welcome to the potentially most relaxing video on YouTube platform today I'm going to guide you to the deepest relaxation state of your body and your mind through a guide in the meditation so make sure you're comfortable you can lie down on a bed you can make it as then let's make sure you are straight so as we begin we're gonna have a three deep breath and then we're going to inhale to the Limit and then when you exhale I want you to make a noise as you sigh and it sounds like this uh uh as if you're letting go everything stress and negative energy all right if you're ready gently close your eyes and we're gonna have a three deep breath inhale from the nose and exhale from the mouth [Music] again deeply inhale and exhale and again letting go and gently come back to your normal breath inhale from the nose and exhale from the nose feel the breath comes into your nose and it goes out from the nose is be in this moment for a second and now we're going to scan our body from top of our head to the toes and now focus on top of your head and keep your breath gentle and deep inhale and exhale and as you focus on the top of your head breathe in and out as if you are breathing in and out from top of your head feel the sensation field of breath comes in and out from the top of your head feel the sensation as you breathe in and out and your nose and your lips breathe in and breathe out feel the sensation and your throat and your shoulders feel the sensation on your both shoulders and your elbows and your palms and now bring your focus onto your chest feel the pulse of energy comes in as you breathe in and the negative energy goes out as you breathe out feel the warm beautiful energy comes into your chest and as you breathe out let it all out all the negative energy and distress it all out from your body and now bring your focus to your belly feel the movement of your belly and your hips feel the ground chair whatever you're sitting on whatever you're lying down on bend your knees and your toes now I have a deep breath in and out and now you're in the deeper state of your body deeper relaxation of your body I want you to focus on your body feel how your body feels being aware the sensation around the body space around you let's connect with their own body feel the sanctions being aware of your body and now I'm gonna guide you to the deeper state of your mind as you count down the breath you will feel calmer and more relaxed and then you will be in a deeper state of your mind and I'm gonna count 50 to zero and I want you to count with me as I count the numbers and I'm going to visualize each numbers in your mind as you count down the numbers all right let's begin 50. 49. 48.
