I'd like to encourage you to open up the word of God as we explore the deeper meaning in each verse in Psalm 143 this is a Psalm of David and it takes us through a range of emotions but the key thing in this Psalm that I want you to take note of is the fact that when things are at their darkest when he feels overwhelmed he takes a moment to remember all that God has done and if God has done it before he can do it again Psalm 143: 1-12 verse 1 Lord hear my prayer

listen to My Cry for mercy in your faithfulness and righteousness come to my relief in this verse the psalmist starts by calling out to God asking him to pay attention to their prayer they're saying something that I'm sure we've all said at some point in our lives please God hear me I believe that the psalmist has gotten to a point where there's no other hope for rescue but God Only God is able to deliver him only God is able to bring relief to his distress and so we hear this Earnest cry asking for God's help

his kindness and mercy verse two says do not bring your servant into judgment for no one living is righteous before you here the psalmist is asking God not to judge them too harshly they know that we're all Sinners but more importantly the psalmist acknowledges that no one is able to live righteously with their own strength and as we all should the psalmist is admitting that he has done things that aren't right and he's asking God for his mercy and his forgiveness verse three the enemy pursues me he crushes me to the ground he makes me

dwell in the darkness like those long dead the psalmist is telling God about their troubles they feel like someone's chasing them and it's making them feel really down and sad it's like they're in a dark and scary place almost like they're not even alive now we may not have physical enemies chasing us but problems and the challenges of life oh they can bring us to this kind of emotional state and so verse four says so my spirit grows faint within me my heart within me is dismayed the psalmist is saying that they feel really weak

and tired inside because of all the troubles the psalmist is truly burdened by his troubles he's overwhelmed and then in verse 5 it says I remember the days of long ago I meditate on all your works and consider what your hands have done here it's almost as though the psalmist is trying to encourage himself David is trying to remember the good times from the past when things were better and I imagine that he's doing this in order to give himself the strength to stand strong during this difficult season verse six I spread out my hands

to you I thirst for you like a parched land David is reaching out to God he Longs for God and in fact he thirsts he thirsts for God in the same way that dry land is in desperate need of water have you ever reached such a state where you are that desperate for God then he goes on in verse 7 to say answer me quickly Lord my spirit fails do not hide your face from me or I will be like those who go down to the pit the psalmist is asking God to help them fast

because they feel really weak inside they're worried that if God doesn't help they'll feel as bad as people who are deep down in a hole verse 8 says let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love for I have put my trust in you show me the way I should go for to you I entrust my life I believe that this verse is in a way telling us to hold on until the morning this too shall pass God's love will not fail that's why the psalmist goes as far as saying I entrust my life

David here has committed his life to The Sovereign will of the Lord what a wonderful place to arrive a place of total surrender total submission verse 9 says rescue me from my enemies Lord for I hide myself in you the psalmist once again cries out for rescue he's asking God to save him from his trouble and because God is a refuge and a stronghold in the day of trouble the psalmist says this I hide myself in you dear friend have you hidden yourself in the Lord verse 10 says teach me to do your will for

you are my God may your good spirit lead me on a level ground now my interpretation of this is that David's now coming to a place where he's considering that perhaps God has allowed him to face this situation because God wants to accomplish something and so if it is God's will that I should go through this David prays that the Holy Spirit would lead him verse 11 for your name's sake Lord Preserve ve my life in your righteousness bring me out of trouble the psalmist is asking God to keep them safe because of who God

is they're hoping that God's fairness will help get them out of their problems and finally in verse 12 in your unfailing love silence my enemies destroy all my foes for I am your servant the psalmist is asking God to show love by stopping their enemies from bothering them they're asking God to defeat anyone who's trying to hurt them because they belong to God lord Jesus we give you praise and we thank you for the perfect work that you accomplished on the cross Lord you hung on that cross for our sins you were blameless yet our

sins were nailed on that cross with you Lord Jesus how could we ever thank you enough words fail me there are no words to thank you King Jesus for that price that you paid on the cross for me the Bible says in Isaiah 53: 3-5 he was despised and rejected by mankind a man of suffering and familiar with pain like one from whom people hide their faces he was despised and we held him in low esteem surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering yet we considered him punished by God stricken by him

and Afflicted but he was pierced for our transgressions he was crushed for our iniquities the punishment that brought us peace was on him and by his wounds we are healed Lord Jesus in agreement with everyone listening We Praise You Lord we adore you and we worship you because you Lord were the one who was hurt you were the one who suffered because of our sins you were wounded for our wrongdoing Jesus you endured incredible pain for us and the blood that you shed was for our healing that blood that you shed is is for our

healing right now Lord I Thank you for the blood I thank you for the blood that you shed King Jesus so that we could be protected so that our families could be protected so that our children and loved ones can be protected Lord Jesus I thank you for the blood that covers Us the precious blood that Shields Us from Evil the Bible the ible says in 1 Corinthians 15: 3-4 for I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the scriptures that he was

buried that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the scriptures Lord Jesus we Rejoice because you have risen from the dead Our Savior has defeated death and we serve a living God we Rejoice that you are all powerful we Rejoice that you are a God who can resurrect and restore Lord Jesus we give you all the glory all the praise and all the honor I call on your name King Jesus to be our rescue be our Banner of Hope Lord you are the reason why we are more than conquerors you Lord Jesus

are the reason why no weapon that is formed against us will prosper you Lord are the reason why we cannot be intimidated by the devil in the name of Jesus we refuse to be oppressed suppressed or depressed by the enemy we believe in declare Psalm 20: 7 it says some trust in chariots and some in horses but we trust in the name of the Lord our God some find their strength in their weapons but we we will trust in you King Jesus some will trust in science some will trust in their own wisdom but oh

in the earth below indeed nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our lord this is an important passage of scripture for several reasons when life gets hard remember that nothing can separate us from the love of God when we feel persecuted when we're ostracized by the world always remember that nothing can separate us from the love of God when you're under attack when you're under siege and it feels as though Satan in his army are out to bring you down remember

law shall not depart from your mouth but you shall meditate on it day and night so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it for then you will make your way prosperous and then you will have good success Lord Jesus may you give me a desire to really study and cherish your word help me to meditate on your word so that it may intensify the fire in my heart intensify the fire within my heart to serve you intensify the hunger within me so that I will have a strong

a blameless heart and a willing mind as the Lord searches all hearts and minds and understands every intent and inclination of my thoughts I pray that I may be found to be striving for Holiness and righteousness I pray that I may be found to be declaring Psalm 42 verse 1 and 2 always as a deer pants for flowing streams so pants my soul for you oh God my soul thirsts for God for the Living God When shall I come and appear before God Lord you are faithful to be found by all who seek you you

are always near to those who draw close to you you have said that if your people who are called by your name will humble themselves and pray and seek your face and turn from their Wicked Ways then you will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin hear us King Jesus as we repent and humble ourselves before you your word in Deuteronomy 4: 29-31 says but if from there you seek the Lord your God you will find him if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul when you are in distress

in Psalm 119 vers 66 through 77 sheds light on why God allows us to encounter pain it says teach me knowledge and good judgment for I trust your commands before I was afflicted I went astray but now I obey your word you are good and what you do is good teach me your decrees though the Arrogant have smeared me with lies I keep your precepts with all my heart their hearts are callous and unfe heing but I Delight in your law it was good for me to be afflicted so that I might learn your decrees

