Step-By-Step How I Get $15k Web Design Clients!

hey what is up guys in this video I'm going to show you the exact step-by-step guide on how I get clients in my sixty thousand dollar per month website design agency before I even get started let me say this um I don't know how long this video is going to be because I'm giving you everything in this video from you know what to sell how to sell where to find the clients how to message them I'll give you my script and then how to get on a call with them how to set the appointment and

then how to pitch and close so I'm going to give you everything and then if you wait to the end of the video there's some really cool bonuses that is just going to make it so much easier for you on how to do this but before I get started an intro who who am I my name is Dean I run a niche website design agency in the Contracting space so my company is called King contractor agency um we basically we sell High ticket websites I am not selling anything to you so I post videos on

YouTube just to help other website design agencies or Freelancers turn into agencies because I see so many smma people and it's kind of flooded the market and it's really hard to do but with website design you have a very tangible product you know and like I've got a portfolio of real websites so it's a lot easier to sell and it's not results based you know so it's it's based on the actual thing you deliver it's not based on the amount of leads you bring in because like trying to sell leads in today's day and age

it's um it's tough you feel scammy and it does and I'm sure half of you will know it doesn't really get you where you want to be so um the proof is in stripe uh let's check out my stripe account so over the last four weeks I chose like 38 000 pounds but if we look at like the last three months it's gonna show like 107 000 pounds of which that's like a hundred and thirty thousand dollars last month I did like sixty thousand dollars and can see this I'm you know I had some good

um fifteen thousand dollar days when one client paid me up front for the website um that felt really good but for the most time I take like a small deposit and then do it on payment plans that's why I've got like an mrr if we scroll down a little bit my MRI is like 14 000 um sometimes goes up to like 18 000 I there's some cries that I need to re-subscribe to some stuff and I'd be like on twenty thousand dollars MRI in my web design agency now keep in mind let me just show

you this real quick it's taken me about um it's taken me about a year to get to this point but steadily slowly you will get there I mean like in my third month I already made fifteen thousand right so if you if you if you do what I'm about to show you it's gonna be tough but you can do it so this is my growth obviously it's a new month right now so it starts really low here at the bottom but it's totally possible um yeah so that's the proof I'm not here to gate keep

this let me actually show you my proposal real quick so I'm just logging into Panda doc here we go and now uh this is a template that I've created which is a proposal which by the way when I eventually jump on a zoom with the clients I run them through this proposal and it helps me make the sale but uh the ultimate Roofing website proposal just make it look really cool with the index um why they can't sleep on this it's just a really cool proposal which really like validates everything that I've done and as

you can see fifteen thousand dollars bang so um I'll make a video on this proposal at some time but um send me a message in this code and then I'll do it for you on how to actually sell the websites um first of all just know that it didn't start high ticket so my journey was like this so I don't want to discourage you if you're not making money that's okay it's really hard in the beginning to make money so let me explain to you how I got to this point in the beginning I worked

for free okay and that's so that I can build the portfolio I chose a niche I went off to the niche I said hey let me build the website for you for free so I literally bought the websites for free myself I use Divi I used Elementor I hosted it myself minimal costs and I just built the websites for free that's what I did now in fact let me actually give you this little tip when you message people and you say hey I want to build their website for free guess what happens to them like

they'll be like wait there's no such thing as free you're like no seriously I just want to build up my portfolio sometimes what happens is that when you ask people to build it for free they love it so much that they want to pay you a lot of people that paid me when I offered to do it for free they actually still paid me so once I work for free and I built up a bit of a portfolio I would work up front for free so I'd say hey I'll do the work up front if

you don't like it you don't pay me um but obviously then you say I'll do the work up front they say cool I'm done then you say all that I need is just let's just jump on a call so that we can set the expectations then you jump on the call you say well look okay if you like it it's gonna be two thousand dollars if you don't like it you don't blame me anything no hard feelings about go and I'll do the whole thing then you work up front now once you've worked up front

