TikTok Shop Affiliates: Beginners Guide To Making £1k

one of my favorite things about Tik Tok shop Affiliates is that you can literally get started and make your very first Commission in under 7 days so in this video what I'm going to be doing is telling you exactly how to do that we're going to be going through how to quickly get your a th000 followers so that you can get approved in the UK or 5,000 followers if you're in the US then I'm going to tell you how to find the best product opportunities and then I'm going to reveal a little secret about how you can create viral content incredibly quickly and start printing that cash let's go so the first thing you're going to need to do is actually create a Tik Tok account super easy to do literally just do it on your phone download the Tik Tok app and create an account with either your phone number or an email address then what you're going to need to do is apply for a Tik Tok shop affiliate account you can't do that straight off the bat because there's a number of requirements that you need to show to Tik Tok that you've done before they'll approve you so the main requirement of getting one of these Tik Tok shop affiliate accounts which is the account that you're going to need if you want to be paid for talking about products is that you're over the age of 18 that you've posted a video in the past 30 days and if you're in the UK that you have over 1,000 followers or if you're in the US it's 5,000 followers and that last requirement there is all down to Tik Tok not wanting to attract Bots and spammers to their platform they want to make sure that the people promoting their products are real people that have real followers now if you think that getting that 1,000 follower or 5,000 follower requirement scratched off is going to be timec consuming and difficult think again right I used a method called the teamwork method where I literally started my account at 11:04 a. m. with just one follower and I think that was on one of my other accounts and and by 6:25 p.

m. I already had the th000 followers so I was able to apply which you can see in this image here so how do you do it well it's super easy it's called the teamwork Trend there are many other ways that you can quickly rack up followers on Tik Tok but in this video I'm just going to teach you the the teamwork Trend because I want to get you approved and earning as quickly as possible so in order to do teamwork you basically need to go on to Tik Tok and in the search bar you need to type in teamwork # teamwork right and the way that this trend works is it's other people including you uploading videos asking for people to follow them in exchange for a follow back so you want to basically search for # teamwork on the Tik Tok app and then you want to go through each video that appears you want to write things like teamwork I follow back trying to get to 1,000 followers 5,000 followers or whatever and then you want to start going through each comment and following the people that have commented and then also going through each like on the actual video that you found and liking those guys too and what should happen is that you then start to get follow backs now that is one way of doing teamwork that's going to be a little bit slower than you simply creating your own video that asks for people to follow you so that is exactly what I did in order to get those th followers in 6 hours I just posted a pretty stupid video of me pretending to tap on the screen saying this is me doing teamwork following people within that video I put hash teamwork I put ashf follow for follow and you can see here on my screen that video ended up getting over 3,000 views I didn't put any AD spend into it I didn't do anything other than what I just told you right if you can do that then people are going to start to see 3,000 people are going to see your content 3,000 people Plus and they're going to follow you so my number one tip though with this method is even though this is a 7-Day challenge it's just take your time right I did that very rapidly I did it in about six seven hours just because I want to prove to guys in honest creators that it can be done quickly but the issue with that is you basically get restricted from following people so like following back and stuff so it's going to be heavily reliant on you putting videos out if you're comfortable with that okay so other people within honest creators that have done it have done it with no problems no blockings or anything like that in two or three days so my advice with this stage is take your time follow gradually and just do it over the course of a few days and whenever you pick your phone up whenever you remember go on to Tik Tok have a casual browse use it as though you are a real person and then follow like 10 or 20 people and then put the phone down do something else and come back that's step one [Music] so step two as soon as you've got those thousand followers you can apply for your Tik Tok shop account so in order to do that you need to go on to your Tik Tok profile go on to Tik Tok Studio you then want to go to Tik Tock shop for Creator scroll down make sure that you've got ticks for everything and then press apply if you have done it way too quickly where you got blocked from following people over and over and over again or you uploaded videos that got copy right strikes or whatever you may find that the meet our community guidelines line is like has a cross next to it okay if that happens rather than raising a case and complaining my advice is just start again right as long as you upload videos that don't have music on or like copyrighted music anyway then you shouldn't find it like problematic right so then you just press apply you put in your email address and then bam you should be approved to start promoting products to get a little bit of commission [Music] step number three is to find good products to promote and there's loads of different ways of doing that one of my favorite methods is to literally just go on to Tik Tok shop and then just start browsing through clicking at the different products and then having a look to see how many they've sold the commission that's paid and so on but for this video tutorial I'm going to show you an app called Kao data now Kao data if you are an Amazon FBA user is kind of like helium 10's blackbox tool so it basically is a database of Tik Tok in its entirety and it lets you browse different categories of products different shops so sellers different creators different products and so on and each time you click into like one of these you can see that the date range on the left says last 30 days and then it will basically show you the top items right so here I'm being showed top products but if I clicked into Creator I would be shown the number one Creator in the UK at the moment which is selected here and how much they've generated and so on right if you're in the US and you're watching this you just press the drop down box and press us to see that now this is not an essential tool by any means KO data but it does make the process finding products and getting ideas so much quicker and we also have a little cheeky discount in the description box below that will allow you to get I believe 20 or 30% off so it's about $30 or £30 a month to just have have a shortcut right so we are in product Tab and you can see here then this means that in the last 30 days all these products are the are the top sellers so there's quite a few that I recognize so we've got here nutrition Geeks vitamin D which I have here we've got a 10-in