. It was like five minutes, they went upstairs, got that and came back, Thiago went up for five minutes, and he came back. I'll give
you five, ten minutes for you, there are two people shot so it isn't easy Guaxi: Yeah, I just wanted to know. L: Arthur, help Joui with his neck J: I'm fine, I'm fine T: So Liz what happened there is that we found this black box with a six-letter password, instead of me breaking my head trying to solve it here, because I'm not good with these things, I'll give it to you who's already handling everything that's happening, and see if you can solve it L: Okay, calm down Gabi: I want to get this L: Wait, drop
the box here, as soon as I finish taking care of Joui's neck, I'll look at it, but thanks I guess T: No, alright GM: You see him drop a box, it's not big but it's thin like that and wide, it has a six letter password, you can change letters, and each one has five alternatives. Rakin: I'm going up there GM: Since you're doing Medicine you're not focusing on that now. You see Thiago going up again and everyone mutes except who is up there. Cesar, you're analyzing these books, looking for something about Eric or about Eva
and you don't find anything. Just these scientific books. Calango: Nothing about… Ah, I was going to ask, “do I see any six-letter words?” I see several, I imagine. GM: You see several six-letter words. Rakin: [laughing] GM: You see Thiago coming. T: I already left it with her there, Lil’C. Ce: Ok, I was looking here... (T: She's already...) I don’t think there’s anything else about the antique, let's see the other rooms. T: Let's go. That's the spirit. Ce: Yeah, so where do we go now? T: I think… Let’s go to the ones near the stairs, in
which something's most likely to attack people down there, and I don’t want anyone else to get hurt. Ce: Good idea bro, let’s go. T: Let's go. Ce: Brúlio? GM: Brúlio comes with you guys. (T: Hey, big ol' Brúlio!) GM: He's just confused, like... Br: I’m not understanding anything. T: I put again my working ear against this door. GM: Roll Listening, with disadvantage. Rakin: With disadvantage?! GM: Yeah, 'cause you're still blin- still deaf. But well, you're using the (Rakin: I'm using the good ear.) other ear, so it makes sense. GM: No, yeah, I’ll let you roll
normally. Fine, ok. In this case I’ll let you. It’s just one side. Rakin: Ok. Success... oddly enough, very good. GM: Very good success? There's just Extreme or Good. Rakin: Very good, like, Good. Good. GM: You put your ear, at first you think there's nothing, and when you were about to take it off you hear [Snap, Snap, Snap]. T: Yikes. Ce: Did you hear something? T: I heard something like... little steps, like [Snap, Snap, Snap]. Ce: Oh no, there are more spiders in there bro. T: Bro I'll tell you, it was really fast, it can be
a rat, can be a spider, it can be some big thing... Hey big ol' Brúlio, call... What's his name again? Ce: Murilo. T: Murilo, lots of things going on, sorry. Call Big Murilo there. Br: Isn't it better to leave Murilo watching if the Hounded arrive? If not, nobody will take care of that. T: That's true, man, holy shit. Ce: Big T, we already made a lot of noise, I think... (T: We find a way.) Ce: Do what you do best, kick the door, and we stay alert to shoot whatever's inside, if it's a threat. T:
Ok, just let me warn them first. Guys, I'm kicking the door here! GM: Ok, let me just unmute. Luba: Hey. Gabi: Hey. GM: You hear Thiago screaming up there. J: Uh? GM: You hear Thiago screaming. T: Hey guys I’m kicking a door here, don’t be scared, it’ll be fast. Gabi: Hey, master. GM: Hi. Gabi: I look one more time at the box, I turn my attention. Can I see if this box is old? Or is it new? GM: It’s not old, and you move the letters and you can note this if you want to. The
first letter goes from B to F, so it's either B, or C, or D, or F. The second letter goes from O to S, the third goes from A to E, the fourth goes from B to F, the fifth goes from L to P, and the sixth goes from E to I. And these are the six letters you have. Gabi: Perfect, thanks. (GM: You can-) L: You can kick! GM: You can mute back. Guaxi: Yay. Rakin: I've got the gun in my hand then. Luba: Hey, hey, hey, GM. (Calango: Yeah, me too.) GM: Hey. Luba:
Am I already fine or not? GM: Ah, who was ok first was Liz, now they're taking care of you. Luba: Ok, so bye. GM: You're more fucked up. Bye! Rakin: [laughing] Rakin: I already… say: T: Lil’C, prepare your gun bro, we don’t know what’s in there. Calango: Ok, I’ll stay by his side here, I’ll stay on the oppo- to where the door opens, like, if the door opens like this I'll stay here, if the- oh there's no way. GM: The door opens inwards and the handle is above, so you’ll open it... like this. Calango: Ok.
There's not much I can do, I'll just stay here. Rakin: I’ll go kick it then. GM: You kick it? Roll a Strength check. (Rakin: Yes.) Rakin: Damn, I'm weak, dude. GM: Roll for Strength, roll for Strength. Rakin: Oh, I passed, 36. GM: You can kick it, and you full-on kick the door [WHAM]. And you open it, and see a place full of spider webs, an abandoned room full of spider webs. (Rakin: Aw, not spiders.) GM: But you don't see anything inside it. There aren't any spiders. Rakin: I'll go in. GM: You go in? Ce: Wait,
wait, wait! (Rakin: No wait-) GM: No, he's already in. When you enter... [spider hiss] you see above you, falling, a scene that gives you a familiar flash. It's exactly what happened in the gas station. You looked back, you saw a spider, and this black web coming in your direction. Roll a Dodge for me please. Calango: Aw, man... GM: Wow wait, not this one. Calango: JESUS CHRIST! GM: No, it's not this one, no, no. I put it wrong, I put the big one. (Rakin: Dude... I got-) GM: On top of the wall... GM: It was above
the door waiting for you to pass to shoot this black web. Rakin: Bro, I got 100. GM: You got 100? Calango: Agh! GM: The black web encloses you, like a black cocoon, and the spider [TUUF] jumps on you and starts trying to [TUUF] angle you in this cocoon. And now it's... Thiago, who can roll a Strength check against this web. Rakin: Shit, first 100 in this damn situation, you're joking, dude… Strength check? GM: Strength check, yeah. Rakin: Ok. Rakin: Pass, by one, 44 out of 45. GM: Regular? Rakin: Regular. GM: Ok. GM: You can put
your hand out like this, you’ve been through exactly this situation before, and in the first time you hadn’t been able to free yourself of that cocoon, but now you ripped it off and took off one hand and took off the other, and you're covered in this black web, but you can- you'll be able to get up, but you're fallen on the floor. And now it's Cesar. Calango: Ok, wait, is…just, is… GM: You saw Thiago going in, and [TUUF] out of nowhere this web appeared [TUUF] and rained over him and closed like a black cocoon, he’s
down on the floor, but you don't see the spider from where you are. You just saw this web falling. Calango: Ok, uh... GM: It's here right above the door. Calango: Oh, it's above the door? GM: Yeah. GM: No, sorry! It jumped over him and it's trying to wrap him, so you do see it. It fell over him. Calango: So it's still on top of him? GM: It's over him trying to wrap him but he can take both arms off, but it's still [TUUF] trying to wrap him, and someway, do something to him you don't understand
what is. Calango: Man, I’ll put my arm on the spider and try to pull it out of there. GM: Roll a Fightcheck then. Or a Maneuver, you just wanna- you don't wAnaa deal damage? Orange, hand off, please. You don't wAnaa deal damage, you just want to get it off of him. Calango: I wAnaa get it off of his face. GM: Ok, so roll a Strength check. Calango: Oh! Good. GM: It was good? Let me confirm... Rakin: Nice daddy, take this spider off of me. GM: You you can take it off, you grab the spider above
you, like, you’re holding it, what do you do? You see- Oh, roll a (Calango: I throw it into the room-) GM: Sanity check, with a disadvantage because you're aracnophobic, Thiago's not. Calango: Am I? Oh, of course I am. (Rakin: Dude grabbed a spider-) GM: You hold this spider in your hands and you see that spider with the red symbol shining in its butt, just like that giant one that killed your father, but this is the size of the small ones. Calango: Ok. How many points of Sanity did I lose? GM: You lose… did you fail?
Calango: I failed. GM: Four. Calango: Right. Calango: Right, I grab it and throw it back into the room. GM: Right, you... Roll for Throwing then, to see how far you throw it. Calango: I failed. GM: You just throw it then a little further, behind Thiago, before it goes [RAAUGH] You throw it and it [RAAUGH], and now it's going to... It tries to jump over Thiago again and starts to wrap him in more web. Thiago, roll another Strength check, because it'll- it's trying to put your arm back inside this cocoon. (Rakin: Do I have my gun
in hand?) GM: You feel it trying to embrace you- in someway while you're inside this cocoon. Rakin: Do I still have my gun in hand when I took my arm off? GM: Uh... Your gun is in your hand, yes, you can try to shoot it with a penalty. Rakin: Can I try to shoot it then…? GM: Yes, with a penalty, because you're inside this cocoon. Rakin: I'll try to shoot it then, instead of pushing it away. I wAnaa shoot its ass. Ok, Good... Wow, I got very good! 34. GM: Hm... You can roll the damage.
