Inside Iman Gadzhi’s $2.8 Million Cape Town Mansion.

you want to tell me what happened here we can't put that in there [Music] so guys I am finally after one year doing a house tour I'm going to show you guys with two million dollars buys you here in Cape Town so on that note let's come through so this place is I think 12 000 square feet that is I'm not gonna tell you his name but it's part of my security team so don't mind him so the way it works there is a separate downstairs apartment so I think I'll show you guys in a

second but let's start off with a place that I spend a lot of time which is the gym [Music] so this used to be I think a four car garage but as you can see we usually just leave the cars outside so I had the owner of the biggest CrossFit Gyms here in Cape Town basically come in with his team just deck everything down the matting a little deadlift section Rings basically everything you can think about uh some cable stuff row machine and if you come this side box drums squat rack yeah basically everything you

could ever want and then we also got a little sauna put in which has been extremely useful between all of the partying and just yeah all the debauchery that's going on in this house you've definitely used this the most 100 honestly I've been here for a year in full transparency I did not buy the place was renting it for a year and actually looking for a place to buy long term here in Cape Town then a few things changed in my life yeah unfortunately it's gonna be my last week here but I can tell you

for a fact that this was not a home this was definitely a more Pit Stop transitory place I think over the space of last year I've hosted maybe a hundred of my friends from all over the world yeah it's been interesting but it's home gym which is always great to have a bunch of cardio stuff dumbbells etc etc now we come through to separate apartment one thing you might notice is there's like just extra mattresses and stuff lying around I think how many people did I have over for my birthday 22 22 23. so basically

told my guy friends I was like listen ladies first so none of you guys are gonna get ensuites funny enough I ended up putting one of my friends on a mattress right next to stairs this should be a Maids quarter right yeah we have two Maids but they're not living because I'm not here nine months a year so yeah pretty much everything you need big bathroom mattress other separate mattress that we brought in here yeah it means fridge a little place to make some stuff uh that is another little section there's a restroom down there

basically whenever my security needed there's like a full shower ensuite bathroom so that way they have their own little privacy especially at night they have you know somewhere to go so you can actually go all the way around the house that way but we'll go back into the main entrance so from a main entrance perspective this is what it looks like it looks pretty nice at night this is a little matches I was saying about so I just had one of my friends from London you know a long time childhood friends I love them to

bits but he's annoying me so I was like I'm banishing you you sleep by the stairs anyways coming through I think Chef Kelly is actually making some food so maybe we'll start up on the third floor instead so one of the most amazing things about this specific home here in camps Bay in Cape Town is having the Sea View over there and then just full full unobstructed Mountain views here usually a lot of times there'll be clouds coming over the mountains this is Table Mountain so being the highest up like it's just yeah I mean

you really can't beat this view sometimes my friends will just be on bean bags uh watching some sports watching TV movies whatever it is this is a master room what that's right [Applause] this is my room yeah from being entirely honest the Furnishing and the finishing in this house is pretty it's been amazing for just having it as you know one of my other homes but it's not going to win any awards for Furnishing like there's a lot of stuff that feels very cheap in here but it works uh plenty of closet space stuff like

that so coming through to the master kind of what I was saying before just cheap finishings weird design I don't know why this is like here I don't this room just feels very big for like just one king size bed basically this house is not homely in the slightest and I'm gonna be entirely honest I actually signed the lease on it basically through like a few photos on a FaceTime my buddy Pete was scoping out a few places for me if I saw it in person honestly I probably wouldn't take it the house is very

impractical and right now I'm sweating a little because there's so much glass in this room that just gets so hot in here even with air conditioning but I will say it is definitely quite Serene to just wake up and [Applause] that's on one side the ocean is right in front of you it is definitely some of the best views I've seen in the entire world and I can tell you some of my other homes are very very peaceful they're very nice but I think in terms of views this definitely has to take the cake and

basically you can look down or up at the rest of the property the outside Bry barbecue area this house isn't homely at all but definitely certain parts of it and the nature it's definitely pretty to look at and these are basically all just some sort of filler bedrooms uh one bedroom I think queen size bed uh ensuite nothing too crazy to be honest I think that's crazy is once again just The View coming down whatever your Chef Kelly is making for dinner smells amazing this is Alex my head of production this is his room although

next week he is moving to Dubai with me this is nice this is nice calm home fragrance considering how much of a little you are this room seems quite peaceful actually this is my buddy Pete who actually was Pete in there I think so you're kidding no all right so this is my buddy Pete's bedroom who also helps run one of my companies I think he's asleep so we have Peach room as you can see is nice it's got like a little outside balcony thing all right moving up this actually used to be the gym

we used to have the gym on the fourth floor but it just gets way too hot up here it wasn't big enough like to just throw weights down and stuff like that although once again if you're working out this is probably one of the best views you could get the broken sliding door you want to explain what happened you know what the issue is when you mix alcohol and windy Cape Town in one night it just doesn't go well sometimes and like like you said the poor finishing this didn't latch onto the railing properly and

