there are thousands of AI automation agency owners right now trying to sell AI solutions to businesses but who's actually doing it successfully and more importantly what are they actually selling so to help answer this question I put out a form across all of my platforms asking successful AAA owners to share their solutions that they've been selling and also and more importantly provide proof and receipts of them doing so so in this video I'll be sharing five of these AI solutions that people are selling to $20,000 or more and the receipts to prove that they're actually

built is called ask Manny an AI powered internal knowledge retrieval system designed for manufacturers so it centralizes company knowledge and makes it easy and accessible to employees VI a secure Azure based AI driven platform that integrates with Microsoft teams Patrick has identified this as a value ad for the business because according to mckeny and IDC studies knowledge workers spend between 24 to 33% of their workday just searching for information so with ask Manny they're aiming to reduce this by 5 to 10% or more essentially giving back hundreds of work hours monthly to high value employees

within companies what I love about what Patrick is doing here is that it's taking a simple concept that we know AI is good at which is question and answering over a set of documents and just doing it really really well and finding a good fit within an industry in this case within the manufacturing industry they must have tons and tons of documentation and by going the extra mile and setting it up on Azure to make sure that it's all safe and secure for the business it's addressing a valid paino within businesses that aligns with the

Apollo for lead scraping and clay for personalizing outreach copy and also integrating AI driven video Outreach inbox management and copywriting so this approach significantly streamlines the lead generation process and is really integrating AI into every part of the cold Outreach process so they're going to be scraping leads they're going to be enriching them with AI and adding more details to the lead and then they're using all of that information to write personalized ad copy not only just for emails but also for AI generated videos as well so really using all of the strengths of AI

all into one to make a very effective cold Outreach system that is AI integrated the price I have for this solution is $220,500 this includes a $1,300 to $2,500 up front and then $200 per qualified call and ludvic said in his in his application that they're getting 20 to 30 qualified calls per client easily so you take the higher end of that and you assume that for all of the the solutions on here where you have a retainer basis um instead of just being upfront I'm assuming that if you were to sell this you'd also

be doing it for say 3 months so assuming the high end of that estimate 30 calls per month at $200 per qualified call that's $6,000 and assuming you get 3 months of business from this client that's $188,000 and just the Performance Based fee then you have the $2,500 upfront which brings you to 20,500 I think there's so much with these AI enhanced cold Outreach and Marketing Systems and this is such a great example of just rethinking the whole cold Outreach process by baking AI into every step if you're interested in learning more or becoming a

with their fundraising efforts so this AI voice fundraiser acts as a virtual salesperson reaching out to potential donors and engaging with them in personalized conversations to encourage donations so this solution is streamlining the fundraising process by automating Outreach while maintaining a personal touch I think this is such a great use case for AI voice systems and something that you can all take and applies a concept to other niches this is essentially just searching for opportunities at a mass scale without having to hire humans so once you create the system it's basically going and shaking all

these trees and knocking on doors for you to find opportunities in this case is searching for donations probably using some leads that they've already collected or re-engaging a a database that they have but the same concept can be taken say to a a realtor's database and go okay let's try to call and re-engage all of your old clients or old customers and see if they're willing to sell their house or they know someone who is so this kind of Mass Outreach using voice AI I think it's a super powerful um use case and as you

for Content creation for coaches um so we've put this at $25,000 and the proof here is an email from a client mentioning that they paid the deposit of $10,000 so I think this is a really hot emerging space and something to watch towards the end of the year and moving into 2025 is this AI content creation to many of us in the space it seems silly that people would be able to watch AI generated content and not notice but it is getting better and better and better and the results are starting to come in I've

personally seen some of my friends like the only Fusion AI guys using AI generated content on their Instagram reals and getting millions and millions of views on this stuff so the proof is really in the pudding you can get results with it and I think this is such an interesting space for AA to be in in that you're on the front foot of something that's likely going to be very big moving forward so this AI generated content for uh coaches I think is a particularly interesting area of the AI space for people to be looking

into moving into 2025 finally getting into solution number five this is from a Community member called Abby aasu I hope I pronounced that right as well um selling a $32,000 package for an AI powered solution that creates detailed customer avatars or digital twins based on real customer data so these avatars are used for Market testing and strategy validation allowing businesses to simulate customer behavior and refine campaigns before launching the solution combines internet data with webm data and primary research to build lifelike digital personas and then the businesses can interact with these personas using a custom

GPT based tool to predict Market reception with high accuracy so this one for me was particularly mind-blowing in terms of how much value it can create for a business because they might be spending $10,000 $20,000 per focus group to bring real people in and take all his time to say hey look these are our new ideas for this new product line or these are the new features we want to release by creating these digital twins that are not just hey you are a this assist it's really doing a lot of research and using all of

that to make a really rich and databased digital Persona that you can then use as a soundboard to pitch ideas to and it's far better for the business if you think about it because they can do it instantly it's cost effective once you built the system it's there and you can always be communicating with it you don't have to deal with tons of humans coming in you don't have to pay them all this money and you can get feedback almost instantly now the trick with this I guess is how useful would it actually be how

close can you get it to say representing each of the different personas in a market that you serve so you might have five different types of customers that your business serves the proof really would be in the pudding there so I'd be interested to see how AB has gone um Post delivery on this and if they're very happy with it but at the end of the day as you saw with the invoice um they had collected I believe 3/4 of it with 2/3 of it up front and that's the screenshot you would have seen just

then it's a really interesting use case something that I have never seen before and something that I'm sure many of you can go and apply to the different industries that you're working in so that's been the top five AI solutions that are selling for more than $20,000 within our community so I hope that's given you maybe some inspiration on ideas that you can go and sell within your own AI automation agency and get your start if you haven't already but I also have bit broken some of your beliefs around how much you can make and
