there are four habits that you should avoid before bedtime because they can block the flow of prosperity and wealth in your life These are common mistakes that many people make so you might be doing them too that's why I want you to watch this video Until the End because I'm sure you will find at least one if not more that you need to change these are simple and easy mistakes that many of us unintentionally make but they can have huge negative impacts in terms of the wealth and prosperity you're able to receive so pay close
attention because I'm sure you're unknowingly making at least one of these errors that is distancing you from abundance I'm going to tell you what you need to stop doing and what you need to start doing instead if you want to improve your financial situation trust me it's very easy it's very easy to fall into the Trap of these mistakes but it's also very easy to get out of it take note of each one of these mistakes and the solution that I'm going to give you and apply it tonight before going to sleep nothing will work

you go to sleep is the most important part of your day when it comes to manifesting abundance this is because the final thoughts emotions and energy you experience in those moments before drifting off imprint deeply into your subconscious mind your subconscious then continues processing this input and generating matching vibrations throughout the night in this way the state you in right before bed essentially primes your internal manifesting machine for the next 8 hours so if you go to bed in a state of lack worry or negativity your subconscious will churn out more of the same while
you sleep but if you consciously prepare your energy and inputs at bedtime you can optimize your subconscious to manifest Prosperity around the clock that's why your pre-sleep routine is so crucial the way you end your day matters far more than you may realize when it comes to aligning with abundance mistake number one going to bear angry worried or upset never go to sleep after an unresolved argument or disagreement with your partner friend coworker Boss family member anyone when you go to bed emotionally charged up from conflict those feelings get imprinted deeply into your self-conscious mind
your vibration becomes attuned to negativity and Discord this energy can then manifest in your life as ongoing relationship problems stressful conflicts career setbacks and financial difficulties or blocks let's look at an example of a romantic relationship if you have an argument with your partner and go to sleep upset stewing and replaying the dispute in your mind you amplify the negative energy your vibration becomes attuned to Discord and misalignment with your loved one this gets imprinted in your subconscious and can leak into your awake life suddenly you notice more frequent bickering with your partner over small
issues you feel an ongoing wall between you less intimacy more distance resentment Builds on both sides over time whereas before you might have let little annoyances roll off your back now they turn into screaming matches everything your partner does seems to irritate you and minor disagreements blow up into major fights this escalating negativity damages the love and respect within the relationship you forget all the reasons you came together in the first place things reach a Breaking Point and the relationship ultimately ends but this downhill slide often starts with small mistakes like frequently going to bet
angry and not resetting the vibe between you those moments right before sleep are crucial the same Dynamic applies to other relationships too stewing over a conflict with your mom sibling or friend imprints negative energy that can sabotage the relationship when awake don't think everything will be fine in the morning it will be normal as it was try finding ways to neutralize or release any strong negative emotions before bedtime here are some effective ways to do this having a calm open talk with a person you had conflict with is ideal for airing Grievances and reconnecting positively
discuss what happened non-judgmentally apologize olze if needed and end with a H or expressing your appreciation for them this resets the energy between you on a positive note if you can't resolve it directly writing in a journal can help you process the emotions solo get all your feelings out on paper write until you feel a sense of release going for a walk in nature is deeply soothing and relaxing being around trees fresh air and the elements shifts your mood out of anger or anxiety into a state of calm presence taking a warm bath or shower
helps metaphorically wash away negativity so you feel cleansed going into Sleep listen to calming music or meditate to quiet your mind and enter a relaxed Serene State before bed YouTube has many meditation music tracks to choose from reading an uplifting book distracts your mind from rehashing the upsetting situation and refocuses it on positive themes to inspire good energy the goal with any of these practices is to clear out the negative vibe before it takes root inside you overnight replace it with positive uplifting energy so you sleep soundly and wake up renewed now let's move on
to mistake number two bringing work problems to bed it's very common to feel preoccupied about work issues close to bedtime that important presentation difficult coover D uncertainty Financial Target Etc but allowing these work worries to occupy your mind right before sleep is extremely detrimental when you go to bed anxious and overwhelmed about work those negative emotions imprint deeply into your subconscious mind overnight your vibration becomes attuned to stress lack and uncertainty this energy manifests in your your Waking Life as more work difficulties career stagnation and financial blocks for example going to bed stressed about an
upcoming Big Work deadline Tunes your vibration to I can't get everything done so you attract more or overwhelming work demands depleted energy and results that never meet expectations no matter how hard you push or if you fall asleep feeling angry about a conflict with a difficult coworker you amplify disharmony with colleagues in your subconscious you'll likely experience more tensions and clashes with cs undermining your career growth that's why it's essential to leave work at work when you come home leave it at your office if you work from home then leave your work at the place
