I'm sure you've heard about the law of attraction before perhaps you even read the book The Secret and if you did you know that they say if you want to manifest something all you got to do is just think about it right like just think about it well let me tell you that this is wrong thinking about the thing that you want is only the first step to True manifestation they only shared one ingredient out of an entire recipe but thankfully Dr Joe dispenza who's a neuroscientist that's been studying this for decades shared the recipe
and I was fortunate enough to try it and actually use it to be able to manifest the things that I wanted so you can do your own research on him but I've even been able to cure myself of a fever using his techniques when I was sick but that's the story for another time today I'll be sharing about the story of how I manifested 250 000 using Dr Joe dispenza's meditation and how you can too I'll also share with you my four biggest lessons that I wish somebody had told me when I first started learning
how to meditate and how to manifest let's start with where I was before Dr Joe dispends his teachings it all started in 2020 during covid right after the entire world shut down you know I had a few failed businesses and financially I was in my worst shape you know I had zero income and was living off my credit card and I had debt piled up and was frustrated that no none of the business that I had was producing as much money as I thought they would you know I was drinking a ton as well to
ease my thoughts and honestly I was just really down on myself I was questioning my own abilities and like asking myself if it was even possible for me right I was desperate I was desperate for help I needed the guidance and at that point I was willing to try anything to get myself financially stable again and then one day you know I came across Dr Joe dispenza from you know trying to search for things on on how to get guidance and whatnot and I already knew who he was uh because about two years ago I
was going through a breakup and I would listen to his podcast with Lewis house and actually helped me you know get through that so automatically I was very receptive to what Dr Cho had to say but this time around money so I went on to buy his courses and it basically teaches you how to transform yourself by using the power of meditation and to go with it and I learned that everything in our outer reality is just a mere reflection of our inner reality so therefore my financial situation was not because of what was going
on outside it was because everything that was going on inside if I'm not rich on the inside how can I expect myself to be rich on the outside right so that really made sense to me so I went through a whole series of lectures and meditations by Dr Joe dispenza and oh man some of them were really long the meditations so I had to start with the 20 minute ones because I had difficulty staying focused in the longer ones like the 45 minutes to the hour ones and I remember asking myself like how are these
meditations going to like get me money right am I going to be on the street one day and finding a briefcase or something but despite that thought in the back of my mind I still continue to do the exercises that he recommended I still meditated because I saw many of his testimonials and I wanted something to believe in it was definitely a rough start but one day everything changed after one of my meditations I just felt this birth of an incredible Aura it was like a zap of energy you know the best way I can
describe it was like it felt like the presence of God you know to the non-spiritual people I know this may sound weird um maybe even a little bit crazy but like try for yourself to you gotta try it for yourself to you for you to really even understand but it was so incredible and it made me want to meditate more after this experience I just felt so much love and happiness and meditating every day actually got easier I was able to get into these states faster and for even longer periods of time and I would
pull myself out of my body right I'd pull myself out of my body and imagine myself as if I was already wealthy and abundant I would feel as if the dollars were already in my bank account and every time I got out of the meditation I would feel greater and greater and I would believe in myself more and more and here's when things got interesting after a couple of months of doing these meditations an opportunity was introduced to me you know I was introduced in an online industry that you know needed great sales people and
coaches and I just so happened to be a coach and I have been doing sales my entire life so was this a coincidence or was it a sign and I just thought well Dr Joe dispenser would always say look for the signs right so now I'm not going to go into detail about the work but I follow the science and essentially it changed my life you know my first year I was able to make fifty thousand dollars and in my second year I made just under 200 000 and the funny thing about it is that
like it wasn't just about the money anymore because I was actually enjoying what I was doing too I was helping other people become better versions of themselves and I was actually able to get paid to do it right so talk about a win win-win situation now did this money just fall onto my lap like magic no I still had to put in work and that's where the biggest misconception is but all this wouldn't have happened anyways you know wouldn't have happened in the first place if I wasn't able to see it within myself this is
what Dr Joe dispends his teachings and meditations did for me in a bit here I'll share my four biggest lessons that can expedite this entire process for you before that I just wanted to say that I believe there's a higher power out there okay that is always willing to help us we just have to be diligent and disciplined to be able to carve out the time to ask for help and to actually take the actions that are given to us there are signs everywhere you just have to open your eyes I'm going to also link
Dr Joe dispense's courses to the um to the bottom of the description box here I make absolutely zero money from it I'm just sharing it because it has made such an incredible impact on my life not just financially but mentally and physically as well and I want to share that gift with you or maybe you want to share it to anybody else that's that you know that's struggling or that wants to improve but before you try any of this stuff you have to listen to the four lessons I'm about to share with you simply because
they are the lessons that I wish somebody had told me when I first started okay if I had just known these four lessons in the very beginning I probably would have got to where I am right now and got all the results that much faster so all in all let's begin number one commitment and consistency have you ever created a goal before that you were really excited to start you know whether it was about getting into shape by going to the gym more often or maybe it was for a certain diet to get healthier um
it could have been any simple habit whatever that goal was I'm sure we've all created small or big ones that we never followed through you know maybe you tried something a couple times and then quit I've been there myself and I'm here to tell you that if you want to give this a try you need to make a commitment second of all you need consistency if you want to start something new you need commitment and if you actually want to finish that thing that you started you must also need consistency so I invite you to
