Hey hi hi Hey guys, check this out, today I'm going to make a very economical and easy bread. This bread has some very important tips that I will share with you. The secret to making this bread soft and fluffy is not just the yeast, it's a tip that I will give you that you can't go wrong with.
To make this bread, I won't be using eggs, it's clear that there are several breads on the channel that require eggs or milk, but this one is only with water and surprisingly, it's delicious. I'll make a large quantity, but you can reduce the recipe in half by dividing all the ingredients in half. I'll start by putting the first cup of water in the bowl.
If it's summer, you can use water at room temperature, but if it's winter, give it a slight warm-up to accelerate the fermentation process. So I'll put the first cup of water, which is 240ml, and then the second cup, which is another 240ml. Now, the next ingredient is sugar.
I'll use three tablespoons of sugar, use the sugar you like. Now, mix this sugar with the water until it's well mixed. And now, I'll add a heaping tablespoon of dry bread yeast.
If you only have fresh yeast, it's not a problem, you can use that too. Now, mix this yeast with water and sugar. And now, I'll add the fat for this bread.
I'll add five tablespoons of oil, use the oil you like, and I'll put a teaspoon of salt in the corner. Now, I'll add the first cup of flour, but a very important tip is to always use the same cup that you used for the liquid to measure the flour. So, I'll add the first cup of flour, and I'll mix it.
And now, I'll add the second cup of flour, mixing and adding flour until the dough becomes heavy. I'll keep adding flour until I reach the right consistency, which is when the dough no longer sticks to the bowl. It should not be too sticky on the outside, but only on the inside, and you should be able to mix it in the bowl without it sticking.
This is the right consistency for the dough. Now, let it rise, and make sure you give it enough time to rise before baking it, otherwise it won't be as fluffy and tasty. Once it's risen, shape it and bake it at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