the law from your mouth is more precious to me than thousands of pieces of silver and gold your hands made me and formed me give me understanding to learn your commands may those who fear you rejoice when they see me for I have put my hope in your word I I know Lord that your laws are righteous and that in faithfulness you have Afflicted me may your unfailing love be my comfort according to your promise to your servant note how the psalmist says before I was afflicted I went astray but now I obey your word

consider this if someone encounters painful circumstances and that that pain causes them to seek God like never before to pray with intensity and fervency if those painful circumstances bring them closer to God then is that not a good work being performed in their lives I mean think about it if you never go through anything how will you learn how to pray how will you learn how to trust and rely on God l listen whether we like it or not afflictions bring us closer to God as believers they make us cling ever so tightly to his

word and his promises and when God brings you through that trial your faith will most certainly be stronger so dear listener since we cannot stop pain from entering Our Lives let's pray that God will help us to use those painful moments to press in closer to him to trust and rely on him to lean into him to know him in a greater way to learn a different side of God that we would not have known without the pain Lord Jesus Christ hear our prayer prayer today father I pray for the person who is in the

middle of a tough situation today I pray for the one who's listening and is currently facing a trial strengthen them Lord Jesus though they may be pressed on every Side by their troubles Lord may they know that you will not allow them to be crushed by their burdens father help us to see that although we may be perplexed we are not driven to despair in Jesus name though we are hunted down we are never abandoned by God although we may get knocked down we are not destroyed father we know that if you have allowed us

to face any kind of difficulty in our lives you will help us to go through it with Grace Lord help us to grow in faith even while we go through the challenge above all master may we draw nearer to you help us to draw nearer to your word and to hold on to your promises like Philippians 4: 6-7 it says be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication with Thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and Minds through

Christ Jesus Lord we have faith and we believe that there is absolutely nothing for us to fear with you on our side because of this we will be strong and courageous even in hard times we will not be terrified we will not be discouraged because you oh Lord you are our Rock our Shield our strength and and our hope we place our faith in you God and we believe that you will see us through every Valley experience God We Trust in your ability and not our own even as we go through painful experiences and moments

of life God help us to grow and mature as Christians help us to develop our faith and even if our emotions try and get the best of us we will remain steadfast knowing that you will never leave us or forsake us Lord help us to focus on you and your power instead of the problems that we face give us the strength to focus on you even in hard circumstances May the Holy Ghost guide us to carefully read trust and be obedient to your word we choose to have faith father we choose to have faith in

your ability to break through every obstacle that we face in agreement with everyone listening to this prayer we declare Deuteronomy 31 verse 6 be strong and courageous do not fear or be in dread of them for it is the Lord your God who goes with you he will not leave you or forsake you in you Lord we trust in you we have courage and strength Lord I pray that you will give us the strength not to fear because we know that you will help us Lord help us to trust you in each and every situation

currently facing a trial strengthen them Lord Jesus though they may be pressed on every Side by their troubles Lord may they know that you will not allow them to be crushed by their burdens father help us to see that although we may be perplexed we are not driven to despair in Jesus name though we are hunted down we are never abandoned by God although we may get knocked down we are not destroyed father we know that if you have allowed us to face any kind of difficulty in our lives you will help us to go

through it with Grace Lord help us to grow in faith even while we go through the challenge above all master may we draw nearer to you help us to draw nearer to your word and to hold on to your promises like Philippians 4: 6-7 it says be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication with Thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and Minds through Christ Jesus Lord we have faith and we believe that there is absolutely nothing for

us to fear with you on our side because of this we will be strong and courageous even in hard times we will not be terrified we will not be discouraged because you oh Lord you are our Rock our Shield our strength and our hope we place our faith in you God and we believe that you will see us through every Valley experience God We Trust in your ability and not our own even as we go through painful experiences and moments of life God help us to grow and mature as Christians help us to develop our

faith and eeve even if our emotions try and get the best of us we will remain steadfast knowing that you will never leave us or forsake us Lord help us to focus on you and your power instead of the problems that we face give us the strength to focus on you even in hard circumstances May the Holy Ghost guide us to carefully read trust and be obedient to your word we ch choose to have faith father we choose to have faith in your ability to break through every obstacle that we face in agreement with everyone

listening to this prayer we declare Deuteronomy 31 verse 6 be strong and courageous do not fear or be in dread of them for it is the Lord your God who goes with you he will not leave you or forsake you in you Lord we trust in you we have courage and strength Lord I pray that you will give us the strength not to fear because we know that you will help us Lord help us to trust you in each and every situation we Face we confess that our trust and our faith is in your word

and in your ability to fulfill your promises be with us Lord regardless of what we're going through fight for us stand beside us stand with us as we Face the trials of this life God I bless your name for listening to this prayer Lord you're mighty you're powerful you're righteous and you're true father we thank you and we bless you in Jesus name [Music] amen I'd like to encourage you to open up the word of God as we explore the deeper meaning in each verse in Psalm 143 this is a Psalm of David and it

takes us through a range of emotions but the key thing in this Psalm that I want you to take note of is the fact that when things are at their darkest when he feels overwhelmed he takes a moment to remember all that God has done and if God has done it before he can do it again Psalm 143 verses 1 to2 verse one Lord hear my prayer listen to My Cry for mercy in your faithfulness and righteousness come to my relief in this verse the psalmist starts by calling out to God asking him to pay

attention to their prayer there saying something that I'm sure we've all said at some point in our lives please God hear me I believe that the psalmist has gotten to a point where there's no other hope for rescue but God Only God is able to deliver him only God is able to bring relief to his distress and so we hear this Earnest cry asking for God's help his kindness and mercy verse two says do not bring your servant into judgment for no one living is righteous before you here the psalmist is asking God not to

judge them too harshly they know that we're all Sinners but more importantly the psalmist acknowledges that no one is able to live righteously with their own strength and as we all should the psalmist is admitting that he has done things that aren't right and he's asking God for his mercy and his forgiveness verse three the enemy pursues me he crushes me to the ground he makes me dwell in the darkness like those long dead the psalmist is telling God about their troubles they feel like someone's chasing them and it's making them feel really down and

sad it's like they're in a dark and scary place almost like they're not even alive now we may not have physical enemies chasing us but problems and the challenges of life oh they can bring us to this kind of emotional state and so verse four says so my spirit grows faint within me my heart within me is dismayed the psalmist is saying that they feel really weak and tired inside because of all the troubles the psalmist is truly burdened by his troubles he's overwhelmed and then in verse 5 it says I remember the days of

long ago I meditate on all your works and consider what your hands have done here it's almost as though the psalmist is trying to encourage himself David is trying to remember the good times from the past when things were better and I imagine that he's doing this in order to give himself the strength to stand strong during this difficult season verse 6 I spread out my hands to you I thirst for you like a parched land David is reaching out to God he Longs for God and in fact he thirsts he thirsts for God in

the same way that dry land is in desperate need of water have you ever reach such a state where you are that desperate for God then he goes on in verse 7 to say answer me quickly Lord my spirit fails do not hide your face from me or I will be like those who go down to the pit the psalmist is asking God to help them fast because they feel really weak inside they're worried that if God doesn't help they'll feel as bad as people who are deep down in a hole verse 8 says let

the morning bring me word of your unfailing love for I have put my trust in you show me the way I should go for to you I entrust my life I believe that this verse is in a way telling us to hold on until the morning this too shall pass God's love will not fail that's why the psalmist goes as far as saying I entrust my life David here has committed his life to The Sovereign will of the Lord what a wonderful place to arrive a place of total surrender total submission verse 9 says Rescue

