Susan Peterson who bitter over Doug's end of life revealed everything Kelly had confided in her Sandman returned to civilian life seeking both Kelly and revenge on the general when he found Kelly again they resumed their relationship and she became pregnant Kelly then hinted at an affair with Doug Peterson to provoke me into either liquidating him or divorcing her clearing the way for her and Sandman when I approached Sandman for help he saw an opportunity he doctored the report on Kelly to keep me distracted then planed to frame Doug for pill charges once that was done

Sandman intended to Ally with Peterson senior by getting Doug off the charges and using him to destroy General Bates the plan fell apart when Kelly told me she was pregnant because no one knew I was sterile that confirmed her cheating and I knew it had to be with Sandman since Doug's involvement was fake I wanted quick revenge for both sandman's lies and Kelly's betrayal I realized Sandman was setting up Doug to push me into action so I decided to protect Doug out of spite at the time I didn't realize how crucial Doug was to Kelly

and sandman's plan to eliminate me when Doug vanished Sandman was enraged and hunted him down after torturing Doug he discovered I had sabotaged his plan to get the General in his Fury he sent me the video package trying to provoke me into making a reckless move he could exploit complicating things my call to warn Kelly inadvertently tipped off sandmen that I had left the city she informed him and he started searching for me only my quick thinking and Brian's help kept me and my family safe when I faked my self-destruction they were thrilled and I

became irrelevant allowing sandmen to focus on the general it seems Kelly and Sandman caught wind of people asking questions they figured out Susan had talked and decided to eliminate her Susan thought her money would protect her but they saw an opportunity to remove her in the general without suspicion they didn't care if Kelly's mother aunt and uncle died too Susan went out for the evening and when she returned Sandman was waiting he broke her neck making it look like she had fallen down the stairs while drunk then they tampered with the General's car ensuring it

crashed on the way to Susan's funeral just like that the Bates family was gone and Kelly inherited everything wealth and political connections Sandman had taken out all his enemies except Peterson senior after a brief morning period Kelly and Sandman married the only glitch was Kelly's mishap whether it was a natural loss or deliberate because they suspected the baby wasn't sandman's I don't know Sandman likely planned to get rid of Peterson senior next but the heart attack probably felt like a lucky break as it could eliminate him off without their involvement reflecting on all this I

and hit the floor my first shot missed and he fired back hitting my shoulder pain shot through me as I realized he was armed even on leave I knew I was out matched and made a run for the garage door firing for cover suddenly the lights went out and I tripped for shots hit the door where I had just been fear gripped me Sandman was coming for me and I was losing blood I decided to go out fighting I fired blindly toward where I thought he might be but I heard nothing then the driveway lights

came on revealing Sandman on the floor dazed from a graze to the Head a knife lay between us and as I reached for it Sandman regained Consciousness never bring a knife to a weapon fight Roger he taunted but before he could act blood splattered as Sandman fell dead Brian had arrived just in time he dragged me outside stopped my bleeding and went back into the house for a few minutes before driving us away at high speed when I woke up I was at Brian's house sore but alive thanks to a retired doctor friend of his

i' had been unconscious for days but Sandman was dead I returned to the cabin with Jess to recover and followed the news about Greg sans's end of life the police concluded that two armed Intruders had ambushed him and there were no leads Brian had erased the evidence during the was crucial 5 minutes and Sandman was given a hero's funeral but dead was dead I planned to confront Kelly but she knocked me to it true to her selfish nature she took her own life with sandman's weapon leaving a note saying she couldn't live without him it