where you work like at your table where you keep your laptop or computer make relaxing and nourishing yourself a new job description for your evening routine you can try the same method mentioned above here is my own story I used to run a business and worry about not having enough sales all the time I even had nightmares about it this made my vibration with the universe bad and the universe was sending me signals that I was not in alignment but when I stopped worrying so much and started to relax things began to change my sales
slowly increased as I Rel Rel the work tension and kept it away from home I learned to enjoy my time with myself and my family and have fun without thinking about work I left work where it belonged at work and when I went to bed I had all positive energy and increased my vibration with the Universe I felt more grateful more peaceful and more confident I slept better and woke up refreshed and ready for a new day now Point number three obsess passing over debt and financial obligations before bed it's natural to feel worried about
money issues like debt bills financial problems or lack of savings at times but letting these thoughts Loop right before bed is disastrous for your abundance mindset when you go to sleep focused on and stressed about all your financial obligations at energy of lack uncertainty and Desperation imprints deeply into your subconscious over your mindset and vibration becomes focused solely on obligation debt and things you de earn to want this Tunes you to attract more of those experiences when awake for example falling asleep feeling anxious about all your debt and unpaid bills Tunes your vibration to I'll
never get ahead financially your subconscious mind will now work 24x7 to manifest experiences that reinforce the that belief like more expenses and financial shortfalls to prove itself right or if you obsess over inadequate savings before bed you amplify feelings of financial insecurity in your subconscious you'll likely behave in more fearful and restrictive ways with money when awake to play it safe but this just perpetuates more lack the solution is to consciously redirect your energy and mindset to Prosperity as you fall asleep here are some ways to do this visualize yourself already debt-free with savings and
freedom feel the emotions this elicits mentally list 10 things you're grateful for to tap into abundance you already have read uplifting books listen to guided meditations focused on attracting wealth write a list of empowering money affirmations and repeat them imagine your ideal future house vacations dream lifestyle feel it as real the goal is to avoid sending yourself into sleep feeling fearful restricted or fixated on lack when you consciously shape your energy around abundance freedom and prosperity you subconscious Works overnight to Manifest this new Financial reality for you visualizing yourself debt-free and with savings feeling grateful
for what you already have reading books on Prosperity listening to guided meditations writing affirmations and imagining your ideal future are some ways to consciously redirect your mindset and energy to Prosperity as you fall asleep the goal is to avoid feeling fearful restricted or fixated on lack as you sleep instead shaping your energy around abundance freedom and prosperity allows your subconscious to work overnight to Manifest this new Financial reality now this will the most common mistake mistake number four consuming negative Media or entertainment before bed many people have the habit of watching TV scrolling social media
or playing video games right up until bedtime while enjoyable in the moment consuming this stimulating or negative content before sleep programs your subconscious mind in unhelpful ways watching the violent fear Fe F dramatic or depressing news imprints those low vibration emotions into your subconscious overnight you tune into the frequency of danger lack corruption and everything wrong in the world Doom scrolling social media before bed fills your subconscious with anxiety Envy outrage and scarcity it makes you feel like you don't have enough compared to everyone else even watching entertaining yet pessimistic or cynic shows Tunes your
vibration to negativity because you unconsciously absorb that Viewpoint as you fall asleep let me give you the most realistic example which even I was hooked social media many social media platforms these days hook us in through short form content like Tik Tok YouTube shorts and Instagram reals the short repetitive videos consume our attention and make it difficult to look away what's more these apps do not display running times so we can spend hours scrolling without realizing it this type of social media usage has negative effects on our sleep and well-being there is a scientific reason
to avoid it our pupils blink less while endlessly scrolling making it harder to fall asleep and potentially leading to insomnia instead of giving into endless social media scrolling before bed I recommend men trying some calming activities to unwind your mind and body listen to soothing uplifting music that relaxes your nervous system rather than sad songs that induce stress meditation is also effective for clearing your mind of daily clutter taking a warm bath allows you to wash off the day's mental and physical fatigue spending quality time with loved ones improves your mood and relationships the goal
is to proactively sh ape your energy right before sleep through positive inputs this programs your subconscious to attract more of the same into your daytime life actively unwinding with music meditation baths or quality time helps you send yourself to sleep in an inspired relaxed state of being avoiding these common bedtime mistakes can truly transform your ability to manifest abundance prosperity and rewarding relationships day-to-day day something as simple as changing how you end your day has Ripple effects on your subconscious programming vibration and what you attract while asleep and awake so be mindful of how you're
