thinking ruined my life for 9 years so I'm going to prevent it from happening to you in 20 minutes going to University unlocked an extreme level of debilitating anxiety which I had never ever experienced in my life before in high school I was a popular kid I had a huge group of friends everybody knew me I knew everyone but then fast forward to University I failed my first year of University because I didn't attend any of my classes so then the school put me on academic probation academic probation is basically like the school's way of
telling you that you suck and you have one more chance so in your second semester I think you have to get your grade average above 50 I was sitting at a 46 or 47 I made zero new friends because I could not leave my dorm room just picture this 17-year-old me looking through the people of my dorm room waiting and listening for it to get clear in the hallways so that it was safe enough for me to go to the bathroom I could not stop thinking so I knew I had no choice but to figure
my is out because I was about to drop out of University not by choice all because I thought I was walking like Bambi on ice and that group of guys over there is laughing at me I decided to get to the root cause of this anxiety so I decided to approach my brown parents and tell them I need to go to therapy I need help therapy really did change my life and it was the pivotal point of starting my healing journey and that's why I'm so excited to introduce today's sponsor which is better health not

reducing the amount of thinking that you're doing and the type of thinking that you're doing because no amount of thinking is going to lead to better results so in essence just be a dits the dits mentality is of ultimate intelligence because it gives you an escape to overthinking and anxiety that at one point for me was all consuming so focused on my outside world that my inside World suffered so here is your new Alter Ego adits she only cares about herself she doesn't analyze minute details because it's boring and it's too much work she forgets
things almost immediately she only thinks of self-serving things she only perceives things in the most favorable way to herself because again she's very focused on herself number one she only cares about herself don't be a dick but be a person with boundaries when you have constant chatter in your mind when you're always think thinking when you're always producing thoughts it's because you're way too focused on the outside world so you need to promise me that you are going to spend one hour minimum getting ready putting energy into yourself and just thinking about how you can
look your best your mental chatter should only be focused on that's a really pretty lip color I'm going to do my hair like this I love this ey Shadow that's such a pretty makeup palette that should be like an hour or two of your thoughts daily that is going to take your focus and attention on the outside world and put it back on yourself putting this extended period of time a day into yourself and making yourself be and feel like that seductive goddess should also entail meditation because you have to sit with your thoughts and
not be a reactor to them but instead be an observer when I was younger I never understood what it meant to be an observer I was like I am my thoughts so how can I observe them if I'm thinking them you are not your thoughts your thoughts are just there they're a byproduct of your feelings and your external stimuli and the way that your brain is perceiving things that constructs a thought pattern that constructs a thought right now just start with 2 or 3 minutes a day sitting in silence and just seeing what thoughts pop
up and not jumping at them and reacting to them but instead observing why you're thinking that way why those thoughts are coming up get a journal and start writing out your dominant thoughts soon you'll start building a pattern then once we have a pattern built we can actually start figuring out a solution dayto day we are not consciously observing our thoughts we are just getting them and then reacting to them we are just going through life on autopilot we don't want to do that anymore it's not self- serving you have to put down the cape
and stop being a hero stop trying to save everybody be the person that listens when necessary isn't the dinner friend is more of the brunch friend because the brunch friend listens but also is able to have fun with you you listen when necessary but avoid when necessary you are not spending your whole life listening to the problems of others giving advice and then neglecting yourself so it's imperative that you pour into yourself first before you pour into others that is why on an airplane we are asked to put our mask on first before we can
help others because how are we going to help somebody else if we're dead your mask needs to be on first you are not an employee for habitat of humanity you are not helping people build homes within themselves you can be a friend but let them be their own hero second thing adits doesn't do is analyze minute things stop linking that one experience to every future possible outcome and generalizing its probability just because that one time that one thing happened doesn't mean it's going to happen again but a caveat to that is if you continuously believe
that because you got cheated on you'll get cheated on again you will bring that back into your reality so I suggest that you stop getting cheated on in a relationship is specific and relevant to that relationship only don't allow your mind to convince you that it will happen again because it happened that one time there in beginning the cycle of all men are all men are trash all men cheat understand that every situation is unique and it comes with its own set of Pros and cons so unlink your experiences and don't group everything in your
life to one thing you just deepen your negative feedback loop of that thing every broad theme in our life love relationships Finance Health have very very micro segments to them when you analyze them let's say we put it on like a little petri dish and we microscop it they have thousands of little sectors bouncing off this big theme and those segments are all different situations different outcomes different experiences in that one theme but you right now are generalizing this one theme and being like this is the theme and all men cheat this is my health
and it's just bad these are my finances I'll never get enough money but you have to look at it more microscopically and understand thousands of segments are branching off of this one theme and are all producing very different outcomes very different situations and very different experiences now another aspect of the analyzing minute details is trying to catch people doing Shady things we don't care aits is going to do the least because why would she do the most all she knows she has to do is pray on it ask for guidance and then let it reveal
