jumping on waves like this especially when the wave is here to stay then we come to the last but most important point of starting this business you need zero employees you can make above 90 profit margins and still make millions why do I need zero employees because you are basically getting paid by the businesses to cut employee costs and replacing humans with AI You're Building automated systems and once you've built those systems for one client you can just duplicate the system over to another client and another client and another client is it even possible to

whatever it takes to deliver results it is under pressure that you will learn the most and it's under pressure that you will grow the most now it comes down to how you should learn and I would use chat DBC and YouTube as my main source if you are on a budget or if you want the straight path to how to deliver results I would buy a program or course to learn how to deliver the service and no I do not sell any program about building an AI or amazing agency but just find the course about

21 improve sales improve outreaches and improve fulfillment if you have followed the system day by day you should most likely have closed your first client by now and this client will be the most important client you will ever have because they are basically the person that you can test out your service on so spend time studying their situation to figure out exactly what they need to achieve results practice your sales script every single day so you'll become more confident when you're on calls and I would even practice mentioning what you're charging as well in the
start and I am talking of experience here you are not confident in the price that you think that your service is worth simply because your mind cannot even fathom that people will pay that much for it if you don't believe in the value they want either so practice and visualize minting their price and visualize them saying okay to it you'll get more and more meetings on the calendar and you'll have probably two or three clients at this point with an income of five to seven thousand dollars now you are at the point where you are
starting to become better at delivering your service and then automatically you'll become more confident in selling the service as well you are still doing 100 outrages per day no matter what so this is where you'll probably work anywhere from 8 to 12 hours everything the day but when you start getting paid more than your parents it will be the most fun that you have ever had do everything that you can to deliver better results to your current clients since they are the oxygen of your business we personally send weekly video updates to our clients and
then jump on monthly meetings with them can you improve the onboarding once you get a new client so they'll get results faster your clients judge if they made a good investment in the first 48 hours so this is where you really have to client the hardest can you improve and add more automations to provide more value to your clients learn your niche in and out once you exactly know what systems and processes they are going through you know exactly what you can do to make their business more efficient and eventually make them more money so

visual assistant that speaks natively English to call our people on your behalf and then basically just have to give them the script that you've been using if you chose Sony outreaches on Instagram or Facebook or LinkedIn I would hire a virtual assistant to send the exact script that you have already been sending if you chose cold email I would use softwares like instantly.ai to automatically send emails for you and then hire a virtual assistant to communicate with the interested and book them on a call we personally send 90 000 outreaches per month automatically using this