Calango: Nice. Rakin: Crazy, I got Extreme and a Regular, dude. This penalty fucked me up. Shit master! I got 14. GM: When the spider tries to put- it gets its paw, which is a normal spider paw, and tries to pull your arm back in, it accidentally puts your gun against itself and you just pull the trigger [POW] You [BOOM], spider bits explode everywhere, and... [SPLASH] it just... there ain't no spider anymore. Rakin: I rip off the web and say: T: Not again, bitch! GM: You start to rip off this web and it's kind of gooey,
it's not regular web, it's a gooey web that was somehow expanding over your body and getting thicker. You can pull it out, it's hard... let me just unmute them and say they heard a shot. Calango: I wAnaa help him rip it off, ok? GM: Right. Okay, you can... you can rip it off. (Guaxi: Hi guys!) (Gabi, Luba: Sorry!) GM: You just heard a shot. GM: You heard a shot coming from upstairs. Gabi: Any other sound? GM: Just that, just a shot. Luba: Can I, can I move already? GM: Yeah. You're done- when you heard the
shot, Liz just finished pulling the thread, and [POW] you hear a loud fucking shot coming from upstairs. A: Joui, can you get up? Luba: I'll... I'll run upstairs. (L: Joui, Arthur-) Guaxi: You ignore me and run, then. Luba: I completely ignore anyone. (Gabi: Ok.) L: Arthur... GM: You come running, Brúlio was- he was kinda in shock like, he couldn't even... He couldn't even use his gun, he was just staring. And you arrive, you see Thiago ripping off some black gooey web that looks like that cocoon he was in before, and this black sludge everywhere. And
he's getting up from this web, Gabi: Ok, I'm here on the stairs. (GM: and Cesar's helping him.) J: Thiago, what happened? T: Revenge, baby. Ce: We opened this door and there was a spider inside, bro, just like the spider... Like that giant spider but smaller. It had the same symbol on its butt. J: Uh… But where there’s one spider, there are more. Where there’s one spider there are more. L: Uh... J: Okay, we’ll go back to our house. (L: Mr. Brúlio.) L: Mr. Brúlio. Gabi: I turn to him. Br: Uhn? L: Well, are you ok?
Br: [sigh] Yes... L: Whatever happens, don’t touch anything gooey or that catches your attention, ok? Br: I already learned my lesson, don’t worry. I'm... I'm trying to understand what the fuck is going on, to be honest! T: Brúlio, there are monsters in this house, and they kind of... bred these monsters. And that's the situation. Br: Is this the shit you deal with all the time? T: You get used to it after the fifteenth time. L: Kinda... J: Mr. Brúlio... Since this is, I guess, an appropriate time... These were the creatures we were trying to prevent
from entering the bar that night. Br: You saved a lot of lives, I know that. But I didn't know it was... I didn't know it was this! What's this? J: We’re just happy to have your help here today. Br: I’ll do my best, I’ll do whatever it takes for us to survive, it's the only thing that matters now. We think about the rest later. Survive. J: Thank you. L: Uh... Thiago. T: Hi. L: Was it in that room next door that you found the box? T: That one right there, with the door open. There are
some cages with dead animals. L: Ok, I’ll go there then. Thanks. T: You're welcome. I’ll go search in this room ‘cause I didn’t have time... y'know. Ce: Yeah, I’ll go with him, I’ll go with him. T: Charlotte here attacked me. (J: I'll go with you now.) GM: You then enter- GM: and there were a lot of webs, it was a room really full of webs, and... now you see there are various little boxes in the corner of the room, as if they were little aquariums, with several different types of soil inside each one, there are
a lot of paper sheets scattered across this table, uh... ...and... Let me see exactly. Oh, okay. There are various books and paper sheets laying on top of the table, all covered in web, this kind of black web. Rakin: I’ll check the papers first. GM: Ok, roll a Looking check, please. Rakin: Let's go. Rakin: With an advantage because I'm pissed off? GM: [laughing] No, just Looking. Luba: I’ll stand guard at the door, (Luba: Don't wanna see any more spiders.) GM: Finding, really, not Looking, Finding. Rakin: I'll see here, Finding. Wow! It was almost critical, by... two
it wasn’t an extreme, bro. Right, very good. GM: You start to sort through that stuff, you find one very peculiar thing among all of that, what looks like a positive pregnancy test. you see a lot of- besides these little boxes, these little aquariums, you see a lot of archeological notes, about various different Middle Ages cults, a lot of information on cults in Europe, in islands in Europe, there's a lot of... There's a lot of terminologies you don't understand very well, lots of very complex stuff, clearly someone well versed took those notes in these archeology books.
There are several sheets and sheets and sheets everywhere, with calculations and calculations and a whole fucking lot of calculations that you don't understand, those are extremely advanced physical calculations; there are several stacks of books, autonomous survival manuals, construction and material making manuals, toolmaking manuals, there's a lot of information all over. And you find, amidst it all, something familiar: you find one more page from that journal. T: Wow, hey Lil’ C, come here, do you have that diary page you found earlier? Ce: Yeah, I have it. Calango: Then I get the page from my pocket. T:
Here's the other one. Here, skipping a few days here it's a total of... around 35 days, 36 if October has 31 days. Here's another page. Ce: Uhum. T: Read it quickly for us. Ce: Alright. Uh... Migration, November 12 2019. Scribble, work out as expected. The migration begins today. The Holy Cradle devours. It thrives. We'll abandon the, scribble, initial experiment must stay locked, we will just keep the, scribble, hide the door to the basement. One, scribble, waits, the future has just been created. All cry out for the Holy Cradle. T: Holy Cradle? (Ce: Migration?) T: Ow,
I think they were trying to T: breed the antichrist, bro. (J: Antichrist?) L: Uh... GM: You're not in the scene, Liz. (GM: Not yet.) Gabi: I... Can I just ask you what is this triangle on the floor? GM: It's just decoration, actually, it's just a tool that was there. Nothing specific. Gabi: Ok, I want to... This bed here, how is it? What's its state? GM: Actually, it's really well cared for, it’s not too old, it doesn’t look like a hundred-years-old bed. The mattress is kinda rotten, it’s badly cared for, there are some stains, but it
looks even kinda recent. Gabi: I want to lay on the bed with the box in my hands and try to guess the password. And rest a little ‘cause I’m still really fucked up. GM: Ok, you lay on the bed, it kinda raises some dust, like this, and you don’t find anything odd, I mean, this room has various jars with animals inside, animal skeletons with sludge coming out of them, several skeletons of dead animals... There's also in a corner several human anatomy books, with information about muscles, human organs. There are various fine tools beside those dead
animals, like small pliers, little scissors, scalpels. That’s all you find basically. Gabi: Right. I just want to rest with the box in my hands. (GM: Ok.) Gabi: Keep trying the password. GM: You try... You're guessing several random words, I imagine. Gabi: Ok, yeah. I tried... “cobble”. GM: Go on. Nothing. Gabi: “dobble”. GM: No. Gabi: “doable”. GM: No. Gabi: Ok I’ll keep trying. GM: Ok. Luba: Can I scream at her? GM: Yeah. J: Cradle! L: What? GM: You hear a scream from the other side, kinda low, "cradle". (J: Cradle!) L: There's a cradle over there? J:
Try "Cradle"! (Guaxi: ???) L: Cradle? Right. "Cradle". J: Cradle! GM: [click] The box unlocks. (Gabi: What do I see?) GM: You open it and you see three… Calango: Spiders. (GM: Uh, three...) Gabi: [laughing] Fuck you. GM: Three sheets of paper. (Gabi: Three sheets? Oh, ok.) GM: One of them is really destroyed... GM: This one. You find this paper sheet, you find... this page. Wait. This page. And you find this page as well. You find these three sheets inside this little box. Gabi: Right. I want to call everyone here. I scream: L: Come here, fast! Gabi:
As if I was dying, because I don't wanna get up from the bed, it's too good and I'm feeling a bit better here. Rakin: I'll go there. Guaxi: Do I hear this from down here? GM: Yes. Guaxi: I was here. Right, I'll go. GM: Brúlio looks at you all. Br: I'll... I'll go down and see the entrance with Murilo. I'm not... I'm not understanding anything that's going on here. Ce: Right, ok. No problem. GM: He goes downstairs. L: Well… Thanks Joui, for the hint. J: You're welcome, Liz-Senpai. (Gabi: ...Joui? Where's Joui?) J: I’m a bit
far. GM: You have no idea where did he get that word from, Liz. L: Uh… Hey Joui, where did you… cradle? J: Ah, while we were being healed I saw you trying the letters, and I saw the first went from B to F, the second from O to S, and I was also trying some things, and we found a document there in the other… in the other room. Calango: Ok, then I get the document, like this, and show to Liz. GM: You see Cesar getting some page that's similar to these two you found too, and
handing it to you. J: I heard them talking about some (L: Interesting, 'cause...) J: "Holy Cradle", then I saw it fit, and then I just guessed it. L: So, it's because, about this page here, Cesar, that you handed me... I maybe found a sequel to it. Because... Here we go: I found a date of October 15 2009- uh, 2019, so, exactly three days after this one you gave me. The initial tests of, scribble, remains... (Ce: Actually-) Ce: Sorry, the one I gave you is from November. It's like a month later. L: Wait. Oh, it's November!