itself in her life she doesn't actively go out seeking things that are probably going to hurt her feelings she has an intuition she listens she prays and the answer comes to her and then she takes action based on the information presented to her by the higher power if somebody is going to do something Shady they're going to do it and third in this section of analyzing we don't need to worry about the intention behind people's actions their words and their behavior I used to be a huge victim of this and no longer am I because
it's not worth it the things that people do the things that they say and the actions that they produce has nothing to do with us it is a reflection of them it is not of service to you to overthink about why people are doing things to you if someone's trying to make you feel less intelligent it's because they're threatened by your intelligence and that's fine you just have to keep moving you don't have to think about why she said that why would she even do that to me that's so mean yeah she's projecting but why
would she do that you have to understand that every single person is a human being with their own set of traumas their own lens that they are viewing the world from they are doing them based on what's going on inside of them you have to remember that this is pivotal for you to stop thinking if these people are genuinely doing things that are hurting your feelings and making you feel upset pray about it and allow the universe to remove them from your life because I'll tell you right now it will happen like overnight Amazon Prime
delivery put your hand up if you've been guilty of fighting people in your head while taking a shower dites don't do this number three a dits forgets things almost immediately because she's got nothing really going on up here they don't have the capacity or energy to prove anybody wrong or defend their point of you because she forgets almost immediately she's focused on herself looking cute looking pretty and just like looking the hot version of herself I used to constantly find myself in arguments and getting chronically annoyed at everybody around me because I was always trying
to prove my point my ego had full control over me but like I said in my previous video now she's tied up in the basement somewhere forgetting about trying to prove people wrong and trying to fight your point of view and trying to think about why people said certain things to you will remove 95% of discourse in your life almost immediately act so uninterested in what somebody is saying to you what they're doing to you and just forget almost instantly because then people will probably not try to bother you anymore because they get no work
and this is the best advice that I'm probably ever going to give you if somebody is saying something to you that you find yourself like why are you saying this to me this is just so irrelevant just look at them and try to divide like 6,850 by 800 there's no way it's not happening and you'll just completely forget about what this person is saying to you and then and they'll be like is she okay like are you there while you're embodying the Didu also have to just not care people are going to think like okay
is she intelligent or is she unintelligent you know you're intelligent like if you are intelligent and you know you're intelligent you are not going to care if somebody perceives you as unintelligent because you know you're going to come out swinging when you need to right like with the information with the facts and everything but on a day-to-day life as you're moving through it you just have to act stupid like you don't know what they're saying she tries to hurt me oh jeez I didn't even pick up on that you didn't get that like that's why
she said that really oh that's what you have to do you cannot be analyzing like oh I know she said that because she she's probably coming from this place and she doesn't like me and this is why she said this and this is why she did this number four she only thinks about self- serving things this means she has a vision and she's focused on it when you have a vision you are only focused on things that are getting you to that Vision you don't need detours in your life and thinking and overthinking and anxiety
brings detours that is why it's so critical to build a vision build the map for yourself and start focusing on that when you have no time to think about anything else other than your vision you don't think about anything else things people say to you don't bother you the little things and instances that people do here and there don't bother you that's irrelevant that's meaningless and that is so small in the grand scheme of things because this is my destination think of going on a road trip and driving to your destination if you are so
set on getting to that destination at a specific time maybe you're going to a wedding you're road tripping to that wedding you have to be there at a specific time if you see a broken down car on the highway you probably won't stop all the pit stop signs Chick-fil-A McDonald you have probably already prepped snacks and everything in the car cuz you've got a place to be you've got a mission you're not going to let these detours stop you and add on 30 minutes and add on 2 hours that should be your life have a
vision so strong that you don't care about the meaningless nonsense that goes on in people's lives this all comes back to being a top 1% woman to have a top 1% mindset you must be so focused on your vision that the other day daily average 99% or stuff doesn't infiltrate your ecosystem because you have places to be and we got to get there on time if it is not self-serving it should not be in your reality at all Adit is focused on her her goals her vision her aesthetic her Vibes her life and number five
adits perceives everything in the most favorable way to her because she's only focused on herself adits has a level of supreme confidence because she is so obsessed with herself now this sounds bad but it's not it is a simple mindset sh for you to understand and realize that the more attention you put on yourself the more Focus you put on yourself rather than thinking about other people's perception of you you consequently change their perception of you because you're only thinking favorable things about yourself you're only thinking things about what you want to happen in your
life you're only thinking about your vision that is the law of assumption and that is self-concept this is the realy the thoughts that you are having are only a perception of the event not the actual truth so so what if you just perceived everything in the most favorable way to you you are the hottest that thing is going to be mine I already have that this man is already my boyfriend I look so good everybody loves me everyone's obsessed with me why would that not be beneficial to you if you're going to perceive and observe
things if you have to perceive and observe things please do it only in the most favorable way to you a group of guys is staring at you yeah they're staring at you because you know you look good they know you look good because you put 3 hours into your appearance today now you've adopted the dits mindset but you're afraid of showing her to the world watch this video next
