The Top 5 Vitamins to boost  circulation to the legs and feet. It’s very important for blood to  circulate properly through your body, especially to your legs and feet, which are  the furthest point away from your heart. Poor circulation in the legs/feet  can lead to range of health problems Risks of Poor Circulation Swollen Feet (Edema) Such as painful swollen feet and ankles (edema), Blood Clots (DVT) The formation Dangerous blood clots (deep vein thrombosis) Nerve Pain (Neuropathy) And nerve damage can occur causing tingling, burning and pain  especially in the feet (neuropathy) (amongst many other issues) Although there are many different  causes of poor circulation Such as standing or sitting for too long Damage in the blood vessels  because of high blood sugars Or even heart conditions There are natural ways to improve  blood flow to minimise the risks And also to keep oxygen and nutrients  flowing to your muscles, tissues and bones.

Nattokinase (Enzyme) One of the best natural remedies to improve blood flow to the legs and feet is  an enzyme called Nattokinase. You can take 100mg of Nattokinase  (2,000FU's) daily in a capsule if you wish. Nattokinase is an enzyme produced by  bacteria when fermenting soy beans, And this has been shown to help break down  fibrous tissue in your arteries and blood vessels To improve the circulation of  blood from your heart to your feet.
This powerful fibrinolytic enzyme  helps to thin out your blood, And also dissolve blood clots, reducing  the risk of deep vein thrombosis And helping to improve venous  circulation to prevent varicose veins. You can take 500mg of sustained release  niacin (not niacinamide) 1-3x per day. It’s recommended to start eating more of the following 4 foods on a daily  basis to improve blood flow. These issues can happen when the  walls of the veins that carry blood from your feet to your heart  become weak, and lose their tone.
Horse Chestnuts contain a powerful  phytonutrient called aescin, Which studies show is as effective as  compression stockings for improving circulation. You can take 300mg of standardized horse chestnut extract on a daily basis to  support the veins directly, By helping to improve problems  like chronic venous insufficiency, varicose veins and deep vein thrombosis. In addition, this herbal has also  been shown to help reduce swelling in the legs by preventing the capillaries  from leaking into surrounding tissues.

I recommend supplementing your diet  by mixing 1 tablespoon of camu powder, or acerola cherry powder into daily smoothie, Or simply in a glass of water.

If you are overweight, pregnant,  using birth control pills or HRT, these can raise your estrogen which weakens  the valves and walls of your blood vessels. Drnk more water and support your  liver in filtering out this excess estrogen by eating more cruciferous  vegetables in a salad each day. 5.
Wear loose fitting clothing  around your upper legs, waist or groin and avoid tight belts.  These can make circulation worse. 6.
Limit your consumption of processed  carbohydrates and hydrogenated oils, such as breads, pasta, flour,  sugar, grains and fast food. Cook healthy meals at home using single  ingredient foods, and eat healthy sources of fat from wild salmon, pasture raised eggs,  extra virgin olive oil, and grass fed butter To support the tone and structure of  your heart and blood vessels as a whole. If you are inactive, you should also  aim to get more exercise as this will help your heart to pump more blood  through the arteries to your feet.
And last is a point that you must not ignore. If you suffer from chronic stress, or sleeping  difficulties this will raise your cortisol, and slowly slowly damage your blood vessels. Overcome stress by performing box breathing  4-4-4-4.
breathe in to a count of 4, hold for 4, breathe out for  4 and hold for 4. Repeat. This will calm down your nervous system, improve oxygenation of your cells  and normalise your blood pressure.