tablet which I also have here and um remember guys that when you are doing Tik Tok shop Affiliates so where you're promoting products for commission a lot of the time you will get products for free so I got this tablet here which is actually decent completely for free I got this Karaoke Microphone ins set completely for free like you know if there's one huge benefit from doing Tik Tok shop in addition to getting those commissions is that you get loads of presents that you can give to people once you finish filming right so it's um super super cool so let's just have a look through the different ideas um there's lots and lots of pages and I think you'll actually be surprised at what sells really well so like here you can see the 10th best selling product in the UK on Tik Tok shop is toilet roll because it's like what is it 120 rolls for 26 which people actually love so you know creators are getting an absolute Fortune so um let's have a look at other products so um just one important point to note is that there are a lot of supplements here in the top 10 if you're going to promote a supplement be really careful of what you say because if you make a false claim like say this thing cures anxiety or it will you know make you lose loads of weight then you'll get a copy you'll get a violation and the product will be taken off your video and you won't get any commissions so let's have another look what else we've got lots of different ideas you can see just how easy it is this is one that um I really enjoyed promoting it is an electric scrubber which I have here also got that sent to me for free so been using that to clean around the house so let's just have a look at the stats for this product if as soon as you see a product that you like the look of and you know it's selling well um it's definitely something that you should be considering promoting within your first week if you want to start earning that cash ASAP and that's because it's already kind of going viral customers have already seen it on Tik Tok shop so any more content that you can put out will also act a little bit like retargeting so if people have seen it on a different video and then they think that looks cool and then they see it on yours they're far more likely to to pay so let's just have a quick look at the stats of this product in particular that price is actually incorrect it's for some reason K data shows the price point according to um Tik Tok Shoppers that have never used the platform before it's actually £22 when I last looked and therefore you're going to get about2 commission plus per sale so let's have a look what it's generated in the last 30 days it's generated this brand 300K so that means that for creators they've paid out £30,000 plus because I think this is actually going to be linked to that price there so it's actually a lot higher so what you're then going to do is you're going to scroll down and the first thing you're going to do is you're going to look through all of these guys and you're going to follow them because these are top creators not just for this product but also very likely for loads of products on Tik Tok so I know Jay's gems I know Sam there's a couple of others that um that I recognize but but don't actually know but they are those two are top creators so go on your phone on Tik Tok and follow them and look at what other videos they're promoting uh other products they're promoting so you can get an idea of what works and what doesn't work okay so now we know how to find and identify a good product opportunity the next step of the process in our 7-Day timeline is actually getting the product when it comes to Tik Tok shop and promoting products you're not allowed to just talk about it you've got to actually show it on camera like a live clip to prove to Tik Tok that you do have it and you are a genuine reviewer so let's go to the next [Music] stage so before you even think about requesting samples or anything like that you need to actually add the product to what is called your showcase so your Tik Tok profile and doing that just means that you know 100% that you are going to be able to promote this product when it does eventually arrive so you go to Tik to shop you find the product you click into it and then you press add to showcase and then once you've done that the first thing that I would do is request a sample So within the same menu where you see all the commission details you want to press get free sample and make that request that should be approved within just a day but if you are rejected for whatever reason and that could be because you haven't actually made any content yet or you haven't made any Revenue my recommendation in order to move the quickest is just head to Amazon and buy it okay you can buy this for like 20 trust me when you start making commissions like these guys are where it's like in the thousands 20 quid is it's it's like it's fine it's a fine investment and especially when you compare it to other business models where you need to invest thousands so my very first product that I promoted which was these I just bought for 10 quid off Amazon got them shipped started making income and now I get samples of everything sent to me so if you can't get approval for the sample which you'll find if you go into to your samples menu and it will say rejected my advice is just buy it and get it delivered to your house ASAP once it's come you can move on to the next step which is going to be all about writing scripting the video that you're going to be uploading onto Tik Tok now within your first seven days of becoming a Tik Tok Pro my recommendation is you don't ever write a script from scratch and you Leverage What other creators have done so you find the best performing videos for the product that you want to promote and you pretty much just mimic it right of course you can make improvements if you think that you can do certain things better but just copy what works cuz then if you get the exact same results then you know your presentation style the way you come across on camera with your voice or whatever it is is fine right but if the results suck then you know that it's probably not to do with the script but it's more to do with the way that you're talking or what ever so you can then practice that a bit more so the quickest way at finding good content is with someone like Klo data so with the scrubbing brush here if you scroll down you can see these are all the best performing videos within the last 30 days so you just move your mouse over it and then you'll be shown the video right so my advice is go through these top 10 and just like write down which ones you think you could do a better job of or this or at least at the very least the same job right if you don't have Kao data and you want to still find good performing videos then again head on to your Tik Tok Shop app find the product that it is that you want to promote click into like the commission affiliate bar that pops up and then if you scroll down you'll see all the best performing videos from the last couple of weeks and if you click into each video you'll see that Tik Tok gives it a score next to each of the metrics so gmv which is gross merchandise value or like Revenue clickthrough rate conversion rate and so one the one you want to be looking at is the gross merchandise value and you want ideally any video that you're going to mimic to be A+ okay so that's one way of doing it or of course you can do Kao data now I can see that um this video here which is actually from Jay's gems that was one that got over well got 5.