So I have the previous letters, two letters from October. Sorry, I'm... I'm a bit... Eh, the shot. A: No, of course. Ce: Relax, it's fine. L: Yeah. Let's go. A: Sorry. L: The initial tests of, scribble, remains recovered by Dr. Valter... Have we ever heard about this Dr. Valter, if not in that paper about Valter Luz? (J: I don’t remember...) Ce: No, that was the first time. Ce: First time we heard of him. L: Ok. L: Promising, but not enough to, scribble, just. Uh... Gang of reprehensible biker primates we are forced to bribe. What we
are... Scribble, much bigger than, scribble. Wait, they bribed the Hounded for them to help them! So the people they… that the Hounded brought here were exclusively to be used in experiments, the people they took and killed and brought here. Uh... But their guns are bigger than ours. Dr. Paula... Have we heard this name before? Ce: Also not. T: No, too many doctors, damn. L: Dr. Paula is optimistic and, scribble, in the future they may be useful to us, scribble, dirty work of the kidnapping of the... kidnapping of the...? Hm, the other document. Dr. Eva, scribble;
I believe it’s a document written by Dr. Eva van Gloss maybe, some day in October 2019. Praise to Dr. Eva van Gloss and, scribble, but a gift for us! Apparently she found a lost diary of the old residents. The, scribble, creature, scribble, uh... I, or, don’t sleep, scribble, this gives me time to calculate. Placing a bookcase, scribble, helps muffle the sound. Ok, whatever it is that we're reading about is definitely in the basement. T: Let's just not open that door, bro. L: I’ll check the information from Eva’s finding. If what I presume… Calango: Is… oh,
sorry. You can say. L: If what I presume is recorded in this diary is correct, we can, scribble, decrepit remains, and we will have a, scribble. The Holy Cradle will prosper. Uh, an important detail there's this image I found, I think you'll wanna take a look. Uh, do you see the symbol on the skull? (Ce: Yeah.) T: It’s the same spiral on the forehead of that guy who died there. What started all of this. L: So, I honestly think… Test subject two is that one we found in the forest, yes... And test subject one is
what's in this basement. J: Does anyone have those... those... those drawings of the spider? (L: We do, we do.) Ce: I do! It's here in my pocket. GM: [paper sound] He gets it out. (Gabi: I'm getting it, wait.) Gabi: Got it. Calango: From my pocket. Gabi: From your pocket. J: Do you see this... this thing here in the right, which looks like... web, but also... doesn't it look kinda human-like, like with the arms here? T: I think that's the spider's butt, ain't it? Gabi: Uh... GM, can we recognize- can I recognize this as that thing
the spider spit on me? Or is it not like it? GM: Ye- Uh... You can't tell. (Gabi: This thingy here.) GM: It's too specific, it's just a sketch. (L: Uh, I don't know, guys, maybe...) GM: Roll a Intelligence check. Gabi: Wait? Roll a...? GM: Wisdom. Let's just see. If you get an extreme I'll tell you exactly if you have like a really clear memory of that moment. (Guaxi: [???] here, it's written.) Gabi: I don't think so... Wait, wow, it's- it's a Wisdom check? GM: Yeah. Gabi: I got extreme! 'Cause I have 90 and I didn't
even know. GM: You can recognize that yes, it's from the mutant spider that shot that web... it someway turned mutant. It's not natural of a spider. Gabi: Right, this... This is that goop it spit on us, right? GM: It's the black web, yeah. Gabi: Oh, ok. Holy shit, I didn’t know I was that smart, sorry, uh… L: So guys, it's that spit, but I… the spit didn’t hit anyone, so I can't tell what this thing does. Like, if it wraps us in a kind of cocoon, or something. T: I mean, I just got stuck in
a big cocoon, so maybe it's like that. L: Wait. Calango: What day... We're in 2020, right? (Gabi: Yep.) GM: Yeah. It's April 13, 2020. Calango: Right. Ce: It was recently… these, these notes are too recent. L: Well, this project's been going on here for quite a long time, but... uh, wait... In what day did Rafael Montes go missing? Does anyone have Team Kelvin's report? Gabi: It's all in the car, right, GM? GM: Yeah. Gabi: Fuck. T: Well, I think it was after this diary was written. L: Sure it was, but guys… it would be nice
to know for how long this project had been going until Rafael Montes died and they got people. Because... Gabi: You scared me. Calango: I thought something happened. Rakin: Hiccups. L: You alright, Thiago? T: I got hiccups. Sorry. A: Oh God I almost had a fulminating heart attack. T: Bro, it's 'cause it's too crazy, man, these webs… I can’t handle it. Ce: Right... L: Well... L: Anyways, what we’re going to find in the basement is probably one of the test subjects, and maybe the first one... Or more stuff. In the basement. Ce: What do you think
is the Holy Cradle? I honestly think the Holy Cradle may be some kind of aberration from the other side. Something they were trying to bring to our world by weakening the membrane and doing these experiments. I honestly think it's that, I don't know. L: Wait... You- J: I think it’s something that creates other supernatural creatures. (J: It's a cradle.) L: It makes sense. L: The cradle is what gives birth to other creatures. The Holy Cradle... T: It said it devours too. (Ce: Maybe it's a kind of...) Ce: Maybe it's a kind of a simpler link
between our world and the other one? T: I think the Holy Cradle devours, maybe what it devours is souls, whatever it is that occupies the body, and this symbol's a kind of portal for the soul of whatever it is that's in the other world to enter the body. And cause the mutations we saw, like the spider. Ce: Yeah, I think anyways we will find more information in that basement, but there are other rooms here we didn’t see yet. You guys wanna go on? J: Yes. L: Ok. I already opened the box, box, so I’ll take
a little nap here really quick because I’m pretty exhausted, the shot hurt a lot, if you don’t mind. GM: You hear a scream coming from downstairs. Br: Thiago, it beeped. L: Aw… T: Guys, it’s going to be a mess. A: Right, Joui, stay here with Liz. Then... L: No, no, no I’ll go down, I’ll go downstairs. T: No, you won't. (L: If they got here, I'll go down.) T: You just got fucking shot in the arm! A: You're too hurt. T: I know how bad it is, you’ll stay here, you took care of me. Ce:
Joui will stay here too. T: The same way you took care of me when I got shot in the ribs, now it’s my turn. Stay calm here. Guaxi: I just ran, I don't care. Rakin: I'm going down. (Ce: Joui...) GM: You get down, and Brúlio's worried, waiting for you. You hear motorcycles arriving and parking outside, Brúlio is pointing his gun from behind this table, Murilo is crouched on the other side, behind the piano. Ce: Ok, Joui, you stay here. Rakin: I'm in position, like... Guaxi: By the table. Ce: You’re too hurt, you shouldn't be there
with us. Rakin: Hey, wait, can I stay upstairs? GM: You can stay upstairs. This part is open, yes, you have a view of downstairs. Rakin: So I’ll be here, look. (Luba: I stood...) Luba: I ran to the front of the house but upstairs, here. Guaxi: Really nice! Wow! Rakin: I'm in the spot. Calango: Ok, I’ll be here on the other side. Rakin: I'm in this pixel. GM: Ok, you all run to take positions. Suddenly you hear from outside: ?: Brúlio? Brúlio? GM: Brúlio's like. Br: Ivan? Marcelo? ?: Brúlio, we arrived. GM: And you see, coming
in, the other two members of the Scoundrel, worried like, with guns in hand. (Ce: FUCK, you scared me!) ?: What happened here? (A: My God, Ivan!) L: Jesus! Luba: Thanks, GM. Rakin: Bro, that scared me. Guaxi: Oh my God... Gabi: Jesus, I leave the door, go back to the bed and just throw myself onto it. GM: You see then, coming in, the other two members of the Scoundrel. Calango: I keep aiming. Scoundrels: What happened here, you… you, we heard… we were there and we heard the shoot, what’s happening here?! Br: Just come here behind, the
Hounded must be arriving soon. Scoundrels: Ok Brúlio, right! Oh my God, where... Do we stay here? Br: Yeah, one stays here and another behind the piano! Scoundrels: Alright, alright. Arthur... What is this? GM: They look at the blood on the floor. Br: Now we survive, later we talk! Scoundrels: Alright, alright, Brúlio. GM: They all come behind the piano and get down. Scoundrels: But what are we waiting for? The Hounded? Isn't it better if we leave? Br: Now it’s too late. Guaxi: Then I say: A: What's up, Ivan? Ivan: What is happening Arthur? My God! (Gabi:
And shit's going down...) A: Ivan bro, a lot of things... (Ivan: How many dead people here!) (A: Get ready, I'll tell you later.) Ivan: Was that Gregório, Arthur? A: I'm just really happy to see you, bro, really happy... Ivan: Oh my God, what’s happening? What is this place? (Luba: Uh, I'll talk...) Luba: I run here to talk to Cesar upstairs. J: Cesar-kun, we found out that the esoterrorists, the doctors, bribed motorcycling gangs. Do you think one of them could be a spy? Or be helping the esoterrorists? Ce: Ah… I doubt it Joui, I think. Because
it doesn't... Does it make sense to bribe two gangs and put them against each other just... just for them to make this mind game with a supposed group that could investigate them? J: But that’s exactly what they do, just promise me that you’ll be careful, don’t let your guard down Ce: I’ll be careful, I haven’t thought of that possibility Calango: Ok, now I’ll stop aiming at the door, after I saw both of them getting in Rakin: I want to call Cesar T: Hey Cesar Ce: Hey! T: Let’s finish looking around the house Ce: Ok ok,
coming T: No, I'll go Rakin: [step sounds] Calango: I’ll come here… GM Ok, both of you come here, Joui's here T: Hey Joui GM: You see this wooden door closed T: Are you feeling better? J: I’m fine, don’t worry about me T: How was it to be bitten on the collarbone? J: It wasn't very nice, Thiago-sensei, I don’t recommend it, thanks for asking T: This will be just a battle scar for you in the future, Joui J: Do you think that it will look cool? T: It already does. It’s a story that you’ll tell your
grandchildren Luba: I heal 10 HP… GM: YOU DON’T HEAL SHIT GM: I knew it… I knew it Ce: Ok, Thiago, would you mind if I tried it? T: Go on honey, I’m aiming here, I’m coming with ya Calango: I want to put my ear against the door, to try to hear T: Go on honey, I’m aiming here, I’m coming with ya Calango: I want to put my ear against the door, to try to hear GM: You put your ear against the door and roll a Listen check, please Rakin: How much do you have in Listen?
