the ozaru also known as the great ape the ozaru is the First Transformation we see in Dragon Ball it's a giant aplike form that SS can transform into when they look at a full moon or an artificial Moon that emits blutes wave when in this form SS experience a significant boost in power size and strength becoming 10 times more powerful than their base form the Sans used this transformation to conquer planets leveraging the immense strength of the ozaro form to overpower any resistance they encounter this transformation requires the SS to have a tail as the

tail acts as the key to absorbing the blutes waves necessary for the transformation while on the ozaro form a sai's personality often becomes more aggressive and they can lose control of their actions however some saans with extensive training and a strong willpower like Vegeta have shown the ability to maintain their intelligence and control while transformed the primary weakness of the ozaro form is the tail if the tail is cut off the San will immediately revert back to their base form losing all the power and size of the ozaru the Kaioken the Kaioken is not a

stain transformation it's technically not even a transformation it's a technique but it's so iconic I had to include it it was introduced during the same Saga when Goku used it in his battle against Vegeta the technique allows the user to temporarily multiply their key which enhances their strength speed and overall power however using the kyin comes at a cost it puts a tremendous strain on the user's body which can cause severe injuries or even death if overused Goku learned the Kaioken from King Kai in the afterlife while training to prepare for the Saiyan invasion of

Earth the Kaioken can be multiplied to increase its effect but each multiplication further increases the risk on the user visually the Kaioken is depicted as a red fiery Aura surrounding Goku when he activates the technique although Goku learns to use it without the visual effect making the power up less noticeable to his opponents the false Super Saiyan this is a non- Canon form that is in some sort the predecessor of the Super Saiyan Goku transformed into this form in the movie Super Saiyan song Goku and it happened before Toriyama introduced the Super Saiyan in the

manga so it was the anime step's imagination of the form it's similar to a Super Saiyan in that the entire body is wied in Golden Aura but the hair is not completely golden also his eyes become white as if he had lost Consciousness Super Saiyan 1 it's without a doubt the most iconic transformation in Dragon Ball if not all anime Super Saiyan 1 is the first major transformation in Dragon Ball Z when a Saiyan transforms their hair turns golden and their eyes turn green and their power level skyrockets it was first believed that this form

is triggered by intense anger and Desperation and that it could only be achieved after years of extreme training by the S but after an interview with Akira Toriyama in 2018 and the Dragon Ball Super Series the explanation for this form got a lot more complicated I will try to simplify it as much as possible in this interview Toriyama introduced the concept concept of s cells which are microscopic cells found in most Sans the more s cells you have in your blood the better chances you have to transform into a Super Saiyan Sans who are born

in a gentle and calm environment naturally develop way more s cells than Sans who are raised in harsh environments that's why it was so much harder for Vegeta and Goku to transform than it was for Goten Trunks and later Caba who all grew up in peaceful environments for the saans who lived in hard conditions they have to go over EXT extreme amount of training because training is the only other way to try to grow more s cells in your body once you have enough s cells you have two ways to trigger the Super Saiyan transformation

saans can either trigger it through intense feeling of anger and Desperation like Goku did in his fight against Frieza or as it was later introduced in Dragon Ball super Saints can transform by concentrating their power within the upper back area of their bodies which will cause a tingling sensation and turn them into Super Saiyans even without the need of an emotional trigger so for short you want to transform into a Super Saiyan okay were you raised in a peaceful environment if yes you probably have enough sells and you can transform either by intense feeling of

anger or by concentrating your power in the upper back area but if you were born in harsh conditions you probably don't have enough s cells try training if you develop enough cells you can probably transform by one of the two ways we already mentioned if training doesn't make you develop enough s cells you probably can't become a super Super Saiyan before achieving the next transformation Goku and the Z Fighters had to First perfect their Mastery of the Super Saiyan 1 by going through different forms of this transformation known as grades the first one being super

power Super Saiyan this grade isn't an increase in row power but a rather optimization of the previous grades without the drawbacks in this form the saian learns to maintain the Super Saiyan State without the usual energy drain allowing them to fight at full power for extended periods to achieve it the Saiyan needs to spend long periods in the Super Saiyan form getting used to the energy output and the transformation itself Super Saiyan 2 initially referred to as the fifth Super Saiyan grade Super Saiyan 2 is a direct evolution of the original form achieved through intense