really write down why why would you want to start something okay if if a commitment is made with poor intentions it will not last I'll tell you this right now but if you give something a strong attention backed up with a strong why you'll be able to do it during the times even when you don't feel like it so let me give you an example okay of course I wanted more money from the meditations I need more financial stability however that wasn't my intention I had a why and it was I was going to you
know I wanted to go out and have freedom to travel wherever I wanted without any hassle I wanted to be able to go to a restaurant look at a bill and not have to have any sort of feelings and be able to take care of my family I wanted to be able to give back to others and not have Financial stress anymore I had a deeper why and you must dig deep in order to maintain these new goals no matter what it is so the deeper the why the easier it will be to actually commit
and to stay consistent number two operate from inspiration not desperation have you ever met someone who is like so desperate about wanting something that and like they never got it whether it could have been a person they could have wanted a person you know a partner or maybe they wanted a job like they had more fear about not getting it than actually having the excitement of Ashley getting it you know those ones so this might be this might sound super esoteric but I believe that prayers made from Fear will never reach the Gates of Heaven
when I say heaven you can input or plug whatever you believe in whether it's God the universe our higher selves Etc right the whole point is you have to be inspired inspired intentions can transmit to your subconscious and you know wherever a lot easier than a fear-based intention right so would you rather be the person who looks at a cup half full or half empty because I promise you that it's way easier to manifest when you look at everything at its best rather than at its worst number three it's all in the feelings I bet
we've all heard somebody say this before I'll need to see it before I believe it well that's wrong in this situation and will not work because one of the most important if not the most important pieces of manifestation is actually believing something before seeing it in front of you so if you grew up and you were conditioned to be skeptical and not believe in something until you actually had it in your hands this might be the biggest challenge for you however if you learn how to master the skill of belief and teach yourself how to
feel what it's like to have whatever you want right now before actually having it you will be able to manifest anything into your life Dr Joe dispenza says that the body does not know the difference between what's real and what's not so if you can get into meditation and teach your body to believe and to feel if all your desires and dreams have already come true the universe will work its magic to bring it into this 3D reality for you now you must be able to feel it and have gratitude for it now before it
comes that is a secret to trust in the universe so deeply that you are not afraid right not just thinking about what you want but actually immerse yourself in the experience of what it would be like after already having it each and every day each and every day that's the line right there each and every day okay in the new world you know they've made us non-believers and by doing so it has caused us to close off possibilities and to believe that is to actually put on the shackles and the limitations and this brings me
to the fourth lesson and the fourth lesson is simply follow the signs and do the work I'm going to start this lesson by telling you a story of a drowning man alright so once upon a time there was a guy stuck on his Rooftop in a flood he was praying for God for help and soon um a man in a row boat came by and he shouted hey jump in I can save you stranded guy shouted ah nah it's okay I'm praying to God and he's going to save me so the robot guy was like
okay he rode away but then a motorboat came by and the fellow in the motorboat was like Hey jump in man I can save you save you from being stranded he said no I'm okay I'm praying to God and he's going to save me so the motorboat actually went away now a helicopter came by and shouted down he's like hey grab this rope grab this ladder I will lift you to safety but once again this stranded guy was like ah I'm okay I'm praying to God and he's gonna save me I have faith so anyways
a helicopter flew away and soon the water Rose above the rooftop he drowned he died and he went up to heaven he finally got his chance to discuss what happened with God and he talk to God he's like hey I had faith in you but you didn't save me you Let Me Drown I don't understand why this happened to me God and God replied I sent you a robo I sent you a motorboat and I sent you a helicopter what else did you expect and this story means that trusting in the universe or God isn't
just about just Ashley praying alone right it's actually about looking for the science and taking the actions sometimes the action that you must take is uncountable and it's the one that you've been holding yourself back for a long time now and you can't keep meditating for something but are not willing to take the actions that is presented 99 of the time in order for this to work you can't just meditate about it you must actually work you must work when I ask the universe for help to become financially stable again you know it wasn't going
to be like I found a bag of money on the street or like find a random billionaire to drop a million dollars in my bank account because he's feeling nice no I was presented with an opportunity and it aligned with me so I took the actions and at the end of that opportunity there was a bag of money but remember you have to put in the work this is how you manifest and this is how you can bring these things into reality by learning how to feel it inside of your mind before actually having it
and if you cannot feel it inside of you here how can you ever expect it to have it anywhere here does that make sense so let's summarize these four lessons number one you need commitment and consistency you need commitment to start and you need consistency in order to finish second lesson is you must operate from inspiration not fear Inspire thoughts and intentions reach the gates of the universe much faster than the fear-based ones lesson number three you must feel it before having it teaching your body and mind on how to be grateful for something that
has not arrived yet and let the universe do its magic to actually bring it closer back to you and lesson number four is look for the signs and take action to trust means you must also take the action which may be uncomfortable if you take no actions you might end up being like the guy who was waiting on the rooftop forever anyways I really enjoyed making this video a little bit more spiritual esoteric than my usual stuff but let me know what you guys think maybe I'll start posting more stuff like this stories like this