Calango: It was Good, it was Good… GM: You place your ear- Rakin: A great listener GM: It was Good? You place your ear and nothing, silence Ce: Ok, I don’t think there’s anything. Calango: And I… J: Don’t let your guard down. Calango: I shake my body and I’ll kick the door GM: Strength test J: Cesar-kun, are you going to kick the door? GM: He has already kicked it, he prepared and... Calango: Uh… Regular, I got 50, Regular GM: You kick it and [POW] you break the door handle, you kick it, your foot hurts a little
bit Ce: OUCH! GM: The door opens, and you see this room with two mattresses and you see that right as you kicked, there was a small movement behind one of the mattresses, kind as if in a scare. There's a lot of paper on the floor and a ton of books too Ce: Ouch, it hurts... Rakin: I go- T: [pspsps] Rakin: Did I see that movement too? GM: Just him, because he kicked it, he got in kicking Ce: It’s cooler when you do it, dude T: Get the fuck in, dude. Ce: No, wait, there’s something behind
that mattress by the wall I saw something behind it Rakin: I’m aiming, I’m aiming J: Does it have eight legs or two? Calango: Can I recognize it, or- GM: It was just a small movement. J: Where there’s one spider, there’s another one Ce: Calm down, that thing hid, and we don’t know what it is J: We know that there’s a spider there T: Let’s try to talk with it Calango: I get my pepper spray and throw it on the floor, like this GM: Roll a throw test to see if you hit it, it’s like five
meters away from you Ce: Regular, Regular GM: You hit the mattress, it moves T: Hey, if you can understand what we're saying, show yourself, we don’t want to cause any trouble, unless you bring us trouble GM: Nothing happens T: I think I’m going to shoot at it Ce: You think? J: No no no, what if it’s someone that is being held hostage, like Gregório? Ce: That’s what I thought, but it isn’t reacting J: Of course not, you threw a pepper spray can, Cesar-kun! Ce: If it was a spider, it would’ve left that spot T: I’ll
get really close and softly kick the mattress GM: You’re getting near the mattress Calango: I’m aiming, I’m aiming J: Thiago-sensei! T: I’m good, I’m ready GM: You’re getting near the mattress, roll a Listen Rakin: I’m going to listen with my good ear, just kidding GM: [Laughs] No Rakin: I’m kidding Rakin: I got one in my first roll and I’m not even joking GM: Ok Rakin: And 36 on the other one, Good GM: Was it Good? Rakin: It was very good GM: You… you hear ???: [heavy breathing] GM: Coming from behind the mattress T: There’s someone
or something gasping for air Ce: If you want to remove the mattress, I’m aiming Calango: Just making it clear that I’m aiming T: If you can understand what I’m saying, say something, because if I see any abrupt abrupt movement as soon as I remove the mattress, I’ll shoot GM: You hear again ???: [gasping for air] T: I’m warning you GM: You pull the mattress, roll a Strength test, because you feel like the mattress was held back Rakin: 27, I passed GM: You pull it, you see a figure behind it trying to pull it, it's a
crippled old man, covered in blood, wearing a coat ???: [panicking] GM: He gets down, scared. It’s that old man that you saw in the bar that other day Calango: I’ll get close to him, with the gun Ce: Who are you? Who are you? T: It’s the Crazy Old Man Ce: I knew that he was involved in this GM: He's super hurt. T: He’s fucked up man. The only thing that he’s involved in is the times that he got beaten up. Ce: Well, he is part of the story J: Sir, are you okay? Crazy Old Man:
[grunting] Ce: Calm down, talk. Wait, can you talk? If you can, give me a thumbs up, if not, a thumbs down GM: You look at him and he has no tongue J: He doesn’t have a tongue, I tried telling you in a more polite way. T: Give the guy a pen and paper Ce: Calm down, sir GM: You get closer to him, and he’s scared of you Ce: Calm down, calm down, we won’t hurt you Calango: I call out Ce: Brúlio! Br: What? Ce: Come here, please Br: Why? Ce: Because we found someone here, it’s
alright, just come here GM: Brúlio comes in your direction, you hear him walking up the stairs, you can hear it creaking due to his weight, he walks up… Br: Where are you? J: Here Luba: I show up, like this GM: He arrives with his gun in his hands Br: What happened? What did you find? J: It’s ok, we just maybe found a friendly face Br: What? What is the Crazy Old Man doing here? J: I’m sure that he has a name, but we don’t know it Br: But he doesn’t know it either. Ever since we’ve
found him, he has no tongue. So is this where you stayed, Crazy Old Man? Calango: Didn’t he calm down after seeing Brúlio? GM: No, he’s still scared Ce: He’s a bit scared. He doesn’t have a tongue, so he won’t talk to us. We gotta calm him down. Br: We had already thought that the Hounded were beating him up, but we didn’t think that he was staying here. That’s why he doesn’t live in the streets, he lives here. T: But why would he live with the Hounded if they beat him up? Br: I don’t know. I
know just as much as you. I didn’t even know that this house existed T: Dude, what the fuck?! Ce: Alright, we’re going to stay here until you calm down. We won’t hurt you GM: He’s… He’s like.. Ce: Calm down, it’s ok, calm down T: Dude, let’s… GM: You see that behind him there’s a lot a lot of scribbles, and some things spread out T: Everyone heard that? GM: Around the paper there’s a lot of of stuff, I think that everyone heard you calling Brúlio and that there was something going on Rakin: I’ll look for it
too, roll a Find GM: Now that you’ve paid attention, there are many blueprints of the house and different places, there are a lot of metallurgy books, some lists with of different construction materials, many books about acoustic isolation, about architecture, civil engineering and in the middle you find something that grabs your attention, you find this Rakin: This? GM: This Rakin: Holy shit, do I recognize this symbol from the white room? GM: It was that symbol, it attracted you, it was the symbol that was on the spider, it was the symbol that was in your head the
whole time Rakin: And in that white room too? GM: Yes, the white room, the maze, yes T: I think that the place I was, Cesar, was the fucking Holy Cradle J: What? Ce: What place? T: I saw Cris, your father, if I’m being honest with you, in a vision before everything that happened, he came to talk to me, to tell me to take care of you, to tell you how much he loves you, and in that place- I was in a completely white place, with this white circle in the middle. He went there to pick
me up, he saved me J: But you were in a cocoon, the spider spat something that left people inside a cocoon T: Yes J: What if the spider turns people into blood zombies or something like that? T: Maybe the spider is able to do that, I don’t know. All I know is that I was in a white maze and it felt like I was there for years, it felt like an eternity in there, and there was this exact same symbol Ce: Ok, but this was the symbol that we found everywhere, actually, ever since we we
got here, we have only seen this symbol J: Exactly, there were creatures that lured us. Me and Liz-senpai, when we touched that mud, that goo, we started drawing this symbol, and it was with those two people merged into one, that turned into a monster T: Yeah, maybe this symbol isn’t a transformation symbol, maybe it's a translocation symbol, we see migration here, migration starts today, Holy Cradle returns, maybe this symbol is the symbol that’ll take us to Holy Cradle and commits us to Holy Cradle and devours our soul or something like that. Ce: Okay, but read
what’s written there first T: I think that’s a good idea too, read it Lil C, my throat is kinda sore, it’s been tough after I got spider web thrown at my face Ce: Ok. We went to the cave… Calango: This paper is old, right? GM: It’s old, yes, it looks like that other one that you found Ce: This paper seems ancient compared to the others, looks like that diary that I found, that possibly belonged to Dr. Virgulino’s daughter, no, the one that lived here J: It’s the fifth page Ce: Oh is it? That’s true. We
went to the cave, the five guardians'll come, at the cave, we went there, the other side, the cave, we went to the cave, my hand is not my hand, we went to the cave, they'll create, the endless maze, the cave, the cave, the vision, the guardians, we went to the cave, we saw the cave, we witnessed the cave, the future in the cave, the saint in the cave, we went to the cave, the guardians will go to the cave, we went there, the other side, the cave of… what… the creator’s I don’t know, we went