Me from my enemies Lord for I hide myself in you the psalmist once again cries out for rescue he's asking God to save him from his trouble and because God is a refuge and a stronghold in the day of trouble the psalmist says this I hide myself in you dear friend have you hidden yourself in the Lord verse 10 says teach me to do your will for you you are my God may your good spirit lead me on a level ground now my interpretation of this is that David's now coming to a place where he's

considering that perhaps God has allowed him to face this situation because God wants to accomplish something and so if it is God's will that I should go through this David prays that the Holy Spirit would lead him verse 11 for your name's sake Lord preserve my life in your righteousness bring me out of trouble the psalmist is asking God to keep them safe because of who God is they're hoping that God's fairness will help get them out of their problems and finally in verse 12 in your unfailing love silence my enemies destroy all my foes

for I am your servant the psalmist is asking God to show love by stopping their enemies from bothering them they're asking God to defeat anyone who's trying to hurt them because they belong to God lord Jesus we give you praise and we thank you for the perfect work that you accomplished on the cross Lord you hung on that cross for our sins you were blameless yet our sins were nailed on that cross with you Lord Jesus how could we ever thank you enough words fail me there are no words to thank you King Jesus for

that price that you paid on the cross for me the Bible says in Isaiah 53: 3-5 he was despised and rejected by mankind a man of suffering and familiar with pain like one from whom people hide their faces he was despised and we held him in low esteem surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering yet we considered him punished by God stricken by him and Afflicted but he was pierced for our transgressions he was crushed for our iniquities the punishment that brought us peace was on him and by his wounds we are

healed Lord Jesus in agreement with everyone listening We Praise You Lord we adore you and we worship you because you Lord were the one who was hurt you were the one who suffered because of our sins you were wounded for our wrongdoing Jesus you endured incredible pain for us and the blood that you shed was for our healing that blood that you shed is for our healing right now Lord I Thank you for the blood I thank you for the blood that you shed King Jesus so that we could be protected so that our families

could be protected so that our children and loved ones can be protected Lord Jesus I thank you for the blood that covers Us the precious blood that Shields Us from Evil the Bible says in 1 Corinthians 15: 3-4 for I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the scriptures that he was buried that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the scriptures Lord Jesus we Rejoice because you have risen from the dead Our Savior has defeated death and we serve

a living God we Rejoice that you are all powerful we Rejoice that you are a God who can resurrect and restore Lord Jesus we give you all the glory all the praise and all the honor I call on your name King Jesus to be our rescue be our Banner of Hope Lord you are the reason why we are more than conquerors you Lord Jesus are the reason why no weapon that is formed against us will prosper you Lord are the reason why we cannot be intimidated by the devil in the name of Jesus we refuse

to be oppressed suppressed or depressed by the enemy we believe and declare Psalm 20 verse 7 it says some trust in chariots and some in horses but we trust in the name of the Lord Our God some find their strength in their weapons but we we will trust in you King Jesus some will trust in science some will trust in their own wisdom but oh we will only trust in you Lord Jesus we will boast in your strength and in your might alone your name is above every other name and Lord right now we thank

you for hearing this prayer for we speak it in your name and we bless your name yes it's in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus that we pray and we give thanks amen the Bible says in Psalm 95 verse1 to2 oh come let us sing to the Lord let us shout joyfully to the rock of our Salvation let us come before his presence with Thanksgiving let us shout joyfully to him with Psalms I don't know about you but I desire to experience God's presence you see God's presence is wonderful when his presence surrounds you

you're surrounded by pure love when his presence surrounds you you're covered in safety and there is nothing from the enemy that can touch you in his presence there is power so much power that you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you so much power that there is nothing impossible it's only in the arms of the Lord that you can find Divine strength it's only in God that you will find strength in your weakness it it's only in him that you can do all things because he strengthens you now part of our strength as

Believers should be drawn from his promises promises like those found in Romans chter 8 verse 38-39 where the Bible reads and I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God's love neither death nor life neither angels nor demons neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow not even the powers of hell can separate us from God's love no power in the sky above or in the earth below indeed nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our lord

this is an important passage mess of scripture for several reasons when life gets hard remember that nothing can separate us from the love of God when we feel persecuted when we're ostracized by the world always remember that nothing can separate us from the love of God when you're under attack when you're under siege and it feels as though Satan in his army are out to bring you down remember that nothing can separate us from the love of God and let me tell you that there will be days where we feel as though God is not

there but remember this promise remember this promise of love nothing absolutely nothing whether seen or unseen can separate us from God's love Saints we have a God that loves us more than we will ever know and he has given us his grace for this church journey of life he has shown us mercy and not only has he saved us but he has accepted us adopted us as his own so remember this nothing can separate us nothing can separate you from the love of God now let us pray we praise you Lord Jesus we glorify your

precious name father I pray that you would touch Our Lives set our hearts Ablaze for you give us a hunger to seek you lord your word tells us that man shall not live by bread alone but by every word of God and so Lord I pray that your word would live in my heart may your word live in my mind and soul Joshua 1:8 says this book of the law shall not depart from your mouth but you shall meditate on it day and night so that you may be careful to do according to all that

is written in it for then you will make your way prosperous and then you will have good success Lord Jesus may you give me a desire to really study and cherish your word help me to meditate on your word so that it may intensify the fire in my heart intensify the fire within my heart to serve you intensify the hunger within me so that I will have a strong desire to seek you your word says in 1st Chronicles 28:9 and you Solomon my son know the god of your father and serve him with a whole

heart and with a willing mind for the Lord searches all hearts and understands every plan and thought if you seek Him He will be found by you but if you forsake Him He will cast you off forever father it is my desire that I would have a divine revelation from you I desire to have a personal experience of your presence Holy Spirit help me to serve the Lord with a blameless heart and a willing mind as the Lord searches all hearts and minds and understands every intent and inclination of my thoughts I pray that I

may be found to be striving for Holiness and righteousness I pray that I may be found to be declaring Psalm 42 verse 1 and 2 always as a deer pants for flowing streams so pants my soul for you oh God my soul thirsts for God for the Living God When shall I come and appear before God Lord you are faithful to be found by all who seek you you are always near to those who draw close to you you have said that if your people who are called by your name will humble themselves and pray

and seek your face and turn from their Wicked Ways then you will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin hear us King Jesus as we repent and humble ourselves before you your word in Deuteronomy 4: 29-31 says but if from there you seek the Lord your God you will find him if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul when you are in distress and all these things have happened to you then in later days you will return to the Lord your God and Obey him for the Lord your God