Saiyan 3 this form represent a significant leap in power and speed compared to the previous forms when a Saiyan transforms into to Super Saiyan 3 their hair grows dramatically longer reaching down to their lower backs and their eyebrows vanish giving them a more intense appearance but while this form greatly enhances the US's strength and abilities it also comes with a high energy cost rapidly draining their stamina and shortening the time they can maintain the form Super Saiyan 4 this is a non-canon form that appeared in Dragon Ball GT for a Saiyan to attain Super Saiyan

4 they must be able to transform into a golden great ape the Super Saiyan version of a great ape and then regain conscious control over this form it said that the transformation cannot be accessed at will and requires exposure to blutes wave each time the user wishes to transform Goku apparently being a special case as he is capable of transforming freely the Super Saiyan God the Super Saiyan God is a powerful transformation that transcends the limits of a regular Super Saiyan granting the user access access to Godly key unlike regular key Godly key is nearly

Saiyan God and then taed into that power on his own and this form is the Super Saiyan level of that so from what we understand when he says I tapped into the power of Super Saiyan God on my own Goku is referring to the same beyond God form that we already mentioned so to transform to Super Saiyan blue you need to First tap into the Saiyan beyond God form which is basically having God key in your base form and then transform into a Super Saiyan which will result in the Super Saiyan form of the Super

Saiyan God that is later named Super Saiyan blue this form drains a lot of stamina upon initially unlocked while not nearly as noticeable or poent as Super Saiyan 3 Super Saiyan blue needs to be mastered via intense training and longtime experience for so long the there was a confusion of who is stronger the Super Saiyan God or Super Saiyan blue form it was later confirmed that the Super Saiyan blue is stronger but it seems that the difference between the two forms isn't as big as it is between other forms at least with the base Super

Saiyan blue because yes this form gets a lot of different variations the first one being super saiyan blue kayen this form can be combined with the kyen because unlike other forms who are less stable Super Saiyan blue has a calm and a more controlled energy which allows Goku to handle the intense strain of the kyen without losing control Vegeta also have another variation called Super Saiyan blue Evolution which is a result of him wanting to go his own way and stop his never-ending chase after Goku's transformations in this form Vegeta's hair and eyes take on

represented by the user not having any kind of Aura when in the perfected State this form represents the Mastery of the Super Saiyan blue transformation Super Saiyan Rosé Super Saiyan Ros is basically Goku Black's version of Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan that for some reason have pink hair instead of blue hair the explanation for the color change is not really clear but it has to do with something like zamasu being a Divine being the real explanation is that it's pink because it looks cool Super Saiyan iari Super Saiyan iari also known as Super Saiyan rage

is a transformation achieved by Future Trunks and it's one of the most mysterious Transformations we have because there has never been an explanation for this form some people speculate that it's a mastered version of the enraged Super Saiyan 2 allowing you to match opponents who are stronger than you for longer periods instead of just a couple of seconds others believe it's some kind of false Super Saiyan blue resulting from trunks training with God key users but the reality is that to this day we have no official explanation for this form Ru fo Ruff fo is

a form used by Broly that according to paragus it's utilization of the ozaru forms power and physical strength in a humanoid form although it's extremely difficult to control this means that a combatant power is multiplied by a factor of 10 but without losing any agility due to the large size of the great a this form can be combined with the Super Saiyan when Broly combines the two he grows considerably taller and his muscle mass greatly expands and he can handle both Goku and Vegeta in their Super Saiyan blue forms the Legendary Super Saiyan the Legendary

