How I Made My $50k/Month YouTube Automation Channel

one year ago I was making $16 an hour by working at a local pizza place and today my YouTube automation business generates over $50,000 every single month and no this isn't some fake Guru story I will show you the proof in just a minute look at these numbers in just two years my channel went from zero to over 240,000 subscribers but here's the craziest part the channel itself is just the beginning I've built an entire network of businesses around it and I'm about to show you exactly how I did it I know what you're thinking

AI guy This sounds too good to be true that's exactly what I thought when I started but then I discovered something that changed everything see most people think YouTube success is about luck or grinding for years they're wrong I mean whilst grinding is obviously important it's all about having the right system and before you click off thinking this is just another YouTube guru video let me show you something crazy you are now looking at my bank accounts Dashboard as you can see in the last few months there was no less than 50,000 going through this

account but wait it gets better here's the dashboard of just one of my businesses that was started in May and that alone has generated me over $245,000 as you can see right here and look at the top left corner that's AI guy my actual account this isn't just about making a successful YouTube channel this is about building a complete business Empire and in this video I'm going to show you exactly how to do it I'm talking about finding niches that are guaranteed to go viral using AI tools that nobody else knows about and building automated

systems that make money while you sleep and the best part while other creators are still trying to figure out how to get monetized you'll be learning how to build multiple income streams from a single Channel and trust me this isn't just Theory I'm going to show you the exact process that took me from making pizzas to making $50,000 a month now let's get into the important stuff finding a viral Niche and trust me this is crucial if you pick the wrong Niche it doesn't matter how much work you put in your videos won't go viral

I learned this the hard way spending years failing at different online Ventures before it finally clicked here's what changed everything for me I started looking at YouTube like a business person looks at a Marketplace every Niche is basically its own market and it all comes down to one simple thing supply and demand once you understand this you become Unstoppable at the YouTube game let me show you exactly what I mean 2 years ago when I was planning this channel I noticed something crazy AI was blowing up everywhere but when I looked for good AI content

on YouTube all I found were boring screen recordings that nobody wanted to watch think about that massive demand almost zero Supply it was literally the perfect opportunity sitting right there then I discovered this channel called 10x income he was one of the first to use this talking Avatar concept that's when everything clicked for me I knew exactly what I needed to do I started making videos improving something each time and well you can see what happened but here's why this story matters my explosive growth wasn't just luck it happened because I found a niche with

huge demand and almost no competition sure now the talking Avatar space is completely saturated that's just how markets work but the principle stays the same I know what you're thinking AI guy that's great but how do I find these opportunities as a complete beginner well I'm about to show you something insane there's an AI tool that can do all this research for you in minutes and trust me what I'm about to show you is about to change everything there are two steps to finding the perfect Niche first is finding the niche itself and second is

validating that it will be profitable by analyzing the competition let me show you exactly how to do both head over to next L I'll put the link in the description when you're on the website click on get started and you'll see this tool called Niche Finder this AI tool is connected to YouTube's data which allows it to find channels that are very recently created but are getting tons of views now let's get into the actual strategy in the top right you'll see Advanced filters this is where the magic happens as you can see there are

literally tons of incredible filters but we're looking for three specific things first the Channel's first video must have been published in the last 90 days a channel that went viral 5 years ago doesn't help us we want to find one that has just recently gone viral that way we know the niche is still hot so I will click on the first video published and set it to around 3 months ago next the channel must have reached 10,000 subscribers but I will set it to 50,000 Subs just to have some extra options this isn't super important

but it shows audience engagement however I don't recommend looking at Channels with 100,000 subscribers and more as you can't even realistically compete with them and lastly they need to make at least $1,000 a month this is by far the most important criteria and frankly no other tool offers anything like this if you find a Channel created within the last 90 days that's already making $1,000 per month that's a very good sign so again set these filters minimum 10,000 subscribers first video uploaded in the last 3 to 4 months and revenue per month at $1,000 hit

go and watch what happens next L will show you every channel that fits these criteria now here's where it gets interesting and this is something most people Miss completely when you find a promising Channel you don't want to just bookmark it and forget about it that's where next Lev's swipe file feature comes in let me show you how I use this but first you need to install NEX Lev's Chrome extension it's super simple just head over to the NEX Lev website until you find the box with a chrome logo click on learn more then hit

