up your job shipping store you build up your brand whatever you build up your personal brand on Instagram Tik Tok and you get Shadow band cuz when you get Shadow band you can never get the account back it's detrimental right so do this to avoid Shadow ban let's get straight to it Boys number one when you create your Instagram or Tik Tok account verify the email as soon as you create it verify the email you'll see that on the settings of Tik Tok or Instagram number two don't upload in the first 24 hours this is

90% of it first 24 hours don't upload if you upload within the first 24 hours for Instagram or YouTube they're going to think you're a bot and nine times out of 10 you'll get Shad ban so number two don't upload in the first 24 hours number three very important follow 10 to 15 accounts you don't need to follow accounts in your Niche a lot of people say hey I I run a sports brand or you know I'm Drop Shipping a sports product do I need to follow Sports you know sports teams Etc it does not

be an just follow 10 to 15 random accounts Logan Paul KSI Sport Center this that Target Walmart whatever you want follow 10 to 15 accounts now with Tik Tok Instagram doesn't have this issue with Tik Tok a lot of the time with a lot of accounts you can't actually follow anyone in the first 5 to 7 days if that's not the case don't worry don't have a panic attack don't cry to your mom it does not mean your Shadow band just give it 24 hours and start uploading if you can follow people then follow 10

to 15 if you can't then ignore this not a big deal right number four make sure before you ever upload a video you only need to do this once you don't need to do this before every video Just Once scroll for 30 to 40 minutes right just be an NPC this is your one this is the one time in your life you can be an NPC scroll for 30 40 minutes scroll like comment like a random user be an NPC right this is your one excuse to be an NPC you guys watching my channel I'm

assuming you're not NPC scrolling like absolute Wars all day so I know this will be kind of hard for you but just for once in your life scroll for 30 40 minutes helps with warming up the account so they don't think you're a bought next thing that's very very important is after your first 24 hours when you go out there and you start uploading videos the first three days after the first 24 hours three videos a day maximum right three videos a maximum I am known for you know blasting out 6 to 12 videos a

day the reason we've done billions of views on Tik Tok is cuz we do six to 12 videos a day but for the first 3 days no more than three videos a day it doesn't matter upload morning nighttime daytime night time whatever you want whatever time of the day just as long as you give it a 30 minute break in between each videos the main rule with Instagram and YouTube is always give it a 30 minute break in between each video that you post don't just upload back to back always give it 30 minute break

in between so first three days maximum three videos a day right then after that go crazy do 6 to 12 go do 24 videos as long as you give it a 30 minute buffer in between each video right that's pretty much it another thing that's very important is a lot of you guys are having absolute panic attacks getting heart attacks on a Tuesday morning because your first video got zero views or your second video got zero views it does not matter most of my accounts on Instagram and YouTube Sorry Instagram and Tik Tok the first

5 to seven days will have zero views very very normal it happens here and there I'd say 10 to 20% of the time it happens not a big deal if the first five to seven videos you land zero views don't have a panic attack the only time I would butcher that account and throw it in the dust if it's 12 videos in a row with zero views so if it's 12 videos in a row with zero views throw it away the majority of the time a lot of your accounts the first 5 to seven days

you'll have zero views if that's the case it's fine not a big deal don't cry get on with it just keep uploading it covers itself so with that being said just a recap number one verify your email number two don't upload in the first 24 hours number three follow 10 to 15 accounts can be any accounts right go follow your girlfriends your boyfriends whatever you want follow 10 15 accounts number four score scroll for 30 to 40 minutes to warm up the account number five the first three days you're only uploading three videos a day
