How to Connect Whatsapp To Chatbase (AI Chatbot Tutorial)

all right guys today we're going to integrate what's up with your chatbase chatbot we just launched this integration at chatbase and it's amazing in this video I'm going to walk you through every step of the process and it should only take you a few minutes of your time if chatbase is new to you chatbase allows you to train a custom AI chatbot using your own data from notion your website or just simple text files if you're not already a chat-based user you will need a pre-existing chatbot to set up this integration so if you haven't

so it makes sense to meet them where they are and provide them with a automated customer support chat box that's powered by Ai and we couldn't have made it easier to set up with this new integration in a few minutes you'll have your custom chatbot integrated with WhatsApp ready to answer all of your customers questions and even drive new leads into your sales funnel it's amazing okay let's get started okay so we're inside my computer here's a few things to note before we jump into the actual connection the WhatsApp phone number integration can only be

used by the chatbot if you already used the phone number with WhatsApp you must delete the account in WhatsApp to do that go to settings inside WhatsApp and select delete my account twostep verification must also be disabled through meta developer if you've previously enabled that now let's begin navigate to your chatbot settings inside chat base click on connect and then Integrations you'll see the brand new WhatsApp integration click on the connect button as you can see we're prompted to connect a personal Facebook account click continue now click get started to share your permissions now you

need to select or create a business [Music] profile now create or select an existing WhatsApp business profile fill in the required information for the business [Music] profile at a phone number you should only have one Associated number in the [Music] [Music] [Music] profile now click continue after you've reviewed the changes Facebook is going to verify the information that you provided and then now hit finish now you're in integration with WhatsApp is ready to go okay now let's check it out let me ask you a question about flourish which is an example business that I've trained