the big blue button that says install extension that's it now let's say we find an interesting channel that fits our criteria if you were doing a typical Niche research you would start copying your links in your notion Google Docs or whatever and that all eventually leads to mess and Chaos well this is where this feature comes in it's called swipe file instead of just making mental notes click on the swipe file button that's the new button you'll see thanks to the extension we just installed so go ahead and save it to a swipe file by

clicking right here the first noticeable thing we can see is we immediately get all the data about this channel like how long the first video was posted average views per video RPM and many more cool stats scroll down here's where you can add tags as well to make it easier to find in the future next up you need to create a folder to which you will save the channel so go ahead and create one that's it now just press save and boom we just created our first ever swipe file now let me show you how

to access your swipe file so click here on your Chrome extension icon and then press swipe file you will be able to see this new folder we just created and obviously we can see our newly added channel in here so as you do your research this should be incredibly useful to help you gather your channels in a single place but finding channels is just the first step now we need to validate these niches go to any channel you've saved in your swipe file and you'll see a new button that says similar channels click on on

in-depth research and hit search what happens next is insane it gives you a complete list of hundreds of other channels in the exact same Niche let me show you a real example see this channel I found they started just 3 months ago and they're already making thousands per month this is a huge time saer for any YouTube automation enjoyer regardless of their skill level so I highly recommend to use this feature anyway start going through these competitors and start adding them one by one to our swipe file folder we just created there is no right

number that you need to add but here is a Pro tip from me when you research a niche go for identifying at least 20 competitor channels that way you will always be up to date within your Niche and basically have infinite video ideas now guys there is one more feature I want to show you so click on next L extension and go into your swipe file as you can see here in the top right you can click this share button and obviously share all these channels at once the easier way to do this is to

now that you know how to do Niche research it's time to take action and start creating your channel now the first step is ironically to create yourself a Gmail account then head over to YouTube and create a channel when you have your Channel already you want to Brand it in a unique way create a profile picture Banner description all of that if you know how to use Leonardo AI which I can link down below you can do this yourself or you can just hire someone on Fiverr to do it for you when you have your

branding done add some Channel keywords this helps YouTube find the correct audience for you I usually add some very broad keywords that fit my Niche and then add some very niched ones to find the keywords that have the highest search volume meaning they're really popular you can use tools like vid IQ that I've put in the description and by the way you can have a $1 trial for 30 days with that link below so make sure you don't miss it anyway they have a pretty useful keyword search feature so you can see the amount of

searches that certain keywords get so just spend some time searching up the keywords paste them in your channel settings and that's it now that we're done with all the boring side quests and setup stuff we can move on to the most important part of any YouTube automation Channel The Script you could hire a freelancer on Fiverr to do this for you but most of them will just create it with chat GPT and those are just bad and no one like these so in instead do it yourself spend some time researching what topics get views you

basically do this the same way you find niches but you search within your own Niche so go to YouTube and search for your nich's primary keyword look for videos that have been created in the last few weeks that have gotten a lot of views compared with the rest of the content created during the same time when you have your topic start analyzing scripts can you find some common traits in videos that perform well take inspiration and try to add your own Edge to it don't stress this you must have an engaging script take my script

that you're listening to now as an example there's a reason why you're still watching right it's fire so make it sound genuine like you're talking to a friend but don't get it wrong this is not a yapping session you got to be straight to the point no people will see through that it needs to be quick and engaging look at Mr BEAST's videos a perfect example of retention-based script writing you're never getting bored because something is happening all the time on top of this you need a strong and engaging hook that makes the viewer curious

something like this we are now stranded on a raft in the middle of the ocean and there goes our boat we are now stranded for 7 days you see this made the viewer curious for what's about to happen next so they probably stayed till the end which is exactly the reaction we want now you have the viewer hooked from the beginning but you got to make the video engaging all the way to the end by adding a storyline something that will make the viewer want to know what happens next think of any Hollywood movie you

watch the entire movie because you want to know what's about to happen next use the same formula when creating your scripts okay bet now let's talk talk about the voice over so I don't recommend you actually create the voiceover yourself since it is a waste of time instead you can create a voice over with AI I like to use 11 Labs it's an AI website I put it in the description and to use it you pick a voice in The Voice library then paste in your script and generate it in the voice lab The Voice