to the cave, my hand is not my hand, we went to the cave, the endless maze in the cave, the cave, the vision, the guardians, we went to the cave, WHAT CAVE? We saw the cave, the future in the cave T: Yo, maybe that cave is important J: That thing about “my hand isn’t my hand” is like… Luba: Master, do I feel like that’s the same feeling that I had when I touched the goo? My hand isn’t my hand? GM: You can’t tell T: It seems to me that it is some kind of possession, like…
my hand isn’t my hand because a creature grew in there, it's no longer yours, it's the creature's, so it isn’t your hand Ce: But you just said that this place that you were… GM: You realize, Cesar, that while you said those words out loud, the Crazy Old Man started getting more nervous and when you start to say it with more intensity and faster, you see that he gets way more nervous, he… Crazy Old Man: [screams] GM: And he tries to push you to take off running Luba: I’ll hold him GM: Okay, do a Strength test
Luba: I got Good GM: You… he quickly pushes Cesar, you hold him by his chest and Brúlio stands in front of the door, like this J: What happened? GM: You see now that he’s holding onto a paper in his hands J: Sir, I know that this looks weird, but we’re here to help you, we just want you want you to be fine, ok? Can you trust me? GM: He tries to break free, roll another Strength test Luba: I got Good, again GM: He’s able to do so, he elbows you, you don’t receive any damage, but
he he breaks free, and he bumps into Brúlio and Brúlio just holds him Br: No, no. no. J: Hey, sir, that was unnecessary GM: When Brúlio holds him, he pushes, runs and goes to a corner Ce: He's scared to death, I don’t think he’s in anyone’s side, he’s just scared T: Cesar, I... Luba: I get close to him GM: He steps away, he doesn’t want you to get close to him Luba: Okay, just let me do an action. I’ll kneel in front of him J: Sir, let me explain what’s going to happen now, ok? You’re
going to hand me that paper that I’ll take from your hands, you may even think “Maybe I should fight him”, but you are going to lose, ok? We're in four, all we want is that paper, we don’t want to harm you, so can you hand me it, please? GM: Roll the highest interpersonal that you’ve got Luba:Interpersonal? GM: Intimidate, Charm… GM: I think it’s Intimidate in this case Luba: Intimidate? GM: Yeah Luba: It’s low GM: It’s alright Luba: [laughing] I didn’t pass GM: You say it and you see that he’s Crazy Old Man: [disapproval grunts] Rakin:
I want to grab the mattress that he was hiding behind and bring it close to him GM: Ok, you... Rakin: So he can feel safe GM: Are you going to try to take the paper from his hands? Luba: I am Rakin: No GM: He doesn’t let you, he pulls, you can try to take it away from his hands Luba: This shit is going to rip GM: No, but you’ll open his fingers Luba: Ok, I'll try I passed GM: You open his fingers, and he keeps hitting your hand, like this J: Ouch! GM: You get the
paper, and this is it J: Calm down, for the love of god T: Don't forget J: Don't surrender, to what? To the Holy Cradle? T: Something about the Holy Cradle that I forgot to tell you. Guys, when I was in that white maze, what seemed to be months, as time went on, I could see my body, less and less. My hand was fading away, my leg was fading away and it looked like my own existence’s essence was fading away Ce: So you’re saying that your hand wasn’t your hand T: My hand wasn’t my hand. When
they say that the Holy Cradle devours, it devours your own essence and something else inside your body occupies you. Maybe that cocoon is something to do about transformation, the migration might be your spirit’s migration to somewhere else and the migration of a spirit from another place to this world Luba: I hand the paper back to him J: We already saw what we had to see. Here, look GM: He grabs and stares at the paper like this J: I don’t know what to do to help him Ce: Ok, I think that we should get him out
of here and take him somewhere else. He can’t stay here J: No, he can’t GM: He’s staring at the paper, now that you looked at him, he’s staring at the paper, he doesn’t stop, he’s like, reading, reading and reading J: Do you guys think that he’s somehow imprisoned in this place? Not physically Ce: He’s very scared, if he ever agreed to be a part of this, it didn’t go as plAnaed. But if they we’re using him, they’ve used him too much against his will, and he ended up getting very scared J: Mr.Brúlio, he- by any
chance, was he like this in the bar? Was he agitated? Br: He was always like this, ever since he showed in the bar, we never saw him not being crazy, that’s why he’s the crazy old man J: Ok, there’s another room up here, right guys? T: There’s one more J: And what do we do with… I don’t wAnaa say crazy old man, it seems disrespectful Ce: Let’s call him… Jonathan J: Mr. Jonathan? GM: He’s just- he just crumples and puts the paper in his coat’s pocket. J: Mr. Crazy Old Man? GM: He doesn’t look T:
If he’s feeling the insanity that that place caused me, he’s not gonna be able to snap out of that, guys. We gotta give him some space and give up talking to him, because this one’s already gone Ce: And now he won’t talk to us, and we don’t know if he’ll talk later, I'd lock him up in this room, since he was already here. We can get him on our way out J: Let’s just shut the door. Let’s not lock it Gabi: Hey master, this whole time I was napping on the bed and woke up. May
I beg for some regeneration? GM: Roll a Constitution test Guaxi: If you pass Joui heals some HP Gabi: I got 10 and my Constitution is 65 GM: You heal one HP Gabi: Thanks Luba: She sleeps and heals… just kidding Gabi: I wAnaa get up and go towards this agglomeration to see what’s going on GM: You arrive at this mess and you see an old man on the floor, wearing a very dirty overcoat. You recognize him as the crazy old man that you saw in the bar, that you tried to see the mark on his nape,
and he’s holding this paper. There’s a lot of books and plants on the ground… house blueprints, not plants, a lot of new papers that you’ve already read as a player, and you’re seeing this whole situation L: Guys, I napped for a bit and I’m feeling better, have you found something? Ce: We found Jonathan L: Besides Jonathan, have you found any paper? Any information? T: A cave, with these symbols over here, I never told you, Liz, but when I was inside that cocoon I was having visions of months, and years. There was this big white maze,
with that same symbol L: Let me read the paper Gabi: And I grab the paper to read it Ce: Don’t read it out loud, because the old man will go crazy L: Guys, have you noticed that the paper starts with a cave? Ce: Yeah, I saw that there really is a cave L: When we found Lurdete’s diary, I think it was hers, she talked about Ana and Virgulino... Ce: This one? Calango: And then I take the page out of my pocket L: This one, “Ana is excited to take a closer look at the cave. Her
idea is to is to hide the paintings for Virgulino in there”, do you think that Lurdete and Ana found this cave and went there, and when they got there, they found this symbol and went completely nuts? And that’s why Virgulino locked them in the basement? T: Trying to save them? L: Exactly, look, “we went to the cave, the five guardians will come…” five guardians? We haven’t found out anything about them yet, and then she says "the other side, the endless maze” Thiago, the endless maze, is that the maze that you were? Was it an endless
maze? So, it means that the entrance to that maze is the cave, that we may be able to see from this house, we’ve got the sight of this cave, the cave is the entrance to the endless maze Ce: And either way, we know that it’s a cave that we gotta go to, but before that, there’s a lot of mystery in this place, I think, in this house Gabi: I want to get close to the old man GM: He’s facing the corner L: Sir, have you been to the cave? Were they forcing you to go there,
sir? Did you go there because you wanted to? GM: He doesn't answer. L: I’ll find a glass of water for you and bring it to you. Gabi: I leave T: Let’s try to find the last piece of this puzzle We still have one door to kick. Ce: There are four other doors left downstairs, too T: Holy mother, let’s finish exploring the ones upstairs Ce: Let’s go on this one up here, then we’ll go downstairs We could speed up a little GM: You’re in front of this wooden door J: Cesar-kun, do you want to break this
one down too? T: Let me listen to it, because y’know, the last time, I got fucked up Ce: Last time I hurt my foot, it’s way cooler when Thiago does it T: No, it’s not. My foot is just hardened, I’m weak Rakin: May I do a Listen test? GM: Yes Rakin: Alright, no disadvantage because I’m only using one side, listen… 27, it was good, not excellent, but good GM: Good? You hear coming from inside [small paws running and licking sounds] T: Aw c’mon… Rakin: Was it very similar to what I heard on the one above?