is a merciful god he will not abandon or destroy you or forget the Covenant with your ancestors which he confirmed Med to them by oath I thank you for the wonderful promises in your word a promise that when I seek you I will find you a promise that you will be merciful and forgiving to me I thank you for hearing my prayer in jesus' name I pray amen the Bible in Psalm 119 vers 66 through 77 sheds light on why God allows us to encounter pain it says teach me knowledge and good judgment for I

trust your commands before I was afflicted I went astray but now I obey your word you are good and what you do is good teach me your decrees though the Arrogant have smeared me with lies I keep your precepts with all my heart their hearts are callous and unfeeling but I Delight in your law it was good for me to be afflicted so that I might learn your decrees the law from your mouth is more precious to me than thousands of pieces of silver and gold your hands made me and formed me give me understanding

to learn your commands may those who fear you rejoice when may see me for I have put my hope in your word I know Lord that your laws are righteous and that in faithfulness you have Afflicted me may your unfailing love be my comfort according to your promise to your servant note how the psalmist says before I was afflicted I went astray but now I obey your word consider this this if someone encounters painful circumstances and that pain causes them to seek God like never before to pray with intensity and fervency if those painful circumstances

bring them closer to God then is that not a good work being performed in their lives I mean think about it if you never go through anything how will you learn how to pray how will you learn how to trust and rely on God listen whether we like it or not afflictions bring us closer to God as believers they make us cling ever so tightly to his word and his promises and when God brings you through that trial your faith will most certainly be stronger so dear listener since we cannot not stop pain from entering

Our Lives let's pray that God will help us to use those painful moments to press in closer to him to trust and rely on him to lean into him to know him in a greater way to learn a different side of God that we would not have known without the pain Lord Jesus Christ hear our prayer today father I pray for the person who is in the middle of a tough situation today I pray for the one who's listening and is currently facing a trial strengthen them Lord Jesus though they may be pressed on every

their sin hear us King Jesus as we repent and humble ourselves before you your word in Deuteronomy 4: 29-31 says but if from there you seek the Lord your God you will find him if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul when you are in distress and all these things have happened to you then in later days you will return to the Lord your God and Obey him for the Lord your God is a merciful god he will not abandon or destroy you or forget the Covenant with your ancestors which

he confirmed to them by oath I thank you for the wonderful promises in your word a promise that when I seek you I will find you a promise that you will be merciful and forgiving to me I thank you for hearing my prayer in jesus' name I pray amen the Bible in Psalm 119 verse verses 66-77 sheds light on why God allows us to encounter pain it says teach me knowledge and good judgment for I trust your commands before I was afflicted I went astray but now I obey your word you are good and what

you do is good teach me your decrees though the Arrogant have smeared me with li eyes I keep your precepts with all my heart their hearts are callous and unfeeling but I Delight in your law it was good for me to be afflicted so that I might learn your decrees the law from your mouth is more precious to me than thousands of pieces of silver and gold your hands made me anded me give me understanding to learn your commands may those who fear you rejoice when they see me for I have put my hope in

your word I know Lord that your laws are righteous and that in faithfulness you have Afflicted me may your unfailing love be my comfort according to your promise to your servant note how the psalmist says before I was afflicted I went astray but now I obey your word consider this if someone encounters painful circumstances and that pain causes them to seek God like never before to pray with intensity and fervency if those painful circumstances bring them closer to God then is that not a good work being performed in their lives I mean think about it

if you never go through anything how will you learn how to pray how will you learn how to trust and rely on God listen whether we like it or not afflictions bring us closer to God as believers they make us cling ever so tightly to his word and his promises and when God brings you through that trial your faith will most certainly be stronger so dear listener since we cannot stop pain from entering Our Lives let's pray that God will help us to use those painful moments to press in closer to him to trust and

rely on him to lean into him to know him in a greater way to learn a different side of God that we would not have known without the pain Lord Jesus Christ hear our prayer today father I pray for the person who is in the middle of a tough situation today I pray for the one who's listening and is currently facing a trial strengthen them Lord Jesus though they may be pressed on every Side by their troubles Lord may they know that you will not allow them to be crushed by their burdens father help us

to see that although we may be perplexed we are not driven to despair in jesus' name though we are hunted down we are never abandoned by God although we may get knocked down we are not destroyed father we know that if you have allowed us to face any kind of difficulty in our lives you will help us to go through it with Grace Lord help us to grow in faith even while we go through the challenge above all master may we draw nearer to you help us to draw nearer to your word and to hold

on to your promises like Philippians 4: 6-7 it says be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication with Thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and Minds through Christ Jesus Lord we have faith and we believe that there is absolutely nothing for us to fear with you on our side because of this we will be strong and courageous even in hard times we will not be terrified we will not be discouraged because you oh Lord you are our

Rock our Shield our strength and our hope we place our faith in you God and we believe that you will see us through every Valley experience God We Trust in your ability and not our own even as we go through painful experiences and moments of life God help us to grow and mature as Christians help us to develop our faith and even if our emotions try and get the best of us we will remain steadfast knowing that you will never leave us or forsake us Lord help us to focus on you and your power instead

of the problems that we face give us the strength to focus on you even in hard circumstances May the Holy Ghost guide us to carefully read trust and be obedient to your word we choose to have faith father we choose to have faith in your ability to break through every obstacle that we face in agreement with everyone listening to this prayer we declare Deuteronomy 31 verse 6 be strong and courageous do not fear or be in dread of them for it is the Lord your God who goes with you he will not leave you or

forsake you in you Lord we trust in you we have courage and strength Lord I pray that you will give us the strength not to fear because we know that you will help us Lord help us to trust you in each and every situation we Face we confess that our trust and our faith is in your word and in your ability to fulfill your promises be with us Lord regardless of what we're going through fight for us stand beside us stand with us as we Face the trials of this life God I bless your name

for listening to this prayer Lord you're mighty you're powerful you're righteous and you're true father we thank thank you and we bless you in Jesus name [Music] amen I'd like to encourage you to open up the word of God as we explore the deeper meaning in each verse in Psalm 143 this is a Psalm of David and it takes us through a range of emotions but the key thing in this Psalm that I want you to take note of is the fact that when things are at their darkest when he feels overwhelmed he takes a

moment to remember all that God has done and if God has done it before he can do it again Psalm 143: 1-12 verse 1 Lord hear my prayer listen to My Cry for mercy in your faithfulness and righteousness come to my relief in this verse the psalmist starts by calling out to God asking him to pay attention to their prayer they're saying something that I'm sure we've all said at some point in our lives please God hear me I believe that the psalmist has gotten to a point where there's no other hope for rescue but

