Starting a Million Dollar Business in a Day

in the next 24 hours I'm going to attempt to start a million dooll business from this bedroom at 12:01 p.m. tomorrow it's hands off everything gets launched and we'll see if it goes on to become a million dooll business step number one we need a business plan [Music] all right I think I'm going to try to sell something online with a clearly outlined business plan in mind it was time to execute which meant facing my first major obstacle in order to sell something online I need something that I can sell online now given that I

wasted my first hour on drawing out this meme I now only had 23 hours left so I decided to not reinvent the wheel I wasn't looking for a brand new UN discovered business model or concept I was looking for something that was already proven selling and successful good artist copy great artist steal so here's my plan to find a business that I can copy and paste I'm going to use this ad spying tool to show me current winning products and advertisements that people are actively paying to run but here's the sauce I'm going to take

it a step further I'm going to take products I find interesting head over to the meta ad library and here I can search the product and see all the other people who are currently running it up from here I can go on their websites and see their whole entire funnel and if I can see that someone is consistently paying money to run these ads for like the last 2 months it's probably a good product so I spent the next hour and a half running through this exact process I looked at other corners of the internet

to find potential products but I would then verify that they're actually selling that same way by seeing if anyone is actively running ads for them at a promising scale although all this digging took longer than I expected I did find a few options man I'm already starting to feel fried I just scrolled for like at least 2 miles straight but I have found three potential products okay let me know what you guys think first product I found is anxiety Rings it's like a fidget ring to cope with anxiety off rip you have the obvious problem

I can Source this product for under $40 shipped from the US and the plan is to make a website selling it for $130 which is quite the profit margin but all these competitors that I found through the meta ads Library that's where they're at and there's like three or four stores that have been selling this product for the last couple months and they've been running ads consistently which means it's probably selling but how will this business actually work with me being in this room the entire time well I'm going to connect autod DS to my

store so that when someone buys this cover for me autods will automatically process the Fulfillment of that order to my customer and I keep the difference as profit and that whole entire process can be automated in a matter of just a few clicks it's beautiful it's the eighth great wonder of the world really autods can act as the whole entire back end of this business I never have to personally touch the product ship the product worry about any of the Fulfillment process I get paid 1 30 for my customer and they automate the shipment of

this kind of theme and design would cost you like 300 bucks in the past just to get the template and apps for it to look like this so it's Mega clutch to now have this for free and it already comes with autods as the supplier ready to go I was thinking for a name for this store Chad GPT came up with bark bunker and barbers.com is actually an available domain that sounds really clean for having a available.com domain these stores come with some pre-loaded products on them which we'll remove for our purposes but we can

see how the product page looks like and that is not bad instead of having to look at a blank slate we already have everything kind of set up so it's just going to be plug and play with our product this bundle deal thing you'd normally have to get a paid app for this cart design all this stuff would normally require monthly app subscription so this thing gets us pretty far ahead but now I will go in and tweak the template manually I imported our product onto the website and got to work we're selling a pretty

expensive product here so I needed this website to look [Music] good I think I might have gone too far far and spent too much time on this I I geeked out a little bit it got dark like out of nowhere so it's getting late but final stretch here I should be done within an hour I am going to need a second cup of coffee though this looks like a hostage situation video Hostage to getting paid all right Jokes Aside it is finished I'm going to say it genuinely from the bottom of my heart I'm going

to give this website five big booms boom now is when the real struggle kind of begins we need to convince people to go on our website and hit purchase we need eyeballs we need customers to get customers we need advertising and to run an ad we need an ad creative ad creative is basically the video or commercial for the product it's what a potential customer sees lots of different ways to go about this for the sake of this Challenge and being able to build everything out in 24 hours I began looking for clips of this

product from suppliers and just kind of repurposing old content on the internet to create something new in order to test the product if the product were to end up working I'd then pay some creators to film ads with the product which is really not all that expensive I feel like I'm officially starting to crash out a little bit I'm really starting to feel the almost 10 hours of work starting to kick in I need some Alpha Brain right now two bottles of prime one blue one red lunch Le meal the pizza one peanut butter febles

chocolate bar some athletic greens ashwaganda gummies chillit oil and like three gas station Rhino pills right now you can't always get what you want but I did have to go in with a crucial emergency sandwich with video on phone break we are so bad and from there I kept absolutely beasting away at these ad creatives now if you thought I was launching these ads on Tik Tok you're sorely mistaken and a sudden heroic burst of patriotism I decided to sell my data to an All-American platform I'm running All-American meta ads I connected Mark Zuckerberg to

our website and one by one I began launching all of our advertisements let's go Parkinson's law work expands to fill available time I might appear somewhat silly in a few moments when we check if I actually got any sales it's far too early to celebrate or to give a motivational speech but this is nuts if I wouldn't have set this time constraint I could have stretched this process that we just went through for like 2 weeks easy I'm sure there's people watching who've been stretching and putting this kind of thing off for years if we

even running yet so the ones that are running they just got approved I was pretty bummed out I took advantage of the leftover time to look everything over and do some last minute tweaking but the 24 hours rolled around without us getting any Sal this perfectly Illustrated the most difficult part of embarking on any entrepreneurial venture you're going to have to put in hours of work that will at times amount to nothing as results are never guaranteed and you don't know if anything will work until you try it by putting in a ton of work

however this was not one of those cases oh man fellas look at the notification that I just received we officially have motion I'm like feeling warm inside I'm borderline tingling I don't know if it's the sleep deprivation or the the dopamine I just got hit with but this is incredible I know it's on sale and I can almost guarantee that we're not profitable right now but the funnel Works yo can we get another one back to back come on check out check out check out check out and it didn't stop there we ended up improving

borderline bulletproof ad account to the store I took the best performing ads from the previous account loaded them up on this one and just absolutely blasted them the count quickly started pending no hiccups and as people poured back onto a website we were back in business fellas am I happy to be getting motion getting paid stacking paper getting off at guap station sure yes of course but an ultra humble magnificently compassionate individual like myself I'm just happy that we could help some animals feel safer and more comtable this is one of my favorite stores that

I've ever made it's a product that people love quick shipping and it's automated thanks to autods I was slightly debating just gatekeeping this product maybe blurring it in the video or just canning this entire project as a whole but I just can't take it on right now yes with everything combined it did take longer than 24 hours however it's only 8:00 today we spent 1,900 an ad and we brought in $2800 after product cost we're at about break even on the day however the daily revenue extrapolated annually officially has the Run rate of a million