I just try to close the door and basically Alex is an alcoholic that's the way every day goes every time we have no control if the sky is pink and white if the ground is black and yellow having Table Mountain and lion's head that way it's it's insane and it's even crazier when you're on shrooms I can tell you that then we come here which is a Jacuzzi which we have never used ever not once it's just a little dirty pit at the moment and then yeah this is the top of the house many times

with my friends we'll just bring the bean bags up here Chef Kelly will bring up some popcorn we'll watch the sunset have some drinks I don't know why I lied it and said that that ever happens because I never watched the sunset I'm working like 90 of the time but I know you guys do yeah we put you on some cost a lot now this is true they introduced me to Castle light that's like it's a little up bro of course of course half smoking bro okay so this you'll find a lot of these which

are half smoking cigars because Alex gets really drunk and what do you mean no it's not me it cost me three thousand dollars a month in cigars bro and the worst part is you don't even finish it here's what happens I'll have some of my friends visiting me from Europe or America and he'll take a baddie upstairs and he's like let's go watch this anything together and then he smokes a cigar and never finishes it we spent multiple days cleaning this place just to have it and spam for this little outdoor shower which we have

never used obviously a very heavy security all the way through the house those cameras have caught very interesting things I can say that back down I'll show you guys uh dining room living room this little guest bathroom uh that is Chef Kelly who's preparing Caprese salad and a chicken and mushroom orzo it smells delicious cigars all finished of course because Alex is has an addiction oh done what a shocker oh second box of the limited edition davidos I want oh shocker no but that's fine I'm sure there must be something in the humidor oh no

only humidor packs [Music] just to give context this was full for the last well not for the last yeah two weeks just for your man's birthday week um this is just like the leftover we had a lot of friends here we probably had like I don't know five times a month I think at one point we had 20 balls of clusters or a little dining table getting ready for August dinner uh fireplace uh this is usually where we hang out we'll sit down here have some cigars you know back when we actually had stock in

the house and Alex didn't finish all of them I guess smoke a nice little cigar relax inside have a nice drink talk about work stuff like that there's a massive red stain down here um I don't recall you're terrible you're terrible I love how using me as a scapegoat okay well who did the glass door me who did the carpet both of them were combinations of people how was this included yeah but it's you're full uh pool which I don't think I've ever been in I hate pools let me tell you why I hate pools

you can say you've got great morals and ethics I don't care who you are if push comes to shove and you need to pee in a pool you're gonna pee in a pool I always pee in pools so with that logic I know that I'm peeing in a pool I know that everyone else is peeing in a pool any of my places with pools I haven't been even my place in Dubai still have not been in the pool there refused to go anyway so we've got a little outside chill out area you know what this

really feels it feels like one of those dating shows like all the like common hangout areas they get sloppy toppy in the PJ so coming into my office we've got two mattresses here because I said I just wrapped up my birthday week I had tons of friends from Europe from America flying good view all right I don't think so I think the view on the other side is much better yeah like also because it's just because it's too much in the evening I always have to drop these down because it gets too crazy like when

a mom calls I could say there's much else to say it's just the office it's nothing special really interesting story about this this used to be a fireplace and a big flat screen TV until my amazing mother was visiting and she managed to burn it down I don't know how you burn down a fireplace but oh well to stick up for mamagotchi it was just poor installation in the first place we've got Alex's guitar which he's 100 not allowed to bring to Dubai and definitely no amps coming into Alex's office he never has the lights

on he just has this little softbox thingy I think what are you working on right now it ain't one of our Vlogs I didn't want to buy Vlogs yeah yeah you're honestly your room is cool my room is just like because I'm barely here I'm only here maybe like two months two and a half months a year so yeah Alex's room is actually like quite yeah quite a Vibe at some point when I first moved in here this was actually my office then we did a little Switcheroo I can tell you honestly for maybe the

first month I was here I didn't piss inside once never piss inside I exclusively pissed outside where right here bro yeah look at it you're just like you don't get to do this in many other places just take a piss and just take in that so the next one we do is in Dubai I will show my Dubai Villa if this video gets 10 000 likes and I will do a full Dubai villatoro I'll show you my Villa on the palm so yeah running up 10K Lex and I'll make it happen for you guys so

ladies and gentlemen I hope you guys enjoyed this house tour I'm not gonna I'm a little sad to actually give away this place or maybe not so much this place because it doesn't feel very homely as I said so I won't necessarily miss this house but I will miss having a home in Cape Town so for any of my Cape Town viewers I do want to say it is crazy mad love every time I'm out here every time I visit honestly Cape Town and South Africa holds such a special place in my heart even though

I've explored such a tiny section of it there's never a day where the sunset is the same it's always different but yeah now it's time to give the keys back and move on to next chapter