God Only God is able to deliver him only God is able to bring relief to his distress and so we hear this Earnest cry asking for God's help his kindness and mercy verse two says do not bring your servant into judgment for no one living is righteous before you here the psalmist is asking God not to judge them too harshly they know that we're all Sinners but more importantly the psalmist acknowledges that no one is able to live righteously with their own strength and as we all should the psalmist is admitting that he has done

things that aren't right and he's asking God for his Mercy and his forgiveness verse three the enemy pursues me he crushes me to the ground he makes me dwell in the darkness like those long dead the psalmist is telling God about their troubles they feel like someone's chasing them and it's making them feel really down and sad it's like they're in a dark and scary place almost like they're not even alive now we may not have physical enemies Chas facing us but problems and the challenges of life oh they can bring us to this kind

of emotional state and so verse four says so my spirit grows faint within me my heart within me is dismayed the psalmist is saying that they feel really weak and tired inside because of all the troubles the psalmist is truly burdened by his troubles he's overwhelmed and then in verse 5 it says I remember the days of long ago I meditate on all your works and consider what your hands have done here it's almost as though the psalmist is trying to encourage himself David is trying to remember the good times from the past when things

were better and I imagine that he's doing this in order to give himself the strength to stand strong during this difficult season verse 6 I spread out my hands to you I thirst for you like a parched land David is reaching out to God he Longs for God and in fact he thirsts he thirsts for God in the same way that dry land is in desperate need of water have you ever reached such a state where you are that desperate for God then he goes on in verse 7 to say answer me quickly Lord my

spirit fails do not hide your face from me or I will be like those who go down to the pit the psalmist is asking God to help them fast because they feel really weak inside they're worried that if God doesn't help they'll feel as bad as people who are deep down in a hole verse 8 says let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love for I have put my trust in you show me the way I should go for to you you I entrust my life I believe that this verse is in a

way telling us to hold on until the morning this too shall pass God's love will not fail that's why the psalmist goes as far as saying I entrust my life David here has committed his life to The Sovereign will of the Lord what a wonderful place to arrive a place of total surrender total submission verse 9 says rescue me from my enemies Lord for I hide myself in you the psalmist once again cries out for rescue he's asking God to save him from his trouble and because God is a refuge and a stronghold in the

day of trouble the psalmist says this I hide myself in you dear friend have you hidden yourself in the Lord verse vers 10 says teach me to do your will for you are my God may your good spirit lead me on a level ground now my interpretation of this is that David's now coming to a place where he's considering that perhaps God has allowed him to face this situation because God wants to accomplish something and so if it is God's will that I should go through this David prays that the Holy Spirit would lead him

verse 11 for your name's sake Lord preserve my life in your righteousness bring me out of trouble the psalmist is asking God to keep them safe because of who God is they're hoping that God's fairness will help get them out of their problems and finally in verse 12 in your unfailing love love silence my enemies destroy all my foes for I am your servant the psalmist is asking God to show love by stopping their enemies from bothering them they're asking God to defeat anyone who's trying to hurt them because they belong to God lord Jesus

we give you praise and we thank you for the perfect work that you accomplished on the cross Lord you hung on that cross for our sins you were blameless yet our sins were nailed on that cross with you Lord Jesus how could we ever thank you enough words fail me there are no words to thank you King Jesus for that price that you paid on the cross for me the Bible says in Isaiah 53 verses 3-5 he was despised and rejected by mankind a man of suffering and familiar with pain like one from whom people

hide their faces he was despised and we held him in low esteem surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering yet we considered him punished by God stricken by him and Afflicted but he was pierced for our transgressions he was crushed for our iniquities the punishment that brought us peace was on him and by his wounds we are healed Lord Jesus in agreement with everyone listening We Praise You Lord we adore you and we worship you because you Lord were the one who was hurt you were the one who suffered because of our

sins you were wounded for our wrongdoing Jesus you endured incredible pain for us and the blood that you shed was for our healing that blood that you shed is for our healing right now Lord I Thank you for the blood I thank you for the blood that you shed King Jesus so that we could be protected so that our families could be protected so that our children and loved ones can be protected Lord Jesus I thank you for the blood that covers Us the precious blood that Shields Us from Evil the Bible says in 1

Corinthians 15: 3-4 for I delivered to you as a first importance what I also received that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the scriptures that he was buried that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the scriptures Lord Jesus we Rejoice because you have risen from the dead Our Savior has defeated death and we serve a living God we Rejoice that you are all powerful we Rejoice that you are a God who can resurrect and restore Lord Jesus we give you all the glory all the praise and all the honor

I call on your name King Jesus to be our rescue be our manner of Hope Lord you are the reason why we are more than conquerors you Lord Jesus are the reason why no weapon that is formed against us will prosper you Lord are the reason why we cannot be intimidated by the devil in the name of Jesus we refuse to be oppressed suppressed or depressed by the enemy we believe in declare Psalm 20: 7 it says some trust in chariots and some in horses but we trust in the name of the Lord Our God

some find their strength in their weapons but we we will trust in you King Jesus some will trust in science some will trust in their own wisdom but oh we will only trust in you Lord Jesus we will boast in your strength and in your might alone your name is above every other name and Lord right now we thank you for hearing this prayer for we speak it in your name and we bless your name yes it's in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus that we pray and we give thanks amen the Bible says

in Psalm 95 ver 1-2 Oh Come let us sing to the Lord let us shout joyfully to the rock of our Salvation let us come before his presence with Thanksgiving let us shout joyfully to him with Psalms I don't know about you but I desire to experience God's presence you see God's presence is wonderful when his presence surrounds you you're surrounded by pure love when his presence surrounds you you're covered in safety and there is nothing from the enemy that can touch you in his presence there is power so much power that you can do

all things through Christ who strengthens you so much power that there is nothing impossible it's only in the arms of the Lord that you can find Divine strength it's only in God that you will find strength in your weakness it's only in him that you can do all things because he strengthens you now part of our strength as Believers should be drawn from his promises promises like those found in Romans 8: 38-39 where the Bible reads and I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God love neither death nor life neither angels nor

demons neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow not even the powers of hell can separate us from God's love no power in the sky above or in the earth below indeed nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord this is an important passage of scripture for several reasons when life gets hard remember that nothing can separate us from the love of God when we feel persecuted when we're ostracized by the world always remember that nothing can separate

us from the love of God when you're under attack when you're under siege and it feels as though Satan and his army are to bring you down remember that nothing can separate us from the love of God and let me tell you that there will be days where we feel as though God is not there but remember this promise remember this promise of love nothing absolutely nothing whether seen or unseen can separate us from God's love Saints we have a God that loves us more than we will ever know and he has given us his

grace for this journey of life he has shown us mercy and not only has he saved us but he has accepted us adopted us as his own so remember this nothing can separate us nothing can separate you from the love of God now let us pray we praise you Lord Jesus we we glorify your precious name father I pray that you would touch Our Lives set our hearts Ablaze for you give us a hunger to seek you lord your word tells us that man shall not live by bread alone but by every word of God

and so Lord I pray that your word would live in my heart may your word live in my mind and soul Joshua 1:8 says this book of the law shall not depart from your mouth but you shall meditate on it day and night so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it for then you will make your way prosperous and then you will have good success Lord Jesus may you give me a desire to to really study and cherish your word help me to meditate on your word so

that it may intensify the fire in my heart intensify the fire within my heart to serve you intensify the hunger within me so that I will have a strong desire to seek you your word says in 1st Chronicles 28:9 and you sol Solon my son know the god of your father and serve him with a whole heart and with a willing mind for the Lord searches all hearts and understands every plan and thought if you seek Him He will be found by you but if you forsake Him He will cast you off forever father it