GM: You can’t tell T: Hey guys, y’know that spider that… J: If there’s one spider, there’s another T: So, I think that there’s a spider in there, this one is doing… [eating sounds] or is already eating Ce: Now we already know what to expect, let’s be careful, so we don’t get bitten, you can open the door and walk back T: I’m going to open the door, aim at the the ceiling, aim everywhere. GM: Are you going to kick the door, open it? What you gonna do? Rakin: This time I ain’t gonna kick it, I’m just
going to open it GM: Ok, you start opening it, as you open it, you see a little bit of the room, and as soon as you’re finished, in the corner, there are two creatures that you’ve never seen before, they’re furry, kinda goo-y, and they look like two rats, and they [rat squeaks] and they’re moving, and when you opened the door, both of them ran towards you… [loud rat squeak] and they’re running very fast, they’re very agile, they’re running towards you, but you can attack them before they can get to you T: Blow them up, lil
C Calango: I already had my gun in my hands Rakin: Same. Calango: Do we have to roll Initiative or can I just shoot’ em? GM: Yes, initiative, everyone please Rakin: I’ve got an attack before them? GM: Actually, I’ll keep initiative as it was, but they were first, they just ran towards you. Gabi: I can’t see, so… GM: Now it’s Arthur, Liz is next. Gabi: I can’t see, so... GM: Next is Cesar, you see those disgusting rats, they’re way bigger than than normal rats, and they’re almost that size, they’re the same size as those spiders, and
they have the symbol shining on their forehead. Calango: Alright, I’ll shoot this one that’s closer. Rakin: Humble. GM: You notice that they leave a trail of that black goo when they walk, and they're they’re running towards Thiago. Calango: PU… I got 8, I swear, I swear! GM: Extreme? Rakin: Nice GM: Is it Extreme? Calango: Yeah GM: Which rat? Calango: This one. GM: Ok… deal the damage… I mean… not the max damage, what is it? Calango: It’s a d10, plus a d6, plus 3, that’s… 19 GM: The rat’s coming and you [POW] you shoot it and
it crawls and hits the wall, and the other one keeps running towards Thiago Rakin: Ah, you know uhn, two shots, as usual. GM: And now it’s him. Luba: Now it’s my turn uhn? GM: No, it’s Thiago. Luba: Ok. Gabi: Damn, two shots at a mouse. Poor mouse. Rakin: Ah, two standard shots. That big mouse will not pass. Guaxi: It’s guaranteed! (Rakin: One for each eye.) Calango: The other mouse is dead or it’s kinda... GM: You still have the penalty because it’s too fast, I forgot to say this to Cesar, but now it’s dead. You have
the penalty ‘cause they’re too fast and small. Rakin: Ah, so maybe I’ll shoot just one time, uhn. GM: Ok, one shot with penalty. Rakin: Let’s go then. I took… Jesus, this is 60 or 90? Fuck it’s 90. GM: It’s 90 and? Rakin: 90... and what? GM: It’s 90 and how much? How much is the unit? Rakin: It’s just 90. GM: Just 90 and zero? Rakin: 90 zero. GM: Oh, ok. You miss the shot, the mouse starts to run at you, now it’s Joui. Calango: And Arthur didn’t hear the shot? Luba: Is he too close? GM:
Yes, Arthur, you hear the shot coming upstairs. It’s coming, the next turn it’ll get Thiago. Luba: Can’t I intercept and kick it? GM: You’re… both are right in front of the door, there’s no space for you to enter. Guaxi: Can I run upstairs? GM: You’re not even seeing it actually. You can run upstairs. Guaxi: [step sound] A: What’s happening? GM: Wait, you didn’t arrive yet, you’re like here. Arthur [screaming]: What’s happening? Rakin: Ahn... can I scream back? GM: It’s your turn. You still have some seconds. Rakin: Me? GM: Yeah. Rakin: I can’t do anything? GM:
Oh, wait, no, it’s not you, it’s Joui. Joui didn’t do anything, uhn? Luba: It’s me? Because I have absolutely nothing to do here. I’ll get my gun then, and stay here stopped. GM: Ok, so, the mouse… Arthur, you come running upstairs, you look, and you see, from nowhere, Thiago and a mouse, like a huge mouse, looks like a hairy dog [BARCK] all black, jumps over Thiago and tries to bite him. Thiago, roll a dice of Dodge or Counter-Attack Calango: This dog, Liz is with a dog on the side there. Guaxi: Ah, Liz already got it,
there, look! GG already. Gabi: The house it’s in my hand . Guaxi: It’s just kill, it’s just kill! Rakin: Oh, I’ll go with… wait there, Fight. GM: Yeah, Fight. Rakin: or Dexterity? Doesn’t change anything. Both I'm 25. GM: Fight or Dodge. Counter-Attack if you tie you lose, dodge if you tie you win. Rakin: Ah, I’ll roll Dodge then. GM: But Counter-Attack if you hit, you kick it back. Rakin: Ah, but I’m weak. I‘ll roll a dice of Dodge, Shit, dodge my ass, I got hit on the head. GM: The mouse gets on you and bites
you [BARCK]. Rakin: Oh, I’ll die to Stuart Little, dude. Damn it... GM: You took… roll a dice of Constitution for me. You lose 1 HP point, but... Gabi: Oh my fucking God, I don’t have it… (Rakin: I passed on the roll of Constitution, passed.) Rakin: It was Good, Good. GM: Wait a moment, was it Regular, Good or Extreme? Rakin: It was Regular, it was Regular, it was Regular, Regular. GM: Was it Regular? Let’s see. Gabi: Jesus, he got leptospirosis. GM: Ok, you feel that when it bites you, something acid enters in you, but doesn’t enter
any vein or any important part of your system. Rakin: Glory! GM: But you feel something acid in the bite. T: Damn it, mess! GM: Now it’s Liz. GM: No, now it’s Arthur. Arthur. Guaxi: Ok, I’m here... GM: The animal is over Thiago, like, grabbed in his face. Grabbed in his shoulders actually. And biting the shoulder. Guaxi: Ok, can I run and at least take this shit from his shoulder? GM: You can run… you can run. Wait, let me see your movements. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5… You can, you can. You get here. Guaxi: I want
to give a strong punch on the rat... (GM: Ok, you can punch it.) ... I don’t want to shoot. If I miss... ... If I miss it, I hit my big friend! Ok. The punch is Figth, right? GM: Yeah. Guaxi: I know you probe me, Dad. 41! GM: Hit it? Guaxi: I did, uhum. GM: You hit it, roll the damage. Guaxi: I have 66 of Fight, dear, I’m a warrior, wasabi. GM: Roll the damage it’s a d3. Guaxi: d3? 4. GM: It’s 2 points of damage? Guaxi: 2 points of damage. GM: You punch the mouse,
you take it from Thiago’s shoulders, and now it’s Liz. Gabi: Hmm... Now I can see the mouse? GM: Yes. But you have a penalty for hitting it, because it’s in the middle of the fight. Gabi: Hmm... No, I just take my backpack and start to look for some ointment, something to pass on Thiago’s hurt. I’ll go ready. GM: Right. Cesar? Calango: Ehh... The mouse it’s still over Thiago? GM: Yeah. It just took off the mouth. Calango: I’ll get my gun and put it at an angle that if I miss the shot, which is kind of
unlikely, because I’m Thiago’s side and on the mouse’s side, uhn, if I miss it won’t hit Thiago. GM: You have a penalty, but you’re close to it, so it’s normal. A normal roll. Calango: Regular. Rakin: Damn, imagine the guy misses, hits me and kills me? Calango: Ok, I passed regular, passed regular. GM: Right, you can roll the damage. Guaxi: 5! Calango: 9 + 3... Guaxi: 5 then! GM: You see Arthur arriving and punching it, he turns his face at you and he just sees the gun barrel shining and [POW] your shot hits straight in the
middle of its forehead with the symbol, and it [mouse screams] falls dead on the floor. Guaxi: The mouse got the combo. GM: And falls dead on the floor. Calango: When I do that, I say Ce: Don’t mess with Mickey! [Laughes] GM: The guy did it, dude! Guaxi: Oh my God! My pressure even dropped, I swear! I’m almost dying. GM: The mouse falls dead on the floor and now you see the room that it was, it’s like... Guaxi: Bro, I want to pee, man! GM: You see the room it was, that’s with the big symbol drawn
on the floor. There’s a lot of drawings thrown on the floor of animals in different stages. There’s a lot of books of… You’ll enter to explore I assume, uhn? Rakin: I think so… Calango: Yeah. Gabi: No, I’ll walk at Thiago with a gauze bathed in saline solution, and pass into the wound. Rakin: Do you have some ointment there? GM: Ok, ok. You cleaned. Guaxi: The ointment! GM: You’re... Gabi: Can I, like, take the acid? GM: Ahh... he resisted the poison, he wasn’t infected, he felt it was just superficial, if it had got a vein, then
he would be fucked up. Gabi: Ok, but I cleaned all the wound anyway. GM: Yeah, you took the acid, you saw that it had a bit of poison, you cleaned that black weird poison, and you see hen this room is full of drawings, this is the room that has more things. There’s a lot of books of agronomy, livestock, animals, and cooking recipes with different natural ingredients. There’s a lot of books… about zootechnics, that is the study of animals. There’s a lot of drawings of maggots, insects, and several pots of dead plants around the whole room.
T: Oh, saying in real, I don’t want to enter there anymore. I have already been attacked by a spider, mouse, next will be a shark. GM: And all these plants have like that black goop inside the pots, a little bit. Gabi: Right, I’ll go inside. GM: That’s what you saw looking at the whole room. Gabi: Uhh... using my knowledge of biology, can I identify what they were doing with the plants? Like, if they were putting the goop inside? GM: You can roll a dice. Gabi: Ok, I have to roll a dice of Biology? GM: Yes.
