LinkedIn is the best platform right now to create your B2B personal brand to find customers and also to develop your network in order to hire new people in order to make the most out of LinkedIn you need to create content on a consistent basis it could be every day or five time per week or two times per week what really matters is the consistency the question now is how to write B2B posts that attract your target audience and that are not simply here to grow your follower base let's face it it's simple to write LinkedIn
posts when you are talking about your new job or a news or sharing an articles but it gets harder when you need to talk about your expertise and it's harder to know what kind of formats what kind of copyrighting Frameworks what kind of hooks and keywords you should use to write technical B2B posts while in this video I'm going to share with you five formats that I've used in the past six months in order to get in average 4.3 million views per months my key topic is B2B marketing and I share mostly technical posts and
what I mean by a technical post is when the copy is about an expertise or an industry Trend or something that is related to your day-to-day job it's not personal stories it's not sharing a new job it's not sharing news it's not sharing inspiration or motivational posts it's really about your expertise and what you do on a day-to-day basis okay so now I will give you the five formats that are the best in my opinion and I will also give you an example for each format the first one I call it the framework post this
type of post can be really long to write but at the end it's worth it because you can actually show your expertise increase your Authority and reuse this post on a long-term basis the objective is simple you need to pack a lot of knowledge that you have about a specific topic into one Post in order to do that you need to create a framework or a process or something really tangible that will help the audience to actually understand your expertise so in a few words you need to turn your expertise into a framework and then
explain it I really love doing that and people actually follow me for this reason they love to understand my experiments how I analyze those experiments how I identify patterns and how I create Frameworks so here are three tips to use this post format first choose one main topic don't try to cover too many topics second go from practice to Theory so you have to work first on the expertise take note of what is happening and then actually create the theory out of the practice and third tip add your point of view to the equation because
no one wants to read something that is too vanar and that can be found anywhere else here is an example of a post that I've created you can see it's called the four layers of marketing problems I just explain in details each layer that you should use if you want to create a marketing strategy this generated 5,000 engagements and over 800,000 Impressions so it was a success for me and it led to newsletter subscribers to followers and also to inbound leads second type of format is the educated opinions people log in on LinkedIn every day
in order to learn new things but they don't want to read the same thing over and over and over again what they like is the opinions from the expert it's a bit like on TV when there is an event in the world let's say about climate or about travel or about food or anything on the TV channel they invite the expert and the expert give their opinion so the opinion is subjective is not 100% objective but it's interesting because it comes from an expert that we can trust it's the same on link you need to
create educated opinions so it's the same focus on your day-to-day job based on that analyze patterns and out of those patterns you can build an opinion that you can share with a very strong point of view here are three tips that you should use in order to create this type of post the first one is be assertive don't say maybe or I think just State your opinion without being too shy about it the second one is be grounded your opinion should come from your expertise your experience or from a case study this will help you
to gain trust because having proof of what you say is the best way to build trust and the last one be explicit explain clearly your opinion with simple words and not too many jargons make it easy to understand for your audience to read it without any problem you can see here an example of this type of post I created a Content framework for 2024 that explain exp my opinion on the topic and in this post and I also recorded a video about it I explained that the old school framework is not good in my opinion
and I'm sharing a new one so it's really an educated opinion because I base this opinion on over two years of posting on LinkedIn the third type of post I call it why you should and here you insert your expertise or your offer I created one that was called why you need a Content strategy and I explained in the post why my audience need a Content strategy you should do the same with your expertise if you are a fractional CFO and you are selling an analysis or an audit of a business plan you can say
why you need an audit of your business plan so here you're going to create a carousel a carousel is a PDF document with multiple pages that the audience can actually read like a small book this type of post should explain in details and in depth why you do what you are doing why you are proposing this expertise and the outcome of using this expertise so I will give you three different angles in order to use this post format the first one is the outcomes explain what happens after you actually use the expertise this will help
the audience to actually have a vision of what will happen next the second one is the cost of no action explain the problem and the negative outcomes if the audience doesn't actually use your expertise or if the audience doesn't actually use this type of solution and the third one is the problem solved explain clearly the problem solved by the offer and include the solution at the end of the Carousel and overall the goal is really simple with this format you should answer the question of your audience why should I buy this offer you can have

is called the Pas problem agitate solution it's really powerful I use it almost everywhere on every type typ of content in ebooks in emails in LinkedIn posts in videos it's so powerful that I advise you to treat it as a post format so what you should have is a text and maybe a small picture but sometime you don't even need a picture because it's so powerful and you will actually write the problem agitate the problem and give a solution I give you an example with this post here I explain in a big title content is
a strategic priority to be Revenue this is in the image but what is interesting is the text of the post you see the first part I actually talk about the problem content creation is a fake priority in B2B it's a strong problem a strong statement then I continue with bullet points that actually reinforce the problem and then in the second part I agitate this problem with obviously results are bad and I add more bullet points and then last but not least I include the solution which is linked to what I'm selling obviously and and this
way I'm able to give context first agitate this context with problems and introduce my solution this is really my favorite copyrighting framework it's so powerful and the type of post number five is showing who is behind the screen so it's a post about you but you should link a story that you have to your expertise don't make it too far from your expertise because it will help you to reinforce your Authority by actually sharing stories but that are linked to your day-to-day job or your industry yes your audience is not interested about what you add
for dinner yesterday but they are interested to understand who you are who is behind this expertise and especially how you got where you are now and what gave you this expertise so here are three tips in order to use this post format First share relevant insights about you your experience skills key dates in your backstory past jobs challenges and successes second tip show your picture the return on investment of a photo shoot is really high so just book two hours with a photographer and receive 50 to 100 pictures in different situation in order to actually
have pictures that you can post for the next three or six months and yes you need to put a face behind your expertise because people love to buy from people it will be easier to grow your personal brand and last tip this is a bit personal but I think you should not brag too much about your experience or be too humble about it or be too cool you should actually just State the proof so everything will talk by itself just share facts you can see here an example of a post where I explain my backstory
as a marketer with key dates and I also put a picture of myself and this was a great way for me to explain what I did before actually becoming the marketer that I am today so it helps me to let's say humanize my brand also to prove my expertise thanks to the backstory and also to give some connection point with my audience because we can also relate because everyone has a diverse background and backstory okay so I gave you the five formats that are the best to build your Authority on LinkedIn with B2B technical posts