then you start working for cheap sometimes I like to work up front until my pipeline I've got people coming to me so I'll work up front that I'll keep working up front because you can charge tooth you can charge more by working up front because you say if you like it you pay me two thousand okay and then you can figure out payment plans and stuff then you work for cheap and you get better you increase your prices you hire the team and you build out the Sops I've got another video on all the Sops

maybe I'll rehash that and show you a little more into like how to build the team and stuff like I said join the Discord and I'll show you literally everything now here we go how to find clients choose a niche I've got a really cool video on how to choose a niche there's a lot of stuff that that you can do to choose a niche and how to knit that it's a good one but um that's that's that's in another video so I would honestly just say just choose a Niche whether it's law whether it's

medical whether it's anything the roofing industry it's it's a great industry it's a little hard to break into I was lucky because I just paid like a full-time VA someone that actually came into my apartment and like sent messages for me like all day so it was really hard it took me like three months to get my first client but um there's some other niches that make a lot more that's a lot easier to break into anyways um what you want to do is you want to do market research like where do they hang out

so for me I found out that my clients they hang out on Facebook right so I went into Facebook and then I typed in like Roofing Community right and I'd be like okay are there any groups in in the in the roofing Community let's find out boom Roofing Community oh so there's a group so there's many groups so oh okay now I now I found the groups aren't now I'm finding out where these guys are hanging out ah these are real guys posting real videos these are roofing companies okay so they're hanging out in the

Facebook so what I would do then is um you know some of them would be on Facebook some would be Instagram sometimes forums make a Google sheet of with hanging out so I've got the sheets sheets of Kings which is my master sheet with everything all my Sops I've got this groups page where it shows all the freaking groups with roofing companies in look at how many members it has in it now I know that like if you're if you're looking for like if you're in the mid varnish there aren't that many groups so what

happens ah they're on they're on Instagram go create an Instagram account that's how you do it you need to figure out where they're hanging out then put that in the Google Sheets I'd really recommend just having a master sheet for everything eventually it will turn into what I have but yeah you want to find out where they're hanging out and then put that in the Google Sheets now what you want to do is you want to start approaching them so set up your profile whether it's on Instagram or Facebook this is my profile so this

is my profile on on Facebook just a nice professional looking picture I've had a banner made on Fiverr is like fifty dollars it's got the name of my company you'll see it literally says in my bio it says my team and I design powerful Roofing websites and brands that win home owner trust pre-inspection so you really want to solve that unique mechanism instead of saying hey we build websites you want to say like let me use like medspar as an example or like clinics for hair transplants I think that's a great Niche that's a niche

that I want to go into next is that like let's say you you you approach them you say hey well look why would someone choose your clinic to do the hair transplant it's because they trust you they trust what you say so what we really want to do so we want to build trust with your audience so that they choose you that's all so that's really the point of the website is so that you can get the trust of Their audience for me I know it's homeowners right and I know it's pre-inspection pre-roof inspection so

you would say something like us to win the trust of men um that you know need some hair done or looking for a reliable hair transplant surgeon or something like that and then obviously through the way that you do it because I've like I've gone ahead and I've written out like the blueprints on my sheets of Kings I've gone and like I've looked at other roofing company websites that that work really well and I've created like a website design blueprint because you know and you can do do this in anything so I've created this blueprint

on like what this site map would look like what the website would look like how do you actually how do you actually win that trust you see now what's happening is now I'm becoming an industry expert in Roofing he would do the same thing in like mid spas or like hey transplant clinics figure out like what do you need to put on there to win the trust of the audience if it's a hair transplant clinic you're probably going to want to put the doctor on there you're probably going to want to put the reviews on

there you're probably going to want to put information about it on there you're probably going to want to put pictures before and after on there like it's actually pretty easy but if you show them the freaking blueprint they'll pay you five thousand dollars ten thousand dollars thirteen thousand dollars especially these guys are making money and you come at them with like an irresistible offer so guys let's make some money and this is this is literally the steps that you follow anyways let me keep showing you so so check this out so okay we find out