will sound realistic and all that however if you just generate it and go with it as it is you will have terrible retention so you need to enhance it head over to any editing software I use cap cut for this step import the voice file and drag get to the timeline cut out all pauses and slightly overlap the clips trust me this will make a difference it's called A J cut and it'll make the pace a lot faster so that's one way to do it or you can just hire a voice actor on Fiverr to

record it for you it's expensive but it'll save you a lot of time plus the result will be a lot better in the end obviously I personally use AI but just naming this option for those of you who have extra money to spend all right now to the next chapter we go want to know why I get more views than almost any other faceless channel in my Niche my editing is engaging as hell notice how something happens all the time characters animations captions music everything if you have some editing experience you could do this by

yourself but it'll take a lot of time a video like this one you're watching right now takes about 2 to 3 weeks to edit and I know what I am talking about since I used to edit myself at least the older videos on my channel and so if you have neither time or experience for this hire a video editor because it is exactly what I did and no don't do this on Fiverr I feel like I've talked to almost every video editor out there and let me tell tell you Fiverr is not the place you'll

probably get a fair price but the quality sucks instead go on X and try to find a good editor there it'll cost you but if you want to create highquality videos like mine you got to be ready to spend some money or invest time if you want me to upload an in-depth tutorial on how I edit my videos drop a like on this video and a comment letting me know all right now when creating a thumbnail you got to make it stand out from the crowd so make it so appealing that the viewer can't do

anything but click on it and the same goes here don't invent something new look around on your homepage and find a proven concept used by other creators and no please don't rip them off your channel should have its own style stick to it but Implement elements of the viral videos thumbnail like people usually use these big Revenue screenshots for my Niche here are some of the best Concepts that will work 99% of the time channels like Mr Beast like to shock the viewer with the thumbnail and if I have to give you a pro tip

just go to his channel and study his thumbnails because all the answers are there but I mean really go into his channel every single day and analyze it the object placement emotions used color selections how do thumbnails look in contrast to the video's title making a clickable thumbnail is more a psychological trick just take some time to observe viral thumbnails to be able to create them yourself and well to State the obvious you can also hire the thumbnail designer now just like with editors I wouldn't recommend trying to find the designer on Fiverr they are

always too busy and just serve you preset based crap instead go on X just like like with video editors and find your talent there from my experience a good thumbnail can cost anywhere from $50 and all the way up to $200 just really depends on the designer you are working with posting the video is really simple just make sure you write a description with some good keywords in it and add some tags that'll let YouTube know what audience to push your video to if you look at my channel my Niche is obviously YouTube Automation and

if you go to any of my videos you can see how my descriptions are just packed with keywords it's not hard to notice well as the result I get tons of search traffic which is obviously very nice a little secret from me to you is also to include a bunch of keywords in the first three rows of the description YouTube will process these and help you rank your video in the search features and Google overall vid IQ is also really useful here since you'll know what tags to include everywhere like I already showed in this

video just go to their keywords section and you will have all the backend data in the world which is a huge insight and don't forget about my $1 trial down below if you want to check this tool out congratulations you've now created your first YouTube automation video if you've gotten this far you've done more than 90% of your competition so keep uploading regardless of how many views you get in the beginning almost everyone is giving up here it takes a strong mind and a whole lot of discipline to keep going from this stage but trust

me it's worth it I posted for 4 months straight without any results but I kept going and then one day this video blew up and changed everything but let's say you kept posting and your views are starting to look good how the hell do you make any money from this making money with YouTube is easy if you know what you're doing luckily for you I run one of the most profitable channels in my Niche so I know what I'm talking about obviously ad revenue is going to be one stream of income this is the money

YouTube is paying you for showing ads before and during your videos this can give some good money if you get tons of views with a decent RPM but chances are you won't get that in the beginning it took me almost a year to reach my first $5,000 month in ad Revenue so you need something else this is a fantastic way to monetize your channel in the early stages it's what I've made made the majority of my income from offer your audience a solution to a problem you're talking about for example I teach people how to

create YouTube automation videos so I promote tons of useful AI tools for them to use along the way and yes some of them cost money which makes me a commission but I know how much time it can save for people starting out so the value and product Market fit is perfect and frankly it's all about making it a win-win both for me and the viewers this next one's tough in the beginning but as your channel is growing you'll start getting tons of sponsorship opportunities offering a lot of money but you got to be smart here