is my desire that I would have a divine revelation from you I desire to have a personal experience of your presence Holy Spirit help me to serve the Lord with a blameless heart and a willing mind as the Lord searches all hearts and minds and understands every intent and inclination of my thoughts I pray that I may be found to be striving for Holiness and righteousness I pray that I may be found to be declaring Psalm 42:1 and 2 always as a deer pants for flowing streams so pants my soul for you oh God my

soul thirsts for God for the Living God When shall I come and appear before God Lord you are faithful to be found by all who seek you you are always near to those who draw close to you you have said that if your people who are called by your name will humble themselves and pray and seek your face and turn from their Wicked Ways then you will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin hear us King Jesus as we repent and humble ourselves before you your word in Deuteronomy 4: 29 9-31 says but if

and it feel feels as though Satan in his army are out to bring you down remember that nothing can separate us from the love of God and let me tell you that there will be days where we feel as though God is not there but remember this promise remember this promise of love nothing absolutely nothing whether seen or unseen can separate us from God's love Saints we we have a God that loves us more than we will ever know and he has given us his grace for this journey of life he has shown us mercy

and not only has he saved us but he has accepted us adopted us as his own so remember this nothing can separate us nothing can separate you from the love of God now let us pray we pray Praise You Lord Jesus we glorify your precious name father I pray that you would touch Our Lives set our hearts Ablaze for you give us a hunger to seek you lord your word tells us that man shall not live by bread alone but by every word of God and so Lord I pray that your word would live in

my heart may your word live in my mind and soul Joshua 1:8 says this book of the law shall not depart from your mouth but you shall meditate on it day and night so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it for then you will make your way prosperous and then you will have good success Lord Lord Jesus may you give me a desire to really study and cherish your word help me to meditate on your word so that it may intensify the fire in my heart intensify the

fire within my heart to serve you intensify the hunger within me so that I will have a strong desire to seek you your word says in 1st Chronicles 28:9 and you Solomon my son know the god of your father and serve him with a whole heart and with a willing mind for the Lord searches all hearts and understands every plan and thought if you seek Him He will be found by you but if you forsake Him He will cast you off forever father it is my desire that I would have a divine revelation from you

I desire to have a personal experience of your presence Holy Spirit help me to serve the Lord with a blameless heart and a willing mind as the Lord searches all hearts and minds and understands every intent and inclination of my thoughts I pray that I may be found to be striving for Holiness in righteousness I pray that I may be found to be declaring Psalm 42:1 and 2 always as a deer pants for flowing streams so pants my soul for you oh God my soul thirsts for God for the Living God When shall I come

and appear before God Lord you are faithful to be found by all who see seek you you are always near to those who draw close to you you have said that if your people who are called by your name will humble themselves and pray and seek your face and turn from their Wicked Ways then you will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin hear us King Jesus as we repent and humble ourselves before you your word in Deuteronomy 4: 29-31 says but if from there you seek the Lord your God you will find him

if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul when you are in distress and all these things have happened to you then in later days you will return to the Lord your God and Obey him for the Lord your God is a merciful god he will not abandon or destroy you or forget the Covenant with your ancestors which he confirmed to them by oath I thank you for the wonderful promises in your word a promise that when I seek you I will find you a promise that you will be merciful and

forgiving to me I thank you for hearing my prayer in jesus' name I pray amen the Bible in Psalm 119 verses 66-77 sheds light on why God allows us to encounter pain it says teach me knowledge and good judgment for I trust your commands before I was afflicted I went astray but now I obey your word you are good and what you do is good teach me your decrees though the Arrogant have smeared me with lies I keep your precepts with all my heart their hearts are callous and unfeeling but I Delight in your law

it was good for me to be afflicted so that I might learn your decrees the law from your mouth is more precious to me than thousands of pieces of silver and gold your hands made me and formed me give me understanding to learn your commands may those who fear you rejoice when they see me for I have put my hope in your word I know Lord that your laws are righteous and that in faithfulness you have Afflicted me may your unfailing love be my comfort according to your promise to your servant note how the psalmist

says before I was afflicted I went astray but now I obey your word consider this if someone encounters painful circumstances and that pain causes them to seek God like never before to pray with intensity and fervency if those painful circumstances bring them closer to God then is that not a good work being performed in their lives I mean think about it if you never go through anything how will you learn how to pray how will you learn how to trust and rely on God listen whether we like it or not afflictions bring us closer to

God as believers they make us cling ever so tightly to his word and his promises and when God brings you through that trial your faith will most certainly be stronger so dear listener since we cannot stop pain from entering Our Lives let's pray that God will help us to use those painful moments to press in closer to him to trust and rely on him to lean into him to know him in a greater way to learn Le a different side of God that we would not have known without the pain Lord Jesus Christ hear our

prayer today father I pray for the person who is in the middle of a tough situation today I pray for the one who's listening and is currently facing a trial strengthen them Lord Jesus though they may be pressed on every Side by their troubles Lord may they know that you will not allow them to be crushed by their burdens father help us to see that although we may be perplexed we are not driven to despair in Jesus name though we are hunted down we are never abandoned by God although we may get knocked down we

are not destroyed father we know that if you have allowed us to face any kind of difficulty in our Liv lives you will help us to go through it with Grace Lord help us to grow in faith even while we go through the challenge above all master may we draw nearer to you help us to draw nearer to your word and to hold on to your promises like Philippians 4: 6 through 7 it says be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication with Thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God and

the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and Minds through Christ Jesus Lord we have faith and we believe that there is absolutely nothing for us to fear with you on our side because of this we will be strong and courageous even in hard times we will not be terrified we will not be discouraged because you oh Lord you are our Rock our Shield our strength and our hope we place our faith in you God and we believe that you will see us through every Valley experience God We Trust in your

ability and not our own even as we go through painful experiences and moments of life God help us to grow and mature as Christians help us to develop our faith and even if our emotions try and get the best of us we will remain steadfast knowing that you will never leave us or forsake us Lord help us to focus on you and your power instead of the problems that we face give us the strength to focus on you even in hard circumstances May the Holy Ghost guide us to carefully read trust and be obedient to

your word we choose to have faith father we choose to have faith in your ability to break through every obstacle that we face in agreement with everyone listening to this prayer we declare Deuteronomy 31 verse 6 be strong and courageous do not fear or be in dread of them for it is the Lord your God who goes with you he will not leave you or forsake you in you Lord we trust in you we have courage and strength Lord I pray that you will give us the strength not to fear because we know that you

will help us Lord help us to trust you in each and every situation we face we confess that our trust and our faith is in your word and in your ability to fulfill your promises be with us Lord regardless of what we're going through fight for us stand beside us stand with us as we Face the trials of this life God I bless your name for listening to this prayer Lord you're mighty you're powerful you're you're righteous and you're true father we thank you and we bless you in Jesus name amen I'd like to encourage

you to open up the word of God as we explore the deeper meaning in each verse in Psalm 143 this is a Psalm of David and it takes us through a range of emotions but the key thing in this Psalm that I want you to take note of is the fact that when things are at their darkest when he feels overwhelmed he takes a moment to remember all that God has done and if God has done it before he can do it again Psalm 143 verses 1 to2 verse 1 Lord hear my prayer listen to