Gabi: Right. Gabi: No, fail. GM: You can see that she was testing several types of plants, or animals, or insects, in general around the symbol. You can see that she was seeing how the symbol affects the different plants. Gabi: Right. L: Oh guys... Ce: Hi. L: Come here. T: I won’t go there. L: Uhh, I don’t think that… I mean, that they put these things inside the plants, but they put the plants and the animals inside the symbol... Ce: What? L: and these plants and animals reacted to this symbol drawn on the floor, that I
won’t step at it. And apparently the things react to this symbol. So.... J: Was that what Thiago felt inside that maze? Because the symbol was right on him, in the spider actually. L: Maybe the symbol will somehow teleport you spiritually into this maze. GM: Brúlio came down, just to say. I forgot to say. Gabi: Teleport you spiritually to that place, I don’t know. Because what I can understand with those letters, this place exists physically, the part of inside the Cave and the one that takes you to the Endless Maze, So Thiago went there in some
spiritual way. And maybe that’s what happened here in this room. Ce: There’s no document in this room? GM: Everyone roll a dice of Find please. Gabi: My took Good. Calango: Hey, my was… oh, my was Regular. Luba: I failed. Rakin: I won’t do it, ‘cause I’m not in the room. GM: Liz, when you come back to talk, you see that the Old Man that was in the bedroom ran away, and is running down You’re the one that sees him. Crazy Old Man: Ah, Ah! [SNAP SNAP] GM: And went downstairs. Calango: Who saw it? L: Guys,
guys! The old, the Old Man! A: The Crazy Old Man? L: The Crazy Old Man! GM: He goes down running... J: Brúlio, hold him! GM: Brúlio is downstairs. You see him running the stairs, through the right, and everyone “what’s going on?” You see him going toward the door. Roll a dice of Constitution everyone. Until the door with the chains. Gabi: Jesus! Guaxi: Oh my fucking God. Hey, look Cellbit creating things here. Rakin: 37. I passed. Guaxi: Jesus, I... Gabi: I failed, I failed. GM: You see him running desperately, you see him taking something out of
his coat, he "Uhh, huh" and start to mess with the chains, and starts to… and you see [Click] he takes out the lock, and starts to take all the chains and opens the door, and he runs inside. T: Oh my God! Then you fuck us, little old? L: Jesus, guys! GM: When he opens the door you see that inside it, you can’t see anything, ‘cause there is only fog there. And it begins to spread out little by little. While this happens, Brúlio comes running with the others trying to stop him, but he enters inside right
at the moment that they try to grab him. You arrive together, when he enter, and you hear from Brúlio’s pocket: [Bip Bip] Guaxi: No... Rakin: Dude! Calango: Aaaaah bro! Gabi: I run and close the door. Rakin: I run with her to lock the door and help her. L: Let’s not lock it, because the… . Gabi: The key stayed in the lock or he took it? GM: You don’t see any key. Calango: I stay here upstairs. I say to Joui. Ce: Joui, come here upstairs. GM: Everyone is like “what s going on?” Gabi: I just leave
the door on the latch. GM: You leave the door on the latch? Gabi: Everybody heard the “bip bip”? GM: You were close to him and heard, yes. T: Bro, the Hounded arrived here and this door is open. Dude, we need to close this shit as fast as possible, bros. A: Let’s push this cabinet to the door, go, go! L: Yeah, I don’t think just closing the door is enough. Gabi: I want to help to push the cabinet. Because if we close the door it can lock. GM: You heard coming from below a loud scream. ???:
UUUUUUUUUH GM: And silence. Calango: From inside the door? GM: Yep. Gabi: No, I’ll push the cabinet. T: Push, the old man went down already, go, go! A: Bye, Old Man. T: Everyone together... Gabi: What does we need to do? GM: Br: Br: Let’s go to the barricades fast, they’re coming, they’re entering! GM: You hear motorcycle sounds, several, at least… roll a dice of Listen there, to see how much you can recognize. You heard a lot of motorcycles coming from out there. Guaxi: Ouch! I listened to that! Guaxi: Ouch! I took 3 dude! Gabi: My was
Regular. Rakin: I took 10, heard easy. Luba: My was Good. Calango: Wow, I took… oh, it was Good. I took 12 and it was Good, fuck you. Guaxi: I got 3, mine was Extreme! GM: Right, ahn... Arthur, by your experience, and for hearing motorcycles your whole life, you heard at least 4 motorcycles coming from outside, and people walking, you hear steps. ???: Here, here, here! ???: Rodolfo said to enter! A: The Hounded are coming guys, get ready! GM: Everyone run to your positions. Calango: I’ll move here like this, look. Gabi: Did we succeed in pushing
the- (GM: You’re pushing this...) cabinet in front of the door. Roll a dice of Strength Liz. Rakin: I’m in this too. Guaxi: Go, Liz, show your potential! Gabi: I took Regular. GM: You can’t do it alone, you're... Rakin: I’m helping too. GM: Ok, roll a dice of Strength too. Rakin: Wow, I’m fucked up. GM: You can’t because that bite. You both are trying, but it’s heavier, it's harder, it was heavy in the first try. You both are trying, you can drag it almost at the half way there, but you can’t block the door completely. You
hear steps coming around the house, coming to the front door. L: Fuck it, we don’t have time. Gabi: I run behind some barricade, I run… Rakin: Me too. Gabi: I run… behind this piano, here. Rakin: I’m upstairs, there getting in my pixel there, that I found. GM: Put yourselves in your places, please. Rakin: I’m in my pixel. Calango: I’m in my pixel. Gabi: This here it’s what, a sofa in front of the piano? GM: Yeah. Gabi: What an idea. Rakin: I’m at the side of Stuart Little here. Guaxi: Yeah, we can’t turn the piano ‘cause
would be... GM: The piano it’s pretty heavy. Calango: It´s not heavy for me, dickhead. Gabi: Yeah, I take advantage of the fact that I was near the stairs and I go up running, so, I’ll go upstairs too. GM: Ok, where do you put yourself? Gabi: I’ll go… kinda here, next to Thiago. GM: Ok. You can see the movimentation from outside, but you can’t see exactly what, because it’s too dark and you point your flashlight and it’s all black, and the mist it’s coming out from the door behind you, through the cracks you can see it
coming out more and more. A: What is this, dude! GM: And in front of you, you can see in the dark, there’s two Hounded, one on which side of the door, with guns, taking cover. Rakin: It is bullet in one already. Guaxi: I love Thiago! “‘Someone: A, him: bullet”. GM: There’s one on which side like this, taking cover. Actually, from where you are you can’t see this. Just Arthur can see these two guys hidden behind the wall here. And you hear more steps around this area, from below. L: Joui! Can you see something from the
window there? GM: Everyone is down, like this, in cover waiting. Br: Br: Go away you piece of shit! Luba: Can I see something from the window? ???: Piece of shit are you, you son of a bitch! You are the ones who came to our house! A: Dad, I’m already seeing two on the door. Br: I’m seeing too, but I… Do you want try to shoot? A: I don’t know. Do you think we can hit? Oh, I’ll shoot! GM: Will you shoot? A: There’s nothing to lose anyway. Guaxi: Can I shoot? GM: Sure uhn, We’ll do...
Guaxi: Yesss! 10 and 4, I was going to say 10, but it’s 14. GM: Is it Extreme? Guaxi: 14 is... no no, it’s good. Very good. GM: Roll the damage, roll the damage. You hit the bald one here in the left. Guaxi: It still is a d10 and a d6 uhn? GM: Yes. Guaxi: Fuck, just 4. GM: 4 of damage in general? Guaxi: Yeah. Uhum. GM: Your shot hits the wall, scrapping on the wall, you feel that pass by the wall and scrap on him... Capanga: Ouch, son of a bitch! GM: And he turns to
shoot you back. Now yes, everyone rolls a dice of Initiative. Let’s see the order of the things. Guaxi: I’ll do “AH!”. Kidding. Initiative is… GM: The Hounded will be the last ones. Gabi: Dexterity, right? GM: Yeah. Calango: Ah, initiative again? Rakin: And if I took one number exactly. Like there’s 50… GM: It’s good, if you took, you got. Rakin: No, but I took very good. GM: So you took Good. It’s Extreme or Good? Rakin: Good. GM: So you took Good. Rakin: Ok, so it’s Good. GM: Right, so Extreme, who took Extreme?... Nobody, ok? Uhn, Good?
Gabi: Oh no, I took Regular. GM: Ok. Thiago… after, regular? Right, Liz, no, Joui… I mean, Arthur has the bigger Dexterity, after Liz, after Joui, and at last one is Cesar… no, Cesar is before the Hounded. Nice. Gabi: Question, master. GM: Hm? Gabi: I asked Joui if he is seeing something in the window, ‘cause he’s near the window there. GM: Ahn... you can roll a dice of Find, but there's no light outside, he's not seeing almost nothing, he just sees… you... ... can roll a dice of Find there. Luba: This window has planks, uhn? GM:
Yeah, but there’s some blanks in the boards, on the top. J: I can’t see nothing, Liz. L: Oh, my God. Fine, thanks. GM: It’s really dark. Ok, now it’s Thiago. Rakin: Let’s two blows, the classic. Will be this anyway… GM: In who? Rakin: In the one who didn’t shoot. GM: You can’t… From your point of view you can see him, yes, you can see this guy here. You have a good angle. You and Liz can see the guy who is down here. You see a little behind the wall, you have a penalty because he has
cover. Rakin: Wait, I have a penalty? GM: Because he has cover, yes. Rakin: Aaah, bro. I risk 3 rolls, dude? GM: You will have to roll 3 times in which shot, yeah. Guaxi: Holy mother... It´s too many rolls. Gabi: Wow... I... I don't know, uhn. Rakin: I don’t want to do this because there’s a risk of damaging my gun right? GM: There’s the risk of damaging the gun and it can stop, yes. Rakin: Wow, let’s do just one then, uhn? One little bullet. GM: You shoot him one time with a penalty. Rakin: I took 8
and… Rakin: Oh, 83. I have 80 firearms. GM: Your shot hits the wall and passes straight, he gets down “Bastard!” Now it’s Arthur. Guaxi: It’s me again? GM: Yeah. Guaxi: Yay! I’ll shoot again. GM: Because you gave a surprise shoot. Guaxi: Yay. 7! I swear for everything, 007 again. GM: There’s a penalty because he is covered, roll again. Guaxi: What, how is it? GM: There’s a penalty because he is covered, roll again. Guaxi: Fine. Ah bro, do want to see that now I’ll take 90. Guaxi: 55. GM: Do you hit him? Guaxi: Let me see...
