what if the energy we've learned to be happy and exciting and profound is all just meant to be something we instead learn how to Anchor in a calm way into our experiences Begin by getting into whatever your body asks trust it's going to ask for something that will really deepen a sense of calm within you so hit pause if you need to and come back once you're ready and then when you are very slowly and gently close your eyes [Music] and begin to invite gravity to take over wherever it can right away here we give
up our body's need to hold itself or rather we give up the mind's need for the body we can feel wishes to be free to relax so let's go through very deliberately releasing and relaxing all muscles in the forehead the top and back of head eyebrows and nose foreign [Music] heaviness in the jaw in the tongue all the way down the neck [Music] through the shoulders arms and hands releasing and relaxing your entire chest and upper back letting belly be soft and loose feeling now your entire torso and spine all the way down to your
hips fully relaxed moving down into hips said bones thighs [Music] knees calves and feet all heavy as they can be [Music] and again scan your awareness from head the soles of feet releasing and relaxing one more time any muscles that you still would like to deepen their relaxation invite them to relax even more and let any muscles that refuse to if that's happening for you give them no mind pay attention to that which is released and appreciate that and watch as other muscles eventually follow suit and for now wherever you are in this relaxation Journey
just appreciate any relaxation you feel within you letting those good feelings highlight your awareness and experience you're having right now without making them special are important [Music] just observing and allowing thank you allowing the good feelings to be whatever they be allowing your focus to be on these good feelings [Music] affirming the following statement as a feeling within you I appreciate my relaxation I appreciate the calm that comes to me I appreciate the calm that I am [Music] [Music] the body remembers something the mind doesn't [Music] the mind has gone through a bit much in
this playing Arena that we've experienced together and invented with each other but the body remembers it is right and it is natural to be calm and relaxed our body affirms this acknowledges how true this is for it gives us confirmation of Truth by feeling light by feeling good [Music] your body teaches you truth Within you can feel truth now in your body [Music] it is like is this is light and it is free [Music] and it is so natural for you to be fully emerged in calm in relaxation in fact feel the truth of this
in your body it is time and it is right for you to wake up to this knowledge to this knowing of Truth in order for you to become so much more than the fear-based model of your existence had allowed you yet to be for you are ever unfolding and ever growing and now you activate the chapter in your life where you grow through the courage to remain calm the courage to remain in this good feeling of Truth centered balanced and home stay with this feeling as long as you wish our world-changing friend [Music]