My Cry for mercy in your faithfulness and righteousness come to my relief and this this verse the psalmist starts by calling out to God asking him to pay attention to their prayer they're saying something that I'm sure we've all said at some point in our lives please God hear me I believe that the psalmist has gotten to a point where there's no other hope for rescue but God Only God is able to deliver him only God is able to bring relief to his distress and so we hear this Earnest cry asking for God's help his

kindness and mercy verse two says do not bring your servant into judgment for no one living is righteous before you here the psalmist is asking God not to judge them too harshly they know that we're all Sinners but more importantly the psalmist acknowledges that no one is able to live righteously with their own strength and as we all should the psalmist is admitting that he has done things that are aren't right and he's asking God for his mercy and his forgiveness verse three the enemy pursues me he crushes me to the ground he makes me

dwell in the darkness like those long dead the psalmist is telling God about their troubles they feel like someone's chasing them and it's making them feel really down and sad it's like they're in a dark and scary place almost like they're not even alive now we may not have physical enemies chasing us but problems and the challenges of life oh they can bring us to this kind of emotional state and so verse four says so my spirit grows faint within me my heart within me is dismayed the psalmist is saying that they feel really weak

and tired inside because of all the troubles the psalmist is truly burdened by his troubles he's overwhelmed Med and then in verse 5 it says I remember the days of long ago I meditate on all your works and consider what your hands have done here it's almost as though the psalmist is trying to encourage himself David is trying to remember the good times from the past when things were better and I imagine that he's doing this in order to give himself the strength to stand strong during this difficult season verse 6 I spread out my

hands to you I thirst for you like a parched land David is reaching out to God he Longs for God and in fact he thirsts he thirsts for God in the same way that dry land is in desperate need of water have you ever reached such a state where you are that desperate for God then he goes on in verse 17 to say answer me quickly Lord my spirit fails do not hide your face from me or I will be like those who go down to the pit the psalmist is asking God to help them

fast because they feel really weak inside they're worried that if God doesn't help they'll feel as bad as people who are deep down in a hole verse 8 says let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love for I have put my trust in you you show me the way I should go for to you I entrust my life I believe that this verse is in a way telling us to hold on until the morning this too shall pass God's love will not fail that's why the psalmist goes as far as saying I entrust

my life David here has committed his life to The Sovereign will of the Lord what a wonderful place to arrive a place of total surrender total submission verse 9 says rescue me from my enemies Lord for I hide myself in you the psalmist once again cries out for rescue he's asking God to save him from his trouble and because God is a refuge and a stronghold in the day of trouble the psalmist says this I hide myself in you dear friend have you hidden yourself in the Lord verse 10 says teach me to do your

will for you are my God may your good spirit lead me on a level ground now my interpretation of this is that David's now coming to a place where he's considering that perhaps God has allowed him to face this situation because God wants to accomplish something and so if it is God's will that I should go through this David prays that the Holy Spirit would lead him verse 11 for your name's sake Lord preserve my life in your righteousness bring me out of trouble the psalmist is asking God to keep them safe because of who

God is they hoping that God's fairness will help get them out of their problems and finally in verse 12 in your unfailing love silence my enemies destroy all my foes for I am your servant the psalmist is asking God to show love by stopping their enemies from bothering them they're asking God to defeat anyone who's trying to hurt them because they belong to God lord Jesus we give you praise and we thank you for the perfect work that you accomplished on the cross Lord you hung on that cross for our sins you were blameless yet

our sins were nailed on that cross with you Lord Jesus how could we ever thank you enough words fail me there are no words to thank you King Jesus for that price that you paid on the cross for me the Bible says in Isaiah 53: 3-5 he was despised and rejected by mankind a man of suffering and familiar with pain like one from whom people hide their faces he was despised and we held him in low esteem surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering yet we considered him punished by God stricken by

him and Afflicted but he was pierced for our transgressions he was crushed for our iniquities the punishment that brought us peace was on him and by his wounds we are healed Lord Jesus in agreement with everyone listening We Praise You Lord we adore you and we worship you because you Lord were the one who was hurt you were the one who suffered because of our sins you were wounded for our wrongdoing Jesus you endured incredible pain for us and the blood that you shed was for our healing that blood that you shed is for our

healing right now Lord I Thank you for the blood I thank you for the blood that you shed King Jesus so that we could be protected so that our families could be protected so that our children and loved ones can be protected Lord Jesus I thank you for the blood that covers Us the precious blood that Shields Us from Evil the Bible says in 1 Corinthians 15: 3-4 for I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the scriptures that he was buried that

he was raised on the third day in accordance with the scriptures Lord Jesus we Rejoice because you have risen from the dead Our Savior has defeated death and we serve a living God we Rejoice that you are all powerful we Rejoice that you are a God who can resurrect and restore Lord Jesus we give you all the glory all the praise and all the honor I call on your name King Jesus to be our rescue be our Banner of Hope Lord you are the reason why we are more than conquerors you Lord Jesus are the

reason why no weapon that is formed against us will prosper you Lord are the reason why we cannot be intimidated by the devil in the name of Jesus we refuse to be oppressed suppressed or depressed by the enemy we believe and declare Psalm 20: 7 it says some trust in chariots and some in horses but we trust in the name of the Lord Our God some find their strength in their weapons but we we will trust in you King Jesus some will trust in science some will trust in their own wisdom but oh we will

only trust in you Lord Jesus we will boast in your strength and in your might alone your name is above every other name and Lord right now we thank you for hearing this prayer for we speak it in your name and we bless your name yes it's in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus that we pray and we give thanks amen the Bible says in psalm 95: 1-2 oh come let us sing to the Lord let us shout joyfully to the rock of our Salvation let us come before his presence with Thanksgiving let us

shout joyfully to him with Psalms I don't know about you but I desire to experience God's presence you see God's presence is wonderful when his presence surrounds you you're surrounded by pure love when his presence surrounds you you're covered in safety and there is nothing from the enemy that can touch you in his presence there is power so much power that you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you so much power that there is nothing impossible it's only in the arms of the Lord that you can find Divine strength it's only in God

that you will find strength in your weakness it's only in him that you can do all things because he strengthens you now part of our strength as Believers should be drawn from his promises promises like those found in Romans chapter 8 verse 38-39 where the Bible reads in I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God's love neither death nor life neither angels nor demons neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow not even the powers of hell can separate us from God's love no power in the sky above or in

the earth below indeed nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our lord this is an important passage of scripture for several reasons when life gets hard remember that nothing can separate us from the love of God when we feel persecuted when we're ostracized by the world always remember that nothing can separate us from the love of God when you're under attack when you're under and it feels as though Satan and his army are out to bring you down remember that nothing

by the devil in the name of Jesus we refuse to be oppressed suppressed or depressed by the end enemy we believe in declare Psalm 20: 7 it says some trust in chariots and some in horses but we trust in the name of the Lord Our God some find their strength in their weapons but we we will trust in you King Jesus some will trust in science some will trust in their own wisdom but oh we will only trust in you Lord Lord Jesus we will boast in your strength and in your might alone your name

