um [Music] on days when i'm just feeling really not super motivated i just go on youtube and i watch a little light video to pick me up [Music] guess it's a sign for me to get out of bed [Music] [Music] do this new toothpaste is pretty good [Music] i recently found this really cool type of yoga called comedic yoga and i found a channel i really love called sarah west and i've been doing this morning flow so often it's called the divine feminine and self-love kinetic flow [Music] it's so cool how you can feel these
like different levels of vibration they're like buzzing through different parts of your body i feel like it just wakes me up also on another note i can finally do this like lotus pose my dad was explaining to me the reason why it's really good to sit cross-legged while you're meditating is when your feet are here it's actually pressing on an acupressure point and it helps to fold your energy here so that all of your breath and tea can circulate within your main body which is where all your like vital organs are dismount is still a
little bit hard wow [Music] so once i get my main self-care stuff out of the way actually i just continue with self-care stuff a good morning is all about taking good care of yourself putting yourself first before you start any other tasks i've learned that the hard way because i usually like to just jump into work right away but this is just so much better for me in the long run a lot more sustainable just been trying to get better at taking my supplements as well so testing out some different brands to see what works
best for me [Music] now this is when i start my first meal of the day i have never fully lived by myself so i tend to fall into the eating patterns of just like my family or my partner this is my first time where i've gotten to really try out like what way of eating and when works best for me and i found that just doing a brunch and then an early dinner is the best doing my leftovers from dinner and then i'll like make some additional things i got taros for a hot pot that
i had with friends have some leftovers so i want to try to make this taro patty bun recipe just because i have more time this morning before i start working the leftovers are these tofu skins that i've kind of just been using as super protein noodles [Music] do [Music] so [Music] hmm [Music] so [Music] wow you can also go the sugary route but i'm gonna try a little dabble soy sauce with some sesame oil wow that's really nice okay let's try the sweet now mixing the soy sauce with the sugar is also not bad then
you just have a sweeter soy sauce is [Music] italian in dutch what was the uh the hamburg freaking the english [Music] italian [Music] and after a long days of work finally i can wind down and relax [Music] one of my favorite things about this sublet has to be this bathtub [Music] i've been trying to end my day with a bath as much as possible and it actually helps me so much to feel relaxed and unwind like biologically my nervous system is just like okay [Music] one of the best things about winter time is pomegranate season