where they're hanging whether they're hanging out we've got the profile set up and even this this is what I like to do I've got an example of the work and I've got a testimonial from one of my clients and then I pinned it boom that looks so awesome like I literally have content on my profile look boom my mission is to help Roofing website is to build Roofing websites that you look back in three years and is the best investment like all the content that I've got on my website on my social media look at

this people are sending me messages pme costs and details that's a roofing company why because I've been adding people on Facebook I'm messaging people on Facebook I'm networking and I'm connecting and I'm getting into the industry it's going to take a minute but eventually you'll get there guys like you can do this um so yeah this guy sent me a message Kaden boom he wants to he wants to get a website this guy wants a website dang guess what there's another guy that slid into my DMs um please don't call this guy obviously I'd really

appreciate that but uh boom but he he sends me a random message Dean how are you doing I hear you're the best with websites starting a business and I need the cost of of the website in the roofing space boom gives me his number gives me his email gives me everything that's freaking awesome how awesome is that so they're starting to come to me but it's because I've already started I've already done the work guys so obviously please don't like call that guy or message him he obviously wants to work with me so calling him

is going to be awkward trust me a lot of people call them um but you want to be the guy you want to be the guy Okay cool so you set up your profile then you want to start sending called DMS let me show you my scripts here we go guys so this is actually old like the name of this one says also you'll see in sheets of Kings I've got called DM scripts old and then I've got some new DN scripts and some better DM scripts but let me show you the old ones because

the new ones aren't going to really apply to you because the new ones is because I have a portfolio but basically it works like this um you know I used to send something with a little clickbaity so they open it I said you do repairs or complete installs only so you almost like inquire about the business like hey do you do hair transplants and then you kind of get into it say ah okay you got me it was clickbait look I specialize in helping roofing companies my vision is to help as many people as I

can for this reason I'd like to redesign your website for your company Upfront for free so what that means is I'll do it up front for free obviously no payment no risk I'm confident I can knock it out the box if you're happy with it you can pay for it and then they'll you know send that to 50 people send that to 100 people but make it personalized you know and then people are going to message back they're gonna love that and then you jump on a call and you explain to them so so this

is what the DM scripts kind of look like I've got I've got a lot of it and then obviously over here you know if they have a website and it's broken I would give this to my people to respond with so if they've got positive response okay great what's your number right brilliant thanks for the openness for the opportunity what's your number the second they give you a positive response you want to hit them with like just give me your phone number even if you don't close them but now they become a lead so something

psychologically happens that they become a lead so the number one priority and I even wrote it down here the number one priority is to get on as many phone calls as you can just really get into the industry so send the club DMS get their phone number you don't even need to call them but you can just to introduce yourself not to pitch you don't want to be pitching over the phone you uh you want to call them and introduce yourself hey yeah well no I'm in this Niche I'm really trying to help people in

this industry and that's why I want to do this thing for you up front the only thing that I'd require is like at the end if you like it um maybe create a testimonial for me so I can use it on my portfolio or if you really like it you can pay for it but um I want to prove to you that it's valuable to you first boom that's it so that's what you want to do then you say they say cool they say okay well look all that I'm gonna need is let's just jump

on a zoom for five to ten minutes just so that I can settle your expectations that's why I'm saying you don't even want to pitch on the phone call you really want to say yeah I would love to do this let's jump on a zoom so you can so that you know what to expect and you can kind of show them the strategy because hopefully you've done a little bit of research in your Niche like that's why I said do some market research figure out like how the websites look in that industry so that you

know what you're gonna do so you know what the strategy is because I will show my clients the strategy before I sell the website I'd just go yeah you know we build websites it's 15 000 no ways they buy the websites because they know what we're gonna give them right so anyways um when you're on the call having a chat with the DM so yeah when you're on the call give them that irresistible offer that's really what you want now by the way there's a resource in my Discord for the book 100 million dollar sales

help you set up like offers and it's going to make it so much easier like your offer is more important than the service than the product anyways so yeah all you need to do is set up a zoom call to set expectations that's where you pitch and reveal the pricing so if you eventually do the pricing that's where you pitch where you first show the strategy then you show the pricing do not give them the pricing over the call no hell no because they're gonna go think about it think about it or message you back