is above every other name and Lord right now we thank you for hearing this prayer for we speak it in your name and we bless your name yes it's in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus that we pray and we give thanks amen the Bible says in Psalm 95: 1-2 oh come let us sing to the Lord let us shout joyfully to the rock of our Salvation let us come before his presence with Thanksgiving let us shout joyfully to him with Psalms I don't know about you but I desire to experience God's presence you

see God's presence presence is wonderful when his presence surrounds you you're surrounded by pure love when his presence surrounds you you're covered in safety and there is nothing from the enemy that can touch you in his presence there is power so much power that you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you so much power that there is nothing impossible it's only in the arms of the Lord that you can find Divine strength it's only in God that you will find strength in your weakness it's only in him that you can do all things

because he strengthens you now part of our strength as Believers should be drawn from his promises promises like those found in Romans 8 verse 38-39 where the Bible reads and I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God's love neither death nor life neither angels nor demons neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow not even the powers of hell can separate us from God's love no power in the sky above or in the earth below indeed nothing in all creation will ever be be able to separate us from the love

of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our lord this is an important passage of scripture for several reasons when life gets hard remember that nothing can separate us from the love of God when we feel persecuted when we're ostracized by the world always remember that nothing can separate us from the love of God when you're under attack when you're under siege and it feels as though Satan and his army are out to bring you down remember that nothing can separate us from the love of God and let me tell you that there will be

days where we feel as though God is not there but remember this promise remember this promise of love nothing absolutely nothing whether seen or unseen can separate us from God's love Saints we have a God that loves us more than we will ever know and he has given us his grace for this journey of life he has shown us mercy and not only has he saved us but he has accepted us adopted us as his own so remember this nothing can separate us nothing can separate you from the love of God now let us pray

we praise you Lord Jesus we glorify your precious name father I pray that you would touch Our Lives set our hearts Ablaze for you give us a hunger to seek you lord your word tells us that man shall not live by bread alone but by every word of God and so Lord I pray that your word would live in my heart may your word live in my mind and soul Joshua 1:8 says this book of the law shall not depart from your mouth but you shall meditate on it day and night so that you may

be careful to do according to all that is written in it for then you will make your way prosperous and then you will have good success Lord Jesus may you give me a desire to really study and cherish your word help me to meditate on your word so that it may intensify the fire in my heart intensify the fire within my heart to serve you intensify the hunger within me so that I will have a strong desire to seek you your word said says in 1st Chronicles 28:9 and you Solomon my son know the god

of your father and serve him with a whole heart and with a willing mind for the Lord searches all hearts and understands every plan and thought if you seek Him He will be found by you but if you forsake Him He will cast you off forever father it is my desire that I would have a divine revelation from you I desire to have a personal experience of your presence Holy Spirit help me to serve the Lord with a blameless heart and a willing mind as the Lord searches all hearts and minds and understands every intent

and inclination of my thoughts I pray that I may be found to be striving for Holiness and righteousness I pray that I may be found to be declaring Psalm 42 verse 1 and 2 always as a deer pants for flowing streams so pants my soul for you oh God my soul thirsts for God for the Living God When shall I come and appear before God lord you are faithful to be found by all who seek you you are always near to those who draw close to you you have said that if your people who are

called by your name will humble themselves and pray and seek your face and turn from their Wicked Ways then you will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin hear us King Jesus as we repent and humble ourselves before you your word in Deuteronomy 4: 29-31 says but if from there you seek the Lord your God you will find him if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul when you are in distress and all these things have happened to you then in later days you will return to the Lord your

God and Obey him for the Lord your God is a merciful god he will not abandon or destroy you or forget the Covenant with your ancestors which he confirmed to them by oath I thank you for the wonderful promises in your word a promise that when I seek you I will find you a promise that you will be merciful and forgiving to me I thank you for hearing my pray prayer in jesus' name I pray amen the Bible in Psalm 119 verses 66 through 77 sheds light on why God allows us to encounter pain it

says teach me knowledge and good judgment for I trust your commands before I was afflicted I went astray but now I obey your word you are good and what you do is good teach me your decrees though the Arrogant have smeared me with lies I keep your precepts with all my heart their hearts are callous and unfeeling but I Delight in your law it was good for me to be afflicted so that I might learn your decrees the law from your mouth is more precious to me than thousands of pieces of silver and gold your

hands made me and formed me give me understanding to learn your commands may those who fear you rejoice when they see me for I have put my hope in your word I know Lord that your laws are righteous and that in faithfulness you have Afflicted me may your unfailing love be my comfort according to your promise to your servant no how the psalmist says before I was afflicted I went astray but now I obey your word consider this if someone encounters painful circumstances and that pain causes them to seek God like never before to pray

with intensity and fervency if those painful circumstances bring them closer to God then is that not a good work being performed in their lives I mean think about it if you never go through anything how will you learn how to pray how will you learn how to trust and rely on God listen whether we like it or not afflictions bring us closer to God as believers they make us cling ever so tightly to his word and his promises and when God brings you through that trial your faith will most certainly be stronger so dear listener

since we cannot stop pain from entering Our Lives let's pray that God will help us to use those painful moments to press in closer to him to trust and rely on him to lean into him to know him in a greater way to learn a different side of God that we would not have known without the pain Lord Jesus Christ hear our prayer today father I pray for the person who is in the middle of a tough situation today I pray for the one who's listening and is currently facing a trial strengthen them Lord Jesus

though they may be pressed on every Side by their troubles Lord may they know that you will not allow them to be crushed by their burdens father help us to see that although we may be perplexed we are not driven to despair in Jesus name though we are hunted down we are never abandoned by God although we may get knocked down we are not destroyed father we know that if you have allowed us to face any kind of difficulty in our lives you will help us to go through it with Grace Lord help us to

grow in faith even while we go through the challenge above all master may we draw nearer to you help us to draw nearer to your word and to hold on to your promises like Philippians 4: 6-7 it says says be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication with Thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and Minds through Christ Jesus Lord we have faith and we believe that there is absolutely nothing for us to fear with you on our

side because of this we will be strong and courageous even in hard times we will not be terrified we will not be discouraged because you oh Lord you are our Rock our Shield our strength and our hope we place our faith in you God and we believe that you will see us through every Valley experience God We Trust in your ability and not our own even as we go through painful experiences and moments of life God help us to grow and mature as Christians help us to develop our faith and even if our emotions try

and get the best of us we will remain steadfast knowing that you will never leave us or forsake us Lord help us to focus on you and your power instead of the problems that we face give give us the strength to focus on you even in hard circumstances May the Holy Ghost guide us to carefully read trust and be obedient to your word we choose to have faith father we choose to have faith in your ability to break through every obstacle that we face in agreement with everyone listening to this prayer we declare Deuteronomy 31

verse 6 be strong and courageous do not fear or be in dread of them for it is the Lord your God who goes with you he will not leave you or forsake you in you Lord we trust in you we have courage and strength Lord I pray that you will give us the strength not to fear because we know that you will help us Lord help us to trust you in each and every situation we Face we confess that our trust and our faith is in your word and in your ability to fulfill your promises

be with us Lord regardless of what we're going through fight for us stand beside us stand with us as we Face the trials of this life God I bless your name for listening to this prayer Lord Lord you're mighty you're powerful you're righteous and you're true father we thank you and we bless you in Jesus name amen [Music]