I do, 63. GM: Roll the damage. Guaxi: Ok. It’s a d10 and a d6, and plus two isn’t it? Or no? GM: Yeah, there is plus two of damage. Guaxi: So 7... 9. GM: 9 of damage in the one that you hit before, right? Guaxi: Yeah GM: You hit right in his ear and [BAM] and he falls on the floor. Pow! Guaxi: Uhul! GM: And the other says: ???: No, Lucio! GM: And now it’s… Joui. No, sorry, it’s Liz. Gabi: Ok, I can see this other guy, right? GM: Yes. Gabi: I have the perfect view…
Ok, so I’ll shoot… I’ll shoot with the Glock. GM: Fine. Gabi: Hmm... Regular. GM: Ehh... has penalty. Gabi: I rolled twice. GM: Ok. You can roll the damage. Gabi: An... it’s just a d10, right? A d10… 5. GM: 5 of damage? Gabi: Uhum. GM: You hit him too, scratching him, and he “Ouch, shit!”, but you don’t hurt him. All shots are kinda hitting the barrier and go through the barrier to hit them, but how this barrier is too rotten, it passes easily. After Liz is... Joui. Who has no angle to them. Luba: You said that
the boards are weak, they are rotten, right? GM: Weaks, yes. Luba: Ok. Can I get this vase here on my side and throw it out the window? GM: You have to break these boards first, it’s a roll of Strength. Luba: I have to break? I can’t get the thing and throw it there? Because it’s heavy and the wood is rotten. GM: This vase here that had like a tree in it? Luba: It’s a tree? GM: No it’s not a tree, but it’s a very big plant, like this. You can try, but it’s an Extreme roll
of Strength at least for you to be able to get this thing. Luba: Has to be Extreme? GM: Yeah. It has to be Extreme. Luba: Ok, hmm... Gabi: Break the glass first. Luba: Fine, I’ll break the glass. GM: Ok, but it even has glass anymore. Luba: It’s just wood? GM: It’s just a roll of Strength, and you have to hit the boards to break them. Kinda Kung Fu, like Taekwondo. Luba: Wow, I can’t believe it! GM: How much? Luba: Let me lay the vase? GM: How much did you take? Luba: Extreme, 002. GM: No, it’s
done. You [TROW] broke the boards and opened a big hole in the window, now you have a window, and you can look down, and you see that there are 3 more Hounded on the door taking cover. Guaxi: Wow, it’s going to tickle. J: Liz, there’s 3 more Hounded down here! GM: At the time that you scream, they look at you and see you. Luba: It’s to call their attention. These Pounded. Gabi: Oh, God! GM: Now it’s Cesar. Rakin: The Pounded. Calango: Is who? I? GM: Cesar, yes Calango: Well... GM: Where are you? Ok. Calango: I’ll
aim here in the door to... GM: You can see the other guy that now it’s taking the place of the guy that was here, he was behind. Calango: Ok, is... GM: You can see this guy with glasses here. Calango: No, I’ll aim, I’ll aim. GM: Ok. You are aimed on him? Calango: What? GM: You use your turn to aim on him? Calango: Yes. GM: Ok. While this, Joui, when you look down to see and screams, they look up, but then you take your head fast or let it there? Luba: No, I take it fast. GM:
Fine, you take your head from there. They look at you, and go back inside, they’ll shoot at… this guy will shoot at Brúlio. Guaxi: Don´t do that with my father! GM: He hit him. He shoots with a pistol and it passes through the table and hits Brúlio... Calango: Ahh... Gabi: Jesus! GM: That lose... Ok. Brúlio take a shot [BANG], he: Br: [Gasping for breath] GM: And put the gun aimed back on the guy. Gabi: Shit! GM: And the other two guys shoot at the Scoundrels that are here. GM: Wait. The first one missed a lot.
He hits the floor. (Guaxi: Oh fuck!) Gabi: I don’t know what happened. GM: Because he got shot through the wall, he shot and missed. And the second guy shot two times, wow, he hit one? Gabi: Dude... GM: Ok, he shot right and killed Marcelo. Got on Marcelo’s head [POW] he falls hard on the floor, dead. Murilo looks to the side: Murilo: NO! MARCELO! GM: And... Guaxinim, roll a dice of Sanity. Rakin: Fuck... everyone is dying, dude. Guaxi: 31. Ok, I pass. GM: You lose 1 point of sanity, you saw a friend die in front of
you. And everyone roll a dice of Sanity please. Gabi: Fuck. Rakin: I pass. Calango: I failed. Gabi: I failed. GM: Who has failed, lost 1 point, who hasn’t failed, don’t lose nothing. GM: You saw a human being die, it’s terrible. You lose 1 point of sanity, that's it. You saw a friend of yours, a friend, like, a dear person that was on your side died, it’s very bad for you. Rakin: 1 point of sanity? GM: Ok... It’s 1 of sanity, yeah. Rakin: This is for those who have failed, just. GM: Just those who have failed,
who haven’t failed, don’t lose. Rakin: Chill. GM: Then Marcelo got hit and Murilo: Murilo: Ah, ah! GM: Now I have to roll some dies here to check. Murilo drops his gun desperately. Murilo: No! GM: And go to see him on the floor. Uhn… Brúlio looks at this and gets angrier. Br: NO! GM: Ivan... Ivan: Ah, ah, my God! GM: And drops his gun too, in chock. Arthur you failed on the roll, you didn’t pass, right? Guaxi: I passed. GM: So you can contain yourself. It’s Scoundrel’s turn, the only who held out was Brúlio, and he’ll
shoot with a pistol back at the guy that he can see. Rakin: Go Big ol’ Brúlio! GM: Ho ho ho ho! GM: He blows this guy’s head. Brúlio was very angry, and [POW] just see the bullet entering in the eye and [BAM] blows it and the guy falls on the floor. And now… you hear... And Brúlio just... He look around to see where he is going to kill the others. And now… you hear... Guaxi: Oh no. Gabi: Oh no. GM: Behind you... Guaxi: Will begin. GM: Wood sounds. [NHEC NEHC NHEC] and suddenly, from behind the
door and the shelf, you hear a loud knock. [BUM] The shelf falls with everything on the floor together with the door, and in the middle of the mist you see a black, male silhouette, thin, and very muscular walking slowly. When the face reveals, you see that what is on his face is just a skull of what is left of a rotten human skull in the last stages of decomposition. It is rotten, it is brownish, it is repulsive. From behind this broken skull it has that black sludge leaking, and it intertwines itself, forming a lot of
tendons, and forming the human muscle anatomy. Do you know that exposed muscle anatomy that we see in books? It’s that, but it’s all black andwith a little more grayish bone. An instead of meat, it’s all that black sludge. It has in the skull, in the middle of the forehead, the red symbol shining, and this, was the first thing you saw. You see it walking elegantly, it doesn’t seem to be beastly like the other creatures that you’ve seen so far. It even seems to have an arrogance in its walk. It’s like in this room are only
worms standing before what it is. The empty eyes, when you look back, in this fright, is as if all your feeling of hope you ever had just disappeared. You are all going to die. You have just found your death. Rakin: Oh fuck, I’ll jump the window. GM: And this is here where we’ll end today’s session. Gabi: OH NO! GM: And we continue next saturday, in The Secret in the Forest. Calango: Bro, we are fucked up. Guaxi: Damn. Gabi: Dude, everybody died! Guaxi: Why don’t we just hug which other and die? Gabi: I have 7 HP
points, it’s over! Rakin: I don’t believe you end like this, I can’t believe... Guaxi: I’ll say too, you know you are ridiculous? Rakin: This is wrong, you can’t do this with people. Guaxi: You can’t do this. Ce: This piece of shit dude, it has to be him. Rakin: Then I come back in five minute: I die! GM: Next saturday at 18 hours we continue this little intense moment that we are living here. I’m curious to see where we are going with this now. Luba: It was an honor. GM: "It was an honor"! [Laughs] Calango: It
was very good to play this RPG. GM: Ah! Before, just to finish, everyone, let’s roll a dice of Sanity just to see what happens. Guaxi: Get out! I just attacked, my friend exploded! Right, I’ll roll. Calango: Ah, I passed. Guaxi: Ah, I failed dude! Gabi: Wow, I passed. Luba: I failed.. Rakin: I passed.. GM: Who failed? Gabi: I passed but was through a little bit. Come on. Ah! Just 3 points of Sanity, Guaxi: I failed. How much? GM: You just feel completely empty. 3 points of Sanity. Guaxi: Jesus, dude. Gabi: Who failed or who passed?
GM: Who failed. And who passed lost 2 points of sanity. . Guaxi: Ahahahah! Rakin: Dude, I’ve lost how much of the maximum sanity already? I’ve lost… Jesus Christ. Guaxi: Fuck, dude. Luba: It's the shameless to say that is just 3, it’s too much. GM: Thank you so much, really, from my heart, for one more session. At 18 hours, next week we’ll be here to continue. GM: Go rest, drink water, get ready because there is going to be trouble. I’ll see you there. Gabi: More? GM: Thank you for today! Guaxi: There is going to be trouble,
literally. Luba: I’ll say it, I hope next week comes fast. Guaxi: There's definitely going to be trouble. GM: Take care, guys, thank you, really! Luba: Thanks, friends Rakin: Karma will get you for this. Gabi, Guaxinim, Calango: Bye! GM: Bye, guys, thank you so much for today. Thank you so much for the affection, and I’ll see you next week. Bye. [Outro TSIF] Translated and Subtitles by: Equipe T (@equipet__ on Twitter)