Super Saiyan is the most powerful super saiyan transformation we know of it's an extremely rare super transformation that appears once every thousand years with the comeback of Broly as a Canon character in 2018 the explanation for this form has gotten a lot of changes and it's still being explained right now but as far as we know in the new Cannon of Dragon Ball there are two types of Legendary Super Saiyan the first one being Legendary Super Saiyan bker which is characterized by its Limitless power output and overwhelming physical strength this form dramatically increases the user's

muscle mass energy levels and aggression granting them an exponential rise in power the longer they fight unlike other Super Saiyan forms the Legendary Super Saiyan appears to tap into an inexhaustable energy Reserve allowing the user to keep growing stronger without showing any sign of fatigue but this form is also highly unstable and uncontrollable the user's mind become consumed by rage and Primal urges to fight making it difficult for them to discern friend from enemy the second form is Legendary Super Saiyan controlled it's a little bit more mysterious and we don't know much about it but

as the name suggests it's a controlled version where the Saiyan can tap into the legendary form without losing their mind however it seems to be weaker than the Berserker version for example when kale was in her berserk State she was able to overwhelm Super Saiyan blue Goku but after achieving the controled state Goku was able to handle her and CIFA while only being Super Saiyan 2 indicating that this form might be less powerful Broly has just achieved this form in the manga so let's hope we get more clarifications about how it works Ultra Instinct Ultra

instinct is not a sayyan transformation it's a Godly state that separates the Consciousness from the body allowing it to move and fight independently of the martial artist's thoughts and emotions it's an extremely difficult technique to master even for gods of Destruction however Angels like whis seem to possess it naturally to attain Ultra instin a fighter must reach a state where their body moves on its own reacting instantly and effectively to anything situation Goku used three versions of the ultra instin the first being Ultra instin sign Ultra Instinct sign greatest strength is its autonomous ultr insti

ability which grants the user automatic reactions to any threat providing them with the most suitable and seamless mean to defend and attack however a notable weakness of this form is while it has incredible agility its throw attack strength is not as impressive compared to its defensive power this where mastered Ultra insti comes in this perfected version balances both offense and defense in this state Goku's power skyrockets making him stronger than ever and ranking among the most powerful entities in the Multiverse it's also said to surpass the power of some gods of Destruction but while this

form possess incredible power its demand for a calm and emotionless battle is more suitable with the angels Goku found himself to be less compatible with this form due to his saiyan drive for battle and attempting to mimic the nature of angels did not suit him so while Ultra Instinct sign initially served as a precursor to the perfected form its usefulness as an inferior stage comes into effect when considering it requires less emotional Detachment than its Superior thus Goku can tap into his sane nature more safely in this form continuing to fight on his preferences with

less emotional compromise creating his own version of the ultra Instinct that he calls true Ultra Instinct Ultra ego Ultra ego is the final form achieved by Vegeta in the manga after training with beerus this form is reached by someone who has undergone a proper God of destruction training and gained their powers however it can only be used when the user is on the right mindset to act as a destroyer without any feeling of guilt Vegeta sees this form as the opposite of ultra instinct which is why he names it Ultra ego to make the contrast

while Ultra Instinct boosts the user efficiency and power as they Dodge and counter back Ultra ego increases the users overall power as they take more damage and embrace their desire for battle Vegeta a battle loving canyan felt much more like his old self when using this form diving deeper into his Saiyan Instinct and enjoying taking direct blows from his opponent to become even stronger ultimate Gohan Gohan potential unlock or ultimate Gohan is a transformation achieved by Gohan after aler kosin unlocked his potential this was not considered transformation back in the Z days it was just

a state where Gohan having unlocked his potential can use his full power including his Super Saiyan form without the need to transform which allows him to fight without the burden the Transformations plac on his body but after Dragon Ball super it's now considered a different transformation for some reason Beast Gohan similar to ultra Instinct sign and mastered Ultra Instinct Beast Gohan seems to be a mastered version of ultimate Gohan we don't really know much about this form it seems to be as strong as an ultra instinct which is really weird and I wasn't planning to

give any kind of opinions in this video but I personally hate this form and I think it doesn't make any sense it's just a continuation of the trend of giving every character his own form instead of having everybody transformed to the same forms like back in the days
