this was not my idea this is why i hired hayden he sent me this and i was dying hello there my name is hayden hilia smith i have been a youtube creator for over 10 years and a youtube editor for the past four and of those four years i have worked with hi four years that is really long for an editor to work with a youtuber probably too long but i love this guy he works so hard probably the hardest working and most talented editor on youtube we work well together because and i tell this

to him all the time i'm a creative so is he he's been doing this [ __ ] just as long as i have actually yeah no i've been on youtube like when youtube was still a dating website what what did you not know the first year youtube existed it was a dating website you know those 80s ads i'm an executive by day and a wild man by night was the original intent of the website did you use it for that reason moving on you guys have literally begged me to make a video where me and

logan talk about the vlogs that we have made this year this one came to me straight away it was who is the most fertile this is one of the best vlogs that we made this year yeah this literally got fans back i had people reach out to me and they said bro like obviously your [ __ ] back in 2017 was kind of cringe like i didn't like you was very corny like even you and i have a hard time watching those yeah that was the best thing i could provide and that's what i tried

to do but this this is the evolution speaking of maturity who is the most fertile it was me by the way i'm fertile as [ __ ] you don't actually see this this often the actual timeline look at this i love seeing this because you know i i just send you footage and i go here you would film anything and everything not think about how it's gonna be presented and you just say go that's why that's honestly that's why we work so well together yeah like that's that's next to impossible we're interconnected our minds are

attention it's captivating something about what you saw in the first seven to eight ten seconds of this video is gonna make you wanna watch the rest of it audience retention is one of the most important statistics to get your video popular on youtube so that moving on we now have the [ __ ] title cards i'm really bored of intros and whatnot let's just get on with it straight away we don't want to waste your time here's the title card call you've seen it move on i got something good four boxes shut off yeah i'm

evan's joke hayden says he made you funny he says you're not funny alone but he makes you funny i really don't know what to say that i said it like i said it how did you do anything besides make the call because you wouldn't be able to have that edit if i hadn't said that yeah i don't know what you're saying i have set up an average rhythm so these cuts have last of an average of one and a half seconds and so you that's when you start expecting the next cut so for when the

time happens when i don't cut and the rhythm has been broken re-engages you so therefore focus on this joke and it makes it funnier so i'm highlighting the joke got it that was a far more better way of putting it rather than saying i take full credit for the joke i have now learned my lesson i need you all to stop ejaculating for two to five days i'm looking at you mike you could look at someone else one of the best things to focus on here is there was a good minute of banter that i

completely cut out yeah i need you all to stop ejaculating for two to five days well if i get angry on the vlogs you'll know uh it's possible but i don't think it's possible this year siri set a timer for two days in one second it's important for me to identify when you set up a joke i need you all to stop ejaculating for two to five days i use that as an opportunity to make a motivated cut to your statement about mike stop ejaculating for two to five days i'm looking at you mike you

could look at someone else that's why we work so well together because i know when i say that i know hayden's gonna cut from this to this and make it a sandwich i knew exactly what story i was trying to tell during the intro scene and he knew as well and then now you have a magical piece of content promise me you're not going to masturbate i'll look at you while i'll master me all right boys the most important thing for us to establish here this is a hyper exaggeration of reality this is an improvised

sketch to embrace that and to tell the audiences that story you need to over exaggerate certain elements for example it's an exaggerated parody of reality hayden i'm gonna be honest bro you're making this so dramatic it's just the best way to do it when you got the footage and i quickly tossed them the boxes you got notes so you're telling me you interpreted it to make it an exaggeration of reality that would not have been as interesting without those punch sound effects thrown in oh oh you put the sound effects in oh i see what's

happening i'm so i'm sorry i use the punch sound effects over exaggerate the reality to make this a self-parody of reality tell you that this is a sketch that's what i was trying to say there we go we got it boys great we got there hi boys your dicks are officially out of order that was something else at first 47 hours until release so here is an earlier version always oh there we go yeah i had 47 hours till come and i said it's a lot that's also like let's pat ourselves on the back we

interesting thing to talk about here is actually something i find so important a countdown when you have an idea of a deadline that of course keeps you engaged because you now want to see what that deadline's going to be if these small sequences were not broken up by this you would have had no progression of time this would not have been as exciting because the deadline would not have been looming this is one thing i didn't give hayden this structure this is one of those things where i was like here this is not your problem

and this is the solution you came up with it was fantastic hey hey don't you touch that dick don't touch that dick evan what if i told mom and dad hey don't you touch that dude how did you originally intend for that moment to be i think i gave you the note to put the pornhub intro in there but then you spliced in correct me if i'm wrong but that's lana that is you put that in there because it filled the second gap because i didn't i didn't intend you to go back twice i shot

that with the intention of you using one that was me doing the the sketch the joke twice oh really yeah i had no idea that is literally how i first interpreted it look what evan just texted what do you mean what do you mean no not like this dave he said yo can we go until tomorrow i'm cramping bad i need to nut stop the door we do need to talk about something very very important here what has inspired this editing presentation is the comedy it's always sunny in philadelphia where it's a gang of not

so savory individuals doing debauchery things basically there is a lot of parallels in this vlog and also their style of that tv show i saw this opportunity to make this vlog actually a love letter to my favorite comedy of all time having this music that does not suit the action disarms you it's happy music it's optimistic music but it doesn't work here but because it doesn't work it's [ __ ] hilarious i'm crappy what do you mean you're cramping where i'm at as long as you're not cramping in your vast deference what is that it's

a part of my balls i had removed because it was dead only fifteen percent ladies you are so close all of us are hey you gotta stop bro what are you doing i'm doing stretches you're torturing yourself man what you just showed we evan and i were [ __ ] around for 10 minutes yeah you showed you showed 15 seconds of it that contributed to the storyline with the funniest parts i don't with my balls if i need some water too you need water i got you [Applause] [Music] come on god dang it honestly bro

off to be honest with you there's no there's no like good way to do that this doesn't feel right when the next cut is them talking about it that's too quick i want that passion of time i want that visual suggestion of what they're doing similar thing you didn't know what to do and i took this opportunity to interpret it and it worked it's what sold that joke so that's maybe the one time i can say editing solved the joke yeah for sure i'm the most [ __ ] fertile dude i know you see this