that so you want to show them the strategy and then reveal the pricing if they ask for the pricing because they will on the phone call you say well look it really depends from crying to Clyde I'm gonna need to do a consultation because I'm gonna need to know if I can even help you or not so there's no point in me throwing up a random number if I don't even know I can help you so you have to gate keep the price from them up until the end that's why it's only at the end

of my proposal that I reveal the price and when I reveal the price I don't say a word the first person to speak loses it's gonna go anyways so there we go so that's pretty much it that's that's that's how it works so you want to go into the Facebook groups like like I mentioned like let's take um let's just take any one of these for example like Roofing Roofing Masters um I'll go into this Facebook group and then I'll go into the members section let's check where's the okay and there's no members section let's

say roofer roofer for life let's check this one out we want to go into the members section bang members and it's going to show me the newest members that have joined the group and you'll actually be able to see from their Facebook profile partner at Apple Roofing so he's a partner boom I'll send him a message check I've actually already sent this this MF a message um yeah have a look at that I've already sent him a message like a long hours time ago so guess what's going to happen if he in 2021 guess what's

gonna happen when he starts when he reaches out to me two years later because he's seen me um then he's gonna he's gonna think wow this guy's been in the game so what I've actually done is I've created a group Inner Circle of roofing owners and CEOs I've created my own group right because now people try and join my group and now I become an authority because I have to let them in look member requests people are trying to join this group every day what's the name of your roofing company what's your email back so

let me give you some some tips and tricks you can go find leads in other groups that's what I would do in the beginning but create your own group too so here's the bonus tricks and hacks create your own Facebook group because what happens is you become an authority because when this guy joined tries to join my Facebook group Royal now guess what going to happen I'm going to send roller a message before he even joins and I'm going to say hey I saw you're trying to join my Facebook group I just want to let

you know that I've let you in welcome please introduce yourself network with the other guys let's keep the quality of the group high and all of a sudden I'm already an authority in the space now I can segue to sending him the offer he's going to be way more open to it they're going to be responding to me guess what guys now I've got some leads on my hands and that's how I'm going to get into the phone call the zoom one thing's going to lead to another and that's how you make sixty thousand dollars

in a month um and obviously I'm trying to I'm trying to you know go further but yes so more bonus tricks and hacks check this out so you generate leads this way then you feed them into the CRM and you can also DM them so I feed them into the CRM with some softwares like you can see I've got a software over here like here's this guy Sam but I can add him to my pipeline leads pipeline boom add to group Jack when I add him to group track it will automatically add into my CRM

go high level and then it will start sending him emails until he books an appointment with me so I can show him like testimonials examples of work just like nurture campaign right so that's what's really cool about this is that you can add them into the CRM and then on top of that guys I'm giving you so much value check this out you can send them a personalized AI lead video with be human so you know how you have this irresistible offer imagine you sent him an email that says hey Andrew I I just checked

out your website it's freaking badass by the way I've got this irresistible offer because I'll make your website even more bad speed because you're leaving money on the table so what this software does is it sends like you you record it once like you record your uh your video once and then in the first 10 seconds it will be personalized with like their name like you will literally say their name it uses AI to make it a personalized video with like the website in the background stuff like that so then when you feed it into

the CRM you can connect this software and it will automatically start sending the uh your prospects like a personalized video as if you know you went to check them out check out their profile and you're pitching them the irresistible offer directly on video so we're not even doing this yet but that's something that we're we're definitely setting up and we're gonna do so yeah that that works really great now guess what we can get even more leads if we set up like a free lead magnet with Facebook ads because then we can get them into

the Facebook group so now we've got a ton of leads coming into the Facebook group and boom guess what you're an authority and boom guess whether you're sending them a personalized email and boom guess it's a it's an irresistible offer so that's how I get leads that's the step by step guys this is the most valuable video that I think I've made because obviously this is like where you get your money from um now there's a ton of niches out there don't feel inclined to go after the roofing contractors like it's a really tough Niche
